Sprucing up the GMC Terrain with covers from Auto Zone to keep my leather seats in mint condition. Had a good variety to choose from. Also got a three piece steering wheel cover for a better grip. $50+ for 2 Premium seat covers with headrests and $25+ for wheel cover with two shoulder seatbelt cushions. Nice big Auto Zone with a self checkout for the long line.

This is a very good, big AutoZone. The workers are real friendly, helpful, and know what they are doing. They get customers in and out in a nice, timely manner, and will make sure you get what you need, and what's best.

I stopped by from out of town for coolant cap bc car was smoking & manager came out to check on it for me & realized my cap was there just in a different place. 🙄.. The manager who was helping me, Jerry, was very kind & didn't make me feel bad about my mistake, but instead just laughed ot off & went ahead & filled up my reservoir with the fluids it needed & made sure that my daughter & I were completely safe to get back on the road! Very friendly people who really cared!

They were busy when we came in but didn't make up feel like we were bothering them and took the time to come out and check our battery. They helped us find a new one in our price range and grabbed the bolts we would need for us. The store was clean and the customer service was great. There was and altercation in the parking lot but thats hardly the stores fault. I don't live in the best neighborhood and I know it.

This place is awesome and the customer service is awesome. Humberto is running a tight ship there. When our alternator AND water pump went out they worked with us in getting the parts, the tools needed, and let us get this fixed right there in the parking lot. I can NOT recommend them highly enough.

I was literally I’m the middle of DoorDashing when my car started acting up. I pulled into this AutoZone expecting to get a simple diagnoses. Not only did they diagnose the problem but they helped me figure out how to install my new battery. They were kind and patient. It took three different employees one of which Humberto went beyond the call to make sure all was well. I will deff be using this location again and referring everyone I know. Outstanding

I go here a lot. Sure their prices on tools and such are high but they’ve always been that way. 90% of the time it’s a pleasant and welcoming experience, however, there was this one time when me and my gf went in and we were rushed along and followed in the store the whole time as if we were thieves despite having patronized this store probably hundreds of times and never having even considered stealing anything. This is the first time in my life I can remember being obviously treated that way. But, like I said, other than that it’s a great place. Let’s punish them a little though by going to O’Reilly’s right next door. I often feel sorry for them because no one ever goes there. AutoZone is the hopping, happening spot and O’Reilly’s is dead, cold and lifeless.

This is a toss up. A while ago they were very helpful and knew what they were talking about, but not now. I went to get my alternator checked and this guy attached the connectors to my fuse box and car. I had to tell him my battery was in the trunk when i finally asked him what he was doing, and if there is a line you can gurantee that you'll be there 20 to 30 minutes

She wasn't accusative and mentioned that he would be very grateful to get it back. This place has pretty much everything I've needed for working on my vehicles. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and always work to find exactly what I need. Often I have no idea about what it is I'm looking for so they'll come out on the sales floor and actually find it for me. It's always refreshing going in here.

It is always crowded at this location. They have a business customer account counter, that is where all the employees are always at when I come here. If I just want to pay for my items and go, I have to wait as no one is at the four registers at the normal counters. They do give a military discount, that's a plus, but they don't ask to scan your rewards card, that's a minus. Personally, I prefer the store on Kiel, but I cannot say everything is smooth sailing over there. One employee is great, one is awful, and there rest don't want to be there. Price wise, O'Reilly's usually can beat them, but I have never got a military discount there, and they are usually stand in line swamped. If I can wait, I will shop online, save the markup, the taxes, and the shipping, and usually get what I need in two days.

Absolutely the cream of the crop when it comes to little things I need for my car or big things. I can see why the lot is always jam-packed with people. Everyone from the management down is knowledgeable and willing to do things like change your bulbs or diagnose and print out your check engine light issues- no questions asked.
