Justin, the mobile mechanic, came first to my residence and changed my husband’s flat tire. He was so professional and did such a great job, my husband asked him if could return to replace the thermostat in my car. Justin soon returned and replaced my thermostat, even though he had an injury from a prior job that day and really needed to get medical attention. He is so dedicated to his work and demonstrates such astounding customer service that he worked on my vehicle through what turned out to be a very painful injury. Most people do not go above and beyond in that way for their customers. Not only do I give Justin the highest rating, but my forever gratitude for his determination to satisfy his customers. Even though he was in terrible pain, he still had a smile on his face and remained friendly and professional. Justin is AWESOME and I HIGHLY recommend him to any and all!!!!

Justin diagnosed my car's issue immediately and correctly over the phone. Then he replaced the part promptly and quickly. Justin is friendly and knowledge and does great work. What's best is that he comes to you instead of you trying to figure out how to get your struggling car to his garage. I highly recommend using Justin to diagnose and fix issues with your car. Had a grinding noise coming from my brakes and the brake pedal was almost touching the floor by the time a buddy of mine told me to call Justin. I did and Justin drove out to my work which was outside his working area in the first place and he gave me the best price to find a replacement brake pad and he didn't overcharge me unlike some garages for his labor. He was on time, he was curious and professional, je had attention to detail, and he even went out of his way to diagnose my check engine light. Turns out it was just a computer glitch and he saved me a 150 dollar trip to the dealer. Would recommend his services again.

I had an alternator needing to be replaced and found Justin through an online search wondering if there were mechanics who made house calls. I bought the alternator and belt from a parts store because we had a coupon for a substantial discount and dreaded the cost of towing and service on top of the markup on parts at shops, with no guarantee that they would accept using the parts I provided. Justin was able to fit me in a day ahead of our appointment and came to my home and had my car running perfectly in less than an hour. He even contacted me the following day to make sure everything was still running well. He was professional and pleasant and his service is a blessing to those of us who want to keep costs reasonable. Update on my experience with Justin; contacted him again months later about my suv again. This time I noticed my battery light and brake light came on, so I took it first to Auto Zone to get my battery looked at, not knowing my fan belt had broken. Long story short, once I saw that's what it was under my suv, I remembered Justin's work on my a/c and contacted him again. He looked at the belt and saw it was old and worn out and told me it was a minor problem and fixed it in no time. This is twice he's fixed on my car and I'm so happy and thankful for this honorable man.

Long overdue review but I really have to say that Justin is such a blessing! I had my car brake pedal go straight to the floor and had no brakes. I contacted Justin to see if he could diagnose the problem and he got right to the root of the problem. My brake booster went out, he got the part for it and replaced it in no time! That same week I had him change my rear brake pads and showed me how to replace a valve cover gasket. Needless to say, Justin is a blessing and such a nice, friendly and knowledgeable guy. I would highly recommend his services because he does a great job, is honest and his prices are very reasonable.

Called Justin and he was able to come out the very next day. I thought my alternator needed to be replaced but apparently a plug just needed to be cleaned. He could have easily still charged me for the alternator and service (as I know nothing about things under the hood), but was kind and honest enough to only do what was needed. My first experience using Justin was when my truck was overheating. I thought It was the water pump and I needed my truck fixed so I could drive to work. My original mechanic shop was closed on the weekend and couldn’t get to me for a few days so I started looking at craigslist and found Justin. I called him he came to my house and had my truck fixed within the hour, turns out it wasn’t the water pump and that saved me money so I now have a new mechanic that will come to me!!! Moving our son home from school and he broke down just outside of Jacksonville at 5:30 on a Saturday evening....we found Justin through a google search and called him. He made it to us by 6:13 and because I gave him the wrong information he brought the wrong part. He went back to the parts store and got the correct part. He got us back on the road by 7:15. We are extremely thankful we found him and he was able to get to us. We got lucky because he happened to be caught up and could get to us that quickly but, it is a relief, especially if you have children like we do traveling back and forth to school and stuff, that if they have car trouble there is someone who could help them get back on the road.
