I could not have had a more incredible, helpful, and empathetic experience with Gary at Queen City Auto Body. This man made sure to take the upmost best care of me and to make this experience the easiest on me it could be. I am so thankful to him and his team. There's absolutely no one else I would recommend or go to with my vehicle after this experience. They contacted my insurance company the whole time and all I had to do essentially was drop the car off and pick up a car even better than before. Beyond happy with the work done, & experience had.

After my vehicle was damaged in a hit and run, I reached out to multiple body shops in the Manchester area. Queen City Auto Body was the only shop that could get my vehicle in for repairs right away (other businesses were quoting wait times of a month or longer before beginning work). I had my car towed to Queen City and had a conversation with Gary and Crystal. I immediately felt at ease while speaking with them. They are such warm, kind people! Supply chain issues made the process a little lengthier than usual, but Gary and Crystal communicated with me every step of the way. I never once questioned the status of my car's repairs, because they were quick to be in touch. When I picked up my car, I could hardly believe how beautiful it looked. It looks like a brand new car! I'm so happy with the service and professionalism at Queen City Auto Body and I will be recommending them to anyone who might be in need.

Gary and the team here are AMAZING! Had a tree branch fall on my car and cause almost $1000 in damage. Not only did they do amazing work, they even painted on my racing stripes so I don't ever have to replace them again! Also they got me in almost immediately when some places are 5-6 months out on repairs. Go here for body repairs, you won't be disappointed!! Thanks Gary!!

Great auto body shop. One of my cars was in a small collision and needed some body work on the front fender. I read the positive reviews online and they gave me a fair estimate, so I decided to give them a try. Gary & his staff were friendly, accommodating, and got the job done for a good price. Now it looks brand new. My only complaint is that they charge 3% extra when you pay with a credit card, so be prepared to pay with cash.

Highly recommend! I have had work done here twice, and both times have been great experiences. The first time, I had been rear ended and gotten quotes from a few places. Queen City Auto was among the least expensive, by far the fastest, and my car looked like knew when they were done. The second time, I had damage to the underside, so it wasn't clear what work needed to be done until it was taken apart. Gary kept me updated about what they found and the work was done quickly. After picking up my car and discovering that a dashboard light had come on that could have indicated anything from a simple reset needed to a major repair, they were able to get me in the next day and confirm that it only needed a simple reset, saving me an expensive trip to the dealership. They absolutely did not need to help me out with that, but I appreciate that they did.

We recently purchased a 2010 Ford Sport Trac Limited from out of state. It had severe rust damage to the rocker panels and undercarriage. We turned it over to Gary and the other professionals at Queen City Auto and asked them to do whatever they could to resolve the rust issues. We told them that this was probably our last vehicle as we are both in our 80’s!! They performed miracles… fabricated new rocker panels, removed the sport trac box to work on wheel wells and to allow better access to the rear area for a complete rust mitigation of the undercarriage. They even provided us with before and after photos of the whole project and put a big red bow on the hood for us to see as we arrived to pick it up. Gary and his staff are amazing and made a new and stressful situation a very pleasant experience!! I have never had to bring my car to a shop due to an automobile accident, so I was clueless on how the whole process worked. I called Queen City for an estimate, Gary answered some questions and reassured me that I was in control, not the insurance companies and to bring the vehicle down. Gary showed me around the shop, made me feel like I was at home and apart of the family. Gary told me when to bring in my car. I dropped my car off on March 14th and had it back on 3/23/2022. My car looks better than when I first brought it home. Come here for all of your autobody needs!!! Gary and his team delivered on everything they said they would...there were no false promises, no gimmicks, no shotty work, just top notch service as well as workmanship. It looks amazing, you guys have always gone above and beyond. Even put in a nice air freshener. Now I just need people to stop hitting my car while it's parked. UPDATE: Round two of amazing service! I trust them so much I didn't bother to remove everything from my car, and yes it was all there when I got it back along with an air freshener and a keychain. They remain unquestionably fair in their pricing and dealing with customers. My car looks better than I had imagined it would after having some orange car scratch up along the entire driver side. They go above and beyond everytime. I even had them take care of some rust repair at the same time. You can sit back and relax while they have your car. Trust it's in good hands! UPDATE: ROUND 3, New Car was hit. Gary is great to work with! My car was hit and he took the time to walk me through the damages and made sure I was kept updated while I waited for parts to come in. I love getting the photos back of the repairs that show the damage and the work done. They're very helpful to keep in my vehicle records. They even vacuumed my car out and helped me pull out of the lot into the road to make sure I didn't get hit on the way out. You'd never know my car was hit. Even was able to coordinate the rental being picked up at the shop which saved me a trip. I'd never bring my car anywhere else.

I decided to bring my car here after a front end collision because it had good reviews and I lived near them. They did great work. It ended up taking a little longer but it was because Gary was fighting with my insurance to replace my headlight, not glue it like the insurance wanted. I appreciated that because had the repair not worked and condensation got into the headlight, it would have needed replacing anyway or else it would have failed inspection. Gary wants things fixed right the first time and will take the time to make sure it is. I also got my car back FULLY detailed so it’s like I have a brand new car again! The care I received at Queen City Auto Body was OUTSTANDING. I recently moved to NH & was unaware of a driver not being required to carry any auto insurance coverage until I was T-boned by an uninsured motorist. After going to 3 other auto body shops & being left feeling like nothing more than a number, I found Queen City Auto Body through a referral from a neighbor. From the moment I brought my car in for an estimate, I felt the difference! I was treated like I mattered, & when I shared my story about being hit by an uninsured motorist, I immediately got information from both the front desk person & the mechanic on how to go after this driver & have him feel some consequences for his actions. I then got a call from Gary the next day with an estimate that was much better than the others I received. My car was ready quickly, & even though I was not in NH when it was ready, & would not be for 5 days, they stored the car for me at no charge. When I picked up my car, I was more than happy with the results! It was ready quickly, & was charged only the estimated price I had been given. Gary also went through every detail of what they had done, & gave me photos to have documentation for my court case. My car had been buffed & looked brand new!! If by some bad luck you ever need auto body repair, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Queen City Auto Body & Gary!!!!!

When I got into my accident I was Devastated I had no idea what to do eventually I got to looking around the local body shops and I decided to choose this one over the others because of how kind and comfortable Gary made you feel he reassured me that my car was in good hands and that I will love the outcome of the job and boy oh boy did he not disappoint bumper looks amazing and I got such a great deal on it I recommend this place over any other body shop. Absolutely satisfied with the work, price, and service. Brought my car in a month ago and Gary the owner/operations manager quoted me a lower price than my insurance adjuster. With Queen city's estimate I virtually had no deductible. In addition, my console was broken and was not included in the original quote from my insurance adjuster because they believed it was not damaged during the accident. So when Gary looked at it, he told me he would take care of it. And he did, in fact he replaced it with a new one at no additional charge...WOW! You guys are Awesome. I will be needing more body work on my car when someone ran into me on the last storm (2/13/17). Will keep you posted on this latest work.

If I could give Gary and his crew more than 5 stars I would. I can not say enough good things about Queen City Auto. My car looks great, runs excellently and even though it was a complete mess on the inside they bagged everything up, vacuumed and washed windows etc. But here is why I will continue to go to Gary and Queen City: there was a broken mirror on the car that the insurance company would not cover as it was previous damage but Gary paid for and fixed it anyway at no cost to me. JUST TO MAKE THE CAR LOOK GOOD THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!! Customer service on that level is a rarity and the way the car looks and runs lets me know that these guys are true masters of their craft. Can not thank them enough. Take your car to Queen City Auto, I know I will continue to. Thanks again Gary and crew!
