Had a wonderful experience during a time of great need with my car! They are so helpful, friendly and willing to accommodate to the best of their ability. The technician working on my car even talked to me one on one when I came in with questions. He was very knowledgeable and upfront communication was so appreciated. They did great work for a reasonable price, including an oil change for free, and were quite efficient as well. Will 100% be bringing my Volkswagen back here in the future.

I'm a new customer with 922 Automotive, but they have treated me like family from the beginning. I purchased a 2018 Audi S6 a couple of months ago, and 922 was highly recommended, so their reputation preceeded them! After having a slight issue with an APR Tune they flashed, they managed to squeeze me in an already busy schedule, while being short-staffed, to make sure my car was properly tuned and cared for! Lori and Randy are great people, and throughout my time in their shop I have had numerous conversations with them, about cars, and life in general. You really feel at home, and the personal touch when going to 922 Automotive. I usually wait, since I'm not having any major service done (yet), and I have yet to see a customer who isn't treated in the same fashion I have been. I'll recommend them to anyone! Quality I highly recommend this shop! My daughter is attending UALR and her 2010 Audi needed work throughout her time time in Little Rock. We live in Texas and unfortunately could not run to her rescue. We were referred to O'Hara's and I am glad that we were. While I have not personally met anyone there I feel like we are family. They made sure to make my daughter and us feel comfortable and communicated with all of us so that we could make informed decisions. They understood that our daughter was there alone and needed reliable assistance. They even offered her a loaner car when more major work needed to be done and she had to travel for school. The service that they provided was of high quality. The service Manager and Owner are top-notch and honest. They never rushed us or made us feel like we were wasting their time with this older car. Fortunately our daughter will be graduating soon and moving back to Texas. Unfortunately we will miss O'Hara's personal touch with our car care needs. They have been a great doctor for my daughter's car.

Having a euro car can be scary when it comes to repairs and maintenance as most shops wont work on them and the ones that will can be sketch at best. O'Hara is a clean garage with a ton of work happening. They were honest with my GTI's condition and upfront with price expectations. This place came highly recommended from several people. Had my ignition coil packs replaced on my 2012 Audi A4 Sline....did it last minute and under what other places would have charged. Even let me know who ever did my last oil change was garbage. Getting ready to make another appt with them tomorrow. Will be taking my wifes Q3 in there for maintenance too. Tha ka guys for good work at a great price. UPDATE: I stopped going here when Paul left. There is no more family owned feel to the shop. Paul made the shop worth my 45 minute drive each way to take both my Audi's here. No offense to the current full owners.

Brought my car here several times to have work done on it. They're always very helpful no matter what the issue is. First time I was here they had to perform the same front end repair another shop had done less than a year earlier. The issue has not occured again and O'Hara was a fraction of the cost on the repairs. There's a good chance my next vehicle will be a Volkswagen just so I can continue to use this shop!!

The mechanics at Oharas have a passion for getting the job done right. I'd say Integrity is there greatest attribute. I've been a customer since it opened and have had a positive experience everytime. They are professional in their craft so don't expect a lot of small talk. They will take your car, ask you a few questions ,make a few suggestions you likely didnt even think of that will make your car safer and more reliable, and completely take over from there until your car is ready . I cannot say enough good things about O'hara Automotive and Paul. I have an Audi and was told by the dealership I needed a new transmission due to a small leak. They quoted me $10,000. I went to O'hara for a second opinion and Paul found the problem saving me thousands of dollars. Paul truly cares about his customers. He kept me informed every step of the way. Everyone at the shop is friendly. I will not go anywhere else for service on my Audi's. I am just sorry I did not know about this place sooner.

Paul is an honest, gifted and amazing mechanic! I live in the Missouri Ozarks and I was on vacation for a week in Hot Springs when my check engine light came on in my 2006 Aquarius Blue VW New Beetle Convertible. I knew I had issues with the transmission. After a search for local mechanics, I came across O'Hara Automotive and after reading all the great reviews, I had my car towed over to Little Rock. Paul had already given me quotes over the phone that I knew were far lower than what I was reading on the Forums and I knew with over 100 5-star reviews that my car was in the right place. Confidence like that feels so good! The fantastic news was that my transmission did not have to be rebuilt and that the transmission valve body needed to be replaced, which I figured because it's a classic problem with certain New Beetles. He suggested the vacuum pump might need replacement too from the looks of the oil dripping down the engine and transmission, but when he got in there he found out it had already been replaced. He did the clean-up work at no charge that should've been done before. He's a wonderful guy. He had a quick turnaround time. I live within five hours of Little Rock and I'll keep bringing my car down here. My roommate has an '02 New Beetle Sport that I sold him and he said he'll bring his car to Paul too when it needs work. Paul is a rarity and it sure is a pleasure to find him. I really appreciate all he did for me. It was meant to be that my car chose Central Arkansas to break down so that I could find O'Hara Automotive. Thank you, Paul and team.

Took my VW (CC with 100k miles) to the VW dealership and was told I had a bad oil leak, engine needed resealing and of course, an oil change. Quoted $1400 for this!! I was unnerved and felt uncertain about whether or not the pricing was even remotely fair (I’m uneducated in mechanical matters). I called Ohara and they calmed me down instantly. They were friendly and know their business. They suggested I bring it in and let them look it over. Paul looked at it and said there was a leak (but not bad) and that it certainly didn’t need to be done today. Said given my mileage I should replace the timing belt at the same time in order to save on labor cost on down the road. They gave me an estimate and the difference in price parts and labor is MIND BLOWING (more than half the cost) I don’t honestly think I will return to my former LR VW dealership as I feel like they were attempting to completely take advantage of me.

If you want your car fixed by the best at a reasonable price this is your mechanic. His prices are 1/2 (or less) of what you will pay at the dealership and the service is exceptional. Every single person I have met at his shop was knowledgeable as well as courteous and Paul himself goes above and beyond for his customers.

My son was in Children’s Hospital and a snow /ice was about to come in and the owner Paul, drove out and installed the battery for us. I don’t know if that’s a normal service or not, but given the circumstances I’m thankful he was able to come do it. You can’t get that kind of service in the big box stores or national chain dealerships. I will be servicing my VW there for service now on. He knows Volkswagens very well and has taken care of friends/family for years now.

Paul (O'Hara, the owner) is first and foremost an HONEST MAN! Secondly, he is an honest mechanic and is truly a master VW and Audi technician. I started taking my VW diesel to him in 2013 and have taken three VWs to him over these years. He has always given me great service at a fair price and sometimes taking even less than what I would consider to be a fair price! He even gave me advice on how to do some petty work at home to save me some $ at his own expense. Never had a mechanic close to his integrity, knowledge and consideration. He does or personally supervises much of difficulty work himself. His mechanics are also masters, likely because he hires the best VW and Audi guys and teaches them himself. And he always seems to have the time to personally drive each vehicle before he signs off on any of the work done. Paul does solid work, and you can tell he really cares about working on VWs. He'll also quote you an estimate before any work is done, and is upfront about the costs (which are of course great compared to the dealerships). He even takes time to explain exactly what's wrong, what the implications are, and what he would do in your shoes. Sometimes it's worth investing money in, and sometimes a $5 bolt will take care of it. A great place to take your car.

On my way to breakfast this morning (3/14/2017) my check engine light came on and started flashing, EPC light came on and my car started missing real bad. Took my car to O'Hara automotive and talked to Paul. Got there at 8:15 and left there at 9:00 with my car repaired. They replaced all 5 coil packs and now my car is running great. Awesome price and awesome service. If u want someone that is honest take ur car to Paul. This is the second time Paul repaired my car and as usual best price and service ever.

Paul and his guys are absolutely the best. I have a 1990 Vanagon with a subaru 2.2 motor in it and needed work done when I moved to little rock. Needless to say I found the best place. Paul knows his stuff and loves his German cars (even with a subi motor). When I arrived my van had a major issue with the transmission and Paul was able to track down the problem and help me find a new one. We ended up ordering a new transmission from out west and Paul had it installed along with new shocks, bumpers, axles, and a new custom oil pan for the engine conversion all within about a week. After that I had a separate issue 100 miles away and paid to have it towed back to Paul's shop and he came in on a Sunday to find the problem. Turned out to be a bad axle Paul replaced it for no cost to me. He also chased down a knocking noise on the van for me which I know took him several hours or more and refused to let me pay him to fix it. Overall I have never had any mechanic as helpful or friendly as Paul and his crew.

I have an Audi R8, I was having coolant problem, took it to Parker Audi in Little Rock on February 17th 2016. First of all it took them 2 months to figure out what the problem was after many engineers came by (including higher level engineers at least what they told me on my text messages) They told me that car was ready on May the 12th (almost 3 months after) they delivered the car to me, right after I got in the car, there were many warnings on the screen, and next morning car did not start. Very next day May the 13th Parker Audi came by and towed the car to their shop and June 29th my car was still not ready, I went to Parker Audi and picked up my car, contacted with Paul who towed my car to his shop, he ordered the parts from Germany, took a week for the part get in, after the part came in it took 3 days for him to fixed my car. He is awesome, I owe him a lot..

Oil Changes to complete Coilover suspension install. Paul does it all. I had a KW full coilover set installed. Everything was Set/Level and rides great. Paul even coordinated with an alignment shop to have the car aligned and returned to his shop, saving me a trip across town and time spent waiting for an alignment. Everything was done when it was promised and exactly what was quoted. I won't take my car anywhere else!

Owner is a nice guy and a straight shooter. Beat my estimate from Christian Brothers Automotive in Maumelle by over $1500 dollars on a Jaguar S-type engine and rear diff job. He also had relationships that they didnt, and was able to get me a used rear diff $400 cheaper than christian brothers with 40K less miles on it. He does all the work himself, so you get to talk to the person actually working on your vehicle. Having a mechanic that's trustworthy is a huge relief. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else.

If you need your Volkswagen or Audi repaired or serviced, O'hara Automotive is the place you need to take it. I've dealt with them several times when no one else could fix the problems, they did. Their prices are considerably lower than the local dealerships which is what originally brought my business to them. There's no other place that will service or repair my Volkswagens.

Most helpful mechanic I've been to. I'm from louisville Kentucky and went down to dallas to pick up my 2007 audi a4. Car broke down a little outside little rock and multiple people recommend I use them. The guys were all friendly, did good work, and got me out of there without screwing me over or over charging me.

i can't begin to talk highly enough of this shop. i had my car at the dealership (owens murphy nitemare) my 2010 jetta tdi was down on power and smoking bad. after they diagnosed it and said i needed a new turbo and dpf filter, well after oking the work and several thousand dollars later my car still ran the same they then they had the cheek to ask me for money to further diagnose it. i took my car to paul and the gang at ohara auto, well 1hr of labor and a 89 dollar boost hose my car was purring like a kitten again. They truly love the cars volkswagen and audi, i have never seen anyone like them. i will always take my car to them and them only. great job guys keep it up.
