These guys are amazing. My exhaust broke off right between the muffler and at the connection joint of the catalytic converter due to wear and tear/rust. Figured it should be a quick weld job so I called up and they said to bring it down and they could take a quick look if they had a lift free. Showed up and a lift was free and they confirmed it was an easy welding fix. I was in and out in 15min flat with an honest price. 100% earned business for life. Highly recommend this place.

WOW... So refreshing to have an experience at an auto shop that is straightforward and FAST. These guys seriously did amazing work, replaced my exhaust in 25 minutes flat. They did a great job on my exhaust Fair price and excellent work. Had one of my exhaust pipes fall off of the car and had to have them make a new one, they were very fast only took about 45min to bend a new pipe and put 2 new tips on will definitely come back in the future if I need more work done

My exhaust in my SUV was SO LOUD. I called, they answered right away, took me in next day first thing, dropped off car at 8 am. called 10 mins later said i had a loose flange and it would be $80 20-30 mins. called me 15 mins later. all said and done car was done in an hour and so cheap! these guys are total pros and super awesome. thank you!

Went in for a flex pipe, the mechanic cut out an extra piece of my exhaust with no explanation whatsoever. I believe it to have been unnecessary and of course i was charged an extra 80 bucks for it. Not how I like to do business. However I can't the knock the work, The welds looks very good.

My son decided to cut off his muffler for the second time and then lost his license. I am driving his car to offset my truck gas mileage and couldn't stand the sound. A couple days ago I drove almost 50 miles to Lou's because they know my car, give me realtime advice, and most of all after 10 years, I trust them. My car is running better than it has in months. Trust is rare in these days and times. 💯🏅🍻 Last week I took my '18 Tacoma there, and the other day I took my Mini. If I could give them a 5 star Michelin rating I would. Around 10 years ago I had a Suzuki SX-4. It was a good beater. The muffler needed attention. Suzuki wanted an amazing amount of money. I took it to Lou's. When I saw Baldwin sitting inside the engine compartment I was sold. He fixed my manifold, and made a pipe down to the muffler. He was smiling and happy about it too. (I've seen a few flying wrenches) I was more than happy to pay them. I thank God each time I go there. 🏅 I'm past my hot rod phase, I think. 🤫 Mini was sounding like the best of them one morning. Even had a crackle my neighbors kids cheered about when I revved the engine. Lou's fixed my muffler and got Mini purring like a dream in under an hour. She even had more pep. I was like slow down horsy. Baldwin takes pride in his work.

Came in an hour before close with an exhaust I wanted installed the following day. They couldn’t use the parts I brought in, but the gentleman who worked on my van told me he’d make it work. He also told me he could have it done that day. After less than 45 minutes, he had built a new exhaust around my existing muffler without using any of my parts. I did not get the name of the man working on my van, but the welds and fitment on the new exhaust were absolutely pristine and all done in an incredibly short period of time right before closing time. I could not thank them enough, my van is silent and runs like a dream now. I highly suggest anyone use their service if they need exhaust work done and I will be returning in the future if the need arises. Absolutely top notch work at an affordable price.

Everyone one was so professional and kind. One of my Cars Cadillac converter was leaking and no good. My car was very loud and had not much gas pedal response. They had my car running great again in less than an hour. And they took the time to educate me about the problem and show me exactly what had happened. They gave me a few options for fixing it and helped me decide on the best choice. I know nothing about cars and I really appreciated all the help. They also make sure I was all set to get a tuneup somewhere so that the new Cadillac converter did not get ruined. Price was very reasonable much cheaper then I thought it would be. This is the second time I have been there they were awesome last time as well. I definitely recommend them they are awesome 😊

Great overall experience with Eric and the guys at Lou's Custom Exhaust, probably the best mechanical service i've had in years! They are down to business, professional and hard working there! They got me in very quickly for an appointment which was nice because it was needed! They lifted my car up as soon as I got there, took a look and told me right away what they could do...never seen anything like that happen so fast at an autoshop! They gave me a GREAT price then got right to work. The work was probably done in 30 minutes! (sawing off a rusted out muffler from the middle of a pipe and attaching a new one without disrupting previous work) The welding looks clean and solid and the new muffler is attached very sturdily with a little custom work to reinforce. Everything was easy professional and fair. Overall Eric is clearly running a great business there and all the mechanic seemed liked they really enjoy their job and working there, that says a lot about a place!

In the world of auto mechanics these guys are a gift from god. Top notch professionals at what they do and couldn’t be a nicer more honest group of people. After another location tried to gauge my wallet on nonexistent issues these guys got the job done at an honest price and in such a short amount of time. Not only that they stand by there work and make sure the job is done right and stays that way. I recommend them 10 times out of 10 for any of your exhaust needs. You won’t be disappointed!

I went to Lou's in Manchester two weeks ago to investigate the possibility of a different exhaust setup for my 2017 Lincoln Navigator. (Lincoln engineers for some reason just threw a tiny muffler with a boring round tip and a minivan sound onto this luxury vehicle with a Raptor engine. ) Needless to say, I was not happy with it and headed to Lou's in Manchester. The first time I went I waited about 15 minutes until someone in the reception area acknowledged me. I was told by the manager that they were too busy to accommodate me, or even chat with me for five minutes and to make an appointment to come back the next week. I did not mind, as I had just showed up unannounced, as they are a VERY busy shop. I returned the following week by appointment. The shop was busy again, (Monday morning) and I waited about twenty minutes till the manager Eric asked what I needed. I gave him a quick explanation about what I would like to see done to the Lincoln. He grabbed the keys and the vehicle was on the lift in a minute or two. After checking my exhaust system for leaks, a shop technician asked what I wanted. I shared that I wanted something sleek, and slightly aggressive, but not obnoxiously loud. He gave me a couple of suggestions, and asked me to select what kind of exhaust tip I wanted on the wall. There was a pretty good selection, and I settled on a chrome, small, rectangular slash cut type. He showed me some mufflers that he thought would be a good choice for my vehicle, and the desired sound and fitup. He told me what the install cost would be, I thought it was very reasonable, and he surprised me by telling me it could be done in 35 minutes that morning! He wasn't lying. He did all the cutting, measuring and fitting, and another tech did all the welds and leak checks. 35 minutes on the dot. It came out better than expected, looks wise, and sound wise. So in closing, 5 Stars for the work. I would say that the front desk/reception area is not fantastic, but this is a working shop, with all hands on deck. So it is worth waiting for the service. I also received a very generous veteran's discount when checking out. My advice: If you are looking for custom work such as I was, have a pretty good idea of what you want before you go. This shop is not going to sit with you for an hour and design the exhaust of your dreams. Also, call ahead before showing up. But definitely use this shop if possible.

I meant to leave a review a couple of weeks ago, but I got so busy with other things that I forgot. In one of the first snow storms in Manchester NH Someone had tried to steal the catalytic converter from my exhaust system. Lou's was able to take me in right away. The guys at the shop were very professional and helpful. The waiting area is very clean They explained the problem in detail and fixed my exhaust in under 20 minutes at a low price. This place seems reasonable and trustworthy. I did ask if they do auto repairs. I was advised that they only do minor mechanical procedures depending on what the problem is. I would recommend this place if you are having muffler problems.

Called around to a few shops to see what could be done with my 2020 Chrysler 300. Had a few hits, but mostly people just trying to get me in the shop. Evan talked to me, found out what I wanted, and did his best to suggest some things based on what I told him. When I got there today, I had told him the wrong information and the exhaust setup was not what we thought. Instead of trying to upsell me on a whole setup, he suggested something $400 cheaper than what was originally quoted. I told him I wasn't concerned about the cost, but he reminded me that I was the one concerned about passing inspection. He deleted my mid and fired it up, then asked me if I liked it. He was courteous the entire time, allowing me to watch, photograph, and film. Overall, I cannot recommend this place enough. I drove away happy and will be returning and recommending others. 10/10

I went to Lous because my primary mechanic had recommended them for snapped in half muffler. I walked in expecting to have to shell out $300 or more....45 minutes and $100 later I drove off with a quiet car and no more worries! I recommend Lous custom exhaust to ANYONE with exhaust issues!

I figured I wait a couple months to leave a review until I actually tested the exhaust out for a bit. They did exactly what I wanted, for a great price. I have an 18 Silverado, and wanted something loud with a side exit before the rear tires. I love loud vehicles, and the flowmaster they put on sounds incredible, I also had them delete my third cat while they were doing the rest of the work. The pictures in my house shake every morning when I start my truck, I couldn't be happier with the way it came out. These guys did a great job, kept within the quote they gave, and did the job in a couple of hours. All in all going here was much cheaper than the kit I was looking into, and they've earned themselves a repeat customer. I can't recommend them enough.

I came in without an appointment. They got me in with just a 3 minute wait! They quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me more than a fair price. Eric said an hour to complete. They were spot on! The tech doing the job took pride in his work and asked me if I liked it, I said hell ya! I could tell he knew what he was doing, the welds were crisp and clean. The job came out perfect!! I have heard nothing but good about this place and now I know why. I tipped the tech and was out with time to spare!! I HIGHLY recommend this place. EXCELLENT SERVICE. I will be back for sure. Was in Manchester for only the day and the muffler suddenly failed mid-afternoon and was loud and exhaust was permeating the car. Pulled up to Lou’s based on the recommendation of nearby Jiffy Lube. I had 2 cars worked on at Lou's and I'm very happy. My wife's Odyssey had an exhaust leak that they were able to weld up and it has been fine. They also found a bolt missing in a different area of the exhaust and took care of that. They were very thorough checking for additional leaks with a stethoscope set up. Very reasonable price too.

Went in to just get a quote about my exhaust, I had brought my car into a different shop to get it inspected, the other shop quoted me an astronomical amount. By recommendation I was told to go here to get it checked out. Brought it in within minutes they had it up on the lift to show me some leaks, same ones the first shop pointed out, all said and done, they told me they would be able to fix it for FAR less than the previous shop, I asked about a time frame, they told me they could get it done same day! I was blown away. Dropped the car off went to an appointment came back, and boom it was done! Amazing work, 10/10 would recommend Eric @ Lou's again!

I recently called Lou's for a quote for an exhaust, on my Ford F-350, which I recieved within minutes. I scheduled an appointment for the next day and also asked for them to preform an inspection. I dropped my truck off the next day for the work to be completed. They contacted me in the early afternoon telling me the job was completed. I was extremely satisfied with their customer service and workmanship. Great Job Guys!

These guys are a pleasure to do business with. My daughter's car failed an inspection for an exhaust leak and a friend of mine recommended Lou's Custom Exhaust. I just showed up there and explained the problem, Eric put the car on the lift, came back in a few minutes and explained the repair and actually had it done in about 20 minutes. I also had them do the State inspection in an additional 10 minutes. This visit went so well, I asked if they do any other types of repairs. Eric explained that they do almost any car repairs ,minus body work. Believe me , I'm not an easy customer to deal with and this operation is first class. Fantastic service. Won't bring my cars anywhere else for exhaust work or state inspections. In and out in no time. The owner (Johnny) very very nice and reasonable. The manager Erik explains everything in detail and walked me through every step of the process. All the staff is just amazing and very pleasant shop to be in. I was referred to Lou's by Ed Reilly Subaru, because the OEM parts needed to fix the exhaust on our 2005 Baja turbo were going to run over $3000! Lou's did the job within a day of giving me an estimate, for $1000 and with a 5 year warranty! They were helpful, called when the job was done, and even offered to take me to work.
