I've been coming to this shop for almost 10 years now. I've never had a bad interaction. Not once! If you are in need of any vehicular help, these guys are the ones. I go in maybe once a year for stuff from tune ups to strut replacement and all the stuff in between. I This is the best shop in Louisville.

I am very pleased with the whole team for the work they did on my car! I was having shaking in the wheel and was concerned. I brought my car here to get a diagnostic test where they also found other safety issues I knew nothing about. They show you exactly what is going on with your car and explain everything. The work was done in a timely manner and also the price was worth it! They have financing options too if you’re on a budget! Very very friendly and will work with you! Please check them out. Boy these guys really rescued me in a pinch. Was able to get a quality new tire for a reasonable price. Service was quite friendly and very helpful the staff also allowed me take a comfortable 30 minute power nap while I was waiting for my car to be repaired and which I am eternally grateful for as I stay tired most of my days. This place definitely deserves more than 5 stars. They handled everything professionally. They let us come and see what needed to be done on our car. Very clean establishment. Has a tv that played great music and funny videos. Definitely coming here for my car fixes. Best place ever. Plus they don't try to over charge or do extra things. Love this place!!!!

Walked in off the street for a new set of tires. Eagle tires made it easy and stress free, plus they did an excellent job. I used a bigger name shop last time i bought tires, and they could never get the balance right on the tires. They blamed it on my car and said the tires were fine. Come to find out it really was just the tire balance causing my car to shake above 65 mph, and Eagle tires finally got it right!

Called eagle tire at 9 am and got quotes...very happy with the service and the pricing. When I arrived at 3 pm the owner not only greeted me by name, but knew what service needed to be done upon arrival. This is a loyal mechanic shop and you don't find that too often. Eagle Tires came through in a very tight spot twice this year. I had a tire blow out and took the car in for a full set. They identified some oil leaks damaging electric parts in my engine and were communicative about the Where and Why, offering to show and go over the issues. My vehicle did in fact have a bevy of driving issues before this, so we went ahead with the repairs. They also in the same visit were able to repair and replace a door handle on the driver's door which had been ripped off by a tow truck driver. The car ran great after, and the overall service was good and in good time. Just this last week my alternator goes out, the car being near 190k miles and that part being an original, and after a frustrated day of swapping batteries and getting it jumped, I was able to get the car in to them, and they had it ready and back out the door the next day. It is operating wonderfully now, and none of the random electric issues I am used to are occurring. The first set of repairs I utilized their financing system, which may cost more in the long run but let me get back in my car way before I would have ever possibly been able to pay for it all up front.

Eagle is the best place to go to get work done the people are amazing and nice and if I could give them 10 Stars I would but they definitely deserve more then 5 stars so come check them out and get your car fixed by them

First experience at this business. Came in about 45/50 mins until close, but they were able to fit me in after discussing it amongst themselves. Very busy, BUT it WAS on a Friday at closing time.. pricier than expected.. used to paying $10, maybe 15 bucks for a patch.. $28 is what they charged me! Don't get me wrong, they did a hood job n all, I'm just cheap lol I could've gotten a whole used tire for that! Haha.. I will return, definitely, but will be more price conscience. 😁

I highly recommend their service, great with customers, gave me a good price for his service, and hooked me up! If you're ever in a pickle and have something like this happen to you and need to get back on the road same day, these are the guys to go to!!!!!!

Called prior to coming as I needed used tires due to a limited income. They promptly took care of my questions and did have tires for my vehicle. Just bought 4 new tires and got it aligned! You can not beat the cost compared to the big name competitors! The guys are very quick and very professional! First time I drove my 07 TL on new tires and alignment, I forgot how smooth the car is once they did the proper alignment, I was in love with how the car drives! Hands down the best place to get your vehicle worked on. The crew at eagle tires are very professional and knowledgeable. Scheduled an appointment for a set of used tires front brakes and alignment on my truck. The prices are fair, the work is done right and the tires almost look new.
