I went to Honda due to a maintenance minder B125. I have a 2013 Civic with 107,896 miles on it. Clark Haywood was my service advisor. He checked my history at Honda and I confirmed that I had already received the 5 service. So, he made sure that I received the B12. He gave me an accurate time estimate for my wait at Honda. He explained clearly both before and after my car was serviced what was to be done and the results. He asked me if I had questions. I always do. He was patient, polite, and personable. I trust him and respect his knowledge and advice. What more can I say??? I have a long history with Penske Honda, and he reminds me of the friendly and attentive sales and service people from the ‘old service place’. I would highly recommend Clark to provide advice to family and friends. He gets an A+ from me!!!
They were wonderful. My repair person was polite and their shuttle took me to work! I was able to receive emailed documents regarding my Pilot and it made the entire process super easy. They will definitely be my service provider from now on!
The technician was able to find the cause of the loud voice from the front of my vehicle - wheel bearing - and fixed that along with replacing the battery of my vehicle. The noise just disappeared after the repair and I feel very happy about it! The most worthy 400 bucks I ever spent! Thank you! I also was able to use the Costco Auto Program there - thanks Chris for being willing to reopen the invoice and got the discount applied for me!
Also, they have an incredible customer lounge - spacious, super clean, great coffee. The shuttle service lady, Angela, is also a nice addition to my five-star review!
I took my car in for the 100K mile maintenance after another dealership was unable to complete the work for some unknown reason. Penske Honda did the work as requested, at the price they quoted. I've used them several times and always appreciate the honest advice they give. If they bring unexpected repairs to my attention, I ask for their recommendations - how necessary is it, does it have to be completed now or can it be delayed, how long can it safely be delayed - and their recommendations always seem in my best interest. Their prices may be more than at some other garages, but the reliability and trust I find with them is worth it.
Repair was for a manufacturer recall. I made an appointment and took the car in on time. The service advisor estimated two hours. He found two additional recalls and those were completed as well. Car was ready at promised time.
Staff very professional and courteous. Dealership very clean and comfortable waiting area.

Fast service plus I was surprised to get a prorated price on my battery. Granted it was only 4 years old but I don’t know if I would have gotten it anywhere else. You guys have been first rate since your Dan Young days. Been a happy customer since 1996!
Service team was very much on my side of what services I wanted that day. Nothing was forced or pushed upon. I brought my book and sat in the nice and quiet waiting while my service was done. My service was completed in quicker time that verbally stated which made an even happier customer! Pricing was very comparable and even better than most local competition. Will continue to come here for all of my future services!
Took the car right away and was done in less than an hour. Service rep was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He let me know what the cost would be before the work started. Like all dealerships it was a little pricey but you know the work was done right. Also performed a "multi-point inspection".
Penske serviced my Accord with oil change, alignment, transmission fluid replacement and tire rotation. Online appointment was convenient and service wait time was not multiple hours long to my surprise. My revive attendant Angel discussed completed job and explained service rendered professionally and with a smile. Pleased with overall experience and comfortable facilities.
Stopped by last Friday without an appointment for an oil change. Toby G was my service advisor. He did a great job getting me in and out quickly. He also brought to my attention some other service items that needed updating and I was able to get the work done at the same time without having to re-schedule at a later date. He also provided me was a coupon that saved $30 off the repair cost. The customer lounge is vey clean and comfortable. Great Wifi service. They also served a nice selection of gourmet coffees and snacks.
It was a nice place to chill and watch a movie while the car was being serviced.
From the moment I pulled into the Penske Honda service department, I was impressed at how easy it was to get signed in and waited on. All from my vehicle! I then was directed to a comfortable lounge to wait in , with an optional shuttle service to take me up to ten miles away to job, home, etc. The actual repair took less time than estimated, and I also received a courtesy check on my vehicle that I didn't even expect. The service personnel checked my tires and reset the TPMS. Very courteous throughout the whole process!

The staff at Penske Honda were ready to assist, as, I came in without an appointment. They were very clear in describing the problems, their solutions, my options... They also gave me a quick estimate on a very small 1/2 inch scratch... that repair amount was shocking however... Nothing major, 600.00 repair... I opted out.
The staff were very courteous, friendly, helpful.
I’m usually very happy with my service here. However on this occasion they forgot to reattach my skid plate under the oil filter and it’s began dragging the road while on the highway. They were very apologetic and gave me the missing fasteners and offered to fix it on the spot but I did not have the time to wait. All in all I still feel comfortable talking my car here for service. Accidents happen.
Dropping of car was easy. Best thing was the shuttle service. They dropped me at my home then pick me again once the servicing was finished. They will let you know about the cost associated with repair before hand and handle everything professionally.
The techs are knowledgable and friendly, as always. However, my tires have been losing air randomly for the last six months with an increasing rate. The tech suggested a "dunk" test, which makes sense. But no other information was available. I drove the car over 100 miles since the service, and there has been no tire pressure issue, which is rather remarkable, given the recent history. Here's hoping. Thanks Penske.
My service provider went above and beyond to make sure I got everything done. I originally came in for just a tire rotation and oil change. My device rep took care of me and completed additional services that I was going to return to complete at a later date. I appreciate him taking the time to make sure that I received the best service possible and took time my personal time into consideration. Thank you!
Very professional. Pulled up and explained that they would check why warning lights were on and then give me options. I waited in a nice waiting room. They called me after a bit and explained problem, cost, and how long it would take. Then they fixed it and price was what they said and reasonable. Very professional.

I was greeted right away and within a minute my service advisor was taking my information. The wait was communicated as 1 hour/15-30 minutes and it took just less then that. To be expected more when busy. My service advisor was very nice and even helped me get the right screen back up in my dashboard when the car was finished. Very pleasant and easy first experience with Honda.
Ok - They told me again 1 hour to 1 hour 10 or 15 minutes! 1 hour and 50 minutes later they called my name! I am not patient! Others were also complaining also!

I was driving to the lake and my Yellow light came on again- same day - said something about update something! So don’t know if they forgot to or something else!

Brand new civic came with only a 1/4 charge of freon causing the ac to not work. They had the vehicle back to me within 24 hours and provided me with a loaner. Would recommend.
Made an appointment and got right in. Very pleasant, got done when they said it would be done, and quick checkout. Super clean too. They used to vacuum and wash the car after an oil change but they don't anymore. I miss that.
I always get great service here. Sure, getting service at the dealer is more expensive but I get the peace of mind of knowing that the job is being done with Honda parts and to the specifications of the manufacturer. I've found the service personnel are also very honest about what work is really necessary versus what isn't and I trust their opinion.
Service advisor Brad Baldini was great to work with. He was able to answer all of my questions and get me into a loaner vehicle while my pilot was being worked on. They went above and beyond what they needed to which I always appreciate. I will be taking my vehicle back to Brad when the time comes.
Just moved to Indiana from West Virginia and was looking for a Honda dealership. My daughter uses them and I followed her since both of us needed an oil change. Liked the dealership; the waiting area was the nicest one I have ever been to. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
Service was quick and efficient! The employee who took care of my paperwork was so friendly and explained what service they would do what how much it would cost. I also received a discount for being a kind customer. Would definitely recommend the service department at Penske Honda!
The service guys were great. It was late afternoon about 45 minutes before closing and they still took care of me. They were very gracious and explained everything in terms that I could understand.
I gave a 3 because of the lack of communication. I arrived to drop my car off at 10:30 and called multiple times around 3pm for an update, but never got an answer on how much longer. I went in person and waited and waited until my car was done.. without any sort of update along the way.
The people were very kind to work with but the lack of communication was frustrating. Overall, great maintenance on the vehicle.
Everything was fine, but the alignment was off. I took the car back and they put the tires in their original positions and the alignment was fine. Also fixed a nail

From my phone call to the service center to the in-person communication with the service staff, I received great service.
I gave a 4 because I thought I could get everything taken care of but one of the services I needed could not be done during the express service. The service staff suggested I schedule an appointment.
The service was done very quickly and they even found a possible leak from the factory. The vehicle only has 5700 miles. I was able to schedule a service appointment at my convenience to see what the cause of the leak is.
They always treat me with respect and take care of my concerns. This time I went because I received a re-call notification and even though they called me asking if I could change the date of my apt I was fine with it they apologized for the change and demonstrated how great full they were that I was ok with it. I will always recommend Penske Honda on 96th street

SRS airbag light was on and they verified it was a problem with the seatbelt buckles. Which is covered under the lifetime seatbelt warranty. They ordered the parts and now I wait. All in all a good, pleasant experience. Waiting lounge was large and accommodating.
Always exceeds the expectations. Service department is very courteous. My latest interaction with Chris McCrickard was very good. He went above and beyond my expectations.
While I do like the online scheduling, I specifically added a written need of service and was told when I arrived for my appointment, that service could not be done because it had to be scheduled in the morning and by phone. Why does the online scheduling enable you to request the service if it cannot happen through it’s scheduling.
Did not have an appointment. Still was able to get routine service and get tire replaced, all in about an hour. Refreshingly competent and efficient.

The only place I’ve ever used for an oil change. I LOVVVEEE the professional service that Penske delivers. Ed Matthew is the service manager and he definitely is the BEST!
Repair was quick and easy. They kept my vehicle for 2 days. All in all this trip was good.
They're fast and convenient, but the tpms light is still on after the receipt says they checked tire pressure.
My experience was good from the time I got there till when I left, I think his name was Clark that assisted me. He was very very polite and informative he even showed me on the paper what I got done and how long I had till my tires and brakes would wear down, I never knew this information.

These guys exceeded all expectations. They got my car in a day earlier than expected, finished it same day and washed the car! Penske Honda did the MOST AMAZING OILCHANGE this or any of my cars have ever experienced in the history of my owning cars. I couldn't believe how incredible this oil change experience was. The service technicians were knowledgeable and friendly in telling me about the oil change. First, they told me they would absolutely change the oil when I requested it - and then they actually did! I loved every minute of it. If I could afford it, I would bring my car in to Penske Honda for an oil change every day - it was that awesome.
I almost knocked off three stars because Judge Judy was playing in the waiting room. I hate Judge Judy.
I scheduled an appointment and they were ready to take my car even when I got there twenty minutes early. Great space to wait in as needed. Informative and friendly, made sure I knew what was needed and not needed. They recommended a tire rotation based on mileage so I said sure but when they actually assessed the tires, they saw it wasn’t needed so didn’t do it. Just reassuring that they are paying attention and keeping honest. I am sure to come back for other services.

I woke up to a flat tire on Saturday morning. Had to have it towed as there was a nail in it. Tobias was so professional and helpful throughout the process. He was able to fit it in and have a new tire put on that day. So appreciative for all his help! That's the way customer service should be provided!

Friendly staff, convenient location, nice waiting room, they offer shuttle service (though I believe it is limited in how far they can take you), and they finished their work in the scheduled time.

I went in for an oil change and mentioned that I was having trouble with my Apple Car Play. I had already set an appointment to get it looked at the following week, but the service rep, Dustin Day, stayed after hours to help me reset it. I had a tire that picked up a screw and could not be repaired. I called Penske Honda - they had the tire in stock and told me to come in asap. They replaced the tire and had me back in service in about an hour. Great experience and courteous staff!
I always have a great experience at Penske Honda. I really appreciate the service Rep, Toby. He has a great attitude and keeps me coming back. I will always go Penske for big or small needs because of Toby.
My car was having a recurring issue and I took it to Honda out of frustration. After talking with the service manager, she did everything she could to fit my car in to be seen. Toby, my service contact, was so kind, accommodating and so easy to work with. Even with all the frustrations I felt I was cared for well and I would absolutely recommend others take their car stuff this dealership.
I’m always impressed when I go here. The facilities are nice and the service is excellent. I had an issue maybe 8 years ago and they went above and beyond to make it right.
The service gentleman who greeted me was the same to call me when everything was complete. The service time was less than projected. However, it was the cordial and polite manner of the gentleman I first met. As we were closing the paperwork, he asked if I would like him to place the keyless entry back on my key ring. Excellent service in the express service department for flat tire that needed replaced after confirming no patch would work. Service tech was timely as I called later in the day and they worked me in same day. Responsive to questions and explained needed service. Reviewed other things checked during service.
All great just dont know why the tire were not to the normal psi on all of them. But it was alright also a regular check was not done because i have not check my filters and it always shows and some how nothing showed that need to be change or fix to the car

I want to give a shout out to Clark Haywood. After my van was serviced I mentioned my radio was still acting up on the FM channel even after they replaced the tuner. He asked if I could bring it back for them to check out again as my mileage is at 31,000 & at 36,000 it was possible Honda wouldn’t cover another repair. I hope you know how much that means. I texted him a video I had taken of the problem & he will pursue finding an answer.
I needed a new tire, so I brought my vehicle up on a Saturday morning. I was worried that there would be a long wait, but the service team has always been efficient. Eddie and Kenny are my go-to guys!
Easily arranged an appointment online and upon arrival they quickly got me checked in, serviced my car and I was back on with my day in under 1 hour.
The service process at Penske Honda is very organized and professionally handled. I feel “Our vehicle is in safe hands”.
Penske handle a fuel-pump service recall. Took about 5 hours to complete. Everything was OK, it just went about 90 minutes longer than their estimate.
Nick Hoover was very friendly and helpful. Everyone else was too. Service was quick. I miss the snacks.

Everything was organized, communication, and pretty seamless. My only opportunity, I would note would be a Curtesy call prior to the appointment or an estimate call on when the car would be done.

The customer service staff was professional, courteous, and efficient. All my questions were answered professionally and clearly. The car was left for service and a later pickup. Communication via text was professional and efficient - easy to understand and reply. My wait time for payment and pickup was very short indeed. I would have appreciated it if they had washed the car after service as they have sometimes done in the past.
I experienced professional services from beginning until the end. The service tech was very polite and valued me as a customer. He explained everything I wanted to know regarding my vehicle needs. He didn’t try to scam me into purchasing services that i didn’t need at this time. The technician did a good job from what I can see and feel with my vehicle. The price is worth it and it didn’t take long at all. The facilities are clean and if you need a ride they provide that too (personally I didn’t need a ride but I did see other people utilizing this service). If you haven’t tried Penske Honda you’re missing out. Give it a try your vehicle will thank you. Oh and I travel cross town to Penske for my oil changes that in itself should tell you something. Simply the best that I know of.
Great group of professionals at Penske Honda Service. Always are upfront with issues, cost, and solutions. My latest time at Penske, my service representative was Carey; great guy, explained everything, and kept was up-front regarding a necessary part that had to be ordered. The honesty, integrity, and friendliness of the Penske Honda Service group is tops and it's the only place I go to have my CR-V serviced/repaired.
I scheduled my oil change online. When I got there they came up to my car and got me all checked in. They said it would take about 30-45 minutes and were done in 20. This was great for me because I was pushing time. Everyone was supper nice and got me in and out super quick. Much better than going to another place and waiting hours! And they even gave me a car wash which was MUCH needed!

I was charged the amount I was quoted, greeted by professionals and my car was clean and perfect when I picked it up.
Had two flat tires, had car towed to Penske and they were able to fix for me in a 2 hr period. I would recommend them. The service manager, Edward was very helpful in making sure that my vehicle was safe.
Great service from start to finish. All repairs completed within time frame quoted at checkin and at the estimated cost. Two services we requested were not required. Technician was very truthful in that the cabin and engine filters looked new and did not need to be changed out...NOW THAT IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE TO A CUSTOMER.
Friendly, professional greeting. Explained the next steps plus asked if I had any other issues. I was concerned about tire and tread plus a strange noise sometimes when starting up. He said he’s taken a note and will ask the mechanic to check all issues. This was performed. As I waited there, he called me as I walked up to his section within the suggested time. All was ready with an explanation of when tires need changing and a cost ready to go if desired. I paid the agreed amount and went to the car seeing it was washed and in the car was a note offering me a good price if I wanted to sell or trade it.
I looked at the inspection report. All was good (apart from tread on tires) and no fault found with the starter motor or ignition system. I drove off a happy client. NB this was my daughters car so I now need to convince her to change her tires in the next month or so!

Chris McCrickard scheduled our oil change and tire rotation around our schedule. Always accommodating. He told us it would be about 40 min. He told us the cost for each of the services and we were amazed at the affordability of them. Our car was done in a bit less than the 40 min. Penske Honda service is definitely our go to place for service and Chris Mccrickard along with all the staff we have talked with are very professional and thorough in explaining about the services as well as very personable.

Very efficient and friendly. I needed my battery replaced and was only there for about 45 minutes on a busy Saturday morning. They have a efficient system of getting everyone checked in and a nice waiting lounge with plenty of outlets and seating.
Clark was my service tech! To keep a long story short, I brought my wife's Honda Pilot in on a recall for some electrical issues. It was later discovered that the work that was needed fell outside the mileage window for warranty coverage. The issue was common to the Honda Pilot and even though the warranty was extended by the manufacturer, I was still going to have to foot the bill for the cost of the repair because again, it fell outside the warranty window due to mileage.
Clark called me and advised he was going to get in touch with his superiors and the dealership itself to see if we could get the cost taken care of because the issue with my wife's Pilot is common among Pilot's and he didn't feel it was right that I'm expected to pay for something that was a manufacturer issue. I don't know of the conversations behind closed doors, but all I know is Clark called me back and said out of $600 repair, I was only liable for $92 deductible.
That being said, I appreciate Clark going to bat for me and providing awesome customer service. I also appreciate Penske Honda for making things right with the price and providing me a courtesy vehicle while I waited on my repairs to be fixed. It is an awesome thing to experience GREAT customer service in this day and age!!

My family and I broke down on our way from Cincinnati to Chicago on a Sunday night. Penske was completely booked for repairs the next day but they squeezed us in for an alternator replacement and had us back on the road by that afternoon. Penske Honda is great about informing you about needed services, the cost, and when the services are needed. I was told in April my brakes needed to be replaced, given the cost, and told I could wait a few months before having the service completed. I was told it would take 5 hours to complete and it took about 4.5 hours. I know the work is done well and the parts used are high quality.

Heater and defrost quit working. Only came in for an estimate, but under the amount which needed authorized by our company so they had a part which would fix it and that part was going to be returned. So we walked out, with it fixed. Still have other issues but need to get estimates so our company can approve the lower cost place. But waiting room was pleasant and clean. Service discussed with me the extended time to finish the repair and accepted Costco member discount which is awesome.

Honda Odyssey 2019 w/ 50k miles, original owner. Visited the Penske team off 96th St for an issue with the passenger sliding rear door. The door would open easily but then you could not close it using any of the interior buttons (at the drivers console left of steering wheel or at rear door location behind front passenger seat) or the exterior handle would not close it. Three beeps is all you would hear. Automatic door sliding control would have to be turned to Manual Open/Close and then you could close it with some elbow grease. Nick was the Service Attendant and he was amazing. Listened carefully to me as I explained the issue. Took notes and repeated back to me what he had heard. Called me once the diagnosis was made and again after I had authorized the repair (sliding door "pinch sensor" needed replaced. Approx $250) and overall the experience was very enjoyable. Nick and the Honda Penske Team will get my business again.

I had a very positive experience at Penske Honda Service Department. I was greeted by an efficient, friendly, professional service representative. He asked questions and took time to answer questions and concerns that I had. The service was performed quickly, and results were explained to me so I understood exactly what was done and what may need to be done in the future. First time using Penske service. They fixed my problem, all my driver assist lights indicated a problem. I was only charged a $79 diagnostic charge. They also checked for recalls and fixed an outstanding one I had forgotten about. However, be prepared to leave your car. I felt like I was at the doctors office when I arrived for my appointment. The service lines were full, like everyone had the same 9:30 appointment. Got a call at 3:30pm saying my car was ready. I am pleased that they fixed my car at a reasonable cost. I wii use Penske again.
Nick Hoover was my service advisor. I was met immediately in the service lane for my appointment. They were able to address the oil change immediately so the wait was very short and I even held a great conversation with Nick as we waited. 10/10 would recommend.
The Service Manager actively listened and responded to an issue related to the scheduling of service for my vehicle. She and the Service Advisor were helpful in resolving this issue.

Got a new car with Penske and had ordered customizations, including painting the rims black. Paint chipped along edges and I also had minor damage from hitting a curb. They were quick to address the issue and even masked the curb damage. They are great at providing a loaner vehicle and services are performed within reasonable time frame. Staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
The service was done in an accurate, efficient matter. The service advisor was friendly and explained what to expect. The bill was reasonable for the service provided. The customer lounge was clean and allowed for social distancing.
My car had a defective condenser and they were supposed to diagnose the problem and then have me make a separate appointment to get it fixed. Instead, they could tell just by looking at the condenser that it was badly leaking and fixed it. That saved me having to dedicate another day to getting it fixed and was fantastic customer service!

While I waited, the facilities were clean and the WiFi was great so I could get some work done! This service was a major maintenance work on my 2015 Odyssey that was purchased new at Penske. It was an all day long work. Replaced the timing belt, tensioner, driver belts, water pump & coolant, spark plugs, valve cover gasket and adjust valves. The shuttle service is awesome. Howard, the shuttle driver, was the best.
Ed was my service manager, but the whole team worked together to ensure that everything went as expected from the drop off (8am) until pick up (5pm). Penske even follows up a day later to make sure the services were performed to my satisfaction. They really know how to win a customer over.
Penske's service matches the excellet quality of the vehicles they sell. 0 issues so far with the van and I expect to get another 120K miles out of our Odyssey just as trouble free with this work.

I had pre-ordered a driver-door cylinder in the Parts Dept. before scheduling service for its installation on my CRV. The replacement was necessary because the key could no longer manually enter the keyhole to open or lock the driver door.
I worked with Angel L at service. Through multiple interactions in-person and over the phone, he was professional, very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly with addressing any questions or concerns on the installation. While the job was projected to take a half-day upon morning drop off, it, however, was not completed until 6pm for same-day pickup. I would definitely recommend the experienced Angel again for handling service advice and appoitment from start to finish.
Clark is an alternative service personnel who was also very helpful and professional in other interactions. Shane (Parts Dept.) was informstive and patient in addressing technical questions and my eventual decision to order the door-lock cylinder prior to scheduling service; he promptly called me when the part came in.
I rarely, if ever, write reviews but I figured this experience warranted me posting one.I recently purchased a used vehicle out of state that was well outside of its warranty period. After trying everything online without any luck, I brought it to Penske Honda as a last resort. This is an issue that has popped up throughout forums online with 50+ people posting that they brought it to Honda dealerships and couldn't find a solution. For this issue, I worked with Chris M. and he was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to figure out the issue, even going so far as contacting some Honda-wide service groups. He kept me updated over the two weeks it took to find a solution and he had a genuine interest in getting the vehicle fixed. He was able to get the issue fixed and at an unbelievably low price. During the final repair, he quickly found that it would take longer than expected and as a result gave me transportation while the vehicle was being repaired. I can't speak highly enough of Chris and the rest of the Penske team. Throughout the extended process, everyone was absolutely wonderful. I just wish I could give them six stars.

This is my second time getting my vehicle serviced here. The facility is well kept and very clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I came in to get my oil and transmission fluid changed as well as a tire rotation. It didn't take very long and they even washed my car! When I went to pay, the technician informed me that my battery was getting close to needing to be replaced and asked if I would like to get a new one. I told him that I would but I'm pretty broke right now. This man gave me a discount without me even asking! So I want to give a big shout out to my man Clark for being so kind and friendly and professional. You da real MVP! I will be taking my vehicle here for all of my future servicing needs for sure. Generally good and efficient...but!! Penske Honda is where I bought the car, have had all my service, records etc., my info pops up when I call in. When I called for an appointment they had my records. I had a service reminder that included replacing the transmission fluid. She said it would cost (a pricey I thought) $120 and they could do it quickly with my other work. But as I waited the service guy told me since this was an Accord Touring Turbo it would take about 2 hours and $290! Big difference. The service guy apologized and given the sticker shock and wait time I said some other time. For a place that in the past had their stuff together it was a little disappointing. The service guy said when I have the work done he will give me the employee discount. Thanks for that, but my advice to you is to watch out for such lapses.
We were in town for my daughter's graduation. An engine light required a visit to Penske Honda. Emma the Service Manager took us in and diagnosed and fixed the problem. I can't thank Emma and the Penske Team enough. They literally saved our day!

Went in for B1 maintenance service: oil chg and tire rotation. Also requested alignment.
I went without an appointment to get my batter tested. It turned out that I needed a new battery (instead of a new starter like I feared). I was told it would be about 2-2.5 hrs because they were pretty backed up. I had my toddler with me and wasn’t sure how long he would hold up but I took a chance anyway. Everyone I spoke with was very professional and courteous and they ended up getting me out of there in under 2 hours. AND it turns out my battery was still under warranty so there was no charge! BONUS!
Completed Honda Multi-Point Inspection which included: headlights, interior lights, windshield washer spray, washer operation & windshield condition.
Also: parking brake, horn operation, checked fluid levels, external drive belts and radiator hoses and tires.

Our 2010 Fit was the subject of a recall that involved the driveshaft. Dropped it off at 8:00. The service tech said it could take up to 4 hrs. They offered me a ride home so I could avoid waiting. The driver was a blast. She offered to return later to take me back to pick up my car. Around 10:40 I received a call and text indicating my car was ready. The car runs as it normally does so I assume the problem is fixed.

Great staff though couldn't get appt and had to wait almost 2 weeks. The parts were not available so I had to reschedule a new time/date to install a very, very expensive catalytic converter that is a Honda Part. The hardware expense was the only drawback otherwise good people.

This is in response to the routine maintenance of the SECOND can we’ve bought there. We don’t swap vehicles. We still have the first Pilot we bought from Penske in 2008. It now has over 280,000 miles. We’ve done the big 100k service there twice now. Our CPO CR-V was bought there this spring. I had my mother in law purchase her Pilot there this summer. This is a top-flight dealership and service center.
What my care needed was done in the time they said it was been done. Plus going home was east with them.

All the lights came on the dash telling me there was a problem with cruise control, lane changing, brakes, etc. I called the dealership I purchased the car from to find out what to do. I didn't know if I should drive it or not. They told me they could see me on July 12th. I would have had to go without a car for 12 days for them just to look at it. I explained that I needed a car and it only has 27,000 miles on it. He didn't care and had no alternatives. I then decided to call Penske Honda because I have heard good things. They had me being it in. They told me it would be awhile also on a repair, but they would look at it and go from there. To make a long story short, they helped me, they fixed it and they took care of a new Honda customer that has never had to deal with the dealership. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate the Service Department and how they handled my situation today. Everyone is busy and they went above and beyond!

Just service checkup. No repairs. No lights when I can. 3 lights on dash 1day later. Windshield wiper, both rear tire lights,another light not sure. Looked like candle upside-down down with parentheses. Will need come back.
Great price and good service. I worked with Nick to get a differential fluid change, and they checked the battery and coolant for me. He helped me consider whether to replace the battery or check on the warranty first, which is great service. Didn't try to push the envelope, good customer lounge, fast, and they beat the quote price.
I am usually treated very well at Penske Honda. This was my first visit since they had moved their service to a new building complete with a very comfortable customer waiting area. I have a return visit scheduled for later this week.

I love to go to this place for any maintenance or service issues. When you pull in the service bay they have the technology to scan your vehicle and it will pull up in their system and show if you need certain repairs and it provides them with your information which cuts down on time spent. They also noticed a problem with my tire and quoted me a replacement price well below their competitors.
From the moment you pull into the service Bay until the time you drive away after picking up your car the professionalism is top-notch. Everything is clean and bright. They follow covid-19 cleaning requirements. And make sure you are satisfied with the service they provided. Couldn't ask for anything more!

So started off a little aggravated. We tried calling early in the week to get an appointment and were told don't worry about it, it'll take only 30 mins. Get here and the quote is 1 hour 45 minutes. Got done in 45 mins. I am impressed. Good service and super nice staff. Definitely liking my dealership!

I bought a 2019 Honda almost 2 years ago. I live 2 hours away and this is the only place I will take my vehicle. It's worth the time out of my day for the service that I get here. Plus, they have a sweet waiting room with coffee and snacks.

I came in to get a new key fob for my old 2006 Pilot. They performed a multi point inspection as they do for all cars and suggested my battery was not at full charge. I blew it off as I can replace my own battery, and sure enough the next day I got stranded.
