Needed new rotors and brakes on the rear of my car. Dropped it off at 8am, had it back by lunch. Kyle was friendly and helpful! Excellent service at a fair price. They topped off my power steering fluid for me as well!

We were visiting the Little Rock Area on a vacation and also looking for a used vehicle. We located a vehicle at an area dealership and I called your business to inquire about getting a pre purchase inspection. I spoke with Kyle Denton who was super friendly and gave us the available options. Kyle said that he understood our situation and to give him a call at any time and he would try to squeeze us in to make it happen. We appreciated that so much! The day we called back, Kyle was out of the shop, but we spoke with someone who was able to get us in at 2pm. We arrived and spoke with M. Worthy. He was great! He took the time to meet with us in the shop with the vehicle and show us everything that he had found. He was very knowledgeable and addressed all of our concerns and answered some additional questions that we had on some things. With the information he provided, we felt comfortable moving forward with negotiating the purchase of the vehicle. If we were local, we would definitely be back to have other work done based on our experience. Overall, excellent service!!

Great job by this business. They didn't keep my vehicle ALL day like some other shops for a brake job. Detailed inspection and pictures of my vehicle while visiting that alerted me to other issues to budget for later. Kyle and his employees listen and do a great job.

I needed an oil change, but I had a nail in my tire and it was going flat. They got me in quickly and fixed both. I received a clear explanation of what would be done and what the charge would be. The waiting room seating was too low for me and They made sure I had a comfortable chair. Worthy was the employee who waited on me and he is a great representative for your company. Kyle Denton is the best. Kyle is friendly helpful and a good listener. When I went in Saturday, without calling ahead, I had a coolant leak and thinking I needed a water pump, bam about $1800. Kyle got me in fixed a transmission cooler line for $84.00. Bam again. I could've wept. In the last 3 months I've had $2100 plumbing appliance replacement and truck repairs. I will not go anywhere else for service or repairs, I just wish Kyle did plumbing "BIG LOL" Thanks Kyle you're the best. Meineke is the place to go

Thank you for fixing my car. I was moving from Buffalo to Dallas and my alternated broken down near Little Rock. I called them, Worthy told me do not worry, we will fix it as son as possible. They did a very good job at the same day, and I continue my way to Dallas. In addition, Kyle customer service was really good, he gave me warranty one year for the alternator and 2 years for the battery.

Absolutely amazed by the service offered. I rolled in at 4:50 with a car that barely started, they were friendly and accommodating and ran the tests resulting in needing a new battery. These guys seriously did a number on my vehicle. After hearing a gut-wrenching grinding noise from my breaks and calling around to multiple places and having disappointing “it will be a long wait” and “you’ll be looking at easily 600+$” and this being my only vehicle, these guys answered my call immediately, I came in and the guy Kyle was super understanding and personable. Kyle and the unknown techs were honest, they could’ve taken advantage of me and told me lies about “broken parts” or upcharged me but they explained every detail and managed to beat the competitors by at least 100$. I was in and out immediately and the car sounds great. 10/10 will be going back for all other issues if this is the service I receive. HUGE PROPS! I live out of state and my daughter attends college in Little Rock. She needed repairs and from the beginning to the ending, Kyle and his staff were very professional, timely, and explained all repairs in detailed. I love how they weren't trying to gauge us out of repairs to hike up the bill. Mechanics get a bad wrap a lot of times but this business is one of the good ones. I now have a service repair place for my daughters car since she is past her warranty.

When Nissan wanted to charge us $100 to diagnose the problem with the transmission but couldn't even look at it for 4 days, we headed to Meineke. They not only diagnosed the problem, but ordered the part, waited for the part to come in, fixed up the truck and had us on our way within that 4 days!!! The staff at this Meineke location on JFK Blvd. in North Little Rock near the Indian Head Shopping center was very courteous. The gentleman answered all of my questions to the best of his knowledge; if unable to offer an answer, he made sure to give a response upon my return to pickup my vehicle. Also, I appreciated how prompt they were to contact me with the cost and list of recommended repairs that I needed. Additionally, they even tried to assist me with saving a few buck by reminding me to look up Meineke Online coupons for my service. I was getting my vehicle (2006 Honda Odyssey) prepared for highway travel. Instead of dealing with the various delays I've experienced at the local Honda dealer service dept, this Meineke location gave me "good ol' fashioned" auto mechanic service I could trust. Well worth my money! Definitely will return to this Meineke again.

Every person I spoke with, 3 in all, on phone or in person, was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in making sure I understood what I was getting for what they were quoting. When I was cutting it close returning one offered to stay a little late so I could get my car. Also it was finished same day, an ac compressor, condenser and associated parts like dryer etc, a big job. They also came in less than what I had been led to believe itwas going to cost. I was planning on getting a quote from Nissan but Meinike was so nice and Nissan was so flippant I didn't bother. They also enrolled me in their customer parts program. I already qualify for free wipers!

I’ve been noticing a pretty serious leak in the coolant reservoir and noticed splattering on the engine…I’ve taken it to a mechanic that was close and they put me on a waiting list almost a week away and to just look at it on a lift was going to charge me 75 to 150.00…. Depending on what the analogy was going to involve…. I thought I can’t wait that long and Omgoodness this is going to really cost…so I decided to see what meineke could offer….they got my car right in turned out to be a cracked radiator…they were able to fix it the same day….they fixed it and the cost was nothing like what I had feared I recommend them to anyone …I’ve never dealt with a more professional and friendly group of people

My Break and ABS lights have been "ON" on my control panel (on my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500) for almost a year and just recently my rear brakes seem to lock up when I use them when just driving at a normal speed. I have gone to several repair facilities. They all said my breaks and ABS were working fine, but no one could tell me why the lights were on. Shops ran diagnostics and even told me that they took apart my ABS module, but still couldn't find the problem. Meineke Car Care Center took my truck for a short drive and recreated the problem I was having. After the mechanic examined the ABS system they told me I needed a new ABS Control Module. They ordered one and it came a few days later. They installed it, and everything works great again. They were all very professional, pleasant and helpful. They explained everything they did and afterwards told me about other maintenance conditions which may require attention later on down the line. I could not have ask for a better automotive experience!

Kyle and his team got my vehicle in for inspection and done with new brakes, all in the same day. I was glad to have this checked off my list. The only complaints I have are 1) the intense smell of cigarette smoke in the building (thankfully, this did not transfer to my car), and 2) the technician left greasy fingerprints on my interior door and on my glove compartment. I feel like that’s really unprofessional.

Took vehicle in because had no cold air, flashing AC light, hot air blowing out only. Kyle was very courteous said he would try his best to find out what the cause was. About an hour later I was called and told that my air was cold now in the vehicle. Kyle told me to bring vehicle back maybe in a couple of days because he wanted to make sure everything was still working ok.but before a couple of days had passed I woke up to drive this morning and had no cold air. Meineke of JFK always does a wonderful job! They are my go to auto shop in town! I had a tire blow out one evening, called the next morning and they were able to get me in. Remind you this was a Saturday morning (business day for an auto shop). I spoke with Kyle that morning he had two new tires ready to go, I drop my car off and a few hours it was ready! Although it was easy to schedule an appoint and overall my oil change was completed in a quick fashion, I was really surprised that there were no COVID-19 safeguards seen at this location. I saw no employees wearing masks or gloves and since they are getting into vehicles and greeting customers I found this alarming compared to what other businesses are doing. The same apples to their waiting area. Not sure if that’s a corporate practice or a local one.

This place is absolutely amazing! I bought a used car this past Tuesday & started to notice things weren’t working properly like they should on the instrument panel & one of them was my gas gauge. The owner, Jim was there & was very professional & also very cool, had one of his mechanics stop from working on another vehicle to help me out. I thought it was the battery, but I was out of gas, but didn’t know because my gauge still showed I had 1/4 of tank left so, I scheduled an appointment with on my next day off so they can do a full diagnostic on it to see what’s going on, but overall, FANTASTIC service! Five stars for me! I highly recommend this place!

Recently gave u guys a 1 star because of the statement below. Came in today and Mike was more than helpful getting my oil filter cap and under pin repaired and put back the best way possible. I look forward to future business with you all. Not Happy guys. Been coming here for 2 straight years. Heard a dragging sound under my car yesterday after oil change. Oil filter cover hanging and under pin of my car was not fastened back correctly. I need this fixed immediately. I will see you bright and early Monday morning 2/3/2020!!!

They did good work and follwed their word. I was told over the phone a price on a radiator flush with dexcool coolant and was given the price for regular coolant. They honored the price and I would take my car back. Make sure to get the price on services up front so there are no misunderstandings. They charge a fee on top of everything for the materials they use to keep their shop and your car clean. The price is good until that extra tax is put on there and then its competitive. This is the only reason for 4 stars.

I always leave good reviews for this place and I drive a pretty long ways just to come here but I didnt like the fact that I found a coupon on my phone after my arrival for 30% off and wanted to use it. The man honored my coupon but not until he let me know that the coupon stated I had to show it on arrival. I felt like a child being berated by their mother whe he finished. This place is awesome! We went on the Women's Wednesday and got the $10 discount. They had our oil changed, filters changed/cleaned, rotated all in about 30-45 minutes. McDonald's and Starbucks are convieniently right beside it so you can walk next door to eat while you wait. The manager or whoever helped us was very friendly and happy to be around. Our car is topped off and ready for our vacation tomorrow all for under $40! Can't beat that!

Yesterday, I took my wife's beloved 2012 GMC to Meineke to have the AC recharged and check the pressure valves etc. They went beyond their work and treat the GMC like their own. I have been coming here for about three years and have took all my family vehicles there. They are TOP notch folks who cares about you and your vehicles. UPDATE: The morning after this review hit the internet and Facebook, I was called by the owner of the Mieneke Car Care Center. Tom sincerely wanted to make it right. As I have come to believe, it is always a matter of communication and perception. Ironically, in the few days since we picked up the car, the mechanic who worked on my mother in laws car has since been left go. Not sure if it is related but could be. Right now, we have taken the car back with a promise of repairing the exhaust (one of the original reasons for taking the car in) and diagnosing the check engine light ( the other main reason). I have increased the shops rating to 4 stars and it could go higher based upon how this all pans out. I believe the support from my friends and family who reposted my situation on Facebook and other internet sites were key to bringing this to the Mieneke management and the owners attention. Thanks for your help. Many times things like this blow up because the right people aren't talking. I thank Tom for getting personally involved to resolve this matter. ************************** My wife took my mother in laws 2008 Buick in because she had an exhaust leak and the check engine light was on. She also asked for the brakes to be checked. The employees convinced her she needed a brake job, an oil change, and a tune up. She was given a quote of " around $1500". She left the car in their care. After a day or two, she called to check on it. They told her they had broken a spark plug off and couldn't get it out. They claimed the plugs were rusted. They told her they might have to remove the head. She asked if the car was drivable and when told no she told them to fix it. They called me later and told me that they were trying to remove the spark plug but it looked like they would have to remove part of the head. I told them I expected some type of cost share since they broke it. Their employee said that could be discussed when we were billed. To make a long story short, when my wife went to pick up the car today, the final bill was almost $2400. They charged my mother in law an additional $1473 to fix a problem they created. Oh, and by the way, they didn't fix the exhaust leak or the check engine light that was why the car was given to them in the first place. When asked about it, their employee stated that we had spent so much on the other repair that they didnt think we wanted to spend any more. Needless to say I am extremely upset and intend to use any means possible to recover the money. Until then, I highly recommend you use someone else. This reeks of the the proverbial cheating mechanic shop. Once they have your car and a mechanics lien, they steal every dollar they can. They cheated an old woman on social security out of 4 months pay. I hope they can sleep at night. PS. I will give the shop the opportunity to make my mother in law whole, however, f any of you reading this is a lawyer, post your contact info. PPS. BBB

We jumped in our car this morning to go have some breakfast and saw that picked up a nail in a tire on the way to work. It was a Saturday morning so didn’t know who would be open to get our tire plugged. We found Meineke and decided to go there because with it being in the Indian Hills Shopping Center, we knew there would be restaurants nearby where we could have breakfast while we waited on getting the tire plugged. We went inside and there was a nice waiting area. We were quickly greeted by a gentleman by the name of Worthy. Right away he went to work on our tire and he had it plugged in about 5 minutes. From there he asked me to pull to a bay where he checked the pressure on all four tires. We asked to pay and he wouldn’t any payment! He just asked that we come back for an oil change in the future. We will! Thank you so much for such kind, unexpected service!

Ran into an issue where I thought my car needed some freon. The service members in the Cabot location actually showed and explained to me that I had a busted pipe as well as bearings gone bad in my compressor. Instead of just pumping the Freon in they explained to me that it would be a waste of money until I fixed it.
