My 21 Equinox was towed there for repairs , even though my insurance totaled the vehicle, the people there were very wonderful to me to remove my belongings and very sympathetic ti my loss. My car was broken into while visiting Milwaukee in July, for anyone who Owns a KIA or a Hyundai & is not from the area BEWARE! They (know as the KIA Boys) are breaking into these cars regularly to steal them & cause the owners a lot of headaches trying to get it back/repaired. My Insurance towed it to Crash Champions and everyone I worked/spoke with at the shop was so very helpful and accommodating. They did all they could to help me especially since I was from out of town and I had to drive back to pick it up when it was ready. They were easier to work with than my insurance. Thank you to everyone who helped me at this location and a special shoutout to Rosemary who was my main point of contact, she was so very nice & helpful! 10/10 !

From the start everything was super painless, easy & quick. I scheduled my appointment and when I got there they had my paperwork ready and took a look at the damage right away. Amanda took my car and also told me it'd be ready the next week and so it was. I went to pick up my car and it looked like new. Like nothing ever happened to it. I recently used Quality Auto for a repair to my car after a hit and run. I was frustrated with my car being hit, obviously, but Quality Auto made everything so easy! They arranged for a rental to be available when I dropped off my car, they made their repairs quickly but very high quality work. They were friendly and understanding and made it so I had to do as little as possible. It was the best auto repair experience I have ever had and I will definitely use them again!

Synopsis: Would definitely come back and recommend to everyone. My insurance company recommended that I get my front bumper and fog light fixed here. I had never heard of the place and was skeptical. After all was said and done, they did a fantastic job on the repairs. My front end looked brand new as well as the whole car inside and out due to them cleaning after. Outside of the work being done, I thought the customer service was the best I've ever had at an auto body shop. My only complaint if I had one is that they quoted me four days to get it fixed, but it took five because they were sent the wrong part whether that actually happened or not. As well, they had to replace my windshield wiper fluid container which they did, but left completely empty. Again both of those are super small complaints at least to me.

Paul was the sales person I've been working with that helped me in the process of getting my damages repaired on my vehicle. Even gave me follow up calls. Checked if I was okay with the fixes he quoted me for before moving forward. He and his team did such a great job!! He gave me estimated timeframe the parts would come in and after a week, car repaired and painted over! Receptionist was really friendly and sweet too! This auto body shop is INCREDIBLE. The best in the business, IMHO. They are so nice, they will go to bat for you with your insurance company if need be, and most importantly, the work they do is impeccable. Not only did they replace the entire front end of my car - they even cleaned the whole inside of it as a courtesy!! I mean, for all the times I've had to deal with auto body shops, and there unfortunately have been many, I have not come across any shop that treats their customers this well. I just cannot say enough about them. Without a doubt, I would recommend the Quality Auto Body location on 6th St. to anyone who needs top of the line auto repairs and unbelievably great customer service!! 👍

Side note* if you are going through Progressive, make sure you call and check on your appointment asap because Progressive and Crash Champs appointment systems doesn’t Co-op therefore you’d have to call and check Crash Champ yourself. I selected Quality Auto Body initially after hearing about the quality services they provide. After that I went online to learn more and of course read reviews; to say the least I was impressed. Upon dropping my car off I was met by Dawn, who is such a friendly sweetheart. I then met Paul, who has a fun, friendly personality that went over the work they'd be doing. I picked up my car today and It looks as if I just bought it. To say I was 100% satisfied would be an understatement because I was beside myself at just how beautiful my car looked. If I could give 10 stars I would! I was in a fender bender and recommended this facility by my insurance company. My entire front bumper and various parts needed to be replaced. Dropped my car off on Monday morning, and they have a great relationship with Enterprise to seamless get you a rental car while your car is in service. I recieved a call the next day to go over the work required and was given an estimate of possible completion Thursday, but to be safe Friday. Got a call after work Wednesday that car was complete and I picked it up same day. Car looks like new, and they even detailed the inside which above and beyond expectations. Great staff, great service, and excellent craftsmanship. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle to Quality Auto Body!

EXCELLENT!! I was rear ended in a hit and run accident and this was the place I chose based on recommendations that my insurance company used. I am so glad I did! The staff was so helpful and sweet and gave me an appointment the same day and an estimate a few days later. They called the local car rental agency and even got me picked up, all within an hour. The work done on my car was done before their estimated schedule and the work is beautiful! They had to replace the entire rear gate, bumper, repaint and touch up and its spectacular! A car sideswiped my 2017 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack 3 days prior to my family relocating to TX. Quality Auto Body (Matt) was awesome to work with. As if the stress of moving wasn't enough the thought of leaving the car in Milwaukee while it was fixed amplified it. Matt did a great job reassuring the car was going to be fixed and was in great care. An extensive amount of damage was done to the car requiring it to be taken all the way down to the shell and repaired. When the car was ready I flew back and immediately drove to TX. The car ran great, performance was better than ever and I made it 1100 miles in one shot with no problems right out the shop. I highly recommend Quality Auto Body - hands down the best service I received in a long time.

Extremely Pleased Customer... I had a pretty decent run in with my garage door that had to get to fixed. I looked into three body shops and Quality Auto Body had the best price. They supplied a rental car for me to use throughout the week and were exact on timing and price. My vehicle was also returned to me the cleanest it has been, inside and out, for quite some time. This is the complete package of price, service and quality. I hope I don't need body work done anytime soon, but I'll know who to call.

After calling another shop that didn't seem to want my business that bad, I found Quality Auto Body using the Google and they had my car picked up by a tow truck within an hour. They provided great communication about the status of the estimate and repair. Conveniently, they were able to work directly with my insurance company which really streamlined things and probably save a day or two of total time without the vehicle. They were also able to get the needed parts for my VW incredibly fast and complete the work before the upcoming holiday weekend. The quality of the work appears to be top notch as well. I hope I never need body work again, but if I do I won't think twice about calling Quality Auto Body.

After only 8 months from its purchase my Hyundai Veloster was hit twice in one year. I was not looking forward to going through the process of dealing with another drivers insurance companies recommended auto body options since our last situation was underwhelming at best with very delayed times frames, awful location and lack of follow up and customer service. This was NOT the case at Quality Auto Body. I arrived at their clean and convenient location near the airport and was greeted promptly by a friendly and welcoming staff. I voiced my frustration in having to go through this process again and I was immediately reassured by the gentleman who looked over my car that he would take care of my car and he was 100% confident I had nothing to worry about. I felt he shared my pain at the unfortunate situation going on throughout the passenger side of my car. Not only was the repair complete on schedule but when I picked it up I was almost sure the entire car looked better than when I had dropped it off. They took great care of me and my car and I was really impressed with Progressive for the awesome recommendation and how they handled everything with Quality auto body and Enterprise so seamlessly. 5 stars, i will recommend them to anyone I know and (knock on wood) should I ever be in the same situation they will be the first place I call! Unbelievable service and quality! I took my car in after I had acquired damage to my front bumper. I received a quote for the work that was needed. I sat on the quote for a few week and then decided to have the work done. I dropped my car off and they offered my rental options for the time my car was being worked on. My car was in the shop for a day and half. When I picked my car up I did a walk around with a team member to show the work that was done. I was impressed at that point. They replaced the parts that were damaged and touched up other areas that were not related to the initial damage. When I got in my car I noticed it smelled clean and fresh. As I looked around the inside of my car I noticed they had cleaned the windows, dash and detailed that flooring. I was not expecting any of that. Very impressed with the work they have done and will be back for more service for any dent, dings or damage. I will be recommending Quality Auto Body to everyone i know!

Overall all fantastic service. My car was keyed at work a week ago and sadly no cameras we able to catch the perpetrator. A kind gentleman at the front desk (Will?) took one look at my car and said we can fix that right away for you. Wouldn't you know it he came back about 10 minutes later and my large scratch was gone. I was referred here by the Nissan Dealer where I purchased my car. This was by far my best experience at a body shop. They were professional friendly and extremely accommodating. Repairs were completed within two days even with me adding extra repairs at the last minute. After I picked up my vehicle I realized that I forgot to ask for some touch-up paint, only to find a complimentary bottle already sitting in my cup holder. :)

Quality is an understatement! Perfection Auto Body should be their name. I didn't know where my car was going after my accident and was worried. Quality Auto Body did the best job!! They knew what my car needed more so than the insurance company. They went over all the repairs that they did to my car with me (Insurance company did not). The day I came to pickup my car, the OWNER was standing outside, greeted me and told me personally what they had done to my car. The staff inside was by far some of the best in the area! If you need "quality" work done, GO HERE. They even washed, waxed my car, and detailed the inside! Had a quote from another auto body company, $1100.00, Chris / Brian looked @ my new CX9 had been damaged in parking lot by another car (door swipe). They wet sanded, buffed it out and also touched up the paint (a couple very, very small spots). It's nice to see there are still honest, fair people out there. Thanks again. First off writing reviews is not something that I normally do, but with my outstanding experience at this auto body shop I felt that something had to be said. I am a person who takes great pride in my car and when I damaged my rear quarter panel and bumper I was very upset. Not only was I on a time crunch to get it fixed because of school starting, I really wanted a high quality job, but wasnt in the best financial condition either. I decided to give quality auto body a call and explained my circumstance. With no hesitation they said I could bring it in and get it checked out to see what they could do for me. When I arrived I first noticed how professional and well taken care of the shop looked so I had a good feeling from the start. Then the owner of the company named Steve came over and personally took a look at my car and told me not to worry they could take care of it. I told him that I only had a couple days till school starts and he said no problem I can get it done. Following that the price he quoted me was extreamly competitive and seemed very fair for the work that needed to be done. He was a very genuine and understanding guy who you could tell really cared. Two days later my car was ready and had been done better that I could ever ask for. The paint matched perfectly and was nearly flawless.Trust me I am a very meticulous person. With the paint being so good and the price still being great I felt much better about the situation I put myself in. These are the kind of guys that definetly go out of the way to make the customer happy and it is shows through their great personalitys and hard work. I've been in the automotive business for a majority of my life. I've run 3 bodyshops for Boucher. Upon searching for a new company to call home I stumbled across Quality Autobody. I am OCD and pride myself on customers overall service experience. I met with Steve Stys and his wonderful wife Roxanne and knew this was the company I wanted to join.
