Extremely satisfied by the thorough and speedy repairs done by Rick and his team. I was in a bind with a flat tire in the middle of a wedding ceremony and had to get the tire fixed immediately. Rick got me put in the schedule in the nick of time, and his technician David patched my tire very quickly. Rick quoted me a price before any of the work started, and he stuck to that price. Back on the road in plenty of time to get to the wedding reception, and 2 hours of a drive home and a day later, the tire holds pressure just fine. If you're ever in need of professional and efficient repair in the area, I would recommend giving Rick and his team a call.

During and after the inspection Rick stayed in contact with me to ensure our needs were met and that we understood what we needed to pass inspection. Very low pressure environment here. I took car in for an inspection. They gave a very detailed report on what needs to be fixed but also tell you when they need to be fixed - most things didn't need to be immediately fixed, so this was good to know. I chose to take my Jeep to Auto Care Plus for two (2) reasons. First, the Dealership that always maintained my vehicle has made it extremely difficult to schedule State Inspection and Maintenance. I needed a new repair shop. Secondly, the online Customer Reviews and convenient location made me take my Jeep to Auto Care Plus on Candia Road in Manchester, NH. When making my appointment, Rick was very professional, affable; unlike the Dealership. Pretty disappointed with this business my last visit 2/25 for state inspection. Told I needed a right tail light assembly for my 2015 mustang and they virtually nonexistent and would have to pay over $800 for the part alone. Total estimated cost almost $1000 with labor. Turns out this part is all over the place. CAR PARTS IN HOOKSETT 4 miles down the road for only $390. Not going to be using these guys any longer..

I’ve used ACP 3 times now. State inspection, tires, and oil change with maintenance. I love the vehicle inspection report they create each time so you can see what’s in good shape, what will need work, and what needs to be done now. I was on a budget and Rick helped me pick out what maintenance was most important, needed to be done now, and pricing on the other services so I can budget and bring it in as soon as I have the funds. They even gave me a ride back to my work so I could leave my car for the day! Everyone is always so nice and professional. These guys are top notch! It’s hard to find a trustworthy mechanic and I always feel like they have my best interest at heart and do quality work. I love my new tires and they even rotated them for free since I purchased them there. Super impressed. They’re my go-to guys!

Showed up to an appointment I had with a competitors garage this morning just to find out there was a staffing issue and they would “maybe” be able to fit me in later in the day. Obviously annoyed by this I made calls around to other companies and no one could help me. I then called AutoCare Plus and spoke with Rick. He empathized with my situation and did everything he could to get me in as my schedule is very tight. I didn’t have the option to drop my vehicle off for the day so fortunately they had a loaner car ready to go. After explaining I had a good deal for Black Friday with the competitor, Rick was able to get me a solid discount with a much better tire selection. Bottom line, excellent customer service from Rick, great prices and solid recommendations. Great job, you’ve acquired a new customer for all my future maintenance needs!

We called from route 93 North with a flat tire, and Bobby was so nice, and said to have AAA tow our car there, and he would work hard to get us back on the road. The minute we arrived he was on it! We needed a tire he didn’t have , but he immediately tracked it down . It was 4:30 and he was so apologetic he could not get it. He said early morning he would get us on the road and actually gave us a complimentary car to get us to a hotel. At 9:00 am the car was done. !!!!! I have been going to AutoCare Plus in Manchester for years now, after my dealership made an alarming error on my vehicle. I am typically in for maintenance things, however, this time around was more emergent: I found myself driving a car that was making terrible grinding & squealing noises and I was pretty scared to drive it not knowing what the problem was. I called Barry at ACP and told him about the problem, and they were able to make room for me in their schedule if I could just get the car there. I couldn’t get ahold of my insurance to get the car towed, and so I called back for advice. They walked me through some of the things it could be, and ultimately I made the decision to try to drive it in using back roads and a lot of caution. It took forever for me to get there, but they took my car in, gave me a loaner, and took care of everything for me very quickly. I was back again a few days later for a completely different issue, and casually chit chatted with Barry, Rick, and Jay like we were old friends. All three of them are rock stars! This is the difference between a small, family run business and a dealership. I would 100% recommend bringing your car here over anywhere else I have been.

I had the best experience with auto care plus over the past couple days . My radiator hose blew on a newly purchased used car unexpectedly and since it was a surprise I wasn’t able to afford the fix until the next day possibly not till the following week , Cindy and the rest of the team were amazing they did everything possible to bring down the price for me and even offered to store her for me till payday if it came down to it but I ended up being able to come up with it the next day , I called the next morning after having left her there the fallowing day to have her go in to be fixed since I finally had the money and she was already finished for me , I hadn’t expected them to fix her so quickly not knowing if I could afford it till the following week but they did ! They even discussed the possibility of there being a underlining problem and to get my Jeep fully inspected early to learn of any other issues and if there is a underling problem with my radiator they were very honest and upfront about all of it they could have just let me think it was fine but informed me down the line it might not be and I appreciate that so now there aren’t any surprises. Needless to say when I go in today to pick my Jeep up I’ll be scheduling a time to have her fully inspected for any and all issues that may need fixing so I can fix them before my actual inspection is due in six months and I will be having all of the work done with them ! They have a great team and are willing to go the distance for their customers especially when they are in a rough spot , they even bring you and pick you up while your car is with them . Everyone wants a honest caring auto shop and this one meets all the expectations!

I was interested in some modifications to my truck, I dropped it off with Jeff and had great results. Communication with the shop was excellent, everything was run by me first. When everything was completed I received a text that showed me all the diagnostics of the service as well as a great picture of what to expect when I pick it up. I am originally from Northern Utah born and raised so I’m not familiar with the East Coast and have only been a resident since July 2020. I searched for this place of business due to me needing to stop for some small maintenance for my 2000 Suburban/Tahoe since I was in already in the area so I decided I’d find somewhere to just purchase some products and fix it myself as I normally would. The two men at the front desk had said they unfortunately don’t sell washer fluid nor power steering fluid and recommended Irving but then a lead I believe called on a guy to get me the help I needed even though they didn’t sell the items I walked in for they were willing to quench the thirst of my very old vehicle. I am just so thankful that A. I didn’t have to do it myself even though I don’t mind entirely B. You were all so down to help without even needing anything in return which I’m grateful for even though I totally would have paid you guys LOL C. Paul and his staff voluntarily stayed late on a Friday evening (!!) when I showed up two minutes before close with a pressing car problem in the middle of a long drive. I went to the Candia Road location for a state inspection based on the Google reviews and the fact that I was able to use a coupon. I was very pleased with my experience today. The gentleman that greeted me was very courteous and professional, the waiting area and shop area was very neat,clean and organized (always a good sign). My vehicle was brought in right away and the inspection was done in a timely manner. I was given a report for the inspection and was on my way in about 30 minutes. This was my first visit to this business but it won't be my last.

So I've been taking my care into Auto Care Plus for 4 years now and every time I'm astounded by the service I receive. I do a lot of driving (180+ miles a day currently) and have to take my car in often for maintenance. Really great customer service at this location! We had our tire light go on while en route to Canada and it had just been on a few days before with a nail patched so we were worried. Pulled off the highway and stopped at Auto Care Plus. Even though they were busy they said they could take a look and not even half an hour passed when they called us to let us know there wasn't a nail and they just put more air in - all free of charge. We were so relieved. You could tell they were very professional so we trusted their assessment and were on our way in less than an hour. If I lived in the area this would be my go to auto care business.

Went for an oil change and the team gave me a list if necessary items my car needed which was legitimate. I scheduled all of this with chris who wqs great and even managed to fit in a last minute addition i made and still meet the timeline. The places feels like a smaller shop that actually cares about long term business with customets. This experience along with the team (patiently) helping me through the motorcycle inspection process makes this place my new shop. Service included an email system that would email you pictures of the work that needed to be done (my way overdue and wrong colored transmission fluid) which helped me understand what was happening and why.

I have to give a BIG recommendation to Auto Care Plus 418 Island Pond Rd, Derry NH. They are a newly opened auto repair company but they treat people like they have been there for years. I do not live in that area and I had a major problem a few week back during a very sad and urgent family time and my truck was not derivable, I was very lucky to break down next to their shop. They were extremely helpful and made time to get my truck in to see what they could do to help. They were very sympathetic of my situation and doing whatever they could to help. This is our new auto service shop! We recently moved to the area and had been trying to find a place to service our Toyota van and do routine maintenance on our E350 MB. After having a bad experience with the local Toyota dealership (Ira) we tried Auto Plus. This place is great! Paul, who greeted us was very friendly and knowledgable. We passed on the windshield wipers for the van thinking we could buy them cheaper and install them ourselves. We ended up saving only $2. I've been going to Autocare Plus ever since I moved to Manchester a couple years ago. Each time I have done, I've always been met with a smile, usually a handshake, and outstanding service and work. Barry, Chris, Jeff, and the rest of the staff want nothing more than to keep your vehicle in tip-top shape. Say what you will about their pricing, I have never received anything but top notch auto work. Not to scare anyone off, but recently, an unfortunate incident came up when, during some work involving the removal of my wheels, one of my wheels around the lug nuts was damaged. It looks like it was an impact tool that got a little jumpy, I'm sure it was accidental. Why the 5 Stars then? Because when I mentioned it to Autocare, without any fuss, pushback, or scapegoating, they jumped on taking care of the situation. They offered to cover the wheel and mount and balance it. No putting it off, no nonsense. That's a sign that this place that cares about what they do. A mistake was made and they owned it. This is in no way a turn off for me sticking with Auto Care Plus as my go to shop, quite the contrary, these are the people I WANT working on my car; in a real test of integrity, they showed they have it.

I had my 08 Durango towed in last week for a huge coolant leak. I was in a pinch as I am new to the area and AAA referred me to Auto Care Plus. I received a very nice call to verify my vehicle was there, and a short time later, I got a call back with an answer to my leak. Turns out I needed a new timing belt, water pump and thermostat. Helpful and responsive people's here, had to bring my Rogue in because I suspected the transmission had went bad and unfortunately it did. Spoke and dealt with Chris mostly and he was very helpful in laying out what needed to be done for my car. Sence a transmission is expensive he was able to inform me of the issues that should be taken care of immediately and suggest some other items I should keep tabs on and look at tending to over time. This was nice because I didnt feel pressured to pay out and do everything they told me needed to be done and allowed me some peace at mind to take care of what was necessary, then inform me of some smaller services I could look into doing at a later time but was not immediate at this time. They do a great job and Chris really responsive to any questions I had while I was there, I will certainly be back for service in the future.

I was advised "Lets do this now we are already here in this area." I approved. My Heat issue was difficult to locate and took two times. The bill started to increase, a lot. Confession; I have been pretty inconsistent with the maintenance of my vehicle for my entire adult life. Now, I feel like I have a personal mechanic reviewing my vehicle oil change, after oil change, and looking out for me. I started visiting Lou in Merrimack about a year ago. Their print marketing presence, customer appreciation program, knowledge, and service is above & beyond any other. They keep track of your vehicle like a medical file! Getting my vehicle looked at is no longer a hassle that I have to dread. Auto Care Plus, has so many locations! When I realized that ACP was also located in my hometown Manchester, I was thrilled. I was in a major bind the other morning when my 17year old daughters car practically fell apart.. She works and goes to school and I myself work two jobs and go to school. We needed that car looked at fast.. I called right as they opened and I couldn't believe it when they said come right down and they would look at it! Within a few hours we found out the car was not fixable ... new engine needed plus tons of other issues. We decided to trade it in for a better car at my dealership. When we went to leave the mechanic told us that he does not want my daughter driving the car, that she was luckily to be alive considering the condition it was in. Auto Care Plus - These are your guys and this is your automotive team! If you grew up with a dad like mine, you heard it all the time - "Make sure you find a great Auto Mechanic who can assist you if your car breaks down, that's the first thing you should look for whenever you move to a new area." Did I listen to him? - No. I wanted to find the best pizza, the best places to ride my bike, and some great hiking trails. While my car was important, I figured I could just find a place. A few weeks after I moved to Manchester NH from Florida, my car needed to be repaired. As I had just started a new job, I was really frustrated as I had just started orientation and thought I would miss a day of work while waiting for my car. My engine repair light came on while I was driving in the left lane in heavy traffic on the Everett Turnpike. So I pulled off the nearest exit. "Hey Siri, where's the nearest auto repair shop?" Up on the map comes the Auto Care Plus dealership in Merrimack. The team there told me they would be able to repair my car (which was great news as it was also covered under warranty). When I made a comment about missing work, the staff told me that someone would be able to bring me to work - so instead of missing a full day, I was only 10 minutes late to my orientation class. A few months later, when I brought my car to the Auto Care plus in Manchester, Randy and his team looked over my car and found it needed more work. They provided me a free loaner vehicle and spent the next two days repairing the engine of our family car. When I picked it up the next day, it was like driving a new car. Not only that, the mileage improved significantly as a result of the work they had done. AND - not having lived in New England for several years, I had a lot of questions about the weather and what the best tires were for my car. Randy and his colleagues walked me through the different types of tires to help navigate the New England weather and told me that when I was ready, they would assist me with finding the right ones for my car. Between the Merrimack shop and the Manchester team at Auto Care plus, there are great people willing to assist you with your automotive needs. - And while my Dad lost his 25 year battle with Cancer three years ago, whenever I walk into Auto Care Plus, It's like I can hear him: "I told you so!!".

My car was recently towed here because it broke down due to another car repair place incorrectly putting the drain pump back on. Autocare Plus contacted my dad and I to tell us what exactly was going on and advising us that we should threaten litigation to the car place that messed up. They told us that they even took pictures of the engine damage so we would have proof. Anyway, our hopes were not high because if the wrongful car place did not want to do anything for us, we would have had to pay over $3000 for a new engine which would be downright impossible for us. Luckily they ended up replacing the engine for us at zero cost (don't worry I wrote a good review for that business as well) but it was the customer service and attentiveness at Autocare Plus that really made that possible. Now we have our car back with a brand new engine with less miles! So thankful. From now on, my dad and I are only going to Autocare Plus for car service. Very trustworthy and helpful employees and that's really hard to find these days!

Unbelievable service. Got a flat on 93 North so changed to the spare and took the first exit to end up here. We had to wait a bit for them to get the tire so we asked if there was a decent place to eat. Heading off on or vacation a couple of weeks ago pulling our trailer, our Escalade broke down on a Saturday late morning on Route 101 in Manchester. After finding a tow company, we then searched for a place to bring our car to get it repaired and hopefully get back on the road. We called Auto Care Plus in Manchester and they said they could check it out for us. They diagnosed the problem right away and said the fuel pump needed replacing and they should be able to get us back on the road which they did even after staying an hour and a half after closing time. Trying to keep my '94 Volvo wagon on the road and recently took a job in Manchester (I live on the Seacoast). I researched several auto care centers and selected AutoCare Plus. I had routine and troubleshooting service on 9/24 and found the service and advice to be excellent. Paul, Service Manager, called me to discuss the findings and, without any pressure, provided me a price to repair the problem. He indicated clearly that this may not be the solution but would help clear it up. He also stated that he didn't want to "run up the bill" by continued looking for the problem. This is honesty and integrity and I appreciate it. I will continue to do business there.
