Great prompt service! Other tire shops couldn’t get me in for two plus weeks. I called and they could do it same/next day. Didn’t have any issues doing my wheel tire size combination. Will be going back from now on to get tires mounted and installed!

I had new hub bearings installed on my 2001 GMC Jimmy and they couldn't have done a finer job you will not find a place where the people and the owner is more honest mechanics are straight up just really and I mean it a pleasure to deal with Tom and his crew are such good people if I had more thumbs I'd give him a hundred thumbs up thank you

I got a flat day before Thanksgiving, called around a 5 mile area and only 2 shops would take me in for a patch. This shop had a higher rating. These guys work hard, small shop only two lifts here, parked in back, they took a jack out to the lot, took off my tire and patched the whole and threw it back on, in the lot. Waited nearly two hours. The waiting room filthy. Two ratty old torn sofas and a floor that hasn't been vacuumed in well over a month. Price of the patch was over 35$. 30 for the patch. 4$ for "shop supplies" and tax. Firestone is $20 with no shop fee supplies and Discount tire has FREE patch jobs.

We were visiting from out of state and found ourselves with a dead car that wouldn’t jump-start. A kind local recommended this place and we could not be more impressed. Despite having no electricity when our car was dropped off, they quickly diagnosed the problem and got us back on the road in under two hours. Extremely friendly, very fair prices. They are helpful and offer recommendations if you need it or are willing to discuss your ideas as well. Any recommendation they offer is unbiased and comes with a clear justification. Everything is done with the customers best interest in mind. This is the only business I recommend to friends and family without reservation. Easily the best service in town. I have been going to A&A for many years. The guys are always great. I have bought tires, battery and oil changes and brakes. They do great work and they do it in a timely manner. With season changes in temps, I sometimes need air. I pull in and as soon as someone is free they check my tires and I'm on my way. Why go anywhere else. Super work, great prices. And family owned.

Any time I have a tire issue I can’t solve - I use this place. My wife ran a tire flat after picking up a nail and it couldn’t be saved. Dropped off loose wheel snd these guys had it done shortly after. Just picked up spare wheel I had them mount a new tire on. Fast. Friendly. And they’ll work with you. I recommend this place to anyone with tire needs.

I will not go anywhere else to get my car repaired. The men that own and run this place are so professional, do great work, and make me feel very comfortable to come there. As a woman, I sometimes have negative experiences going to get my car fixed places, but here, I have never felt this way. They are informative, they aren’t pushy, and they’ll walk you through everything they’ve repaired or will need to repair. I’ve never left here with more problems than I came in with like I have at other places. If I do have an issue they make sure they look into it to make sure they send me out safely and for a very reasonable price. They are so flexible with their scheduling and do quick, but very good work. I can’t imagine having to move and find another mechanic as trustworthy and hardworking as these guys!

Upfront, honest and fast! Went there cause I've had friends that reccomended I go. And I'm glad I did! Bought tires and they were going to put them on the same day. But I brought my car back the next day cause it worked out better for my schedule, and they were amazing with scheduling it around when I could do it. And they had the tires on and out the door in under a hour! And did a wonderful job. Car drives so smooth, like brand new! The owner, Steve I believe his name was, super nice; great guy. They know what they are doing here, definitely. If you want a place you know you can go get your car fixed right at a honest price, don't hesitate.

After my excellent experience with Tom,, Steve, Jason and rest of team last year (for both new tires on my wife's car and snow/seasonal rotations on both vehicles) went in yesterday because of low tire pressure light on my Audi A5. Steve quickly diagnosed that one tire was the issue (it had caused me a problem 4-5 weeks ago). We talked about new tires - it really was time - and he was able to order up up what I needed and get them to shop within two hours. Price was fair, as always, about 70% of what I would pay at dealership. Efficient, friendly service. Kudos, gents!

Just had tires put on my 2 sons jeep's this morning. Return customer service excellent, price exactly what was quoted. Work done both cars in 60 minutes. Place is so busy they were working outside in the snow to keep up with demand. Steve was the only employee inside answering phone and taking care of every customer giving them the attention they deserve. The thing that impressed me the most was he REALLY listens to that person on the phone. Customers were looking for good better best solutions and Steve gave them the quotes they were looking for. During the 12 calls he took in the 10 minutes I was inside he did not once push one brand over the other. Gave the customer what THEY were looking for not what he wanted to sell. GREAT PLACE

This shop has earned my business for all my future needs! Called them at about 145, asked if they could fit me in today or tomorrow. Without hesitation they set me up with an appointment later in the afternoon. I could not be happier I went here. Everyone is super friendly and greets everyone with a smile. The prices are also very reasonable! Had 4 tires installed today, that I bought online. Next time, I am calling them and buying straight from them instead! Thank you guys!

Great place! Went to get a quote for tires on my 2017 Accord on sat an hour before they closed. Price was great in comparison to the many other places I checked out and he was able to get me in that day right away was out in no time. Had a screw in a tire and called them to see if they could repair the tire. They stayed open past closing so I could get the tire patched. Great customer service!!

From other reviews, I thought I'd contact A&A for new tires for my 2014 Traverse. I explained to Tom that while I'm overall satisfied with my current premium tires, their performance in winter was not quite to my expectations. Tom said that company had enhanced the tire for better winter performance, but there were other options. We discussed a few and decided on an equal to what I have now albeit another brand. I'm driving back to Buffalo, NY over the holidays and we'll see how they do, but from the looks of the tire I can drive with confidence. Great service and out the door pricing over the phone with no surprises. Highly recommend Tom and the guys at A&A.

my family all the way back to my grandparents have been going here. Amazing service, great pricing. I cannot stress enough that they will take care of you and make sure your car is fixed. One time my mother had an acorn lodged in her engine that caused a lot of problems. They spent hours going over the car and once they realized it was an acorn causing the problem they didn't charge us. obviously dont expect free work but i think it speaks to the kind of business they run. I go here for all my needs,. Especially as a younger women who doesnt know a lot about cars I trust A & A to treat me with respect and to explain things in a way that I will understand .

Went for a quick wheel balance. Price was extremely fair and work was done quickly. They used a torque wrench instead of gunning it on. Major +++ for me. Shows they care about your car. Will be back for my auto needs.

I brought my car in because the Check Engine light came on, and they diagnosed the car and said the problem could be caused by a few different things and suggested that they start with the least expensive repair which they did - turned out to be just a sensor that needed to be replaced. They're so honest, courteous, and they do great work. Highly recommended!

This is bar-none the best tire place I have ever gone to. I have worked with each of the owners in the past without knowing it, as they are so down to earth. Their prices are unbeatable, and their knowledge is incredible. I have gone here several times in the past and have opted to wait in the waiting room while they took care of my tire needs. Their interaction with their clients is truly impressive, and they are so willing to do whatever it takes to get what is best for their clients. The only downside is that since they specialize in tires, I have to elsewhere for my other automotive needs. I'm sure you will have as good an experience as I if you give them a shot.

I had to have a flat tire plugged, and they only charged a little money. It's a much smaller shop, and seems to be first come first serve. Everyone including the mechanics I interacted with were professional, genuinely nice, and willing to help. Service was very fast. I want to come back to get my tires replaced.

Great service! I was in a big bind, had to buy a new tire due to my old tire being irreparable. They ordered a new tire, had it delivered and had me back on the road within 1 1/2 hours. The prices were very reasonable as well. They even knew where to hang my spare tire and put it back for me.

I went to A&A tire to have a tire I had purchased mounted on our van. We would be taking a long distance trip and one of our tires was very bad. The tire I had purchased online was the wrong size and could not be mounted. A&A tire mounted one of their tires to our van (a very good one) until we could exchange the incorrect one for the right size. When it arrived, they mounted it for no extra charge. Because of their outstanding customer service, I will only use this shop for any future tire needs. A great family owned business that I highly recommend!!

Manager was helpful, knowlegable and didn't try to upsell me on anything or tack on surprise fees. Seems like a no-nonsense, trustworthy place. I guess you dont have to resort to sleazy sales tactics when you're good at what you do. The mechanics/installers on staff during my visit were friendly, fast, and careful. I'd recommend them over the chain tire stores, hands down.

Lowest prices on tires for my Jeep of anyone in the Milwaukee area. They were willing to work out a price, even allowing me to haggle with them. The staff at A & A were very friendly and accommodating. It took them under an hour to mount and balance five tires. A family business that treats its customers like family. I went there to have two leaking tires fixed. One was nail, the other was a leaky valve stem. On the way, my brakes applied created a shudder. After the leaks were fixed, Steve informed me l could wait until the brakes should be changed in spring. I got it immediately done. When l first sat down in the waiting room. I asked 2 men there how long they've been coming to AA Tire. Over 40 years for me, over 20 for a Jeep owner, and, "The only place l come for tires. My wife likes coming here."

Can't convey the security I feel having my cars serviced at A&A. It's always crazy busy when I drop by or drop off but they always take a minute to make me feel like my family is important to them. Though the setting is a tad different, it always feels like when I visit one of my favorite places like Barnes and Noble or Starbucks - just a little break from my chaotic day. The message is always: "you're important, we're glad you stopped by!" And, you feel like they'd have your back if you're in a jam, a trust that was put to the test recently in an unfortunately incident a block away from their business when my brother's gearshift got stuck. They graciously arrived to save the day and get Jim on his way. We were amazed! (And, they weren't even mad when the call was a false alarm, even brushing off our embarrassed apologies for the inconvenience.) 5+ Stars! I have gotten three sets of tires from A&A over the years. Last set put these guys over the top. A few days after the tire install, I noticed the center cap on my rim was missing. I called and spoke with the owner who went to see if it was in the shop. Sadly it wasn't. But the next breath was telling me he would order a new one, no questions asked and not pointing any blame. One week later I stopped over to pick up the cap and everything was good as new. This is hands down the best service I have ever received from a tire shop. They have earned my loyalty and word of mouth recommendation for years to come. Thanks again guys!!

I have 5 vehicles and I bring them all to A and A for tires! I have been their customer for 20 years. They have outstanding customer service and try to get you in and out as soon as possible.Good competitive prices on a variety of tires. I have seen the same people working there for years. The biggest challenge is their small work space and if your tires are worn and it's snowing, you may need a push to get up the hill to their service garage!! They will help push you up the hill if needed. Give them a try, you'll like them!

I have worked with Steve, Tom and the gang at AA tire for about 25 years and I have never dealt with a better tire dealer! It's a family business and the way they treat customers can't be beat. I think most customers, like me, have become friends. I have bought a number of set's of tires, had flats repaired, and, just stopped or called to ask a tire related question. Also, pricing on all services is extremely fair. Give AA Tire a try and you will not be disappointed.

If you are looking for a place that really cares about it's customers, look no further. I needed tires mounted on my 2012 Camaro (Limited Edition) I purchased the tires online. The dealer wanted $250.00, now I realize that they are a bigger tire and harder to mount I just didn't want to give my left arm to have tires mounted..lol! I googled places and found a&a. I called and talked to Tom who I later found out was the owner. He made me feel comfortable and told me to bring the car in the next day. I should mention that my largest concern was having my expensive black rims chewed up. When I arrived the next day a guy met me in the parking lot, I asked him if he was Tom, he said "No he's my brother and told me you were bringing your sweet ride in" I never did catch his name but, he was super friendly. At the end of this I got my tires mounted for $100 with no damage to my rims or vehicle. I drove 15 miles one way just because of the way Tom answered the phone and took the time to put me at ease. In the future I will continue to make that drive gladly!

The name is a bit misleading as this place does reliable, dependable auto service in addition to tires. The folks at A&A are straight shooters and know what they’re doing. I had an alternator replaced, new tires put on 3 vehicles and several other services performed. Highly recommend for tire or other auto services.

I came in around 4:45pm with a tire in my back seat because my 245/40 R20 had picked up a screw and developed a slow leak, unrepairable. These guys had cars in line before mine to work on and they still offered to get my tire switched out that night. They worked fast but deliberately and by staying after the 5:00pm closing time, were able to get my tire mounted and balanced.

Came here on the recommendation of a co-worker to buy new tires. The 12 years I have been driving I have never had a flat tire and am a safe driver. I bought 4 goodyear tires here to replace the 4 i had which were very old with low tread (but actually were still going fine). I got the new ones and one of the tires got a flat in 3 weeks time. After having the tire inspected I heard multiple thing & still not sure why it happened. - update: thank you for the response, I contacted them as they stated below and they were helpful in getting me a warranty & refund for the tire after he warranty because it was under 30 days! Cheaper than Tire Rack, you don't need to haul the tires yourself and excellent svc! Fast, polite and fairly priced. I went here originally because Tires Plus made *many* mistakes on tire installations (including letting my spare dangle underneath on a 2003 Sequoia because they didn't wind it all the way back up). I keep coming back because they're fair, fast and don't try to sell you on anything; they're happy when you're happy. Hard to find a good service shop, this is a good one.

I have to share my experience! I wake up on Saturday morning to a flat tire. So I call around to see if I could get my car fixed today. Everyone told me next week maybe Tuesday. I called A&A tire, gave me a quote over the phone installed price per tire. I asked if i can get in today. His response was come on in and we will take care of you, and that's exactly what they did! (never once mentioned they closed at 12 noon and I arrived at 11:15) The shop was busy and had no trouble getting my car in and fixed. The shop was running like a well oiled machine. I can not thank you enough! I will continue to business with A&A tire.

This just may be a Tire shop sent from Heaven. Even if you don't believe in something like that, believe in A&A. They have been around for 39 years for a reason. From John who answered the phone and was walking out to my car where I had parked to greet me, to Steven the owner and Tom and Devin. Kindness and expertise is always in stock here. This is an All Star crew that would probably make an awesome pit crew for some of the top drivers in racing circuits. Lucky for me and anyone else looking for new and used tires, they are right on 108th and beloit changing tires and saving lives for us here in the Milwaukee area. The price couldn't be beat, the service couldn't of been more fulfilling and efficient. But its the little things you look for, especially with transportation needs, that you will find here. And I have worked in the automotive industry in sales and service for 20 years. When my own employer couldn't save me from my tire blowing out, Some Higher Power took me down the street, yes they were closer than you think, and John changed my tires and Steven took my money and I got a new lease on driving today! I will be back next month for my set of all 4 new Pirellis Steven and John! I cant wait to come back. Thank you so much for making that the easiest accomplishment i was dreading for a few weeks. If all of you out there don't believe me, thats your choice, but do what I did and just pick up the phone and call and ask the guys a few questions. Chances are very high that you will become a customer for life like I did and maybe buy them the first round too. Did I mention they do free rotations to make sure they follow up on your tires and make sure your happy and safe and the tread is wearing evenly? Yup, they do that too!!! This is a 10 Star review if i could click on a few extras at the top, but no matter what, if you need good rubber for the road, head to A&A and ask for one of the guys. These guys may have a small shop, but the ROCK. I was sent there because I have vintage wire wheels, and these guys are one of the few shops that know how to do it manually and old-school... and they certainly take great care of their customers. I had a punctured inner-tube within the first 50 miles of having new tires mounted. They used my replacement and re-mounted the tire at no charge. THAT, ladies and gentleman, is good customer care. Convenient location just north of Beloit on 108th/HY 100. Squeezed me in ASAP on a tire repair during crappy winter weather when everyone else is busy. Decent waiting room, seats 11 max. (That's important if you've got nowhere to go during repairs! Although Genesis restuarant is next door. ) Friendly staff. Older building, odd layout, tight lot often crowded with customer vehicles. Drive up and around to the back to get in. But you can tell it's an older building because because they've been there a long time, inspire loyalty with customers etc.

I checked quite a few places because I was changing from the low profile wheels on my Kia Soul to standard 15" wheels & tires. I read a lot of reviews and was surprised when I read A&As, since they were so good. Actually, they are that good. Unbelievable. First of all, most other places were clueless when I wanted to change wheel types. ( the ride on the low profile tires is very rough). These guys checked with the wheel manufacturer as I was there, to make sure the wheels would work. As it turned out, I would have bought the wrong ones if I had bought them myself. They also found me good looking wheels for a great price, gave me good pricing on the Michelin tires, did all work quickly and at the time they said they would do it. Not a fancy place, but great service, great prices, great family care. Now I am going back for all my other work.
