Y'all. I didn't have to tow my car with its flat tire. I didnt have to stop working to go pick up my car. When they did their check up on other parts of the car, it was detailed with pictures to show proof. Also my tech was nice enough to throw in wiper fluid, which was great, cause I was out. I had a leaky tire, and tired of the long waits at garages, did a quick google search for tire repair in my area. Firestone Direct was the first listed and sparked my curiosity because they would come to my house. (Insert gasp!) Sure enough! I was able to schedule a next-day appointment. Sal called 30 mins before arrival and was there within the window. The work was completed quickly and to my satisfaction, about 25 minutes total. I even asked if I needed a tire rotation and he very honestly said my tires were great and I could wait until my next oil change. The pricing was fair and payment was so simple via their secure web portal. Whether a car problem or routine maintenance I will be using this service again and recommend it to anyone. The convenience, timeliness, and service levels far exceeded all of my expectations.

Firestone sent out a representative to fix my flat tire with a same day appointment, and he even squeezed me in 30 minutes early! Tire was repaired in no time, and he also checked my other tires just to make sure they were okay as well. Would totally use them again!

My car battery was dead after returning from a week long vacation. It was old and needed replacing which I had been procrastinating so was pleasantly surprised when I found that Firestone offers mobile services one of which includes battery replacement. The service was a breeze to schedule and had availability within the next couple of hours! The technician contacted me prior to arrival arrived exactly on time! He was extremely courteous and very professional. He did a quick visual diagnostic eval and was honest about things that needed to be fixed or filters that need to be replaced not being urgent. I didn’t have to stay with my car and go back up to my apartment. I received texts with pictures including my old battery and dirty filter. I then received a text letting me know he was done and payment which I did directly on Firestone’s website. It was easy and I wish I knew this was available when I needed my tires replaced urgently because I had not made time to get them changed. One thing is for sure… I will use this service for any future car service rather than procrastinating!

I work at a business where we transport patients to their appointments. Our van's tire got a huge gash in it and we needed to get the tire changed. The difficulty is that a) we run our business with a small staff so getting the vehicle to the shop during our busiest hours is hard b) we need the vehicle functioning faster than any tire place had time for on their schedules. I learned that we could get a technician to come to our place of business with a new tire, balance it, and put it on in the next few hours. The technician came ahead of schedule and we were able to resume taking our folks to their appointments! AND, the technician was very kind and helpful. Great service all around.

My tire was in HORRIBLE shape. I didn't even realize it. It popped early Fri morning around 8:30am. Someone referred the services. I called and the schedule immediately caked me. At 9:45am they scheduled me for a slot between 12pm-3pm. They called me at 12:42 to let me know they were 30 mins away. I had grabbed lunch but they waited a short time for me to arrive. My tire was completely bald so I had to purchase a new tire. In all I paid a little less than $170. I know I was paying for the convenience. I didn't have the tools or a spare to change it myself. By doing this service I was able to still complete all tasks I had set of for the day. Truly grateful.

I got in my car and lights went off but it would start. I called Firestone Direct, and received a same day appointment. Travis V was my mobile mechanic and he was awesome. He was friendly and professional. I got a diagnostic done for $50.00 He explained everything to me step by step, and informed me what I needed to get done. This service is sooo great because I didnt have to get the car towed! Turned out to be the battery needs to be charged on a charging system. I'm very happy that I called Firestone Direct! Everything was done quickly and I learned things about my battery I didnt know. I recommend this service, because it so convenient. You don't have to worry about getting your car towed, which usually means you have to use your insurance. Thank you to the customer service reps too. I found a large nail/bolt in my tire that was so large (and making so much noise when I was driving) that I was afraid to drive all of the way to a service station. I Googled tire repair and Firestone Direct popped up. I had never heard of it, but I trusted the Firestone name, so I gave it a try. The interface online was very easy to use and I had an appointment in no time. Soon after I confirmed my time, I received a call stating that they were not going to be able to get to me within my window…it would be about an hour later. I was ok with the change and appreciated the proactive call versus them just being late and allowing me to say whether or not I was ok with the change. The driver called when he was headed my way and again when he was about 10 minutes out. The technician was very professional and repaired the tire quickly while I was able to continue working. I then received a text to a link which enabled me to pay online. Easy-peasy. 😊 I will definitely use them again!

They were awesome. They couldn’t fix my tire due to the screw being in the sidewall but called around and found a replacement tire. Went and picked it up and came back and installed it. It was affordable, convenient and gave me peace of mind without me missing any work or sitting in a waiting area for hours. I loved it! Chris and Matt were great! I had a nail in one of my tires and I did not have time to make it to the tire store to fix it. So this group came out while I was working and fix the tire. I was 100% impressed and satisfied. They really made my week a lot easier. I would recommend these folks without reservation. I also would like to note that the two men who fixed the tires were not smoking near or around my office or vehicle when they fixed it. Extremely professional. 110% satisfied. Furthermore, they patched it correctly by taking the wheel off of the car and the tire off of the rim. They have a machine in their truck that is able to do that!

An amazing service especially for people who are elderly or infirm. However, it is wonderful for people working at home, parents with sick kids and anyone who does not want to sit in a depressing auto repair/tire store waiting room reading old magazines and drinking horrid coffee while being bombarded by tv shows they would never ever watch. Covid has brought us some good things also. An additional comment: They just replaced a dead battery in my garage. Could not move the car. They came and now it’s back in action. I have used them twice and my son has as well. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
