I love their service and customer service. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. My car broke down in Little Rock due to my transmission. I got my car towed from one shop to Parkway Automotive because I felt so confident after speaking with Patrick. With parts and labor everything came out to $6300 . After informing Patrick I couldn’t afford it he worked something out with me and even allowed me to make installment payments here and there. After my car was finished being worked on, I caught a greyhound from Texas to the travel center in Little Rock. Thankfully I didn’t have to catch an Uber to the shop because they have a parkway automotive shuttle that picks you up from your location. Patrick and his colleagues are very nice and professional. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Patrick even fixed my ac for me for free by replacing the fuse and gave me a free oil change. If I’m in Little Rock and a situation ever occurs, which I hope it doesn’t, I will definitely use them again.

I have been going to see AJ and the guys for over a year now- I had so much maintenance to do on my car and was very overwhelmed. AJ worked with me and broke everything down - prioritized my cars immediate needs and we went down the list to fix everything over a six month period. They also provided me with transportation while my car was in the shop. I am so thankful for AJ and the team because my car feels brand new again. Everything is great with the Ford. Was just passing through Arkansas at that time, but I've told many people about you guys. Never had I had such a great experience from an Automotive place! East coast must just be lacking. I got stuck here in town, but you guys got me back on the road fast and drove me around to get food. I really believe now because of you that customer service comes first. You detailed the issue to me so I could understand and I love that. No other company does that, and it wasn't just one guy there, but your whole team that was extremely helpful.

Back in mid June 2021, my Assistant pastor took 2 churches kids to camp. They were about 20 miles from the campsite to drop them off when he had to stop and fuel up. They had already driven about 200 miles. The fuel pump went out and after getting things sorted with other churches helping get the kids to camp and him a ride back home, I started looking to find someone to have it towed to who could have it fixed within 3 days when I would have to come back down and pickup to get all the kids. The 15 passenger van was full of kids and was needful to bring them all back home. As stated before we live 200 miles away in Northwest Arkansas region. No one could do it in that time frame. When I got referred to try Parkway Automotive they were able to do the work and have it ready for me. They were courteous and made sure they could do everything possible to have it ready for us and they came through. I'm forever grateful and thankful for their professionalism and care.

This review is long overdue but my family has been doing business with Parkway Automotive for over twenty years. You should know that anyone you meet from the sales, service, and support teams are very professional and courteous. You will find out that they care about you and are tenacious about the safety and long term drivability of your vehicle. If your looking for the cheapest fix then you probably don't want to go here. However, if your like me, and want to take care of your vehicle so that you can run it as long as possible this is the place to go. Their approach to your vehicle is to inspect and review with you the critical needs, regular maintenance, and additional services to help your vehicle perform better. We have never felt pressured by the sales or service teams to repair something that was not critical to the vehicle. In fact, Curtis, AJ, or Patrick will work with you to develop a plan for servicing regular maintenance items that works with your budget and timing. Mike and his staff have also worked to help those in need and that made a lasting impression on me about where their heart's are. They offer shuttle service locally if you need to drop your car off. They offer electronic payment and means for your to pick up your car or drop it off after hours. In twenty years you are bound to have service work where the parts fail after the fact. Mike and his team provide generous labor warranties and honor the parts warranty on their work. I have seen this a few times and every time Parkway has met or exceeded my expectations. The dollars I have spent there have been well spent and serviced us well. Thank you for setting and maintaining a standard in the industry to earn trust.

UPDATE 11/4/21: Replaced wheel bearings, oil changed with 27 point inspection and my car was finished in about 2 days or so (I had planned to leave it a week.) Parkway ran a 27 point inspection and even sent a text with a copy. I now have a better understanding of what shape my car is in. The cost is extremely fair considering the amount of professional service you receive. Parkway Automotive definitely have my business.. I could not recommend them enough.. The only place to have your car serviced in the greater Little Rock area.

Very knowledgeable and customer service is better than most-if not ALL, large dealerships. They had no problem giving me a quote unlike most mechanics. It was so nice NOT to hear, "Well, I don't know until I get in there." I do understand something else may need to be repaired when a mechanic "gets in there." I would highly recommend Parkway Automotive to everyone needing a reliable mechanic. I was even given a ride home since the vehicle was kept overnight.

It is rare to walk into a business for the first time and see four people seated at desks who all make you feel so welcome, so comfortable, and as if you have known them forever. Parkway Automotive gave me all that when I walked into the door for a general maintenance for my car. My technician explained to me their services, the pricing, and made it all easily understandable to me. They provided shuttle service to and from my house with drivers equally as kind and pleasant to be around. Upon completion of the maintenance check, which was the most complete car diagnostic service I have ever seen, they gave me a comprehensive review of what they found, along with the meaning and pricing for each. My car is six years old and I hope to drive it for as long as I can, so Curtis, who was working with me, helped me separate the suggested items into categories from the most important down to those merely suggested so that it made more sense for my budget. We now have an easily affordable “maintenance plan” to get all of it done! I was fortunate enough to met Mike, the owner, who built this incredible business, and told him how impressed I am with not only the business operations, but all the incredible people working with him. His personal story is so compelling I have asked to take my son there to see what hard work, good ethics, and genuine kindness bring to the table of life. It was a very positive experience!

I just moved to the area and crashed my Mercedes within a day of moving to Little Rock. I called Parkway Automotive after reading their reviews and I'm so glad I did. Patrick was extremely professional and kind and took his time answering my questions. I told him I was going to have my car towed to them since I wasn't comfortable driving it after the crash, but he told me someone could come pick it up the very next day so that I wouldn't have to pay to have it towed. I ended up not needing their services after learning how bad the damage was to my car, but they were very honest, transparent, and helpful throughout the whole process. Being new to the area and not knowing a single person, it was so refreshing to work with people who genuinely wanted what was best for me. I will definitely take my new car here next time I need help.

Patrick is my service advisor, and I have been taking my vehicles to him for over 29 years. You will not find a more experienced or knowledgeable individual and organization to help you maintain your car properly. I have a 1990 Ford F-150, that I have had for 27 years, and my wife's MDX is an '05 model, and it has over 209,000 miles on it. I know all of the advisors there (A. J. and Curtis), and all of them are capable and superb professionals. If you are tired of taking your car someplace you don't trust, then call Parkway Automotive.

Been bringing cars here for more than a decade. Better service than most, but you're still dealing with human beings, so you have all the good and bad that comes with that. They do a very good job being fair with pricing, make good on their errors, and keep records of car repairs and maintenance schedules. Right now I have a 19 y/o economy car in their shop and I'm waiting to see if they can keep it maintained in better-than-beater condition. So far, all's been well, but we're in new territory with difficult to find parts.

They do a very thorough inspection on your vehicle first, after that Service Adviser which I had AJ has a print out of things that need replaced and repaired. AJ and I went over the list of repairs and I decided what I wanted repaired. No pressure to used there shop because it's a little pricey but you get what you pay for. Overall I had a great experience with Parkway Automotive I'll be using them again in the future.

My car wouldn’t start because I had a dead battery. I called a different automotive service to see if they could send someone out to help me and was informed that they didn’t do that and that I would need to call my insurance company and probably need to get my vehicle towed. Feeling desperate and a little let down, I got on google and found Parkway Automotive. I gave them a call feeling sure I was going to get the same response as the other place. Lucky for me they told me they would be happy to send someone out to jump start my car, and if that didn’t work they would help me get it towed. Parkway Automotive went above and beyond to help me out. Once I got a jump start I drove on over. The people that work there were all polite and professional. Here’s the best part, when my car was ready to be picked up, they offered to send a shuttle to pick me up. While on the phone the gentleman heard my two year old in the background and told me that they could bring my vehicle to me because he totally understood how difficult it would be for me to install then uninstall and reinstall a car seat and deal with a two year old. Thankful for their help and would highly recommend them.

I contacted several auto shops in the area before landing on parkway. I called Patrick in the afternoon on a Monday and after having a very pleasant and professional conversation on the phone over the issues my truck was having I happily dropped off my keys. That being said, they were very upfront with me about pricing, but make absolutely sure on the paperwork they give you to give them a price cap or they will overhaul your car!! (Joking of course). I listed a whole line of problems and Patrick assisted me in figuring out what I should focus on. Two days later (as I was not an urgent case) he called me with an attached form of my diagnostic and told me exactly what was wrong. I then let them run a comprehensive vehicle inspection which is worth EVERY CENT. They went through 120 checks on my vehicle, some being photographed, and attached it all in a site I could easily read along with what was urgent, and their recommendations. I was upfront on how I felt about the diagnostic pricing, which I felt was a little steep, and after being explained that they were not just guessing and throwing parts at it so to speak, I paid the diagnostics and took back my truck. I did not have them do the work I needed, as I almost never pay for something I can do myself and an EGR valve was way within my means. They will talk you into always getting parts from the dealership which in the long run makes things much more expensive so getting things done with them I feel will always be pricey. But if you do not know the problem your vehicle is having and you can't figure it out, Parkway is the place to go. Not to mention they have a FREE shuttle to and from your home!

I was making a cross country trip when I experienced some transmission issues. Being from Portland Oregon I did not have the luxury to drop off my car and wait. Parkway was able to look at my car that day and I was back on the road the next. They were extremely helpful and even provided transportation to and from my hotel. I would highly recommend them.

Performed spark plug change out. Plus oil change. The best part was the 120 point inspection they did on my vehicle to show areas that need to be fixed since it was the first time they had seen the vehicle. The program they use to show the customer is a software program they created and it is very informative-and very user friendly with a smartphone. When the inspection is finished, they send you a text message with a link to click on that includes the breakdown of all the areas inspected. In critical areas, they even show you pictures to illustrate what they are talking about. They even delivered my car back to me at work when finished and offered me a loaner vehicle if I needed it beforehand. Fantastic job and service.

Worked Directly with AJ at Parkway this past week (8.12.2021) and he was absolutely fantastic! Communicated every step of the way, went above and beyond, and genuinely seemed like he cared about the well-being of my family and myself when it came to the safety of my vehicle. My car unexpectedly wouldnt start, they came and jumped it, took it to the shop, did a complete diagnostic test, oil change, replaced the battery, and even took it to the local dealership to have my lug nuts replaced on my wheels (they needed a key, since they had locks, was never provided a key since the day I bought it). Let's be honest here, nobody has time for a lug nut key for basic tires (probably would have lost it anyway) and it was a major inconvenience I was putting off to have that fixed as well. Not to mention all of this was done within 24 hours, no notice to them, full shop, and came in about $300 less than expected! 100/10 reccomend and will be going to them for all my car needs!! Thank you AJ and Parkway!

I was on my way from Knoxville to Texas when the module that runs my alarm system decided to go batty in a motel parking lot at 11pm in Little Rock. My boyfriend called around from Knoxville the next morning and found Parkway. From that 1st call to the delivery of my car to me the day after, Curtis and all the folks at Parkway were compassionate, competent, and extremely professional. For almost 7 years now, I have used Parkway Automotive. I have both my company and my wife’s person car serviced here. I read some of the other reviews and decide I need to give my two cents worth. Overall, I consider Parkway to be a good value for my money. Sure you can get something done cheaper at Wal Mart. Who can’t? If price is your only concern… well good luck. If you want consistent and reliable service you can trust, this is the place to be. If they mess up they do not try and hide it. The come clean and do their best to make it right. I think the tire story is a great example of things going wrong and Parkway being proactive and doing their best to make it right. Too many shops would have just put on the wrong tire and hope you wouldn’t notice. It is that kind of integrity that keeps me coming back.

Being a single woman, finding good car repair is scary, especially when you move to a new city. I was hesitate the first time I went in to Parkway, I was nervous to say the least. AJ told me what was wrong, he gave me his recommendations and let me decide what I wanted done. I was thrilled. He also introduced me to their Oil Change package (I am sure it has a real name). It turned out to the best thing I have purchased for my vehicle and has paid for itself many times over in the last 5 years. Yes, they will tell you everything you want to know about your car, but they let you decide what you want to fix right away and what you want to wait on. No pressure, No hassle. I don't write many reviews but I could not pass on this one. These guys are awesome. I have been taking my car there for a couple years. On my last visit, I took my Honda (with fairly high mileage) in for a coolant leak. They informed me of a technical bulletin released by Honda which described my issue. As it turned out Honda was responsible for all repairs/expenses. This saved me a tremendous amount of money. Had they not told me this, I would not have known about it as it was not an actual recall. That's how you do business.

I dealt with AJ mostly but everyone was just as polite and made the experience great and they did everything they could to help me out and make the situation easier. I can't say enough good things about Parkway Automotive and would highly recommend them to anyone and if I lived in Little Rock then these would be the people I let take care of my vehicle for any concerns I could not fix myself. I visited Parkway Automotive on a very busy Friday afternoon. There were so many vehicles lined up for service and it was getting close to closing time. Couple that with the fact that I had a 5 year old and a 10 year old with me, both very hungry, restless and LOUD and you've got a potentially stressful situation. But the staff at parkway never complained and though I am sure they were ready to leave, they never rushed me. Instead of rushing through the service of my car, they completed an oil change and installation of four new tires and arranged for me to come back to complete the inspection on another day that was convenient for me. All in all, the service was awesome and Parkway Automotive is still my choice in getting my car serviced.
Possible Pilot Deviation
I bought new tires from Tire Rack and needed someone to install them. I'm pretty picky about who touches my car, so after shopping around for the right price and the right vibe, I ended up at Parkway.
David, the sales guy, was friendly, accommodating, and knowledgable. They open at 7:30, so I got there at 7:45 and my car was taken right back. Took them two hours, and then I was back on the road which is about right.
They weren't pushy, and they didn't try to up sell me unneeded services. I was very happy, and I would use them again for sure.

This place is one of the most friendly mechanics i have ever been to. I called on a Tuesday and they set up an appointment for the next morning. I dropped the car off at night. Patrick called me at about 10am the next morning and said he’d get my car in that afternoon and call me then. The problem took a bit longer to diagnose than they thought, so he asked if he could keep the car overnight. He called me the next morning and said they figured out one of the wire connectors was damaged. The diagnosis, the wiring fix and a detailed inspection was about $500. I thought that was very reasonable given the amount of time that I had already spent trying to diagnose the problem.
When I inevitably need some work on my car, I will be going back to Parkway!

Road tripping on my way to Virginia my A/C started to act out. Called Parkway Automotive and Patrick picked up. He was very professional and accommodating to my needs. He right away set up an appointment and as soon as I arrived, Patrick got my car ready for check up/diagnosis.
Patrick was very kind and patient to explain throughly about A/Cs and possible diagnosis and fixes with prices. Very knowledgeable employee.
While we were waiting, they provided rides back and forth to the closest mall or plaza so we could have lunch.
Very reliable company, Patrick was very detailed in terms of all the issues that my car had and the fixes they did. All broken down with prices.

Would just like to say that having read every review on here and having had my own great experience every bad review is just a simple error. I would also like to point out that these guys are human and are not perfect no mechanic is perfect. I gave this a high review because of the customer service and the intelligence of the employees. After getting burned by the Chenal Firestone, turned away from Donnie's for "too old and we work on European" (despite listing Hyundai on their website), I took my GF's suggestion to try Parkway. I sent them an email through their website asking if they worked on my year/make/model and quicker than lightening they replied to give them a call "yes we do!".
Curtis took excellent care of me and Parkway has earned a customer for life. I have no doubts about the quality of the work and God luv'em, they road tested the heck out of my car trying to get a drivability concern to repeat (which, of course, it didn't but that's just like calling Tech Support and your PC doesn't do what it was doing to make you call).
Their office is clean and really quite quaint, and, their staff are extremely personable and friendly. I especially like the shuttle service (the driver's a hoot and very friendly), and, when my repair was going on for a time, they offered the free use a rental.
No complaints and nothing but praise for Parkway. Look forward to continuing our relationship.

I have been going to Parkway since their office was on a small, 2-lane street. I watched Mike on TV, and I felt like he was a straight shooter. They have seen six of my vehicles in the time that I've been going to Parkway, and I can't say a bad thing about any of my visits. Free shuttle, a firm handshake, and honest, up-front pricing with no 'surprises'. The only time I thought I had an issue, Mike addressed it with his entire staff, and it turns out that they did absolutely everything that they were supposed to--I was the one that was wrong! I have an antique Mustang and a one-of-a-kind Challenger that are only allowed to see Parkway, and I wouldn't have it any other way!

I took it off myself and drove to a shop near my home. Was charged less in Cabot. I work in LR and my son had a flat and called for help ( spare was useless). I took it off also and brought it in.
