My car had some damage to the front passenger side. I own a 2013 volkswagen cc sport plus. We dropped our car off on a thursday. We recieved our vehicle that following Friday spic and span like nothing ever happened to it. These guys are friendly professional. And each day i called for updates they were quick and nice. Didnt sound irritated that we called everyday. All in all a great place. And boy let me tell you... The first 3 are the damage. Next are after repairs they did. I can say truthfully I was skeptical because this is my first experience with vehicle damage and repair shops. After this experience @ Fix Auto On East Sahara. I wont go anywhere else bruh no lie they are awesome. At first when I called them they told me that the soonest was that Monday and this was on Thursday I told the lady of front Shaela my situation and how I had taken time off of work and she said you know what go ahead and bring it in today so I brought it in that day and got it the following Friday I couldn't be any more pleased or happy with the results highly recommend them. Oh and not to mention they detailed the shhh out of my car and it looks amazing thank you guys for your services. My family is now back on the road and looking like were in a brand new car! P.s. the painter there is on point too theres no indication that there was any damage. Please trust me and take you. You wont regret it

Took my 2015 Mazda 3 to get some body work done for an insurance claim because of some stray sheet metal that hit it and it was completed very quickly and looks brand new! The gentleman at the front desk was awesome. He was very personable, down to earth and well knowledgeable on the processes they had in place. The gentleman who gave me a rundown of the repairs even recommended some preventative maintenance tips, I believe his name was pronounced imperial (excuse the spelling.) This is a great spot to go to if it’s your first time getting car work done, as they are extremely friendly and well-versed in their craft. From start to finish the service was fantastic and while I hope I won’t need to take the car back for future repairs, I know Fix Auto Las Vegas East has me covered!

They did an awesome job repairing my truck after I got rear ended, I was very impressed with the quality of the work, they even detailed the interior and made it look better than it did when I bought it, I hope I never have to use them again but if I ever need collision repairs again I will definitely get my repairs done here

I needed a repair shop for front end damage to my 2017 Kia Sedona. (NOT my fault! Someone ran a stop sign on Christmas Eve no less) 😡 ANYWAY progressive (other driver’s insurance) recommended Fix Auto I was skeptical so I checked with MY insurance (State Farm) and they recommended Fix Auto as well. I went to check them out and the vibe was AMAZING! Being an older, handicapped woman I was unsure what to expect. The MEN in the office were BEYOND helpful, respectful, through and patient in explaining the process (I didn’t much care for my interaction with the young woman at the reception counter when making the appointment. Thankful I only dealt with her once during my 3 trips into the office) I dropped my vehicle off on January 25th 2023. I was called the very next day and told my parts were on back order so I could expect them February 6th. Let’s be honest NO REPAIR EVER goes as planned so I figured I could expect delays and would get my vehicle back MAYBE by Valentine’s Day. Nope I was called February 1st and told my car was ready for pick up. The repairs were done beautifully. There wasn’t a TON of damage but it did spread over several different parts of the vehicle. EVERYTHING is just beautiful and perfect!! The smallest things make the biggest impact. I am a disabled woman and the act of them washing and vacuuming out my van was just the most amazing surprise and they have no idea how much that helped out a disabled woman!!! THANK YOU to all of the men I dealt with. I didn’t want the inconvenience of an auto repair and the way you handled yourself made it bearable!

I ended up at FIX East Sahara by based on other positive reviews. I took my car here for insurance repairs and was very impressed by the professionalism of every person I interacted with. Everyone was warm and welcoming. The office was organized, neat and the process was quick!! They gave me an estimated date of completion, but they finished my car 3 days earlier than expected and it looks great! I appreciate a business that stays on schedule and delivers!! I hope I never see them again because I don’t want to part with my beloved suv, but I highly recommend if your car has been jammed up.

Just the only place to go.. and now that they finished my truck ( and man it was F'd up), I am convinced there's no other shop that will treat you and your vehicle with the love and respect that this shop does, for whatever auto work you need done. Utter quality. And they even detail it better then those detail shops that cost hundreds. Even got my Rottweilers fur off the back seats(I Love my Rottie, truck was brand new when we got it and let him have his whole backseat with his fur, and drool, and food stains. I keep it as clean as I can, but it is a work truck), even shined up the underneath. Anyway I won't go anywhere else. After all that and the hospitality along with the quality, I was shocked when I saw the bill. Grrrrreat pricing. P.S. here's my Odin. And I would say this even if he wasn't mine. "This Dog is extra special, and connected to humans, by far the most precious, respectful, highly intelligent , protective and knows very well a threat from a non threat, and boooyyy if you're the threat I'd feel sorry for you. He loves people. I really think he thinks he isn't a dog, he only like people. He is so respectful tho he'd put up with any animal I tell him to. We have a small ranch with horses , ducks, chickens, other dogs, etc. And he protects us all very well. "

Drop my car off after a month of waiting to get it repaired. I saw other reviews and liked it so I waited. Was worth the wait. Very friendly people. Only bad experience I had was with rent a car enterprise never will I recommend anyone to go there. The enterprise on Sahara Ave. Next to fix auto .

The staff is very friendly and chill. They are fun to talk to. The lady in the front hooked me up with a rental after Hertz & Enterprise said they didn't have anything available. The Rapport with Fix Auto & Enterprise is amazing apparently. I was told my car would be ready the next week at a reasonable time. Then got the call the next morning saying it was ready! This place is great.

Fix Auto did an excellent job on my vehicle. I went through them for collision work, Matt was very helpful with making sure my vehicle was fixed to perfection! They washed and detailed my car as a courtesy when their work was complete. My Insurance company and Fix Auto were fast and diligent working together they only had my vehicle for about 2 weeks. I highly recommend you using this shop for any work you need

Absolutely awesome people there. Setting the appointment and dropping off was cake, they make you feel comfortable and understand your situation. They immediately went to work once my Ford was in their hands. He said it would be done in 2 weeks, it was done in one. And I was busy at the time so I asked if I could still pickup my car at the appointed pickup day and they said of course. In that time they looked even deeper and fix even more hidden issues, they waist NO time. Pickup was even easier, Mat is the one who help me out both times. Awesome guy, awesome place, 11/10 would get in a wreck with some herb just to hangout there again.

Despite being somewhat busy they completed my repairs in a surprisingly short time. My bumper looks absolutely perfect. Like new. The guys in the office were extremely friendly, helpful, attentive and professional. Matthew gets an A+++!

I was already upset about my car being hit a& gassing to get it serviced. The company reached out to me got everything together all I had to do was drop my car off. The staff at registration was friendly & quick to attend to me. I then spoke with a male who told me they would do the estimate and give me a call and he would do everything he can to get the insurance you cover all the damage that was done. I left my car and the work was done so fast that I only had my car in there for a week. I picked up my car today and the gentleman that took me to check my car and the work was so friendly and explained what they did and also how I can get other things fixed that I need to do. As a single mother going to a car shop is scary because we usually get taken advantage of but I would say I would for sure recommend this company to anyone who likes a smooth process. Even though there were some problems getting my tire (totally not on their part) they reassured me that as soon as they got the part they would get to work on it. Not only did this place do exceptional work, but they went above and beyond the initial problem... plus they even washed the car afterward, and shined the freakin' tires. Initial contact is Matt and Vic is the manager. Very personable guys, on the phone and in person. If you need these kind of services and you went somewhere else, you made a mistake! Competitive prices, insurance friendly, shuttle to and from car rental... the only thing missing was lollipops on the counter. Go there, you'll be glad you did! Cheers! Matt from Fix Auto helped us from the beginning, he made sure that the process of fixing my vehicle was fast and efficient. Since the start Matt let us know that sometimes there is more damage to the vehicle that what the eyes can see and that if that were the case in my vehicle he would let us know and repair it properly. If something was wrong with the repair he would call me and let me know on how he will proceed to continue the repairs. Im very satisfied with both the customer service and the quality of the job done on my vehicle. It looks as if nothing happened. I will definitely come back if the times arrives and recommend to mu friends and family.

I can't say enough great things about Fix Auto Las Vegas East, especially Parts Supervisor Matt Borrero, who went out of his way to make sure I was happy with the work they did. Everyone was professional, helpful, polite and friendly - they actually care. They turned back the clock on my 2012 Mazda, which was pretty banged up and somewhat embarrassing. Wonderful experience. My VW has seen another accident prior to my experience with Darryl and his crew, and I lament not choosing this shop prior.
