I had my car towed here after it wouldn’t start. They were able to unload it directly onto the lift. Ben was very professional and patient the brief meeting I had. Minh and his team were quick and smart in their diagnosis and repair of the no start. Minh also did an alignment so now the steering wheel is nice and aligned, and it tracks perfectly straight and drives like brand new! The shop and waiting area are all impressively clean as well. Thank you Minh and Ben’s Auto Service & Tire for taking care of my beloved car!

I was in Nashville for work, and the last day of my conference, I had low tire pressure, and upon further inspection, found a nail in my tire. I had a 3-hour drive ahead and no one could get me in on short notice on a Saturday, until I called Ben's. They saw me immediately and repaired my tire. They were remarkably friendly and helpful. So thankful for them! The shop was clean and welcoming as well. Highest recommendations!

Awesome place. I got a flat on I65 on the way to Florida. Changed it and searched for a place to repair it. Came across Ben's. They quickly got me in and patched the tire for a low price. All the workers were so nice. I wish I was from the area. They'd get all my business.

Just like other folks on the review page, I had an amazingly experience with them. They were friendly, welcoming and most importantly genuine!! I had issues with Spark Plug and Ignition coil problem in my car and they told me that I will have to get all spark plugs changed and only 1 ignition coil (And not all 4). Before I came here, I went to a different shop and they told me to replace all 4 ignition coils and all 4 spark plugs even though it wasn’t needed. So this experience told me that they are as genuine as they can be. Few months later, I had other minor issues with my car and they diagnosed my car for free and they told me that I don’t have to worry about fixing them. So I would recommend everyone to take their business here!!! Thanks Bien!!

I was visiting from Texas and my vehicle stopped on me late on a Saturday and didn’t have many options. My tow truck driver mentioned the shop and said they were honest people so I had it towed there. They had other cars ahead of me and I was supposed to be driving back home for Christmas that week. They ended up getting me fixed up and ready to go that Monday! They’re great at what they do and have great customer service. I’m glad I had no other option, but the BEST OPTION!

My husband and I were driving around the area today when we heard something start making noise in one of my tires. We pulled over in a parking lot and saw a piece of metal lodged in one of them. Ben’s Shop was literally in eyeshot of the parking lot that we stopped in, so we made our way over (at 5PM on a Friday afternoon, no less) and were so happy when the owner greeted us and said he could take a look at it in 5 minutes. Luckily, the metal didn’t actually pierce through the tire, so the techs were able to take it out and patch/spray the tire up. They sent us on our way by 5:15, and didn’t charge a penny. We don’t necessarily live super close to this shop, but we will definitely consider making the drive to use them in the future based on the great service we received today.

After trying to take my car to a not-so-friendly shop in West Nashville and getting a bad vibe, I decided to try Ben who’s shop is right around the corner from my apartment. Within two hours of dropping it off he had diagnosed the problem and gave me a reasonable quote. He then informed me the part wouldn’t be in for a few days and asked if I wanted to pick the car up so I wasn’t without a vehicle while I waited. The other shop was going to make me leave my car for at least four days until I found out what was going on with it. I was blown away by Ben’s friendly nature, honesty, and more than fair price. I cannot recommend the shop highly enough, and I will be taking my car here for the duration of the time I own it! Definitely made a new loyal customer out of me!

I've used Ben a few years now. I can't emphasize enough how much I recommend him. He has fantastic service, quick turn around time and extremely competitive pricing. When a car needs service, I reach out and am able to get serviced within the week. If its an oil change, its usually done within 20 minutes. He has kept my car and my wife's car running perfectly since I became a customer. If my grandmother were still driving I would make sure she used Ben.

TO ALL MY YOTA FAMILY!!! COME HERE TO GET YOUR CAR MECHANICS DONE!! Went to get a check up on my vehicle before my big trip cross country. Ben was there even before hours and took me in before they opened and showed me what he was looking at. He also showed me my brakes life and other parts of my car that I didn't know existed. It was a Sunday and I called 4 Firestone Tires (who were awful and rude to me) before I got ahold of Ben. I was crying at this point and Ben told me to come right over and had it fixed in 5 minutes. Bien was very nice at working me in to repair my Expedition. The Expedition was misfiring on cylinder 3. He was able to get me in and out of there in less than 2 hours. Fortunately he was able to get the parts delivered in time and perform the repair. Thank you, Bien, for solving the slow-leak tire that plagued me for months! Oil change, rotated tires, swapped out the cabin air filter, and did it in about a half hour, for a totally fair price. Ben is experienced at all types of vehicles. He has serviced all my Toyota Products as well as my European Cars but not limited to American Vehicles he repaired my Jeep’s as well. I won’t let just anyone work on my cars and SUV’s. If Ben can’t get to me that day I will wait or even if I am in FL I will take vacation for a week just to bring my vehicles to him to work on them for the services they require. He has always been fair on pricing and still is today!

I want to give a shoutout to Minh for taking care of my truck when it showed signs of serious problems that turned out to be the front brakes. It turned out to be an expensive job but Minh was able to bring the price down a little bit, which I greatly appreciated. He also fixed a few other things with the truck that he saw needed some TLC that he didn't charge me for, which went a long way. I drove out of Ben's feeling like I was driving a brand new truck. I've entrusted Minh to work on my truck before and I'm once again pleased; when he's working on your vehicle, you will not be disappointed! I recommend you bring your vehicle into Ben's.
