Awesome experience - had tires mounted and balanced. The owner, Ricardo, fit me in on a busy Saturday after I had planned to go to Town Fair but couldn’t get an appt for 3 days. Even the service tech, Sean, was professional and knowledgeable when discussing tread depth and tire wear. It’s obvious that the owner cares about the customer experience. Beautiful showroom display, comfortable leather seating, complimentary Keurig coffee, AND amazingly clean bathrooms! Yep - when have you seen clean bathrooms at a tire & wheel shop? This is one of 2 locations - the other is in Nashua. Would highly recommend these guys for personal service, rather than being treated like a number at the high volume stores. Even recommended them to my son for wheels on his G37. Would highly recommend!

Exceptional prices and selection. The technicians are very friendly and do not try to up sell you on the products. You have many choices for new tires and a wide selection for used tires as well and what’s great is that they do not treat you any different if what’s purchased is either the new or used. The wait is not long at all in my opinion 1hr or so , but if you work at the Cummings center here in Beverly they will come pick up your car just make sure you make an appointment. I would highly recommend this place for anyone that looking to replace their tires.

Luana, Ricardo, Reynaldo and the guy who actually did the suspension install are fantastic! Great friendly service! I had the Air ride suspension replaced in Celsior and now she's a happy lady again! I need snow tires for her and they will be getting them for me and installing them. I definitely recommend taking your whip, ride, hoopdie or whatever you call her to see the fine folks at FCT in Manchganistan!

This place is awesome, so clean and excellent service and prices! The waiting area was a refreshing change from dirty tire shops. There was a video game and toys for the kids and overall the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. They really care about service here and you really can’t beat the prices. These guys are fantastic. I'm pretty new to the area and was searching a tire service place that had used tires. These guys already had great reviews so I figured I'd try them out. I called and asked them if they had my tire size and they said they had a few options. When I got there he let me pick out the one's I wanted and told me that one of the tires (that a dealership recommended me to change) could get me at least through the winter. They were honest, kind and had a good selection. I will definitely be back!

I came in thinking I needed 4 tires because of wear on the front tires and they told me I only needed 2. I never had that happen to me before. TJ was incredible! I went in on Wednesday and was honest with him about not knowing much about cars or what size tires I needed. He didn’t hesitate to come from behind the desk right out to my vehicle. He got the size tires with one phone call and said they’d be in by Friday. Great business! We had previously went to First Choice Tires for new tires for my husband's car. We had a great experience so that was the first place I thought of when my low tire pressure light on my car came on. I stopped in without an appointment when I was out running errands to see if they could take a look. They had me all set within 15 minutes. It turned out I didn't have a leak, the air in the tires had become low during our recent extreme cold snap. Not only did they put more air in the tires and reset the computer on my car, they told me why the tire pressure had been low and did it all at no charge. I believe it was the owner I was speaking with and he said to feel free to stop by anytime my tires needed air and they would take care of it at no charge. All done with a smile. Very happy to recommend them to anyone.

Seriously this place is awesome. Very good prices and genuinely good customer service. I had an awesome experience at First Choice Tires in Beverly! I went there to get a tire put on after I had replaced a flat with my donut earlier that day. They were able to get me right in, had a used tire to match my others saving me a bunch over a new tire, and got me in and out within 20 minutes! All while the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend going to First Choice Tires whether you need just tires, or wheels as well.

I went to the Beverly, MA store and allow me to pick the tire of my choice and the size I want without issues since I'm very picky about what I want. The guys did an excellent job mounting and balancing the tires and no vibration at all. They provide excellent work and I'll be back for another set for my other car soon.

Very nice guys. Small efficient shop Took me in as a drop in and got stuff diagnosed, ordered and mounted the next business day. They explain everything and are easy to work with. Hardest part was finding their shop, but the location is actually quite convenient to center of town.

I came in here with a flat tire almost on my rim, and in a big rush and these guys took my car in immediately, had a used version (which is what I asked for), of the tire i needed, and for a great price, and had me and my car in and outta here in no time at all! The customer service was excellent! I had no idea this place was here, but lucky for me it was bc I wouldnt have made it any further. I dont live in this town, but I will go out of my way to come here again based on my experience here today!!!!!! UPDATE: I came here 5 months ago, had a great experience and due to my car needing an alignment it's been shredding my tires from the inside, so I went back to First Choice yesterday for two tires (got my alignment today after the tires yesterday so this doesnt keep happening) and had yet another great experience. Nelson was the man I dealt with this time around, he was very professional, honest and friendly. I've been here twice now, dealt with different people both times and had two great experiences! Will keep coming back!

Seriously this place is awesome. Came in after my tire literally fell off my car while I was on 93 and a tow guy recommended it. The guys were so nice not only did they take me to work instead of making me call an uber but they waited for me to come get my car after work and after they closed. The price also seemed super fair although I dont know that much about snow tire prices. Definitely go if you need anything.

Called many places, never got all the information I needed until I called first choice tire in Manchester. I called weds 1/27 and was told to ask for Ricardo by referral. I gave him all my info for lifting my Jeep and he gave me a quote within minutes. I was super impressed with his professionalism that I asked how soon I could get in and he said next day 1/28 or Friday 1/29. After taking the Friday morning appointment they were ready for me at open and the place was very clean and actually seemed like a shop you’d want to spend the day at. They have arcade games and snacks and after realizing that I couldn’t spend the day there and had to go to work they called me when the work was done and my Jeep looks fantastic and the pricing was the same as estimated. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs ANY service that they provide. They are nice and professional and treat you like old friends! Will definitely be back for more service!

I've been a customer for years at the Nashua, NH location. When they opened up a location in Manchester, NH, I started going to that location because it's closer to where I live. The waiting area is VERY clean and up to date. I was greeted as soon as I came in. The staff was very professional and courteous. I was offered a cup of coffee while I waited. Wait time was about 5-10 minutes before they could bring my car around for tire install. Overall, excellent experience and this is why I'll keep coming back.

First Choice Tires is my first choice! Very friendly atmosphere! The owner is super nice & so are his guys in the garage. They have a little of everything, to accommodate everyone. You’re able to finance tires, to make things a little easier on your wallet! The waiting area has comfy couches, while you wait, a little drink station, & a little play area if you have kiddos! The service is very quick, 30 minutes in & out, for a tire change. It’s spotless & very well decorated! Even the bathrooms are super clean! Clean place ,but I happen to have a tough vehicle ,a 2017 gmc terrain I wanted to do a package wheels and tires ,and a suspension package,springs,coilovers,or maybe even air ride...and i guess my vehicle is too difficult. Nice kid working there just young and said they could get anything for my car and I took the ride in,left empty handed ....really nice looking showroom of wheels and parts that they can't get anything for MINE THO...i feel there can be someway to get it done,ill just have to do it elsewhere..nothing bad to say about this place ,just disappointed they have tons on display go check them out! I will come in anytime if you think you can make something work ?

I'll be honest, at first I dismissed this place because it wasn't one of the Big Name tire shops in the area. Boy was I mistaken! After getting one of those "Great" wheel and tire package deals online I ran into balancing issue. Normally not a big deal, but none of the Big Name shops would touch my wheels and tires. Either because it was a "liability" issue or because their equipment couldn't handle 35" MT tires. Finally I called First Choice Tire, the shop was closed because of the holiday, but Ricardo still answered my call. I told him the issue I was having and told me to come in the next morning. They wasted no time and got my truck right in (luckily they had some open appointment slots) and was able to do what the big shops couldn't. After a week of having balancing issues and getting turned down by other shops my tires finally ride as smooth as a Cadillac. I definitely recommend this shop especially if you're running aftermarket wheels and tires.

GREAT EXPERIENCE, had a flat tire noticed there was a screw in it so I thought It could just be plugged! Went to another tire store they said they wouldn't be able to do it.
