My experience with Meineke on Elm Street Manchester, New Hampshire was great. I have a 16 ft.box truck and I was having problems with it installing. I depend on my truck to make a living. Everybody I dealt with was very professional and the mechanics were very efficient. They found the problem with my vehicle right away. I was very pleased with how fast they got me up and running and back to work. I feel like I got a great deal on the cost of the repair. I'll use them for all my future repairs.

I had sensor that needed to be replaced in my tire. The tire pressure wasn't reading. I called they told me to bring it in to them the next morning. I dropped it off and they called me to verify what I was having done. Then I received a text an hr later saying it was complete. They also looked at another issue I was having so the could quote it. Fast, efficient, polite and professional. Definitely will return.

These people are very professional, friendly and honest. The owner Mike Sargent was wonderful as well as all the other mechanics. They were honest and told me up front what was wrong, they suggested me to go to another place because they knew another person there and I was hesitant to go there but they fixed what I needed but Mike Sergeant stated that if it wasn't fixed for my engine sensors that he would honor my warranty that has expired from two years ago and fix it for free. I find them to be a wonderful car repair company. This place is on elm Street in Manchester New Hampshire and I definitely recommend everyone to go there. Compared to other mechanics or other repair shops this is the number one place to go.

My experience at Meineke was extraordinary. I had my tail lights, more precisely the driving lights, not working. I went there, at first the desk person told me the tech said I had to take the car to the dealer (Toyota), and I was so disappointed. Soon after that, the service person said if I could wait for another 5 minutes for the tech to check one more thing. Fortunately, about 10-15 minutes later, he came out to me and said that the tech found the issue and that I was all set. I had no words......because they really went the extra mile to help me. I want to say a BIG THANK YOU🙏🙏🙏🙏

I took my car this morning because my brakes were making awful noises after getting it serviced at my local place this past week. Not only did they fix the problem (turns out some calipers came loose and one popped off), but they didn't even charge me for the fix! 10/10 experience would make them my go-to if I lived in the area. I will be recommending them to all my friends from now on!!!!

This was my 1st, well my 2nd time here . The manager (I wish I had asked his name), was awesome, he was all over the place, trying to deal with everything he was faced with(vehicles there already, ones coming in new and unexpected ones also. He had to deal with walk ins, setting appts, answering phones, working on cars, doing paperwork, putting inspection stickers on etc........He did it allstress and all, he did it with a great attitude 😊 They were way behind for my 1st appt so I made another appt for my inspection. They were a bit behind again but the mgr kept me informed through out my time there so I was ok with my almost 90min wait. The only reason for 4* and not 5* is because unfortunately their repair prices have a significant mark up (ex. Radiator for my car w/ them was around $350 ( I have a mitsubishi eclipse) but I got one online for $100. Labor for 2.5 hrs is about $370 which is about $120 hr. I'm not sure if that's the going rate for labor but that seems crazy to me.. I heard that repair costs are about $80 an hr so I hope I'm not disappointed when I shop around. Bottom lineinspections are $40, w/spectrum coupon it's $30 which is a great deal and they truely are an honest place to atleast have that done and for that, I truely appreciate Meineke.🙂

Excellent service. 6 wks ago my dealer charged me about $100 to put my car on their lift to tell me that I had an exhaust problem (which I told them) and they wanted to charge me about $1200. to fix it. I walked out. Yesterday while on my way to work I saw this Meineke and went in. I described what I was hearing and the agent came out and listened for a while. He offered to put my car on their lift and diagnose for free. I agreed. He then showed and told me what 2 parts needed changing and that it would cost $450. I asked about the labor cost and he shared that $450 was for labor and parts. I told him not to take my car of their lift :) and within 90 minutes the job was done and I was overjoyed. Needless to say they will be getting my business and I already spread the word about my experience.

Mike and the team were AMAZING. I called for a check engine light and state inspection and they took me in same day. If you are a female looking to get your vehicle service I HIGHLY recommend coming here. I was concerned with my breaks and figured they needed to be replaced. I made an appointment at Meineke for State Inspection. They took my car in on time and was done in record time. They noted a needed minor repair, (the source of a “rattle”) explained it to me, and did the repair all within an hour. I had taken my car to two different Firestone locations before and they could never find the source of the “rattle” when Meineke found it during the routine State Inspection within minutes. The staff was very friendly and polite. I highly recommend this location on Elm St. in Manchester, NH 03101.

Went in as a walk in to figure out what I had ran over in the road ( by trying to avoid an apartment sized pothole), the object had thankfully created a thudding noise. I had called the dealership where I got my car from and they wanted 70 just to put it on the lift to see what was causing the noise. Thankfully I called Meineke and spoke with Tom who thankfully didn’t charge to see what the cause was and only charged 25 to plug the tire ( object I ran over had a screw and rubber bolt on it somewhere). Very quick service, very friendly staff / mechanics, very clean shop. Will definitely be returning to Meineke for future service needs!

These guys are straight forward and honest, went over everything in a used truck I bought that had a ton of issues. They did a crankshaft sensor re learn for me free of charge, went in for brakes and they showed me the wheel bearings and why they needed to be replaced, they went through the inspection with me right there and gave me a list of to do’s with the most urgent being top of the list. When they did my exhaust manifold they replaced all the wires for me too. I’m taking it in again for an alignment and my girlfriends car for an inspection. They were honest and it was fast, they are stand up guys. Thanks guys!

I must say, this is my first time here, and I am super happy with how they treat their customers. Instead of price gouging, if they know something can be done cheaper elsewhere, they let you know. They did only the necessary work, while advising of other work that should be done down the line. They explained things I didn't understand in a patient manner, without talking down to me. The owner, Ron Coombs, is personally involved with the business, and treats everyone with kindness. While we already have a mechanic we love in town, he doesn't do tires, oil changes, or inspections, do for all the things our mechanic doesn't do, we will be coming to this Meineke for. A paraphrased quote from one of the mechanics while we were talking. "You do what good you can for people, and it comes back to you, and it makes things better for everyone." This is an admirable attitiude all too rarely found in automotive repair services. Also they currently (april or may/2022) have coupons in the local ads paper.

Setup my appointment online for the next day. I left the car for the afternoon and pickup the car after work. Previously, I brought my vehicle to the dealership and during the last visit they said I needed a new ball joint and possibly a new lower arm for the front left wheel. MEINEKE found the joint to be loose and they fixed it. No hitting sound after I rode the car after picking it up. Very professional and did good work. I would use their service again. Highly recommended. I save money going to these guys.

I went here for auto inspection knowing from 2 other auto places that i needed brake pad and rotor replacement. They found that the flexible component of rhe muffler was breaking off and replaced it on same visit and advised me to have my brake pads replaced within 3 months. This will be my go to for my aito needs.

I have been going to Meineke for a few years now as my vehicle service provider. I used to go to one in WA but just moved to NH. I use Meineke because they will use my own parts on any work they do, which is a good way for me to save money. I went here for an oil change and asked them to look into a problem I was having. When I fill up with gas from E, my car will start and almost immediately turn off. I was clear I didn’t want to pay for any service and whatever they could do for free would be very appreciated. When I picked up my car about an hour later after food shopping, it was complete and he went over a few possibilities with me for the fueling problem. He was very knowledgable and kind. I will definitely be back to this particular Meineke for all my vehicle service needs.

This is my second review adding to my first one(first one is below this one, also happens to be a 5star review) These guys are great, multiple times they have saved my fiancée and I so much headache, hassle and MONEY. Another garage was just trying to scam me, and I’m the type of person where I like to shop around, I’m not scared to bring my vehicle to a few places till I feel like I’m dealing with an honest person. The guys at Meineke have never given me a reason to doubt them. They have taken me into the garage and physically showed me what’s going on with my truck and have always been a huge help. Best shop I’ve dealt with really. This other shop tried to get me to do $1,000+ Of work on my truck I didn’t even NEED. Out of all the places I've been to have my car is fixed looked at or whatever this has to be the best so far no hard time at all told me exactly what was wrong what needed to be done how much it would cost and was even able to get me and some extra money off is a couple coupons I didn't know they had. They got me in with a last-minute call which was great. The price is fantastic. The only problem I had was that I had previously had my oil changed by a different Meineke and they had overfilled it. When that happened it caused my lower Engine Seal to blow out. It was a big hassle. So when I gave them my car this time I told them about it and ask them to be sure to put the correct amount of oil in the car. When I got the car back I drove to work and then checked my oil and it was overfilled again. Luckily I caught it before any damage was done this time. And it was probably an error in the program that fills the oil not human error. I was only upset because I warned them when I gave them the car and apparently they did not believe me or did not find it necessary to double-check. They did fix the problem right away by sending me to a different Meineke to have it fixed. Overall a good experience

I have been to Meineke before to have a complete front end replacement for my 97 Ranger. My most recent experience was a piece of my muffler broke off while driving which required a tow from AAA. I arrived a Meineke around 5 pm and expected to pick up the next day. Dan and his crew said we can repair it right away. In a 1/2 hr the old piece was removed and the new one installed. Very impressed from beginning to end.

The crew at Meineke have been nothing but wonderful. I recently moved to the area and was having issues and barely made it into their parking lot. They took my truck right in, inspected it through and through, and were kind enough to show me in person everything that needed to be addressed. They were very quick in getting me an estimate, and were kind enough to allow me time to make a decision on whether or not I was prepared to have the work done. Once I decided to go ahead with things, it was ready within half a day. I price shopped a little to make sure I was making the right decision, and they definitely beat everyone out in price. I could not be more appreciative of their help. Unfortunately I do still have some other issues I need to address with the vehicle, but they’re on top of it and working diligently to help me diagnose those as well! Glad to have found honest hard working mechanics so quickly.

Went for state inspection and tire replacement. Found out I needed brakes. Service was fast and they keep you informed of status by text. They also help keep cost down by applying specials or coupons available to the bill. Only thing that bothered me and left me feeling less than 100 percent satisfied was after picking up my car the check tire light came on. Didn’t have time to go back and inquire but would think this should have been addressed before releasing car to me

Reasonable quotes (I've had my brakes done, rear differential, inspection, tires) 5. Gives you good advice about future services and if they're necessary 6. Same day service (a must for people who are always on the go) 7. Ron (the manager, I think) is genuinely nice, offers but doesn't push services unless he feels it's going to impact the longevity of your cars life expectancy. Great shop! It is not challenging to find an appointment that fits my schedule and they always take my car in when I arrive, no waiting. I went here reluctantly as a new customer due to an issue with my exhaust. I am familiar with cars and do a lot of my own work so when a shop tells me nonsense I generally know. I was impressed by the honesty in the diagnosis and a fair price given the cost if exhaust and catalytic converter work. The manager, Mike, seemed ethical and followed through on calling me when he said he would. My only reason for not giving 5 stars would I could have gotten similar parts much cheaper on my own if they were okay putting them in.

I went in for an inspection, for 40.00 dollars, and ended up paying 433.00 in the long run, they found I needed front breaks, new filters. Plus paid about 95.00 per hour for all this. A little expensive when you live on less than 6oo.oo a month. I was not a happy camper! That leaves me less then a 100.00 to live on for the month!! 😱 Will I ever go back there , absolutely Not!!
