I went to CB Auto on Costco Auto program's recommendation. CB Auto is a franchise, and what a pleasant surprise I had with their service. This is probably one of the best Auto service center for it's customer service. No pressure, very clean customer service area (the bathroom was better than in many hotel rooms), and above all a very friendly staff from owner down to the technicians. I was particularly impressed with John, the manger, who shared with me a story about his coin collection (a Numismatist) hobby. I had my brakes inspected by one of their competitors, and expected CB Auto to also recommend several hundred dollars worth of replacements. That turned out not to be the case. They did recommend flushing the brake fluid, though - for a reasonable price. If there is one comment (certainly not negative) I would make, it is that the technician who flushed the brake fluid, also ended up resetting my Oil Life indicator to 100% from the 60% it was at when I took the car in. This, I attribute to an opportunity for CB Auto to train their technicians not to do, unless there is an oil change involved. Again, certainly not an intentional mistake. Thank you, CB Auto and all its staff for an unusually good experience. Rest assured, I will come back in the future, and tell my friends about your great service.

I can't say enough good things about Christian Brothers! Such a wonderful, kind and honest group of people. They went above and beyond to diagnose and fix my car. I can say with 100% certainty that they will give you an honest estimate, always treat you kindly and will do an excellent job of maintaining or repairing your vehicle. The office space was very welcoming. From cold water, to coffee, to snacks! I live a bit far from them, but they are worth the drive. Thank you Christian Brothers.

Best experience ever!!! From beginning to end absolutely best service anywhere in the nation. The shuttle driver was awesome and friendly. The work was explained thoroughly and they fought for every penny for my warranty to pay the bill. They treated me with dignity and made sure I understood every step of the way. I loved the ease of setting up an appointment. I was greeted within minutes of walking in the door. I was offered a free ride home & back while they worked on my van. I decided to wait on site. I was then offered free coffee/juice/water and snacks while I waited. They did an inspection of my van and sent me stats of what are normal stats for parts and where my van was in that range. I was told my van is in very good condition for it’s age and there was no recommended repairs at this time. As a woman I expected services to be pushed on me… what a pleasant surprise. I would trust CB with all repairs going forward. *while there I witnessed another customer who’s appointment couldn’t be kept on CB’s part because of the time needed for the servicing. The MGR handled the whole situation beautifully. Their customer service is outstanding!

Yeah, Christian brothers gained a new life long customer. I had some issues with my Nissan, some sputtering in the engine, the shop was able to diagnose the problem, give me multiple solutions to move forward with, and even offered to call another shop and price check the repair quote to make sure it was fair. Loved that they offered that. 11/10 service Also brought my Subaru in that eats synthetic oil like candy. Ended up being the most inexpensive oil change yet for that car. Can’t recommend these guys enough.

I was really pleased with how the service advisors communicated especially about the need to leave the car all day. Not only did they explain it so I understood why other options weren't available but they offered a courtesy ride when I left the car and when it was ready to be picked up. I had front brakes replaced (after 100,000 miles) and after I left I still had some squeaking when I braked. They encouraged me to come in and looked at it again and made sure there was nothing wrong with the work they did. Appreciate the thoroughness and pleasantness. I'll bring additional business to them!

I bought a real peach of a car from a high volume auto dealer that apparently isn’t always honest and doesn’t stand behind their vehicles. (The company who underwrote the extended warranty I bought was even worse.) One thing they did do right was refer me to Christian Brother’s for repair. The initial estimate was shocking! In a good way. I’ve never experienced a company who gives full detailed explanations with animations and actual pictures of what was wrong with my car. Simply amazing. John V. kept me informed every step of the way and truly went above and beyond to fight for me with the warranty company and dealership. He offered to give me rides when I was unable to get a rental. I’m still amazed by this. I believe they lost money on fixing my car and while that is not good for the bottom line right now, they have won my business for as long as I keep driving. Thank you Christian Brother’s. You are amazing.

I went in for a standard underskid shield replacement after damaging mine over the weekend. They were able to make a same-day appointment for my car, and they were extremely helpful! They walked me through the repair process, what tools were going to be used, and potential solutions to maintain longer life on my vehicle. They were extremely reasonable and personable, and I couldn't recommend them more! In addition, their lobby had exquisite refreshments and the AC was at an amazing temperature (it was nearly 45 Celsius outside)! I would highly recommend these guys for any automotive needs!

The person working at the desk was kind and informative and the whole atmosphere there was both professional and friendly! Probably the best auto repair shop I have ever been to so far! These guys not only keep you updated (as they did for me), but they send informing videos that explain whatever the issue is. I have been to plenty of repair shops to have maintenance done but was never informed in detail on all of the problems. The guys at Christian Brothers even showed me stuff in my truck that was going bad and was eventually going to go bad! I highly recommend everyone to use these guys. They have amazing customer service and treat their clients with respect!

Took my 2009 Mustang here on recommendation from Google reviews. Still leery as so many times in the past a repair shop tried to take advantage of me/us. John, who was my first contact, was a breath of fresh air. He was honest in that he said it would take a thorough investigation to "chase down" the problem. He told me that I would receive a quote before any work was done. What he DIDN'T tell me was that not only did I get a quote for the problem I took to them, but also for any other repairs that were needed that may cause problems in the future. This quote included pictures and exact explanations of each individual "problem" that would need to be addressed. I spoke again this time with Andrew to authorize repairs and about the other things that were indicated. He told me that nothing was critical and we could work on it piece meal. Whew! I was kept in formed of the progress on repairs. Getting a part was incredibly hard considering that Ford had discontinued it. Christian Brothers went above and beyond on all counts. They have gained a loyal (and chatty) customer/friend for life!! Thanks for getting my "baby" back in shape.

I am truly happy with the service and support i recieved at Christian Brothers. My 2001 chevy silverado was pretty much on its last breath when i had it towed in. From the start the customer service was beyond great than what i imagined. What i truly respected was their honesty and concerns about my '01 silverado. Giving me honest information was great and very appreciated. The level of patience Christian Brothers had with my situation was awesome and comforting. As a woman, taking my car to a shop for maintence help is daunting. I've had some unpleasant experiences in the past but after coming to Christian Brothers Automotive, I don't think I'll ever bring my car somewhere else. The people here are incredibly friendly, respectful, and courtious - I can't express how amazing these people are. They took the time to sit down with me and explain what was wrong with my car, answered all my questions, and even brought up some demo videos to show what was the problem was in more details. Most importantly, they didnt make me feel stupid when it came to not knowing what was wrong and genuinely just wanted to help. I especially like how the bill is broken down so you can see exactly what you were charged for and how everything is priced. The shuttle service is amazing as well; having a broken car is stressful enough and the shuttle eliminates a lot of that when it comes to bringing your car in and picking it up. This place is truly a 10/10 when it comes to an automotive shop.

Christian Brothers do such a great job with my car! They always make sure everything is up to code and looking good. They do a courtesy inspection on the whole car no matter what you bring your car in for. You get a detailed hand out of everything they found and looked at with pictures and writing. I’ve been taking my car here for over a year now and i won’t go anywhere else. I recently moved 40 minutes from Christian Brothers but i still make the drive because of how good the services is. They give your car a full detailed inspection with pictures and comments & the list goes on. I was able to be dropped off & picked up by them after they started & finished my car- it was done before they closed as promised. I am overall a very satisfied customer. I had ordered an new heated mirror for the Chevy Avalanche. 1 1/2 months later the spring broke which happens. Went back to Christian Auto since it was covered by 3 year or 36,000 miles. When I left I was told to come back the next day to have another new one put back on. Came back at 7am. No mirror and it hadn't even been ordered. Told to bring it in the next at 7am so that is what I did. Still no mirror but was told it will be in later that day. Got a call, went back and the mirror was installed. All good. I am a relatively good mannered Christian and decently patient. I do realize we all make mistakes. In my opinion their is a huge disconnect in who is saying what to who. Like too many cooks in the kitchen. To show up twice and 7am only to be turned away due to lack of communication and then to have to come back another time to actually have it installed well it does wear on ones patience and understanding the difficulty in scheduling and ordering parts. The initial mirror replacement was over $600. Did I finally get the mirror? Yes. Was I happy with the service. No. I really like John but doubt I will go back. Well, unless the mirror fails again.

I took my 2022 Buick to CBA because the brakes were making an odd sound, they cleaned off a little rust from the rotors and let me know that it was nothing serious: no charge. I took my 2012 Ford F250 Diesel to CBA because the AC was not cooling. They checked it out, let me know that the system needed recharging, let me know the costs up front, then did a great job getting it charged up very quickly. I got my truck back the same day. If you want top quality service this is the place to go. Ask for John. Everyone there is great, but I deal with John specifically. He breaks everything down to you with what the problem is with your car, for people who aren’t car savvy, he will go into details to help you understand better. He is patient, he listens, he offers suggestions as well as many alternative options. Wouldn’t lead u astray, that’s for sure. As a company, they work with your schedule and are willing to work with you to do the best they can when it comes to getting your car in and out of the shop with nothing but exemplary results. This was my first time here. I was referred from “Discount Tires” as I was thinking I might need an alignment. So I called this place to schedule an appointment. My first conversation lasted probably 1/2 hour and I didn’t feel rushed. So I dropped my car off in the morning and picked it up towards the end of the day. They inspected everything and kept me informed via text. The inspection report was included in the text. My husband and I then called them to go over the inspection and to decide what we wanted them to complete. I feel reassured now that my alignment was looked at. It didn’t need one. I just needed a tire balanced. I was very pleased with the service.

Our previous shop was going to charge more than double what Christian Brothers charged us for a required repair, so we moved for the sheer financial benefits. We now see many more, including great communication, quick turnaround time, courteous staff, and more. At our last oil change, the tech provided a list of recommended repairs and maintenance in prioritized order and gave me estimates on how urgent each thing was so I could forecast and budget ahead. He also wrote down a few questions to research to make sure I don’t do anything unnecessary. It was really going above and beyond to spend so much time with me making sure we had the best information to keep us safe and get affordable service. I can confidently say their service was impeccable! I am not so confident about their actual work on the vehicles, though. We repeatedly had to return for follow up checks for the same problems, and even left once with a new problem that required a return visit. We have old vehicles, so there’s bound to be problems, but it became too much of a pattern for us.

Christian Brothers in Maple Grove is one of the best experiences in an auto shop that I've ever had. Very friendly and welcoming right when I walked in. Both guys up front took care of me right away and were super knowledgeable and great to talk to. The guy even took me to work in his personal vehicle since the shuttle vehicle was already being used. They were very helpful in explaining everything after I had my vehicle's alignment checked. They were very trustworthy and everything from start to finish was amazing. We both have been skeptical of mechanics, but Jeremy and the rest of the staff have been honest, kind, helpful, and easy to work with. One of my favorite things is how they text you a link to a site with a detailed list of everything that needs work on your car (with pictures) and you have the option to confirm or deny any of the needed/recommended maintenance. The shop itself is so very nice and the waiting area is nice to relax in while I waited. The other impressive part was the workers from front line mechanics to the managerial staff everyone I encountered was wonderful to do business with. 1st time using their services and I was very impressed and happy with the services provided. I really have a hard time with mechanics and have had bad luck in the past. My A/C was not working at all and my car was shaking really bad when driving. I had the alignment done else where which I was told was the problem. Come to find out I needed breaks and rotors! What a difference. The shakiness is gone! The A/C also works and they did not overcharge me to fix that. When I showed up for my appointment they even gave me a ride home so I wouldn't have to wait. Everyone was so nice and professional.

In MN from AZ, brakes needed to be checked as I was getting some pulsation when applied, thought rotors. Heard of Christian Bros, read very good reviews on google. Called, the staff is very professional, it was easy to make an appointment. Of the several shops I called, Christian Bros had the best (ball park price), which was another reason I called.There Tech's test drove the vehicle, reviewed the brakes and informed me there was nothing that needed servicing, the explanation they gave of their findings was understandable, logical and professional. I went there for tire mounting and balancing, and they ended up doing a free outward inspection of the whole vehicle... Found Christian Bro's after having a less than positive experience at the Ford Dealership. My brother in law actually made a spreadsheet with estimates from multiple shops and Christian Brothers was by far the best. On top of that, they offered a warranty on their work which put them over the top. They were able to replace my alternator quickly and their work was well done. There were some complications with my car later that were unrelated and they have always been prompt and helped out even when I'm freaking out. They've also never made me feel stupid or like I don't know what's going on, even when I don't know what is going on. Getting down to it, they do amazing work for a good price. We definitely will continue to utilize them,.

Well they are basically like a car dealer as have dealer pricing for labor etc and or -or they get paid commission based on what is fixed! I was told struts and shocks need replacement - not a must but a need to do . That being said they are professional do the job extras like video of what fixed snd needs fixing- which of course adds to price . I went to my honest mechanic for work as used this place in pinch. No struts shocks needed . I had a bad bushing that needed repair - I told him check shocks struts as well as brakes as had pulsating on braking Rear brakes rotors bushing done. Now all being said this is professional and clean and you are treated well. Also have shuttle. If you can afford it they are good but breathe of what they say needs attention I’m sure they also use facts like “ recommended replacement of items at so many miles etc to be able to back up their recommendations It’s clean nice waiting area and gets the job done timely - if I could afford I would use just for the shuttle as have no ride back forth - so in end if you can pay higher labor and parts as they warranty many fir three years which hikes the price, use them , just question if they recommend lot of things that are questionable

Very simple. I got a nail in my tire 4 o'clock on a Friday on my way out of town. Christian bros. Is nearby so I called to see if they could help. They said it was a safety issue and even though they were busy they would fit me in. I pulled in 10 minutes later and within minutes they had someone working on it. Weekend saved. This shop is relatively new to the area. They seem to be very professional and ultra courteous. Glad I gave them a chance and will be back.

10/10. So happy with my service! I recently moved to Brooklyn Park and needed a new spot to bring my car. I had a 10 am appointment that I needed to push back due to work emergencies. They were very kind and flexible it allowing me to change my appointment to 10:30. On top of that, I showed up 7 minutes late and like a true Karen told them I had to be back home at Noon for another meeting and if asked if they could complete the service in under an hour (on top of me being late) They could’ve easily told me to get lost and I would’ve agreed with them but instead they got me in right away and were done in under an hour. On top of that they have a great little work space where I could connect to the WiFi, enjoy a complimentary cup of coffee, a water, and a little snack while I waited for my car to be done. The gentleman at the front desk was also the nicest human and did a really nice job of explaining their services without “mansplaining” or making me feel incompetent or like I was being sold to. I wish I knew more people here so I could recommend everyone go to a Christian Brothers!

Been here before. Needed my whole ac replaced cost 2k last summer. I went back for a very simple thing:Needed a broken bolt removed and to insert a bushing and clamp at the same location. I had a knowledgeable individual do the other side for free- literally took about 5 minutes. Now I’ll say that the other side he replaced didn’t have a broken bolt. However when I brought it in, I had the correct parts already, as well as told them exactly what was wrong and what I needed to get the job done. The only issue was getting the busted bolt out. Other than that the bushing and clamp could be replaced by a grade schooler. Anyway I was charged a fee of a $125 for “diagnostic and analysis” which I was told that was necessary to “get everything ready” I calmly explained that he didn’t need any diagnostic on anything. I literally told him what needed to be done and had the parts waiting. What should have been a job for maybe an hour? He was down a tech and a 1/2 and it took about 5 hours and my final bill was $241. Nice people there, but I don’t know if I’ll be coming back if I’m charged these “fees” again.

By far one of the better shops I've ever dealt with. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable, and really worked with me to best understand my cars needs and with my experience really go above and beyond. Update, a month later. Had a terrible experience at a local Chevy dealership. I called Christian Brothers and gave them the lowdown. They offered a free vehicle inspection to diagnose what's going on with my wife's car since the dealership didn't seem to actually do their overview. It was probably because of Christian Brothers that my wife's transmission will last and we were able to be notified of a blow strut on the front driver side (just at the minimum). Thank you again!

I also really like that they recommend things, but don't pressure you into non-essential services. You decide what is priority and can budget your repairs. We have always encountered a friendly, helpful face, but that doesn't do much when it comes to actually fixing your vehicle. We've had to bring in the same vehicle to have the same issue fixed for TWO separate issues. Not sure if it's cheap parts or lazy mechanics, but they've lost our trust 🤷 Our neighbor even expressed the same concern with not properly replacing parts or messing things up. Replaced all my front end parts this last weekend and asked them to preform an alignment for me. I called them at 12:00, they had me in by 4:00, and had it done by 5:30. Very fast and professional. I have used CBA for the past few repairs needed on our two vehicles, including a water pump replacement ('13 Malibu) and sway bar link replacement ('16 Sorento). CBA was more than able to beat dealership quotes by half for each repair and the quality of their work and quick turnaround time is fantastic. If you're in need of a repair, I highly recommend stopping by CBA for a second opinion and quote on repairs. You may just save hundreds of dollars compared to the dealership.

I came in for a pre-purchase inspection on a vehicle bought off Carvana that I had suspicions had some issues that was not disclosed in the original listing. I had noticed that there may have been an alignment issue since the wheel was turning towards the left and there was a misalignment on the rear bumper showing evidence of tampering. They did the inspection and found issues with the wheel bearing (which caused the steering to turn), shocks, rotors/brake pads, and that the rear bumper had been in some sort of undisclosed accident and was painted and replaced (the Carfax history was clean and Carvana’s statement claims they don’t sell cars with accidents). As the vehicle was within the first 7-days guarantee period, Jeremy contacted SilverRock (Carvana’s warranty company) to file a claim for me, acting as the middle man, and they agreed to pay for the wheel bearings, shocks AND rotors/brakes which is unheard of, as those are typically not covered under any warranties since it’s a normal component of wear and tear on a vehicle. Least to say, everyone at CBA was extremely surprised, we all laughed, and I’m a happy customer because I only have to pay a tiny deductible for over $2000 worth of work. :) Thanks Jeremy, Dan and John!

I reached out to Christian Brothers Automotive to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used car I purchased from Walser Honda in Burnsville. Walser supposedly has all of their cars inspected before selling to catch any big issues but that was not the case. CBA found two MAJOR issues with the car that would have cost me over $1,800 to have fixed. Everything they did was timely, professional, and they took the time to explain everything to me with pictures to help get Walser to fix all the issues before I purchased the car.
