I had called the service department and the wait to talk to someone was very long. I was having issues starting my car. Finally I was able to talk to someone and they were trying to give me an appointment the following week the girl who took the call didn't seem considerate towards my concern & I wasn't going to waste more time and argue with her , I had to do a walk in , I couldn't wait a week for my car to get fixed. My car was towed to the service department . I understand it's busy but they can at least greet you and let you know someone will be helping you soon every time I go for my maintenance you have to be looking for someone to help you, I had to go out of my way and look for someone to help me that day, I approached Carlos and he helped me as soon as he was done with his client . If I never asked anyone to help me I would probably still be waiting. The girls are having their own personal conversations or goofing around from what I saw and they don't guide you or ask you what you need. He made the process so easy and comfortable for me I got my rental and my car was ready in less than 2 days . He is the only reason I give it a 5 star Thank you again Carlos.

I took our under-warranty car to BMW of Sherman Oaks to try to resolve a tricky software problem that BMW corporate support themselves were not able to help with. My service advisor Chris and his manager Dave were very helpful. They got me a brand new loaner on short-notice, and were able to prioritize getting the help needed to resolve the issue. They made sure I left happy, which is rare these days in service.

Was driving from southern California home to northern California after attending a weekend conference. Two hours into the trip my car experienced a drivetrain malfunction. We were towed to BMW of Sherman Oaks on a Sunday when the service department was closed. They took care of me Monday and my car was ready by 2pm that afternoon. Not only that, even though my car is well out of warranty, they were able to get it fixed at no cost under an extended program for this problem. While waiting for my service to be complete they provided me with a rental car so that I could get to needed services. Would highly recommend!

I am about to lease my 3rd car from them. Anytime I have gone there for service it’s been easy and efficient. I’ve never had problems. This particular time Carmela was an angel! I came in with a flat tire after hitting a huge pothole, it was the same tire I had just replaced 3 weeks prior, and not only was she able to get me a huge discount but she made it happen in about an hour!

My car was flooded following heavy rain. I went straight to BMW of SO. Carlos is amazing. Second time I work with him and it’s even better than the first time, that itself was amazing. He is a fantastic person, great communicator (updates), always answered my questions and messages over the three week period the car was there, knows how to talk and calm us down when the situation was stressful. He genuinely cares, went over and above and beyond, and I felt as if I’m his only client. That’s how devoted he is. Not sure how he does it. Add to that, his knowledge in BMWs. I only dealt with him as the face of the shop, and what a great experience it was. If I go again there, or buy a car from there again, it’s because of Carlos! Thank you, Carlos.

Also, the agent I booked the appointment with told me they were running a special 220$ for 3 oil changes. When I went to pay they said my car was too New to qualify. I was very disappointed from the attitude, rudeness and aggressiveness Received from my service advisor KRISZTINA ! I spent over $4000 to repair an oil leak which turned into a whole mystery on how to fix it, I had to bring my car back for the same issue but My Service helper claimed it was an oil leak that resulted from a separate problem, my car was in the shop twice each time for more than two weeks, I was charged again and was dismissed like I was in the wrong. I had hoped that having BMW dealer work on their specialty cars would nail the problem from the get go , but I was proved wrong. Spent $4500 didn’t even wash the car, Bad service and extremely letdown.

My X5 is part of class action suit that burns oil. Brought the car to the dealership for over two years complaining of excessive oil consumption without resolution. I top up the oil every 700-900 miles. Showed the schedule and the oil I purchased and receipts. I was told that BMW would not accept fixing the problem based on my documents. The Manager David ignored my complaint last June 2022

So far, my various experiences with them have been great, which is why I continue to use their service department. My last visit (Apr/2023) was an oil change and tire check. As usual the service was amazing. Kristina M. was my service advisor. She was very efficient and quick to get my car in line for servicing and reminded me of other services I should schedule in the coming months. A follow up text was sent to me, just in case I had any additional questions while I waited. She greeted me once my car was ready and we discussed a few remarks mentioned by the service dept. regarding the tire check. I was very happy with the customer service she provided. I drive 50 miles one way from Palmdale to get my car serviced and although I pass the dealership in Valencia I prefer to bring my car to BMW of Sherman Oaks.
