Needed a last minute oil change and they were able to get me in same day. Great, friendly service from phone call to check-in to check out. I mentioned that one of my tires seemed to have a slow leak. They checked it, found a hole and patched it up. All they seemed to care about was keeping me aware of how things were going and ensuring I was satisfied. Place to go if you are looking for customer service and care. Highly satisfied.

Our family is on a fixed income. Midas repaired and or replaced the brakes, pads, rotors, calipers, bearings, and wheel bearings on our 2000 Ford van that we rely on as the only transportation for my wheelchair bound wife. They also changed our oil. Thanks to the diligence of our mechanic Louis, we were able to save over $1000. He went above and beyond. It’s amazing to find a reliable, honest, trustworthy mechanic like him. Thank you so much.

The shop answered my question immediately. I was looking for a shop that checks emissions to meet registration requirements. Google says this shop does emissions testing, bit they don't. IT'S NOT THE SHOPS FAULT! The data comes from a WI state database, and shops have problems getting off the list. So I'm giving this place a good rating because they quickly and nicely corrected my understanding, even though they can't correct the record on Google. (They respectfully fixed someone else's error)

I am editing this review because of how quickly the district manager Mr. Montani responded. Mr. Montani contacted me within hours, took the time to listen to my story and my concerns, and, and turned everything around. I feel very confident that he is sincerely interested in correcting the issues I experienced. He showed me respect and addressed all my concerns. Because of his efforts, I will be getting my oil change completed at Midas in Menominee Falls tomorrow! Here is what happened: MIdas has a coupon for $24.99 synthetic blend and $49.99 full synthetic blend oil change and a tire rotation. The invoice they gave me included ($53.25 for parts and labor)... this should be $49.99, ($4.61 for shop fees), and ($3.21 for tax) for a total of $61.07! When I questioned about the discrepancy between the coupon amount and the parts and labor , the manager Austin, told me that he was too busy and tired to change the price in the system and that if he tried it would mess everything up. When I asked him if he could just adjust the price to reflect the $3.26 difference, he said he would not do that and that I could contact corporate offices. Austin told me that I should be happy with the amount I was saving. I finally gave in and signed the paper to continue. When I asked about the tire rotation. Austin told me that if the tread in the front is lower than the back, the Wisconsin Department of Transportation does not allow them to rotate them. Let me remind the consumer, the whole reason you rotate the tires is to make sure there is an even wear on the tread of all tires. In front wheel drive vehicles, "scrubbing" occurs in the front tires due to turning. Almost always the front tread wears down more than the back tires. So, under Austin's explanation, NO ONE will receive a tire rotation, voiding the offer of a tire rotation in the coupon. I checked with DOT and tire manufacturers, and what Austin told me is not exactly true. If the wear of the front tire is below state specifications, then he cannot bring those tires to the rear. I had Austin tell me before the service began if he would be rotating the tires. He said, NO. Even though the tread in my front tires are above specifications. I took my key back and left, wasting my afternoon and feeling very dissatisfied and mistreated

I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could! Austin and his crew were very patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. A “friend” damaged our car and decided to get it towed here; this person basically put us in a bad situation with our car and decided to ghost before getting our car fixed. In the past, because of insurances and such, we normally took our car to the actual dealerships; but I’m extremely happy with the service I received here at Midas. The crew here knew about our situation and was trying out alternatives to help us get our car running again without paying thousands of dollars upfront. They were at it for a few hours and finally got our car to run smoothly when it had initially couldn’t even start. They walked us through everything and answered our questions kindly and professionally. Austin made sure everything was good to go one step at a time, including doing a few test drives. Though a bad situation led us to this Midas, we will be returning here whenever we need to get our car fixed again!

Went into this location because I had a tire that was leaking. Unfortunately, because of where the screw was in the tire, they couldn't fix it. Even though they couldn't fix it, they gave me some great options for replacement. I would 100% go to this shop again. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

These guys gave me the good will I really needed last Thursday. I was already dealing with a dead battery on my car at work from the night before and the unnecessarily frustrating experience of obtaining the battery I wanted via retail. I get to work in my wife's car, get out, and hear hissing from a tire. It's flat in 10's of minutes. Now I've got two undriveable cars at work... and I've had it... I'm done. I'd never been to Midas but figured I'd give them a try. I stood behind one other customer fully expecting when it was my turn I'd be queued in line and waiting to have the tire looked at. When I explained my tire situation and asked how long it would be, Midas told me to pull on over in front of a bay. One of the mechanics took a look right away, prepped the plug, pulled the screw, plugged the hole, filled the tire with air, and my newest problem was solved in under 15 minutes. I was astonished when I was told there was no charge for it either. With this good will brightening my day, I went to work on changing out the battery in my other car and had my whole day turned around in 40 minutes from the time I first walked over to Midas. So, thank you for that. I really needed it.

I took my truck in on Saturday evening for a brake inspection. I needed my vehicle as soon as possible. Midas not only provided me with excellent customer service skills they put back brake pads on and rotars the same day. The price was reasonable and they were very honest about advising me that the front brakes were in excellent condition. They also informed me that I had a leak which I was already aware of. I would perfer dealing with auto mechanics who are fair and not out to get you. People complain about prices being high,you get what you pay for. Great Job!
