I visited this location for a check engine light diagnostic, and I had the pleasure of interacting with a sales associate named Cameron. Cameron was nothing short of an absolute delight to work with - personable, friendly, and professional. Even made me laugh a little with a cute joke. Cameron made me feel valued, educated me, spoke to me with respect, and gave me a sense of dignity, even though I don't know much about cars. This is a clear demonstration of how a business values their employees, which passes down to their customers. Autozone clearly has an understanding of who and what to value, and this is what will keep me coming back as a customer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Exceptional place for your auto needs. Was able to find a 50amp fuse for my Yamaha FJR motorcycle when the motorcycle parts & service stores would have to special order it! Great associates- very friendly, knowledgeable & patient. Checked and recharged my motorcycle battery for free. Clean well laid out establishment & they honor the military with a discount. How awesome is all those bennies.....

I really like going to this AutoZone. The Staff is always very friendly and amazingly helpful. Today I stopped to get a replacement light for a turn signal, wiper blades, and learned how to get rid of the “fog” on my headlights. Don helped me, got all I needed AND even installed the wiper blades. He explained everything in detail Re: products, how to clean the lights, etc. Super professional!! Thank you again Don! You made it so easy.

Super long lines always. They're so busy they should have a designated cashier for people who just wanna check out with their purchases. They make everyone go through the parts line. Sucks.

My car was broken into while I was visiting and they tried to steal my car, cutting all types of wires under my hood and leaving my car completely dead, my window wasn’t working, potentially leaving my family stranded in Vegas. Jimmy from this location literally saved our lives. He was able to fix my wires and fix my window. He was super friendly and helpful. He’s awesome at his job and deserves a raise! Thank you Jimmy 🙂🙂

This location is open 24 hours. It is great to have open when something happens and you need something for your vehicle. Also have had the parts I have needed. Plenty of parking spots. The staff person who assisted me was helpful and friendly. She was able to get my transaction done quickly. They have battery and computer testers on site.

They actually had a part I needed in stock. I called around everywhere looking for it. I didn't feel like waiting for delivery. I get there and the staff was a bit unorganized in the logistics of how the helped customers. They didn't have an employee floating for parts and the register. There was 12 employees. I saw 2 sets of people walk out with merchandise due to the lack of attention. The lines were moving really slow for there being that many people working.

Nice people. They know their stuff. However, don’t expect to check out in under 30 minutes no matter what time of day or night in this 24 hour store. Edit in response to owner reply: I have shopped this store many times day or night, as it is very close to my house. It is always like this. I’ve never experienced anything like it at any other auto parts store, AutoZone or not. I appreciate dedicated service to each customer, but the wait to get in, buy something, and get out is making it not worth shopping there anymore. Maybe it wouldn’t be so bad if there was a dedicated and obvious separate line for people who just need to check out, with a dedicated cashier. I’ve been to other AutoZones where this is the case. I’ve attempted to wait in such a line here and was actually yelled at by another customer for cutting the line since he waited in the other line to just check out.

I really do not know how to take care of a car and the fluids that need to go in the car. There was this one lady that had long braids and she was light skin. She helped me add oil into my car and helped me with numerous things and I was so very grateful to her. Hi, I had gone to my local autozone thinking that the manager gave the correct part needed. When I got to my truck and compared both parts old and new then to my surprise it didn't fit. I had to drive all the way across town to the A-zone hub station where I was given the correct part item I needed for my truck. Most of the clerks and manager are excellent,however I did request a different clerk because first one was raising his voice and inquiring in a rude manner ,with a bad attitude . I politely said thanks but I didn't came to be yelled at. Manager notice the ruckus,came right away and send him to the back.after that he personally took care of the whole transaction.

When I visited this AZ, there were at least 8 employees milling about, and two at the registers helping customers. I waited in line for what seemed like eternity, and finally gave up and left. I'd try a different auto parts store if I were you. Edit: Received a response from AutoZone, and I gave them another try. This time was much better, and I revised my rating accordingly.

5 stars, why ? Ok, answer it's clean, organized and well maintained. The service here is relatively good for a car parts shop. The location is convenient. The prices are decent. The selection is outstanding. Plenty of safe parking. Pleasant atmosphere. I like this AutoZone and I will drive further to go to this store for superior service and selection. 😎👍✌

There's a reason for the longer wait times it's the HUB !!!! super busy store and even busier in the back so the delay I have no issues with here. Been here many times there's always someone different attending me but regardless the Auto Zone greet has always been welcoming I do recomend this location but do be aware of slight longer times due to the nature of this location but staff seems knowledgeable for the most part thumbs up for the employees keeping up with the demand !!!!! Good Job Guys !!!!!!!!

Excellent Service. Helped me in the middle of the night when I was having car problems. Service Rep. kept it simple. I know NOTHING about cars. He Tested my car, told me EXACTLY which (2) two Products I needed (Prices were SO REASONABLE), and I was out of the door in less than (10) ten minutes! And it WORKED PERFECTLY! Customer service here depends on who you get. Some are very professional and some are the complete opposite, I just try to avoid the unprofessional untrained Reps. and its all good. The second issue is i bought 5 gal oil from here and when i got home i found out it wasn't sealed and it had old oil in it. Took it back and management was nice and barely asked anything and gave me a new one but what an awkward situation !! and now i know i will be checking the oil before i leave the store but they should have done that when i bought it, not every customer knows all the scam that goes around to keep checking on things. and why was on old unsealed 5 gal of high grade oil on the shelf?

Employees are great. Worst location in town. Probably gets the rudest, most poorly behaved customers. First time I went here tonight there was a guy yelling at an employee cause he couldn't find the part the customer needed. Employee was calm and the customer still managed to scam a discount out of the manager. Last time I go here.

It's busy, but they have the pieces for the job customer service needs some work but who can blame them this is the warehouse 24 hours . When it comes to other stores, I would say this is the most busiest and if you're coming to this store plan ahead. Had a problem with the store on Spring Mountain they didn't have the pieces that I need it. So I went to the hub which is this one on vegas drive excellent customer service but big line they had my extra piece that I needed on the tool set and they recommended me to order another piece which thank god I did. The piece that was reccomend went out and I had too replace it. Thinking I didn't need the extra piece. But luckily I listen to Sr.Manny he save me the time and hustle from being stranded in middle of the desert. And for that AutoZone has a customer forever!!!!

Bad service. I wasn't in the line to order parts because I didn't need to. I already had what I needed to get from the store and ready to pay at the cashier counter. while waiting someone else walked in the store and got in the parts line and got taken care of first. The guy just looked at me like the line to order is over here but then he asked me if I was ready to pay. Hmm...I was standing there with the items I needed at the cashier counter. Hello! Just make sure to be in your toes and not let anyone else cut in front of you. Maybe my items where not expensive as the ones they hope to get from the other guy but today was not the day I hope to buy something more expensive. I'm happy with Auto zone parts but this store in particular has bad service. Beware guys!

One honest mistake an employee made and they not only went over and beyond to fix the problem with compassion and showed they cared about theor customers. The first time I have ever been treated like SH!t. Went from 4 stars to 1 then back to 4. To be fair, I'm not going to let one sales associate ruin a stores overall rating. The bald, black guy, working Easter Sunday 1800-1830. I guess he thought I was going to run out the store with a $17 tool. Treated me with the most disrespect and hostility. Snatching the $17.00 multimeter out of my hand stating that I took it from behind the counter when they are on the first aisle. He knew I had the tool for purchase when I completed the return process for $223 starter. Then you cheated me out of $40 (core charge), kept my original receipt paid me the $180 and told me to leave the store. My bank shows AutoZone carged me $223.

Reply to the owner, the reason I said maybe another time is because I have had nothing but issues with parts at Autozone. The only time I was able to have good good day in regards to buying parts was when I get simple things like batteries paints and some tools. Any actual automotive part I get when at any autozone is a disappointment because they never last any decent amount of time, breakdowns constantly because of subpar quality parts kill my business and any fun I plan to have. So not cool.

This location is STILL open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, though keep in mind that it is the hub store(warehouse). So yes the line is long, but that is because this specific location has parts that no other stores in Vegas carry. This store actually delivers the parts that they dont have in their store, they actually service 57 other autozone stores along with helping cutomers that come in. So be patient or try another store if you dont mind the wait for your part rather than waiting in a long line.

This was the only store that had my parts. I happened to be in henderson, so i stopped at store there. They printed a slip for me with parts i needed (just like nellis store) I'm glad it had prices on it, because when they rang me up, it was $6 more. When i asked about price diff, the guy says, "it must be a district thing, since i was in henderson." Then i asked where are district lines, because nellis had same price as hend. He got the manager & gave me the price from henderson! THANK YOU for price matching.

This store is open 24 hours, most close around 6,7, 8 or 9 o'clock in the evening and most don't open until 7 or 8 in the morning, a few don't open until 9a.m.. they did not have the part i needed by it self had to get an assembly if two hoses and the tee connector/filler neck for the radiator, all i needed was the tee connector/filler neck. Dang thing cost me $62.00 +another $13.00 for antifreeze total $80.64. That was more then I had but I'm hopeing the land lord will work on the rent with me. This is the 4th time the dammed car broke down in three months, never get a fraggen dodge avenger they suck worst p.o.s. i've ever had. Wish i stell had that ford Taurus great car.
