The level of customer attention was outstanding. From the initial inquiry to the final correspondence. Every employee that I had the pleasure of speaking to provided a phenomenal experience. Unfortunately, I did not end up purchasing a new Audi from Audi of Beverly Hills. The decision came down to convenience. I decided to purchase a competitor's vehicle. Dealership accepted and honored a written offer to purchase my vehicle. Audi of Beverly Hills would not guarantee to accept the offer. I live quite a distance from the dealership.
I just wasn't ready to chance a deal falling thru and having to drive such a far distance only to be disappointed.
Even with this little hiccup, I give the Dealership 5 stars!
The sales person was exceptionally professional and congratulated me on my new purchase even though it was a competitors vehicle. Extremely classy.
I will definitely contact Audi of Beverly Hills for my future vehicle needs.

I needed help with my Audi A4 rear seats being set back into place after adding seat covers. Even though I purchased my Car at Audi pacific. Spoke with Mohamed and Ulyssa Audi Beverly Hills was more than happy to help without an appointment and help on site. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced since owning my Audi. Audi Beverly Hills has become my new home.
Service representatives and service managers were very courteous and helpful describing the work done on my car.
Updating the below review, I expressed my frustrations to the manager at Beverly Hill Service Center, and he has made every effort possible to rectify the situation and compensate me for lost time. I have also been contacted by a representative from Fletcher Jones, to follow up. I appreciate the quick and thorough response to my initially unsatisfying experience. I have confidence that my concerns were heard and taken seriously, and that this location is committed to improving future communications procedures.
I am in the midst of a days long frustrating experience with this service center. The communication has been completely unsatisfactory, and a good deal of my time has been wasted. I brought my vehicle in because of a bluetooth module recall, and after two full days of having my vehicle, I received a call at the end of today informing me that they just learned that the part was not in stock, and they would need to order it. I am expecting a call from a manager in the morning and will update this review pending satisfactory resolution of the issue. This is my third consecutive lease with Audi and one of many, many poor experiences with Audi service centers in Los Angeles. At the end of my lease term, I will pursue switching to a new auto brand that can take better care of its customers in exchange for the premium monthly payment.
George, my advisor, provided exceptional customer service. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating to my needs. You brace yourself taking your car for service but hands down: this was the BEST experience I've had in my life!!!
Omar, the tech, was also a pleasure. He explained perfectly what my car needed in a way that was easy for me to understand. Going forward, I would like to request him to work on all my cars.
The overall service was legit- it was honest, it was quick, and it was painless!
I came to buy coolant almost at the end of work hours, and was quickly assisted by a friendly and helpful employee. Parking was an issue for me on that day, though.
Fortunately, Audi makes great car to drive, because I wouldn't want to shop anyplace else for a vehicle. From start to finish, the sales team is genuinely warm and accommodating, well coordinated, and efficient.You leave with a new car and some new friends. Follow up has been equally as pleasant and professional.
George Chala my Service Advisor was professional and very helpful. He went through everything that needed to be serviced and also informed me of some issues that needed attention! He also helped me a little bit with the cost because of unexpected problems from the other dealer which I will not mention. Omar the Shop Foreman went above and beyond and even went to my home to help me get my car running so I can go to their dealer. He even made sure to be involved with looking over everything else that needed attention in my car and even worked with George to get me into an emergency loaner car! This dealer is Top Notch and the whole team their including the parts department were very attentive! I will ONLY bring my car to them because of the Great Customer Service as well as the work perfectly performed by them! This is the #1 Audi Dealer in Los Angeles!!! I was due for my 2 year service on my leased Q5 and received a letter from Audi reminding me there would be no cost as it is covered by my Audi Care package and they would come and pick the car up at my home, leaving me with a loaner and then return my card--washed. VERY impressive. And the driver showed up right on time and was very courteous. They kept me informed as to status via several emails. Very happy with this service!!
I truly have never had a bad experience with Audi BH. They take care of me and my car every time I come in for service. They make everything very convenient. It also doesn't hurt that they have Q8 loaners!

I had a great service experience at Beverly Hills Audi! Are used their pick up and drop off option and my car was picked up on time and dropped off on time. Ken, my service advisor, was very communicative and kind throughout the entire process. When they recommended extra work on my car that I didn’t want to pay for at the time he did not pressure me into doing it. He also honored the coupon for my service that I found online without hassle. Overall, the entire experience was great and I would go back to Beverly Hills Audi for service and when I am in the market for a new car.

Audi prides itself in how it implements technology into it's luxury ethos. It's a marvelous execution that has made me a loyal Audi customer for close to 7 years.
What they never sell you on is the customer service. It never gets mentioned how accessible, understanding, knowledgeable and personable the staff can be. I'm the time I've come here, I've never had a complaint and I've always felt like I've been taken care of.
From minor services to major work, the staff is always communicative and always tries to go above and beyond. Especially, my guy Carlos. He's the only one I ever have to deal with until billing and he's on top of my car like a personal trainer. We stay in shape because of him and I know my family is in good hands.

I had a great experience at the Audi Beverly Hills Service Center. Gustavo Ocana was professional and extremely helpful from start to finish. He was quick to respond, he educated me so I could make informed decisions about my car and he did so with respect and kindness. I would recommend Gus for your Audi needs... he is great!
My consultant Ricardo was great. Made sure i understood my repairs as well as my charges. My only negative was it took way too long to get my car repaired. I brought it in at my 1:30 appt time on Tuesday for its annual maintenance appt and was told it would have to stay until Wed morning due to the mechanics being backed up. Luckily i was given a very nice loaner car. However my car wasn't ready until 4pm Wed and i had to drive in 3hrs worth of traffic to get to work that night 😫. When i booked mt appt i was told it would take 3hrs top. Had i known it would be longer i would have rescheduled. Otherwise the team there is great. So nice and accommodating. Just don't schedule the 130 appt!
Chris at the Audi Service Center was fantastic. He listened to my concerns and skillfully addressed each, either by explaining the unique features of the car or creating a service request. He was friendly, professional, and helpful.
On time service. Service advisor Yulissa is exceptionally very good. I have come down couple of months back for some the repair, she remembers everything in detail about the past repair/ service and attends every customer with utmost care. Many thanks to Yulissa :)
While it was almost impossible to schedule the actual appointment, once I did, they did a perfect job as always. Their online appointment system doesn't work and nobody called me back when I tried to set an appointment up. Also, The phone just rang and rang. I was never able to even leave a voice mail. My service Advisor, Carlos, is great as always.
The team at Audi Beverly Hills Service are always so lovely and professional. Hemi was very communicative and kept me up-to-date on when my car would be available following the service. I also love the added bonus of getting an Audi loaner.
After being disappointed in Rusnak Audi, I decided to give use a different Audi service center and contacted Audi Beverly Hills and they called me, scheduled the time and provided a loaner. Sent an email confirmation and then a reminder. I went there, they checked me in on time and reviewed everything in detail and got the loaner and I was out of there under 20 minutes. Received an text providing the job done and then a text that my car was ready. Everything was taken care of without hassle. Thank you!
They were so pleasant, set me all up, made me a cappuccino at their coffee bar with an actual espresso machine, and called me an Uber to take me to work!

I will never take my Audi to another service center again! Not only are they professional but they are also KIND. They went above and beyond to help answer all of my questions and they worked extremely hard to get me into a loaner vehicle when they were already completely out of them by 7am. I truly cannot thank the staff enough. Special shoutouts to Yulissa and Gaby the barista for making my wait time enjoyable and fun.
I have had truly EXCEPTIONAL service at Audi Beverly Hills. Not only at the dealership, but at the service department as well. Brandon, my service rep, was polite, thorough, listened to my needs/concerns and was able to take care of my tire replacement THAT DAY. I went to another Audi service center that had to order my tire my Audi BH had it in stock. The facilities are impeccable and everyone there that day was a great representation of Audi service and the reason why I stick to owning and leasing Audi vehicles!

I made my appointment to have my vehicle's 40 thousand miles scheduled maintenance done. My service advisor at Audi of Beverly Hills, Ken Kritzer immediately took care of me. On the day of my service, Ken gave me a loaner Audi vehicle which enabled me to continue with my day. Within a few hours he called me to say that my car was ready to be picked up, and had already been washed. The service at Audi of Beverly Hills is excellent in every sense of the word, they have a great team of professionals who consistently provide fantastic customer service. Exceptional Service that goes above and beyond my experiences with most other Service Centers. I had David as my Rep and he was extremely professional to work with from start to finish. He replaced the batteries on my keys free of charge and even though I did not spend any money with my service, David had them provide me with a courtesy car wash which was unexpected and greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them.
The best experience I ever had dropping of my car to a service center. Quick and very efficient with excellent customer service. It put SM Audi's service center to shame. Not that I ever had any issues there. I'll update some more after I get my car back.
I got my car back 5 days later. My initial estimate was 6k and I was able to drop it by 1k by cross shopping with another Audi service dept. They were happy to match it with no grief plus I got a comped rental, a clean new A4, so technically I got it for ~$500 less if you would factor in the rental. George Chala was wonderful, a true customer advocate giving me constant heads up.
Wonderful experience using Audi Beverly Hills Service Center for my 10k service. Incredible use of technology throughout the entire experience. Emailed and txts to communicate with your service advisor and status updates. Emailed summary of services preformed including a video by the actual mechanic showing you all the points covered in the inspection.
My Q3 has an issue where it resets the time and trip odometer if not driven for a few days. I made an appointment Saturday 8:30AM. Right when I dropped my car off, George Chalas came and explained that they don’t have a fix for the issue I’m experiencing right now but will call me back once they do later this year. He then offered to install another software update that was pending, and to also inspect and wash my car for free! I was in and out of drop off in 5 minutes, went hiking in the area, and by the time 10:45 rolled around, George texted me that the car was ready.
They sent me a whole video and checklist of the inspection, something I’ve never gotten before at any car dealership. When I picked up the car, it was washed squeaky clean and they even cleaned the interior for me. Thank you so much Beverly Hills Audi and George, will definitely be coming back in the future!!
My car is brand new low mileage so I can’t really give a true review. The staff is very courteous and I get a loaner during yearly maintenance checks. However I was charged $11 for the (2-gallons)gas not a big deal but I prepaid $1K for yearly maintenance. I can’t imagine for older cars what kind of charges they incur. I was also offered “tire rotation” for extra $150 oh no thank you.
Carlos in servic and the staff in the loaner Department is amazing. Was having issues with my car and I called the same morning and took me in right away and gave me a loaner to use. Amazing Custumer service and caring, honest. Very clean department good Service, highly recommend this location. .
Eric is the best to work with and Carlos finally after taking my car 4 times to other locations, on this first visit to Beverly Hills they found the issue I will always come back here. Got my car back being in a brand new condition. They respect u and are very honest and Loyal to there Customers.

I had a wonderful experience with the Audi BH service department. The pick-up and drop-off service was so helpful and convenient (someone from Audi BH service came to my house and picked up my car for its 2-year maintenance and then returned my car to my house the next day). It allowed me to not have to disturb my workday to take my car over myself. This saving of time and hassle is invaluable!
Victor was on time to pick up my car, quick and professional. Yulissa was in charge of my service and was so communicative, trustworthy, professional and easy to work with. I was honestly concerned that somehow I would be ripped off for my 2-year service as that is a general fear I have at any brand car dealership or service department, but I truly felt Yulissa had my best interests in mind and would ensure everything was completed thoroughly but no un-needed services would be added. She even helped me use a discount I had found to make the service a bit more affordable. She mentioned Audi Care but was not pushy about it as she understood that it did not make sense for my vehicle given the 1 year left on the lease and low mileage.
There was a slight mix-up in the time to drop-off my car the next day so Angie (who oversees that department) dropped it off herself given my time constraints. This was an example of going above and beyond and putting my needs as the customer first. From start to finish, each person I interacted with at Audi BH service treated me with kindness, respect and professionalism. These little acts by Victor, Yulissa and Angie may seem small or like ‘their job’, but it was such a relief to not have to experience any stress or worry around this process. That is not my usual experience at other dealerships. Well done Audi BH service department!

Went in for a 40,000 service. Love my service advisor Ken Kritzer. Very pleasurable to deal with, however Audi online appointments needs to make sure that when you request a loaner that you actually get one. There wasn't one available and the person in the loaner dept. was very unfriendly and not helpful, but Ken was!!! Later in the day he called me to tell me they had one available so I drove back to the dealership and left my car for service. I'm on my second Audi from this dealership and if I go for a 3rd I will go back to them!
Hands down one of the best experiences I've had. The entire Audi Service team, from Ken, to Eric, to Simon, was truly exceptional. It's rare to see a vehicle service center with such high ratings - but after coming to Audi Beverly Hills Service, it's clear to understand why they have almost a perfect rating! You won't be disappointed!
Glad people have had great service but my contact doesn’t even text me back, and when he did it was with the wrong information meant for another customer - telling me I owed a lot of money for what was essentially free. Cafe staff thought I was an employee not a customer so carried on gossiping in front of me until they realized. Free car washes are great, that’s what gets the stars in the review here. Normally the car comes out perfectly, only ever had one issue. Will keep going for the washes and hopefully service will improve, my friend had a great service contact so maybe I’ll get him next time!
I brought my Audi Q5 for its 20,000 mile service. Service was great as always, my service advisor, and dealer associate, Daryl Thomas was amazing, above and beyond expectations. He took care of everything flawlessly, from the start of the service to the final payment, with great communication.
Carlos provided exceptional customer service when I visited the Service Center recently. He knew I was coming in, he was prepared, and he welcomed me as though I was the most important customer of the day. Carlos was perceptive - he could tell I was having a busy day and expedited my service request so that I would know I was in good hands and could go on my way feeling confident and secure. Carlos was exceptionally knowledgeable and kept me abreast of what was happening with my car throughout the entire process. While concluding my service, he offered me several viable options that would fit my particular needs. Holy cow. Best service experience I’ve ever had in any industry. My service rep, Carlos Lazo, was excellent. You could not ask for a more capable, friendly and professional person to work with to guide you through the entire service experience. Every other dealership and many other service industries could learn a thing or two from Carlos and the rest of the team at Audi Beverly Hills Service.

I brought my 2013 Audi A4 and asked for a manager to address my unique issues and Andrew showed up at my car within 2 minutes. Andrew was professional, courteous, and very competent. He went above and beyond to assist me from the beginning to the end. I definitely recommend this location; plus it's a very nice and clean place!

For the past three years, I have received nothing short of immaculate service each and every time from the service department at Audi Of Beverly Hills. The entire team is fantastic but particularly my specialist , Carlos Lazo, is the absolute best! He truly goes above and beyond the call of duty and I will be sticking with Audi, in no small part , due to my experiences with him and the service team !

The only issue I want to share is I had requested a Q5 as a loaner since my lease will be finished in December and I am trying to decide if I purchase a new car or keep my car. I was told there would be one available but when I asked about it, I was given a long list of reasons why that would not be possible...this list of reasons from the person handling the loaners. I received a loaner and that was fine but I didn't need to know about all the reasons why my request was not reasonable. I had asked, was told it was possible prior to my service appointment. Just a bit disappointing.
Service at Audi of Beverly Hills was a pleasure. The new location is spacious and immaculate, and I was attended to at every step by the friendly staff. My service writer, Carlos Lazo, as usual took great care of me, and I appreciate his excellent communication during the service by text message (which I prefer to phone calls). I had a nice A4 loaner car, and really the whole process was as painless as possible for getting regularly scheduled maintenance on my vehicle.
George was a great service advisor. He was business like and I was in and out within 10 minutes and that is with a loaner car. He also texted me to let me know the car was done. I appreciate the ability to be conscious of our time. My plug in car was fully charged by the time I picked it up. Another touch that shows he knows what a customer wants and expects.
There’s a reason this service center has 5 stars compared to others. I used to frequent VanNuys but always had awful experiences. Ken at this Audi center truly changed my opinion on Audi service centers and went above and beyond to assist me and make sure I was satisfied. The only thing that makes me feel better about our Q7 (& I didn’t think I COULD feel any better) is the Service Dept @ Audi Beverly Hills. From start to finish, George was simply awesome- kind, attentive & accommodating. Repairs were swift and perfectly performed. Counter guys & valets all very nice and helpful. Can’t beat this Service Dept!

I was fortunate enough to work with Emerson Molina who was very attentive and extremely helpful. Actually, the service department at BH Audi is the best part of the whole experience of purchasing a car from them.
Took my car in for service on NYE, as the SOS emergency call feature had been malfunctioning for a few weeks. Reza Saboor was my service consultant, and he was very professional, friendly, timely, and explained everything to me. My appointment was at 8:30am, and I was able to speak with Reza promptly at that time, even though the center was already a bit busy. I ended up waiting for the issue to be fixed, and I was able to take my car home the same day - a couple hours later. I would highly recommend this service center for good quality service, responsiveness, and prompt communication.
My car is currently being serviced. There was a recall on a part and during this time of COVID Audi Beverly Hills came to my house to pick up my car and drop off a rental. They have texted me updates regarding the eta of my car regularly. Their communication has been great and offered peace of mind.

needed to fix a couple of flats under my tire warranty. George handled everything perfectly. Had all my tires replaced under warranty, had my rims polished, did my service, and even replaced my wipers. Even though my DL was expired and new one not received yet (quarantine, ack!) and he couldn't provide a loaner, he made sure I had ubers to get where I needed to go. Thanks!
Ken is always a pleasure to deal with. No beating around the bush and straight to the point while maintaining a friendly and amiable conversation and customer relationship. The technicians are worth the dime and the amenities of this location are great. The only criticism I had, and continue to have of this location since it opened is the extremely poor signage when traveling down Fairfax and the sometimes crowded entrance (by serviced vehilces) aisle into the service drive - there should be a different approach to storing vehicles which have been completed or are pending than parking them in such a way that creates a narrow and difficult to maneuver corridor for arriving guests.
Ken who runs Service Dept is a wonderful guy who holds his composure while customer freaks out about them wanting to charge 800$ to "look" at car. 3000$ to fix car light wich i got fixed for 150$ at resedsa auto. DTLA Audi is 1000% better.
My service advisor George Chala was exceptional. Brought my A8 in for some warranty work, he got the paperwork done in a timely manner and getting a loaner was effortless too. Throughout the process, George constantly updated me on the progress and the timeline. He made the entire process seamless even when parts needed to be ordered in. George is the epitome of what luxury service should be.

This is my first Audi and this was my first service experience. I was greeted by name when I drove up and said I had an 8am appt, the loaner car was ready, everything was done efficiently, and everyone I dealt with was friendly. Couldn't have been better!
Carlos was so very helpful, as were the rest of the staff I interacted with. He addressed all my questions in a thoughtful and thorough manner. The company also practices COVID safety protocols - full PPE (masks, gloves, sanitizers everywhere) as well as seat and steering wheel covers. There is an outdoor Uber pickup/dropoff area as well.
The service department of Beverly Hills works very hard to be the best. Ken is one of a kind. He always takes care of me and was able to get my tire changed like a champ with no hassles whatsoever. Thanks so much Ken!!! A+ like always.

I absolutely love the Audi Service Center on Fairfax! It’s huge, new, the staff are super professional, and it’s fun to be surrounded by Audis ;) Anytime I’ve brought my car in for a wash or for service, the customer experience has been phenomenal. Can’t recommend them enough! Audi BH Dealer was also my all-time best car dealer experience (purchased a certified pre-owned car in 2017).
Sure, this is a beautiful new service facility and the service is excellent. However, what I can't get over are the prices this facility charges. Sure, if your Audi is under warranty, you'll enjoy what this outfit has to offer and will never complain. My 2011 S5 cabriolet is of course not under warranty. I recently brought it in for a airbag recall and was told that I needed to have the upper control arm bushings replaced. Sure, after nearly 130k miles, that is understandable. The price quoted: 1867+tax, so, an even 2,000 bucks. Went to my local tire guy whom I have been using for years, he charged me 861 all in, rotated and balanced the tires as well. He use Audi parts which were about 553 dollars.
Next, my battery died, the original one. I was amazed that it lasted 8 years. Called up my service advisor who told me it would be 830+ tax to replace the battery. I asked how much the battery costs and he said 335. So, 500 dollars in labor to do something which should take 15 minutes and then get your car washed???
Called Santa Monica Audi and they said it would be around 615.
Went to Saab & Raffi which is conveniently close to where I work. He got the battery for 225 and replaced it without charging me for labor because it was his first job for me. The battery probably won't last as long as what Audi would have sold me, but long enough for what life is left in the car, say another 3,4 years if I am lucky.
Anyway, my point is that the labor rates are extreme, probably to pay for the new service facility. Of course, it isn't the staff's fault. I doubt that they pay their mechanics more than 80k a year, which comes down to about 40 bucks an hour. I never asked exactly what their hourly labor rate is, but it must be around 250-300 minimum, even though that doesn't explain nearly 500 dollars labor charge for replacing a battery.
I just hope there aren't folks out there having work done on their Audi at a dealership once the warranty has run out. It's like throwing money out the window. Well, it's Beverly Hills, so, maybe people are used to doing so.
Ken has been very good and has exceeded expectations each time. He is well prepared to see me during this time of social distancing and got my car in and out as promised. He has been awesome since car #1. This is car #3.
Had tires & wheels stolen off of my 4 month old Audi. George Chala provided great service - he sent someone to put temporary tires/wheels on the car at my home so it could be driven without additional possible damage from a tow, dealt with my insurance, and got the car fully repaired within 2 days - and then delivered it to me back at my home. We had my girlfriend's Audi A4 serviced here, awesome new facility and great amenities! Was offered a loaner car but we just hung out while her car was getting fixed. Guess the service was faster than expected!

Reza at Beverly Hills Audi definitely took care of me from beginning to end! I would recommend working with him anytime. I was given a loaner while my car was worked on. A bit more expensive then I thought although Reza customer service was top notch!
Great service, I had previously taken my car to a different Audi service center and reported rattle noise from the passenger door around 65-70mph. They refused to check the problem because they could not drive the car at that speed around the center. Audi BeverlyHills test drove the car few times and found the issue, I haven't had the noise so far and hopeful that its gone for good
Customer service on the phone was great I talked to Michael he helped me find the part and they had it in stock. So Michael left it at the front cashier, I came to pick it up and they have great customer service.

THE AUDI needed an oil change and DEF fluid before returning to AZ on Wednesday. Also the 64k service was carried out.
The service team took care of the car and got me on my way.

Went to repair pothole damage thru my insurance. Everything was handled fast and with no hassle. 10 days and car was ready. Communication was great. Wouldn't pay my own money though, repairs are very expensive.
My A8L is an absolute thrill to drive even after 3 years. The Audi B.H. service center is second to none and are responsible for keeping my car the luxury beast it was designed to be.

Had an issue with a tire, called to get an appointment on the same day, dropped the car off and had an answer within an hour. Tire was replaced and I had the car back. Having a toddler to drive around speed of getting the car back is very important.
