THIS BODY SHOP IS AMAZING!!! All of the workers there are friendly and knowledgeable. The first people to greet me was Alex and Alfredo and asked about my situation. My cars rear bumper was cracked and needed to be replaced. Thankfully Alfredo was able to order the part and told me that it would be ready in about 2 days. When the day came to do the repair, it was quick and easy. THIS REPAIR WAS DONE IN ABOUT ONE HOUR!!

Had a broken grille for my benz e350. I wanted to install to a new grille that looked nice. So I bought an aftermarket grille from Ebay, and brought it to Eddie at the body shop. Despite that my car had 360 camera, Eddie has done a perfect job on installing the grille, and calibrating the camera. He finished the job within the same day, and washed the car when I came for pickup. Amazing service at amazing price, and everyone at the body shop was super nice! No wonder this place has such great reviews from everyone!

Amazing customer service on top of the great work they did for my car. The owner, Eddie and receptionist, Jasmine were both so friendly and helpful to my mother when she took my car here to get it fixed. She could not stop raving about you all! We checked at least 5 other places and this place had the most reasonable prices. Got a dent on my door fixed as well as my tires replaced. Everything was done super well and within the time they promised it would be done. It’s hard to find a good car place with honest and good people you can trust, but we’re happy we found New Smile Auto :) Definitely would recommend! Thanks for fixing my car!!

Earlier today I went to go pick up my car after being rear ended last year. They did an amazing job when repairing all the damages and gave me assurance that they would do a good job. I fully recommend this body shop because they will make sure and give you their guarantee that their work is 5 out of 5. The men(Alfredo, Alex, Paul) who are working on your car are 5 steps ahead of your needs and in making sure your car looks as good, if not, way better than it did before. Great service & professionalism, hands down. I couldn't even find the perfect lighting for the paint job and work that was put in (bumper/headlight/realignnent/grill).

I went into a lot of body shops prior to this one to get quotes for fixing dent on the bumper and side panel scratch. New Smile provided the best quote with great customer service, so I chose here, and I don’t regret. I had a lot of schedule conflicts and was only avail on the weekend for car drop off. They even accommodated my schedule and opened the shop little earlier for me on Monday morning so I could drop off my car and don’t go through the hassle of renting a car for the weekend. I mean who really does that for you? New Smile made my life way easier and the car came out BRAND NEW. Respect the owner & the staffs’ efficient communication skill and high work ethic. They cleared my doubt by answering all the questions, and most importantly, my car came out like when I first bought it. This would be my go to body shop.

They did a fantastic job and dealt with my insurance company. It was a hit and run and the initial offer from my insurance based off pictures I'd sent them was way low. I took my SUV to New Smile and they gave it a free inspection, but noticed more damage under the wheel well. They wrote up the supplemental quote and got it approved from my insurance. 1 week later the car looks brand new. They spent an extra 2 hours cleaning the tree sap off the car which probably was more work than the dent! I really appreciate their work and would highly recommend them to anyone. I will upload the before and after photos later.

Alex is hands down the best guy out there!!! I came in to the shop 10 minutes before they closed, with a flat tire. I was told by the tow truck driver it might be an axle problem, which is why I went there in the first place. Alex checked it all out, realized it was just the tire, went out of his way to get my tire fixed & had me out in no time. Keep in mind they don't fix flat tires just because you have one! But he went and took it somewhere where they did 😭 and then placed it on my car! Would highly recommend to anyone and will for sure be back if I ever need any body work done on my car!! 😁

I just bought a new 2022 challenger RT. I had a accident on a rainy day. Alfredo was there in a matter of minutes. I was really upset and didn't want to talk a lot. This place is amazing. I didn’t have my car for a month and when I went to go pick it up, I didn’t even recognized my own car. Alex and his crew did an amazing job on repairing what was suppose to be a totaled car. Everything from the front was pushed in and wrecked the radiator, A/C, battery, etc. Not only did he do an amazing job on my car, but he definitely made it feel stress free when it came to working with my insurance. I cannot express how grateful I am to Alex and his crew. Especially the receptionist, 10/10 customer service. The first time I went to NSAB was Aug/2020. Someone had driven into the side of my car, and it looked dreadful. I rec'd a recommendation and was so happy I went. I was treated like family. Miguel, Alfredo and the rest of the staff know what they are doing! They removed the icky scratches, and my car looked great. Well, just last week, I scraped my car door. I got over to NSAB as soon as I could, was warmly greeted, and again, they fixed up my car. I would recommend them for any auto body work.

We have a new teenager driver and have gone to New Smile Auto Body twice for repairs. The first time (a fender bender) they gave us a great quote, the repair was done quickly, and the minivan looked great. The second time there was a lot more work to be done. When we called they came to the accident site to tow the car, helped us navigate the insurance, were great at communicating with us about the progress, and we just got the van back better than ever. They even detailed the car! I truly hope we don't have to come back but if we do I am so happy to have such a professional, friendly, trustworthy, and reasonably priced place to go. New Smile Auto did an impeccable job on my body work. I came in to have a side mirror replaced and the work was done both expeditiously ( literally less than an hour) and expertly. Miguel and the team at New Smile are courteous, professional and easy to work with. I brought my Miata in for a few cosmetic issues that required body and paint. I was helped immediately and Miguel looked up pricing on parts, gave me a fair estimate and ordered the parts right on the spot. I left a small deposit to get the parts ordered and within a week everything was ready to go. The day before I took my car back in, the air conditioning stopped working. Miguel went above and beyond by diagnosing the problem and getting that fixed as well! Fair pricing, excellent customer service and my car looks better than it did the day I bought it! From the minute I walked onto the premises, I experienced nothing less then protection. The staff was professional in addition to helpful. They took me to pick up a rental car for the duration of time I was without my car. When it was time to pick up my car, once again, the professionalism shined through. I was shopping around different body shops and almost every body shop was quoting me a little over $1000 to get the passenger fender and rear bumper repainted. My fender was hit by a truck and had a dent and a deep scratch in it, the rear bumper got hit about a month ago and had scratch and scuff marks. Every time I saw my car I would get sad and finally I told myself I need to get this fixed. So glad I came here to New Smile, they worked around my budget and they definitely took care of me. Alex and Alfred went the extra mile to make me comfortable with the process and sent me progress pictures upon request. When I went to go pick up my car at the shop I had a huge smile from one ear to the other, now I know why they call this place New Smile Body Shop. They do a terrific job. I brought in my car for a frame and bumper damage. One thing I was scared of was if my car was going to color match or not but they did a great job in color matching the bumper with the car.
