Joe PaulTook my car in for power steering pump diagnosis. They discovered it was bad and the reservoir was stopped up. My warranty had expired 10 days ago. I thought I was screwed!! But Chris Hutchinson, my service advisor said “No problem, we’ll honor your warranty”. Now that’s customer service!!!
They could have easily said 2 years means 2 years. I have been going here for many years and will continue servicing my car here. This is why they’ve been around so long. Honesty, integrity, and great customer service!!

Mary RaglinI had a not so good experience with this place I took my car in on a Monday didn't pick up until Wednesday after for a check engine light and Tire pressure warning light on but to no prevail the problem was not fixed and was charged 640.00 .All I can say is never again This was an expensive experience to endure with nothing being done to fix my problem. And they want me to bring it back in for what to be charged extra money. No thank you.
Now after speaking with Rick about my situation as of 11/28/2022 I can honestly say that I appreciate Colony One Auto Center from making my situation right by refunding my money back.

JenniferCompletely astounded they fixed this OBD problem in less than a day when 3 other mechanics could not solve this issue that has been going on for 4 months.
I couldn’t get my sticker renewed because my OBD moniters (o2 & catalytic sensors) were stuck in “incomplete” status. Nobody could figure it out. I was like told to try cataclean, try disconnecting the battery, or simply “drive over 3k miles”. Some just fiddled around and checked for loose connections, but no solution provided (and I paid $200 for that). I almost lost hope.
Then I opened my insurance app and discovered that Colony One was guaranteed (plus discounts via insurance with Triple A) so I gave them a try. I dropped it off Friday afternoon. Then Thursday morning I got a call and was in total shock to hear this issue thats been hanging over my head for months, has been completely resolved. I almost couldn’t believe it because 3 other mechanics couldn’t fix this seemingly small and simple issue. Colony One basically reset and rebooted every single moniter. Why the others did not think to do this first is completely beyond me.
4 months of my money going down the drain paying other mechanics to diagnose and not provide an accurate solution and troubleshooting could’ve been avoided if I knew about Colony One earlier. They have restored my faith in that competent mechanics actually do exist.

We didn’t have to wait he was quick and happy to help. With this level of service for such a small task we know we will be back for any car needs in the future.
