After my car was rear-ended, I decided to have McLarty Collision West do the repairs. When I finally collected my car from them, I saw that they had done impeccable work. However, the areas of improvement they should consider are: 1. Reducing the wait time (it took a full month before I was even able to get an estimate for the repairs). I realise some things may be beyond their control, but where they can improve efficiency, they really should. 2. Communication. After I was assured someone would contact me within a week to update my car's status, no one did. I've received three times more communication regarding this survey than I did my car's status.

Overall I’m happy with the service and repairs on our vehicle. The car looks brand new where it was damaged and that is the end goal. I docked a star because of lack of communication regarding starting the repairs, status, and adjustments to the estimate. It was hard to get someone on the phone but I do understand they were having staffing issues given the market right now and did their best to keep the car moving along and completed.

Did a great job repairing my vehicle after an accident. Customer service was great. I was able to do my estimate online without having to bring it in. They worked with the insurance company throughout to make sure the repair was covered. They kept me updated throughout the process.

The McLarty collision team did an excellent job, but it was definitely down to the wire as far as how long I had left on my rental car. It ended up staying there for a month, for a fender bender. Just keep that in mind. Great job otherwise though.

My car was hit by an 18-wheeler and damaged from end to end on the left side. McLarty Collision repaired everything and had it looking brand new. If you have to have your car repaired after an accident, I highly recommend McLarty Collision West.

Minor bump to the back bumper. Damaged the blind spot monitoring system. Returned the car to me "fixed" with a new bumper. Drove the car and the blind spot monitoring system was still not operable. Brought the car back was told the sensors would have to be ordered. Now we are on the second week of the repair. Confused as to why they didn't order the monitors initially...especially when that was the actual complaint for bringing the car in.

McLarty did a good job. It took longer than what I was first told but they did a good job communicating with me. They called me first with the first update not too long after dropping off my vehicle. I had to call for an update from them some time later but someone got back to me in what I considered a timely manner. The individual that was my contact person was very kind and polite and informed me of what was being done. She also tried helping me with another situation that came up and did it with a smile. I felt comfortable asking questions and she made me feel welcome to do so. I would recommend them and would go back to them should I need my vehicle’s body to be worked on again.

Repaired damage to roof caused by commercial carwash. You would never know there was ever any damage. Friendly service. Provided updates throughout entire repair process. I did have a couple of very minor issues afterwards, but they were handled quickly and professionally. Highly recommend.

Took a month to get painted so I ended up paying for a rental even with insurance. They got back to me about the steps but I forgot I even had a car. When I went to pickup the receptionist wasn't friendly at all. I got my car and that was that. I felt unimportant and it doesn't make me want to go here again. My car job was very good I will say.

I brought in my original assessment and car, the staff was friendly, quick to help and answer questions. They were able to schedule a drop off date quickly based off original assessment. McLarty found additional damage, which I expected, they worked efficiently to get the supplemental to the insurance company, ordered parts to decrease delays, and always kept me in the loop. The new pick up date was spot on and they made that process very easy. Overall service was professional and friendly. For my car, you cannot even tell there was damage! The quality of the job is top notch and the painting flawlessly matches the car. The interior of my car was detailed and cleaner than when I dropped it off. They have exceeded my expectations, I highly recommend their services and will readily use them again should the need arise.

Ms Crystal was phenomenal! She kept me posted by text if any & all changes. Said about 3 days, then something was found that needed to be fixed and the part ordered. Being the holiday weekend it was gonna make it ready on June 1st, well I get a call about 5:20 pm that Friday saying your SUV is ready for pickup! I picked up and my vehicle looked good as new and I was able to have my vehicle for the holiday weekend trip. Thank you McLarty for great service.

Given my unfortunate run of luck in my two years of owning my Honda Civic, my car has been bumped, scratched, and bashed on three separate occasions, and each time I have brought my car here for repairs. At each step of the process, I have been kept up to date on the job (including very convenient text alerts with images of the vehicle), and the work has always been delivered to my complete satisfaction (often, ahead of schedule as well). The staff is very helpful! They were very considerate and accomodating of my schedule. The front desk keeps you aware of the progress and will answer any questions you have regarding the progress on your vehicle(no matter how many times you call). They have a lifetime warranty on their workmanship and they honor without question. I saw this first hand as I had a small issuse with the paint and they didn't hesitate to correct it. I will always take my vehicle's to them for any future repairs needed.

Crystal was very good at handling a customer that wasn't happy through the whole repair process. The car was presented to me as being complete, but it was far from it. This was going to take 5-6 days but ended up being 20. It took a few times to get the paint right. It was hit sitting in there lot. And a reconditioned wheel was put on when the estimate showed it should have been a new one. Had to go up there 4 times just to get the work right. Still not happy with the way the bumper fits but I couldn't stay in a rental forever.

Once I seen how your shop treated potential customers I took my vehicle elsewhere Update 2/22/21 Jason who is upper management reached out to me about this experience. I was a victim of a finder bender that insurance paid for. With minimal damage, it took a little longer than I expected (20 days) but they explained that they had to wait on parts. My car looks great and customer service reps were friendly. My only complaint is that I wasn’t expecting my car to leave the premises but I had almost 30 additional miles on the odometer and there were dried/muddy dog paw prints all over my back seat (black leather so they show).

If it's one thing I can say is that they are reliable. From the phone calls telling you the progress of your car to the text messages as well doing the same and with pictures. They provide all information that's need and work well with you and the insurance people. And of course the work on my car (the front bumper) looks brand new. The folks here did a great job fixing my car after an accident involving both front end and rear damage. They even fixed my crumpled license plate! They sent me progress pictures every day so I knew it wasn’t just sitting around. Paint match was perfect, you can’t tell parts were replaced. They also detailed the whole car for me before I left. Great job!!! I picked up my vehicle yesterday from McCarty Nissan West where I had body repair work performed following a collision. Tuyet Genz was my collision advisor and was the epitome of professionalism and so friendly! She described the process and repairs needed, and estimated the completion date. They completed it on time! No issues with the actual work on my car and the job that was done; that seems just fine. Disappointed however in the communication process as to the status. Yes I did receive a few pictures but when it came to actually getting information as to when it would be ready, that was information I had to be proactive on my end to find out. I fee that if I am going to get pictures of my car as it's being worked on, I should also get "here's when your car will be ready."

I normally hate going to body shops. I never know whether they'll be honest, use the right parts, or try to separate me from as much of my money as possible. So I thoroughly researched body shops in the LR area, and McLarty West was the ONLY one that even had good ratings. And their ratings weren't just good, they were great! Easy decision. And man, did they deliver! They didn't just TALK about customer service...every word and action reflected it. Deno worked directly with my insurance company like a pro to advocate for me and make sure I was covered for what I needed to be covered for (the insurance company's original estimate was pathetically low). They ordered parts immediately. They communicated to let me know progress along the way (including texting and emailing pics)! And in the end, they delivered me a car that I SWEAR looks better than when I bought it! Now I'm paranoid about other cars getting too close to my ride so they don't mess up their masterpiece! But if I do ever get in another accident, I won't be worried. I'm going back there for life!

So this review will be a mix review. Because I've had good things and bad things but a review should be honest so people can make their own choices honestly so my wife wreck my our car ran into a mail box shattered winsheild dented up bumper and front right fender took it to the body shop for repair with insurance claim was told I'd have my car bout a week in a half after that time period I began to call and inquire about my vehicle was told another 3 days for parts to be after these day I called again asking bout my car mrs tuyet genz was in charge of my car and informed me the guys over at Discount glass ordered wrong winsheild the next day I called again bout a hour before close time and the windsheild was put in I ask mrs tuyet is my sensor in my winsheild would be calibrated since the winsheild was replace she said she would check in the morning after windsheild was inserted the next morning she calls and tell me no sensor in my windsheild but camera in my side mirror needed reprogrammed so sent my car to mclarty Honda they couldnt program it until they replace my vsa module because my abs solenoid was damaged .waiting on parts for another day the next day it came in I called to check on it and still couldnt reprogrammed camera in side mirror because the windsheild they installed was aftermarket and the sensor IN MY REARVIEW MIRROR WAS BEING BLOCKED BY IT this I was informed this by Honda and was yet to be called by mrs tuyet so I called her manager the next day I was provided with a rental car till my repairs was completed Honda informed me this car was scheduled 8 am Monday for new factor windsheild so I wait and on Monday I called Honda because at this point i was aggravated with mclarty west and started the process of getting into touch with corporate but Honda tells me the windsheild was installed but lost the keys till bout 30 mins before closeing about 1030 Tuesday morning mrs tuyet calls and. My camera system is broke and needs entire thing replace . Waiting on parts till the next day later that day mr Jason with corporate called me and we discussed all the issue I had been going through he immediately called and looked into everything and when he called me back he b.c apologized about the communication issues and the other issue and told me he personally was going to be the person to update me and check in on my car and he did exactly that today I recieved my car was called multiple times with updates got home and seen the new bumper was scratched up on the underside and one spot they miss took pictures sent it to mr Jason and he responded back immediately and it 830 at never thought I woulda heard from him till next day but he going to look into it tomorrow and get back to me and he mailing me a giftcard to go out to eat and a free service at Honda for my inconvenience. so something that has happened with my car was out of anybody control but the thing that could been once mr Jason got involved was resolved quickly and been a more pleasurable experience tho I dont think I would return to mclarty collision west shop i will still do business at the other mclarty stores. So after I got home with the car seen damage that was missed got a hold of mr Jason he had me bring it back to shop and this time around was a million times better service he definitely made up for the last time. He told me it was going to take 3 weeks but only took them 2 weeks all the damage this time around was fixed plus he had his team touch up some of my scratch and paint chips on the car. Mr Jason also told me that he was going to do everything he could to change this review to a 5 star at first I thought no way that can happen after my first dealing but he done it So my over all review of this place boils down to this. The workmanship is amazing no complaint about that and over all the company is amazing the only advise I would have for anybody that goes to this body shop is to make sure your project is not overseen by mrs tuyet genz other than that I had great job done here

Let me start out by saying that I NEVER EVER leave my Toyota 4-runner with anyone. When I get it serviced at the dealership there is only ONE person I let work on it. That is how protective I am over it. We all work so hard to own a vehicle and keep it maintained and wanted it respected like we respect it. So you can imagine how I felt when I had to have some autobody work done to it. I was a nervous wreck. But Tuyet made the process so easy for me and she kept me up to date on everything that was going on. My vehicle looks amazing!! Very happy with the work I received!! I even referred my mom there to have her 4Runner worked on due to significant damage from a car wreck and it looked like she just drove it off the showroom floor when they got done with it!! They respected my vehicle and kept it clean!! They stand by their work and do a phenomenal job!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND mcclarty collision west to anyone and everyone!!

My Mini Cooper was rear ended by a Yukon and I was told North Point was THE place to go. So I did. I expected delays, insurance hassles, etc. NONE of the ABOVE!!! It was a wonderful, simple, expedited experience and the repairs look like the accident never happened. I am deeply impressed.

I would go elsewhere next time. They replaced a door. The employee who handled my car said that I'd be reimbursed for my car rental. I wasn't reimbursed for the final day, so I called a month or two later. The receptionist said they'd take care of it, but, after waiting a few more months, nothing had happened. So, I called back. The receptionist (1) tried to pass the buck to the insurance company (2) implied that it was odd that I was complaining given it had happened a few months ago (3) told me they'd have look it over. Well, they've done nothing, again. The insurance company said it was McLarty's fault for taking longer than allowed for my type of repair. My window buttons stopped working a month or two after the repair and that may be related to the door repair.

This was the first time I've ever had to repair my car, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Deno worked on my car and I will be recommending him to everyone. My insurance's estimate was only about $550, but by the time Deno was done repairing it, it actually cost around $1,700. He talked to my insurance for me and had no issues getting them to pay for the rest of it. He called me when there were updates, and he explained everything in full and made sure I understood what was happening. I am very, very satisfied with my experience! My husband and I are moving to NWA in May, but he says he still wants to drive down to Deno for repairs if we ever need them. McLarty Collision West is THAT good.
