EVERYONE was so kind and helpful! Thanks to both gentlemen who test drove my car before and after repairs. I was able to pinpoint the noises to the tech and then the amazing lack of noise after the repairs while driving with the service advisor, Jeremiah Love. I really appreciate the time Mr. Love took to listen to all my concerns and make sure they were addressed. I appreciated the additional explanations on the repairs from the mechanic as I don't necessarily speak "car". I always know that "Old Betsy" is in good hands with y'all.

Was greeted around 7:10am for a 7:30 am appointment. The Service Manager, Michael Tom my key and performed his activities before the Service Advisor took my car (2014 F30 328I)and finished the check-in process. The work was completed by approx 10:30am. I was kept up to date on their progress. I've had my BMW serviced there (purchased as a CPO) in 2015. Always have great service and recommend them to others. I'll be back next July.

I bought a car at the dealership. My wife and I got to the dealership at 6, looked at and test drove some cars, and was out the door with the car a little after 8. The whole process was very easy and smooth. My salesman, Basyir, was very helpful and professional. Also I really appreciated the fact that he did not pressure me or give me the run around. I typically hate going to car dealerships because you feel like they are scamming you or taking advantage of you. Not at this place. This dealership has a one time price that visibly lower than other dealerships. Because their prices are already so low, there is not much room to negotiate a lower price, which is better than negotiating for a price like other dealerships. Also the finance manager Mike was very nice.
Due to the current economy cars are expensive right now. If you are looking for good quality cars that are priced lower than the market, I highly recommend you checking this place out.

My service agent (Brad) is great, kind, take as much time as I need. Plus the Service manager, is always friendly, both are attentive, interested in my concerns and never rush me. They have a comfortable waiting area and keep me up to the minute as to what is going on and what to expect. If I were adopting I would adopt them both. I was honestly blown away by the outstanding customer service I received from JB Harrison and this entire team really. The experience was extremely professional and friendly, with transparent communication. JB went above and beyond by making sure my car (which was close to empty when I dropped it off) has a quarter tank of gas on the pick up and would not let me pay it. When I got home and I had an additional issue with the car that needed attention and the service manager came to my home to drop off a loaner and pick up my car and even returned it to me. Above and beyond on may fronts!

Unfortunately I never received a call about the status of my car but a text message Informing me of my cars recommendations. I approved the service after I called the service tech to proceed with the approved work. Then I came to the dealership to pick up my car and it was not ready and a tech named JB was able to finish the car an hour after I arrived to pick up my car. Would appreciate better communication and a little more attention to detail.

Brought my car in for an oil change, the on board diagnostic said I was due for spark plugs. Jeremiah at BMW armory oaks got me into a loaner for a day and a half while they did the spark plugs and also fixed a headlight that was malfunctioning. Got my car back better than before. We recently purchased a preowned vehicle from BMW of Nashville. The overall experience was good, but the 5 stars are based on our experience with our salesman. Upon calling for an appointment, the receptionist was friendly, informative, and prompt, but the real jem here is Sergiu! He genuinely cares about his clients and will go the extra mile to ensure the fit is right. He is honest and hardworking, and we highly recommend. We probably would not have purchased this vehicle if it hadn’t been for Sergio’s knowledge and attention to details. He was never pushy, rather sincere. If only all car salesmen could be like him! Dealership is ok ordered a replacement key . Got it in two days. Bent and not cut very well. Didn't have time to reorder so got a locksmith to adjust it to work. I didn't know it wouldn't work til after 430 and since I was out of warranty no one called back and left a msg with service and never heard a word . I had an Uber drop me at my car downtown and stayed stranded until locksmith made it 3 hrs later

Helpful in diagnosis (service manager rode in the car with me to hear noise in suspension). Car felt great after I got it back. Drove like new.
Attitude of personnel was exceptional. Would have liked more proactivity on information about delays. I know waiting on parts is a big problem these days, but I had to ask to find out status several times in the course of the service. They nicely gave me a loaner when I got to the two week mark, though.
As with all things BMW, service was pricey. Just tightening the emergency brake cable was over $300, for example. Just something BMW owners learn to tolerate.

Service people are very knowledgeable and courteous. So service experience was very good. However cost for service was extremely high even for a BMW dealership. Oil change Filter changes and alignment was over 850$. A quick search of expected cost on line should have been no more than 550$ I know that if you buy a BMW you shouldn’t complain about costs but you shouldn’t feel overcharged just because of the nameplate.

Overall great experience at this BMW Location. Brad was very helpful and got my car in the shop immediately. I waited for about an hour and then was pleasantly surprised that the oil change was covered under the new car warranty and I was also given a complimentary car wash! I will be returning to this BMW location for any future oil changes to the vehicle.

This was my first time going into a BMW dealership. I was met at the front door and then directed/escorted to the service department. Without even being the service area for a minute, a service representative assisted me. JB, was very knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous throughout the interaction. I had my regular scheduled service for my 2016 X5 done on April 20. I give the BMW of Nashville service department the highest marks for the planned service they actually performed which included an oil change, coolant system flush & fill, answered all my questions and also provided some additional valuable information since my warranty period will be running out this June. I also wanted to take advantage of getting my brakes replaced according to their Extended Warranty I had purchased.
I am, however, very disappointed in BMW’s failure and refusal to provide what was promised to me when I purchased their $2,500 Extended Warranty for my X5. As I already knew and was also informed by sales, "BMW maintenance is very expensive after the manufacture’s warranty runs out". I was told "I really needed to purchase the Extended Warranty since it covers items like brakes pads, and rotors among other things. That alone was worth the price of the warranty". My X5 currently has over 60,000 miles on the original pads and rotors but BMW refuses to replace them because of the meticulous measurement process they go through to keep from having to make good on their initial warranty claims. A measurement of a few mm’s was just enough for BMW to refuse replacement. It’s very apparent that there is little coordination/communication if any, between BMW sales and service departments when it comes to informing the customer just how their expensive extended warranty would be applied.
Another interesting thing BMW does… on the internal vehicle maintenance computer, the service department can input setting that show next service interval for maintenance items to be in 3200 miles. This was the displayed information for the front and rear brakes next service. This certainly does not correlate to actually miles driven since before a planned 1900-mile trip the computer read 3200 miles until next service and after the trip the computer still read 3200 miles.
BMW says they strive to make every customer satisfied and happy with their products and service but they fell far short of the mark on this one… forget customer goodwill, appreciation or loyalty in favor of saving a few dollars. Shame on you, BMW, as this really leaves a bad taste in your customer’s mouth.

The service advisor was not clear on how long a simple tire change could take. After waiting 1.5 hours, he stated that things are backed up because they were down two technicians. I would have preferred he be up front with me from the start, such as “sir your tire change could take a few hours since we are short staffed, can you leave the vehicle with me for the day?”

Never an issue here after years of coming for service. This time was for routine maintenance work on a Saturday. Met with Ernest who was very accommodating and attentive to the vehicle needs. He was a pleasure to talk to, and super friendly from drop-off to pick-up.

We were driving through Nashville on I40 when we hit a pothole that blew out both right side tires. I called several tire centers but they were unable to help us. Then I called BMW of Nashville. They are amazing! Their service department and tire rep Joseph jumped into action located the right tires for my car and got us out of there in a few hours. There facilities are very hospitable with available workstations, phone charging stations, excellent coffee and near by restaurants and shops that they will drive you to. I can not say enough good things about BMW of Nashville. They are first rate.

Seriously, they were awesome. This is not my usual dealership because I was traveling. I don't know what is up with Nashville, but it is a mecca of potholes and my front right tire took a direct hit. The runflat tire got me to the dealership by 5:15. They stayed late to get my tire replaced and were so helpful. I can't recommend them enough!

The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is due to my service advisor JB and the service manager Michael Janca. Otherwise the service technicians would have received a ZERO. I brought my car in for a blown tire. $1700 later I walked out with 4 new tires and an alignment. On the drive home it was clear that something else was wrong. The car was pulling to the left. I was asked to return to the dealer the next day and I explained I could not have another day like the previous day where a blown tire took over 6 hours to repair. When I got to the deal after a 90 minute wait with no update - I reached out to JB who informed me he had "bad news" for me. Apparently a strut has pushed through a knuckle and was causing the Camber/Alignment to be off. I live over 30 minutes from the dealership. But the fact that they gave me the car after paying for all that and being upset was definitely bad business. They just let me leave the lot with no information, nothing. Now I'm told I have to go back yet AGAIN to fix this issue to the tune of $3500. While I understand things happen that are beyond our control, quality control is ALWAYS within our control and this was an extremely frustrating couple of days that I don't see ending any time soon.

Bought a used Buick... they cleaned the outside but the inside was never cleaned. I'm not sure if that's standard practice out here but I found it disturbing to have to clean up someone else's life. When you read the websites description, they mention every ride is cleaned due to covid. So I guess be mindful when test driving here, especially for used rides. The purchase experience was typical. You engage via website inquiry, by email, by text and through phone calls. You either qualify for financing or you don't. Nothing more or less than another dealer I dealt with. Just the dirty interior bothered me but in their defense I didn't address before I signed to purchase "as is."

I worked with Chad in purchasing my new to me, used vehicle. He was great. He was knowledgeable, attentive to the details that I wanted in the vehicle. Located the vehicle and we agreed on the purchase. Never once was I pressured to buy anything and when I told him I wanted to go to another dealership and check out a similar vehicle, he understood and never once applied the "salesman pinch". When I called back to let him know I was wanting to go forward with the purchase, we set up an appointment and I walked out of the dealership with the vehicle. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a no pressure honest car salesman to go check out Chad.

It was okay and the price was decent for the oil and oil filter change. However, the price for the air filter and especially the labor on the air filter was ridiculous. I could have changed that in about 2 minutes myself...I am disappointed that you take advantage of females like that!
