[See Edit below... The original - Today I had an oil change scheduled ahead of time for our vehicle which they said take about 45 min. So, I walked across the street to the coffee shop to wait it out over a cuppa. 2 HOURS later they finally called to say it was ready. 2 HOURS! The waiting room did not smell like oil...that got them 1 star. And they were polite...second star. [The rest of the story - I should know better than to do a review in the moment!......In the future we'll have to continue to plan to leave the vehicle overnight and pick up the next day before they close. We have done this successfully in the past. So, adding 2 stars because they completed the job successfully and we should have used the overnight plan like we have in the past.]

Kade was the main person who helped me, but everyone here is great! I had them inspect a car I was looking at purchasing and asked if they could walk me through the car and things to look out for and they did just that! I picked them based on Google reviews and they lived up to them! Even though I don't live in the area, I'm definitely coming back to them for general maintenance and oil changes!

Bought a set of tires here over the summer and one ruptured recently. Called Victory to see what could be done, and Mike told me the tires might be under warranty and to bring my car in so they could see if they could help. By the time I got to the shop, Mike had already ordered a new tire and had it delivered, and I was on the road again after 20 minutes, at no cost other than the warranty for the new tire. This place is the soul of integrity, highly recommend doing business with them!

Victory always does a great job getting me in right away and making sure that my Yukon is well maintained. Their prices are spot on and reasonable. Recently I had a repair emergency and called them right away. They had a tow truck ready to pick me up within half an hour and my vehicle good as new within a couple hours. I’ve had bad experiences with past shops wanting to charge or make me wait days to have an engine light checked. As a busy mom of three, I appreciate knowing that I can rely on a mechanic that prioritizes my concerns.

I’ve taken 2 of my vehicles here already. Both times after looking at my vehicles they were honest about what required attention and what could use attention/wait to replace a little bit later. I’m sure I received great pricing on my services because I trust them to give me their best. They are a Christian-based company and as a Christian myself I feel much more relaxed about bringing my vehicles here for servicing because I trust a company that stands for what God stands for. I’ve brought my vehicles many different places in the past and a number of them I haven’t had great experiences at. My battery died on me and I found Victory online. Other positive reviews helped me decide to try them out and I'm glad I did! Mike at the front desk helped me understand my options and was very friendly! It didn't even take long to fix. I went back in for an oil change a week later and was delighted to talk with Mike again, who knew who I was when I walked in! I usually hate having to do anything with my car as most auto repair places treat me like I know nothing and try to up sell me on things I don't need. But Victory was different! I have taken my older vehicle here and had an amazing experience! I recently bought a new car and when the check engine light and other messages pop up, I decided to go where I trusted! I was concerned there may have been more issues to my car than just replacing the fuel cap. They recommended where to get a quality gas cap to replace and let the system clear before running a full diagnostic only to find no larger issues. If it didn't clear, they said to come back for a diagnostic. I recieved a call checking in to make sure everything was okay and that the light had cleared. It was incredibly kind and thoughtful for them to just check in. All is well with my car, and they made sure I was getting the best customer service with the best price, which ended up being nothing during this visit! :) I highly recommend this place for helpful, knowledgable, and caring service.

Tim and his team were very professional. They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule. My mom was visiting and needed to leave the next day. They got the tires ordered and installed by noon the following day. There were a lot of other fixes that were needed, but they didn't pressure us to get them fix. Tim was very honest and told us my mom should make it home fine. She should get it fixed ASAP where she is from so she could utilize the warranties from that shop if anything went wrong. I sincerely appreciate the honesty and understanding. They didn't take advantage of the situation. I would go there again.

I have had my vehicle's serviced at Victory Auto Service for a couple of years now. The prices are great, I get coupons like once a month, and they're thorough with their work. I've yet to encounter any issues with their work, that's why I've continued giving them my service and refer people to them. Today I got my Lyft inspection which went great, I was thankful to have my inspection where my vehicle's had been serviced before. The only recommendation I have is for the staff to greet customers upon arrival versus me greeting them, which has happened on more than one occasion and because I worked in retail that's very important to me.

Every service provider there was invested in their interaction with their customers. I was really impressed with how nice everyone was. I overheard a technician offering an explanation to a customer regarding her car issue. It was delivered with care, concern and an obvious tone that he was truly working to solve her issue. I was there for a vehicle inspection--they answered questions regarding my brake pads and tires. They even fit me in for an oil change! Perfect visit. I will definitely go back and hope others who read this will give them a try.

I called Victory Auto Glass late on a Thursday to see if they could replace my windshield the next day, I wasn't expecting they would be able to do it on such short notice. I can't tell you how many times I would have had to miss work if they didn't offer the free loaner! These guys will make sure you know everything about your car. First impression was very good; clean, welcoming, and very helpful in asking/diagnosing the issues I was experiencing with my 2005 F150. Brian was clear that the issue may result in their having to keep my truck overnight, but he was quick to offer me a loaner in case that happened. I received a call within two hours diagnosing the problem, and Brian clearly explained options and advise. The repairs came in just under the quote, and I am very happy with the results. Everything was handled very professionally!

These guys do great work. I have brought my car in twice for some major repairs and these guys are reasonable and friendly to work with. My car had some extensive front axel damage and they helped find used parts to save money on it. There wasn't anything hidden on the quote or any other up charges. The second time they did my evap system and bearing and exceeded expectations with diagnosis and getting the parts ordered in. A great team to work with when your car doesn't want to run.

The staff at victory auto are honest and caring. After my Honda broke down on the highway they looked at my car right away since I was out of town and passing through. My car sadly wasn’t repairable but they gave me a ride to the greyhound bus and even offered to give me a ride to Chicago. Very helpful and made my situation easier in so many ways. I experienced a car emergency and happened to end up in Victory's parking lot. Im glad thats where I landed because I was incredibly impressed and will be using them in the future. The total cost was less than the quote due to them finding a deal on a part, and the quote they provided already included labor and tax. No surprise fees or upcharges! They also provided a free loaner car, so no dealing with rentals or extra costs!

Would have given them 5 stars if they weren't so expensive. Example: Changing one headlight on my Chevy Traverse cost $75 at this place and would have cost $25 to change the same headlight at Valvoline. Honest (no. Really.) You know it's fixed after they fix it. I've been going there for over 2 years and they have never given me any problems.

Today I had to take my car in after finding out that my break lights weren't working. This is only the 2nd time I've been to a shop since the first time I ever went to a shop (located in St. Cloud) for a simple oil change I was quoted nearly $700 in repairs, I never did their recommended repairs and never had a problem until now, that was 5 years ago. The Victory Auto crew, mainly Jordan Matt and Brian Schauer made me feel very comfortable and very confident with the problems and solutions they were providing me. Brian was the main relay contact between the mechanic(s) working on my car and telling me what was going on. Each time he would speak to me he would go into great detail to demonstrate what was wrong and ended each conversation with my options for proceeding. Never felt pressured and didn't feel like he was inflating any prices or exaggerating any problems. I was given time to think about what I wanted to do without Brian trying to capitalize on my situation by trying to pressure me into doing things while I took my time to think. That's very important to me and I bet most don't even realize that sales people do that. What gave me confidence was that before bringing my car in I did my own research on what was wrong and Brian’s report told me exactly what I had suspected and I never told him what I believed to be the issue. This to me shows great honesty, which is rare in auto shops. My issue was an electrical one, which are the worst kind since you have to spend so much time testing and checking all the wires. This was a job any dishonest shop could have run with in order to rack up labor costs. I fully believe Victory Auto treated me fair and didn't rack up labor time for the testing period. In the end I was able to bring my car in at 8a.m and drive it home same day. I opted to stay at the shop the whole time and was able to not only see how they operate but how they handled walk in customers and how they talked on the phones. I never once heard them speak bad about any customer, never complain and only heard sympathy from Jordan and Brian when they had to deliver the cost estimates for the repairs/service's each customer needed. For me, I had a great experience and would/will recommend them to anyone I know.

Got a basic oil change for my 2001 Buick. Nice staff. They finished earlier than expected and fixed a small oil leak no charge, which is always a plus. Told me other problem things to watch, but didn't try to talk me into getting more work done. I will definitely go back.

Steve was very nice and helpful to me! I came to Brooklyn park for a job interview and right after the coolant in my Audi A4 started leaking and the shop closed in less than 30 minutes. He sacrificed his time effort in trying flush the air out that was sucked in my engine when my car got overheated. I can't be more appreciative of a company like this especially Steve. We came in a few months back because our truck would start then not start. When they diagnosed the problem they found the starter diode was corroded and if it was cleaned it should work. After taking it home 2 days later we had the same problem. We took it back in and they were only going to charge us the additional $40 to now replace the part but no labor, which we were pleased with. While picking it up in conversation we mentioned it's been a rough few weeks...deaths, cancer in the family etc., they were kind enough to not even charge us the $40 difference. We were skeptical of them in the beginning but they turned out to be amazing and not just because of the no charge. They got everything done in just a few hours so we could be using our vehicle again. They are a bit expensive but worth the money to get it done right. Nothing good comes cheap!

I'm always uncomfortable bring my car in to places for service. They seem to work hard trying to convince you more and more things need to be done beyond what you brought in for. Well, I brought my car to Victory Auto and they fixed what I expected and confirmed some of the things I thought needed to be done well just fine. I'm sure some places would have taken the opportunity to pressure for more chargable work than needed. It was also a huge plus that they had a loaner car for me to use while work was being done. Experienced an ignition issue that would not allow spark in a 2000 Honda Civic. Mike was contacted which he quickly responded that a tow truck would be sent and a subsequent diagnosis provided which resulted in a distributor being the culprit. A new one was installed as well as oil changed due to excessive fuel in the crankcase. It was also diagnosed that a wheel bearing was extremely worn and recommened it be replaced. At no time did I feel pressured to have any/all the services performed and it was an overall great experience dealing with Mike at Victory. FYI, I had the wheel bearing replaced too. Will definitely be a return customer.

I own a carpet cleaning company and one of my service vehicles had a radiator issue because of an antifreeze leak. It was at the end of the day and in the middle of winter. They kept the van inside overnight to keep the equipment and chemicals from freezing, gave my a loaner car to use and fixed the problem the next day. Now that`s what I call service !!
