Maddi LangleyI brought my car in for a free brake inspection, and though my brakes were good, they did find some engine issues. They are the first repair shop to take me out under my car and SHOW me what is exactly going wrong. They approved everything with me first, then had parts ordered in minutes. I was able to get my car fixed and had it back in less than 24 hours at a very reasonable price. On top of that, they left me a flower and thank-you note in my car. NOW THAT WARMS A GIRLS HEART. thank you so much for incredible service!
Spring Grey BearOne of the two mechanics I take my vehicle to, and was always treated great from the start! Blake and his team are amazing help to maintaining my personal vehicle, and offer amazing customer service! Their system allows me to see and understand any damage on my vehicle, and contacting them is always fast and easy! Tuffy is one of the few that I would personally recommend to anyone needing their vehicle serviced!

Even brought me in to show me underneath. Felt confident leaving that I was good to go for a while but knowing I had something that eventually needs replacing. Highly recommend.
Ethan KingPlanned stop in Fargo across country for work on a Friday night. About 100 mi out started hearing growling from front end in older Audi. Suspected hubs/bearings. No one open on Saturday except Tuffy’s. Somehow fit us in despite being short staffed and got it fixed in record time. Not only that but brought me back to hotel on lunch break while getting fixed! Saved us at least $250 and two days in travel costs. Scott is extremely accommodating and a credit to the business. K. Crane did the work efficiently and well. Anyone and everyone should get their car serviced here. Highly recommended.
Elizabeth HinkemeyerBrought my car in to replace headlights since you have to take the entire bumper off, my headlight went out again and after the owner heard about it he reached out directly to make another appointment and fix it again. Most places tell you you're SOL but it's extremely refreshing to see a company that cares about their customers and well being! Thanks Tuffy!

I took my Carpet van for a service at Valvoline express on 13th Ave and they told me that they couldn’t remove the bolt from my oil pan, so I took it to TUFFY AUTO SERVICE CENTER, and they were full, but Brother Scott promised me that he will do everything possible to fit me into the schedule and he did just that and I greatly appreciate all the staff members there. Mateus FerrazI have been to Tuffy’s a few times now and the staff is always friendly and understanding. They normally provide me with reasons of why the service is needed and they have neve “pushed me” to repair or purchase something, explaining the reason why that’s changed and if it can wait longer.
I always have a good experience, and even having checked with other mechanics after service was done at Tuffy’s, the quality seems to be high and comparable to Authorized Dealerships, while price is normally reasonable and lower than authorized dealerships.
Shelby MoreauGreat service overall. They were very open about the cost estimates and didnt tack on unnecessary work. They provide a loner vehicle if you need one and the work is done in a timely manner.
