Jeff was nice and very informative to us. He told us a brief history of all the cars in the showroom, which mentioned that it was a lot of hard work in a schedule. The place is shiny, clean, and well maintained. It will motivate you to look around like you were in a museum. They also offer a car tour room that you pay for entry, and certain rules apply, such as no photos. They also have lots of high-quality merchandise and car cleaning products that I found useful for my car. I recommend coming here, especially if you are interested in cars.

Went on the VIP tour with Jeff and my family and I really enjoyed it. We got to see really cool cars and their current projects and it was awesome. We saw Ryan talking to an employee so we didnt want to bother him but we did take a picture with Big Dane and it was cool.

Fun store room. We did not go on the tour put just walked the front of the store. About 6 cars with the stories for each. They also has some sort of coffee bar? If you don't go on a private tour it take maybe 15 minutes through the shop.

Had an issue a few weeks ago with my car and the guys at West Coast took care of me! I was blown away by the unexpected professionalism of the entire staff. Especially from Chad in particular. I really appreciate them going above and beyond for me and handling everything so expertly and efficiently. On top of all that the place is great; the shop is awesome on the inside and they are doing some incredible things with their cars here. Thanks again and will be back for future needs!

Nice and clean place. Excellent customers service. We took a private tour to visit a shop floor with amazing cars inside. Not a lot of work was going on that day. But our tour guide explained very thorough about what is going on at the shop. Answered a lot of questions with good explanation. Free t-shirt with the private tour paid price. I just want to add that whatever you see on TV and in real life are different things. Please consider this.

Some nice modified cars, but you gotta pay like 25$ to take tour. Seen some stuff through the glass window and we definitely didn't pay money for that tour. i Don't think it's worth it, here are some pictures

We had a great time with our tour guide Jeff. We didn't catch her name but a lady with blonde hair and glasses was so nice and knowledgeable of the business also. She was very sweet to my son Quentin and Eli. We saw Ryan 5 times. He was really busy so we tried not to bug him. 2nd time visiting WCC at this location, 1st time it was amazing, 2nd year not so much. There was no new stock / T-Shirts in the shop and the cars in the showroom was the same from the previous year so nothing had changed in those areas. Shame tho as I love the brand. If it is your first time visiting then it is worth going to see if you are in the area.

Nice cars and merchandise. We've visited during our trip in LA. Apparently there are live shows, too, because we saw a stage and a bar in the back. You'll be able to get to see every car in detail, read the backstory about each of them and maybe shop some merchandise in about 60 minutes.

I went with my family today for a tour. My son has watched every show of WCC on Netflix. We were lucky to see Ryan because he was just walking in. We talk to him and took some pictures. We were welcomed by him. Tour guide was really good. Lots of knowledge about every car in the shop and he did lots of talking. Everybody loved the VIP tour. We only paid for 2 and guide took us all in. Nice cars in the shop and you can tell that jobs are getting done right. Good to see you Ryan!! Thanks alot!

They were very friendly to us when we visited. One of the graphic artists stopped to tell us about the mural he was painting outside the building. We were the only guests there for a tour, and Andrew took the time to have conversations with us during the tour, allowing for our questions and stories. If I could afford a customized vehicle, I would definitely take my business to WCC!

When I visited in mid July I took a tour of the new location. The staff was friendly the guy who gave us the tour, Ryan was right up in the action (which was cool to see ) , and I even got a free tshirt. I encourage anyone who enjoys cars go visit this spot.

This is one of the best custom auto shops in the world, why are so many haters in the reviews surprised that this business likes to make money? I have a surprise for you every business is there to make money. Don’t be jealous that this shop is really good at doing that.... If I could service high end clients only that actually have huge amounts of money to spend I probably would too. The celebs don’t mind they have the money to blow.

Friendly staff. Says Open for everyone but its very limited. They have tour packages 20 $ which includes over view of current projects and 75 $ which includes close view of all current projects, tshirt signed by RYAN and vip badge. Staff are so cool they will answers all you questions with patience.

I know you guys won't see this but long story short my father has a 56 Chevy impala needs a lot of fixing my father raised six kids and never had himself anything for himself we don't have the money to fix his dream car but before he passed away me and my family I love to see his dream come true to see his car fixed up my father does everything for everyone else but he does not ask for anything you race all of us I never give up on us I wish I could say a lot more but right now I'm crying because I'm scared to write this letter. We walked in to West coast customs today after having a bad experience at six flags due to my son's amputated leg from cancer, out here on his make a wish trip. These guys and lady were awesome and treated him and the rest of our family great. We went in looking at the cars and left with a happy boy after what they pulled together for him on such a short notice! Stopped here on the way to LAX to go catch a plane. Seriously, one of the nicest shops I havd EVER been in. Showroom, spotless. Shop, spotless. Beautiful vehicles on display here. The Mario racer was here, and so was the "Smurf" car for the movie. A golf cart, built like MAD MAX, Ryan built for his son was on display. We were walking around the shop, and in comes Ryan, the owner. Hes on his phone, asking someone about his Escalade keys. We walk around checking stuff out until hes off the phone. My son ran up to him, and asked if this was the shop that built Kid Rocks "Bad Ass Caddi", and if he could see it. Ryan tells him it was, but Kid Rock took his car home, back to Detroit. My son engages Ryan in some small talk. Ryan doesnt brush my son off because hes just a kid, he walks around a lil bit showing him stuff, and telling my boy about it. What a good dude. So, Ryans phone rings, and he says he'll be back. Yeah, uh huh! He didnt come back, but who cares, hes busy. We continued to check out the showroom, and merch area. A chrome Audi, A modern Dukes of Hazzard replica, a ol' school hot rod, and much more. Lots of vehicles roped off, with a display card telling you about each other vehicle. Plenty of merch. Lots of shirts, shorts, and model vehicles. Not one of the model vehicles was a West Coast Customs replica. Thst was a let down. But big selection. Not many accessories for vehicles either. That suprised me. A few stickers, license plate covers, some stickers, a few over priced auto amps and speakers, and a ton of rims. We purchased a few shirts, a model, and some stickers fo $80. Not bad, everyone got something. I would have liked to take the tour for $20, but we had to get going. Happy I got to meet Ryan. Glad he was cool to my kid. Hes a cool guy, not a dick like most of the famous in L.A. Awesome shop, great people there. Great cars to look at. The ol hot rod was a suprise. Super clean, lots of parking, snack bar. History of the shop all over the walls. All his old shops. It was great. Next time I am in Los Angeles, ill stop in and take the tour.

I think west coast customs is good they do a very excellent job on their builds and i think they did an awesome job on fouseytubes car it is an awesome car compared to before and people hating on how trisha's car wasnt finished on time and other stuff and they didn't do what she wanted but most of the times they get more customers while on builds and it is hard to work on vehicles and people should know how hard they work instead of complaining

My son and I watch WCC all the time I am an over the road truck driver and get 34 hours a week at the house its not a lot of time but we make the most of it. With only 34 hours off a week its really hard to get any thing done on our build its a 1986 Chevy 4X4 short box .thank you WCC for doing what you do and maybe one day we will make it happen.

I'd love to have my 2004 Mitsubishi Galant customized by West Coast Customs. I'm just afraid of how expensive a paint job from them is gonna be. My car has a white pearl finish, I'd like to change it to Maserati's Bianco Perlato (a fancier looking white pearl XD). I doubt I can afford it, but one can dream.
