The staff is very nice and professional. However, the person I to whom I was contacting kept insisting the the problem I have had for 5 years was coupled to the issue that presented itself only in the last 3 months. Upon arriving after agreeing to come in and pay the diagnostic fee, I found my Jeep lowered almost where the tires nearly contacted the wheel wells ( not how I left it with them). The tech was working hard to correct this issue while I waited, but I had to miss a doctor's appointment since it was not ready. I was fairly charged for only one hour despite their many hours of troubleshooting. At the end of the day, I learned a little more but really solved nothing but just cost me more $$ before I sell it.

This repair center is amazing!!! I brought my car in because of an issue with my AC. After speaking to Roger over the phone, he advised me to bring it in. I got there and was welcomed with a smile...nevermind that they were closing in a hour. I didn't feel like they were rushing, or over charging me. My AC is now blowing cooler than ever. Thanks to everyone there that took care of me....glad I found this location! I have recommended my sister here as a result of the great service I received.

This is my new go to for all of my auto maintenance needs! Roger was helpful, attentive, and fit me in at the last minute to get my annual inspection! They have cool recliners in the lobby that look like bucket seats from a sports car! They offered water, free takis (I passed, I can’t handle them! Ha!) and the bathroom was clean. I was pleasantly surprised with everything. I had an appointment to register my car the next morning. Without Autocheck Elite, I would’ve had to reschedule AGAIN! I will be returning for an oil change and transmission flush soon. Thanks again!

I took my car to Auto Check Elite to have a cold air intake installed and some resonators deleted! I highly recommend Casey, John and Roger. They were extremely helpful from the get go (unlike some garages I spoke to) and they were very careful when overcoming some of the usual non OEM issues you can expect (like retapping Carbon Fiber).Overall great work, great honest people and a great shop. Highly recommended and my new go to.

I visited this location today as a repeat customer for my vehicle inspection and the service provided was just as I remembered. I was quickly greeted by Roger, and he was professional, knowledgeable and kind. My vehicle was taken into the garage by another kind gentleman. When I mentioned my routine maintenance being overdue on my vehicle, Roger informed me that Auto Check Elite is able to perform that service on my luxury vehicle as well. I know for a fact that will save me major money compared to the dealership's maintenance package. I will absolutely return to this business because good, honest, customer care is hard to find. I want to start off by saying these guys went above and beyond any of my expectations. Paul was who helped us out and kept me informed through the whole process. I had an ABS service light come on along with an airbag light. They took care of the ABS light and I was going to come back for the airbag( did not have enough money for both repairs). Upon returning Paul let me know since I was a new customer they did not want me to leave with any lights on in my dash, they went ahead and took care of the airbag light as well! Now I have 0 lights on, how amazing is that!! I'm so grateful and amazed at the honesty and generosity of this shop. You guys have a customer for life. I was rear ended and got on google to sear a good boy shop near me! Auto Check Elite popped up first on Google. I call drove over and my consultation was very good and professional I dropped the car off a few days later on a Wednesday Khrystina is the one who helped up and she super sweet and collected all the insurance info and assured me she will handle it from here. I got my car back 6 days later and I am beyond happy and excited! I had only had the car for two weeks but and was worried dropping it off but it all panned out and it was a great experience! They are incredible! Worth every single penny. They are all very nice, thorough, accommodating, give great advice and kindly explain EVERYTHING going on with your car. I've never been anywhere else that has been as informative as they are. Good or bad news, I know exactly what's going on with my car and they always provide several options. They've already helped me save THOUSANDS of dollars. 10/5 Stars, they really go above and beyond! Bonus: they also have super comfy cool chairs. Example story: I had been to 3! Auto Repair shops for a check engine light and none of them could figure out the issue. I brought it to Auto Check Elite and they found the problem area. They tried something (I can't quite remember the exact name, it was a while ago) it might have been the camshaft, valve springs or cylinder. They fixed it and meticulously test drove it with no issues. After I picked it up, the check engine light came back on and they asked me to bring it back in. I recall being understandably frustrated, since I had been dealing with that check engine light far too long, but they were so helpful, professional and explained everything so well, I wasn't upset for very long at all. When I brought it back, they quickly found the primary issue was the engine valves, which they couldn't have resolved without fixing that first issue. Unfortunately, it was so damaged I needed a whole new engine. I had been driving it for too long with the valve problem. WHICH MIGHT NOT HAVE BEEN A PROBLEM IF JUST ONE OF THE OTHER THREE REPAIR SHOPS COULD HAVE FIGURED IT OUT (I wish If I would have only known and gone to Auto Check Elite first😮‍💨). Instead of taking all my money, they sincerely refunded me everything and honestly told me, the amount I would spend on a new engine could be put to better use as a down-payment for a new car. I can't thank them enough. Because of them and all the work they did, I went to the dealership the next day and got WAY more money to trade in my car than I thought I would, for a car with a useless engine. I hope I conveyed how memorable that experience was for me. I have nothing but respect for them and because of them I saved, I don't know how much money and got an incredible price on my awesome new whip😊 I've also only had consistently, great experiences since then!🥇 P.S. If you may be technically challenged, double check you're at the right shop. There's like 3 other auto repair shops way to close to them😂

These guys are the greatest! I came in for flat, but my lug was stripped. It was close to closing time and they stayed an hour after to cut the stud. They even found a new stud to go in when it was thought to be irreparable without buying a whole new hub bearing. I can’t thank them enough for the work they put in and the money they saved me! The only place I will be bringing my car for service. I have an Alfa Romeo Stelvio that has been pulling to the right. In the past, I have changed my alignment and purchase new tires. That was a temporary fix. This issue happen again but much sooner than last time before. When I took the car to my Alfa Romeo service center, they could not understand the issue. Brought the vehicle to Auto Check Elite, they were professional and very thorough with their explanation on what the issue is. The vehicle needed new cambers installed. Casey worked on the vehicle and was able to solved the issue. Highly recommend Auto Check Elite.

I've used Auto Check Elite for a few different things now that have came up with my truck. The first was a tire balancing issue that they took the time to properly diagnose, unlike the sea of children that work at Discount Tire and couldn't be bothered to figure it out. The second thing was a rear tail light replacement. The part was ordered and arrived same day. I returned today for the install which literally took 5 mins. Thanks, guys. Happy customer. 5 stars.

Outstanding service & experienced technicians for 2016 Honda Civic I have only been using this shop for a short time and have been nothing but grateful for their eye for detail. I took my car in for its 50K checkup, alignment, and A/C issues I was having. Kim (technician) spent hours on my vehicle trying to diagnose and find the source of small pinhole leak. Ginger, did my alignment and my car is driving better than it has in awhile. They also identified a need to replace my drive (serpentine) belt. They always give me the option to say “no” but I trust their expertise. Mac and Matt are very personable and easy to work with. Highly recommend them.

I have been many places to fix my car which is 13 years old it had quite a bit wrong with it everyone else would just replace stuff, but this place really knows their stuff. Not only did they fix the problem I complained about they went the extra mile and went over the other shop's work without me even asking and at no additional charge. I ended up having to leave my car for a few days so the very attractive and knowledgeable woman who was helping me offered their longer car. It was new, clean, and felt very safe. The shop itself was the cleanest I've ever seen. My car runs like new again, which is hard to believe. It appears they washed and vacuumed my car as well. I've NEVER been so impressed with any shop anywhere... I've worked in a few auto shops in my past but nothing like this place. I can't wait to go back even if just for an oil change. Christine was very nice, very professional, very pretty as well. If you choose to wait for your vehicle you will most definitely enjoy her gorgeous smile and great company. The shop itself was unique and original, comfortable chairs and funny signs on the wall. Mac and his team were amazing! Took my car to jiffy lube for an oil change this morning and they stripped my drain plug. Went to Auto Check Elite and got a quick oil change and they got me a new drain plug. They did it cheaper than any other place I looked at. My Dad is a service advisor in Colorado and used to go through him for all my car needs. Glad I found a shop in Texas that I like and trust. I came across Auto Check Elite through a flyer that I got in the mail. I decided to give them a try because I wanted to take advantage of the coupons. I was scheduled to go on a road trip to New Jersey so I wanted to make sure that there were no issues with my car. As soon as you come in to the place, you can feel their dedication to provide excellent customer service. I spoke with James first and he walked me through the issues with my car. I like the fact that they don't make you feel rushed because they had to speak with another client. Every client is given the appropriate attention. I like how James had to explain to me in detail what my car needed without feeling strapped in a sales pitch. The owner's also very hands-on and takes the time to mingle with his customers. They really make you feel like family here while taking care of your vehicle. They specialize in any vehicle to the most basic up to the most luxurious (They serviced a Lamborghini and Maserati the day I went there). Pay them a visit and you won't regret it! I went on a two day-drive and now in NJ when I wrote the review and my car ran like a champion!

UPDATE After taking off my leveling kit and had an alignment from another shop thinking they could do it. Big mistake as they could not get the job done. Auto check elite did it again. They're the only shop that can get the perfect alignment on 2 of my trucks 3rd time around. Thank you for getting it done under 30 minutes. They're that good. Hands down best customer service. This is the greatest mechanic shop I have been to in many years. They are very friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They explained their findings and provided complete cost with taxes before conducting any repairs. I took my vehicle here after visiting the VW dealership. This mechanic saved me over $300 in repairs that the dealership quoted. They also did some free preventative that they could have charged for. Highly recommend!! I will only visit here for now on. They can do it all.

I found Auto Check Elite on Google after having a bunch of issues with my car. I called and was greeted by Christine and she was extremely nice and helpful. I was immediately able to have my car towed there and had the pleasure of having Ernie and the Auto Check Elite team working on my car. I had issues ranging from my transmission to electrical problems and was given a fair price. I found out the next day I had a warranty with Ford and they would be able to do it for free under warranty and I let Ernie know. Ernie removed what they put in and ended not charging me a dime. I even offered to pay for labor and he declined. I have never received better care from a business. Highly recommend!! I can't be more grateful for them especially during this pandemic and having my hours at work reduced.

This place was recommended to me from a tire shop. I was leery at first due to back experiences. I can say that I've never met a more professional, polite, prompt and honest team in the automotive industry. Just recently I brought my truck in to get the brakes done, knowing for sure they needed to be done and ready to drop some money that of course I did not want to drop. These guys called me and told me everything is completed on the truck minus the brakes. They told me my brakes didn't need to be done and saved me a pretty nice stack of money. Most places would of did a half bleep job and took my money. Auto Check Elite has my business for life. PS: I drive a good 45 minutes to an hour to see them. Great job guys and gals.

Auto check elite is the best! There are many other auto repair places near my house, but I always am willing to make the slight drive to Auto check elite because I prefer quality over quantity. With that being said, they’re rates are very affordable as well and you do get what you pay for. Even with this pandemic going on the crew maintained positive attitudes and provided me with exceptional service. The lady at the front desk was so friendly and informative. She even managed to pop out this ugly dent in my front bumper which I was told would cost me $600 to replace the whole thing at another location! She saved me $600!! I will definitely be returning to Auto Check Elite, great job guys.

I had a really hard day because the studs that hold one of my tires broke off and Khrystina along with the rest of the staff really brightened my day up. Once I got to the shop, everyone made sure to make me feel welcome. My tire was fixed and they also did my alignment as well for a fair price which I am grateful for because I had been meaning to find a place to do my alignment. They sent a complimentary shuttle to pick me up from home to get my car once it was finished and I had a pretty great conversation with Sergio, my driver. The team at Auto Check Elite went through the vehicle and the list. We were able to decipher what needed to be done now and what didn't. I ended up doing most everything on the list because of the way James handled the service. This group is amazing! I am so glad we have a repair shop in Katy that is integrity driven and customer service oriented. They went above and beyond on making my car whole again! I hate paying money for car repairs! however- My initial experience so far is very good. very professional service. They are not the cheapest in town, but I need my car serviced correctly and with a real warranty- I can not afford the cheapest. They do charge to run diagnostics, so do most quality auto repair/ service businesses. People who do not charge usually make it up somewhere else. My doctor will not diagnosis me with out payment as well. (my friends will do it for free). So far they have found the problems- even sent pictures. great follow up so far! I will edit with a follow up comment when done.

Update: Jul 28th 2019 Have been coming back to Auto Check Elite regularly since my initial review. Recently had a bumper replaced on my wife's car. They did an excellent job and it looked good as new. After a month or two the bumper wasn't flush with the body of the car so we took it back to have them see what was wrong. It's not the cheapest place in town, but you can rest assured that they'll take care of you at a fair price. I have used Auto Check Elite in the past. When it was time for my state inspection, I knew where I would take my vehicle. The service in the past and present is thumbs up a 5 star. The human aspect of their customer service is a rarity in today's world. You get a number and told to wait. Not at Auto Check Elite. I felt as if I was at a business owned by a relative. The conversation, kindness to assist with getting a copy of my insurance, a warm cup of coffee and a cuddly member of the family, Apollo, offering entertainment and company made my visit to get an inspection and oil and filter change a memorable experience. From start to finish this has been the best experience from an auto shop I have ever received. I did some Google researching and came upon the amass of positive reviews from this facility and I do not regret coming one bit. Be aware that a $70 estimate fee is in place to pay the mechanics but the fee is wavered if you decide to use their services. With that understand that you will be given the level of care and management that you want in a business. They will help you understand the collision and insurance claim process and give genuine estimates. Will definitely come back if need be.

Before I had to leave out of town for work, I had the rear brakes on my Jeep done. They were great, extremely friendly, helpful, did what was needed and didn’t try and do things that didn’t need to be done. They got me in and out very quick, but my brakes started squeaking randomly while on my work trip and when I called them to see what I could do they found me a shop to go to (as I’m out of the state for work) to fix the noise and they took care of everything!!! And the owner of they shop was in personal contact with me multiple times, BEST customer service I’ve honestly ever had and this is they only place I will ever use for my Jeep.

I was referred to Auto Check Elite by a family friend who takes his personal vehicles there. My first impression was WOW! The waiting room is very cool and interesting. Alex is my service representative, and from the first conversation I was made to feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I was given a ride to work, and when the job couldn't be finished in one day I was provided with a very nice complimentary loaner car for several days. I was a moving advertisement for them, but that was okay. As a single woman it's hard to feel confident that I won't be taken advantage of in the auto repair department, but I don't feel that way here. They went above and beyond to do extra little things, and didn't try to push repairs that weren't necessary. On the contrary, if it could wait, they said so. I recommend them.

Really well organized, awesome shop, fast service and car wash for the service, this how mechanic shops should look. You can schedule an appointment online and get reminders, when you arrive there is no wait at all which is good, also they have shuttle service to close places. Now about the cost, you will have to pay a fair price for the quality of service that you get but is not unreasonable. I will use this service again.

Took my car for collision repair, they dealt with the insurance adjuster to get the correct parts and repair it the right way vs the cheapest way possible. They found another issue (oil leak) that needed attention and handled it through my warranty and got it fixed too. Took two days! That’s counting the day I dropped it off and picked it up. Never had a shop turn around a vehicle that quick. Would of been quicker if they didn’t have to deal with insurance adjusters and warranty people, they never make it easy. Searching the net for someone to service our Optima we stumbled across ACE. Awesome customer service first off. Super knowledgeable in auto repair. Dropped it off and was told that they would take care of the car and that they did. After the oil change they doubled checked on numerous items to see what all needed to be done. They found that our battery was about to die and recommended that we get a new one. Fast check in, took a few hours and got it all straightened out. Will definitely take my truck back as well! My original review is below, which I will leave to provide some context for my updated review. The day after I posted my review, I heard from Matthew, the owner, who was sincerely interested in trying to make things right. I was hesitant to return to say the least, but Matthew persuaded me to give them a second chance. He evaluated my vehicle to be sure the recent flooding hadn't compromised all the fluids the shop changed originally, which he did for free, and also reimbursed me for the second alignment and the repairs to my skid plate that I had done (and didn't damage it again). I haven't met very many people as dedicated to good customer service as Matthew and while I still don't know how things got so messed up with my first visit, I do trust that should something go wrong that they will do whatever is needed to straighten things out. ****************** I know, one star when everyone else gives four or five. I must be a nut job. I wouldn't believe it either except it happened to me. Clearly this place gets great reviews, and my girlfriend had a good experience with them - that's why I tried them out. Unfortunately my experience was almost unbelievably bad. I had a 60K service done on my car to the tune of $1600 that involved changing out fluids, an alignment, and some new brake pads. Never mind the stiff price, as a result of all this, I had a missing bolt, one sheared off bolt, and one cross-threaded bolt on my skid plate I had to drill out. I also had an oil leak because they didn't replace the O rings on the oil filter cannister (they simply overtightened it to try to stop the leaking - so tight I almost couldn't get it off). And I had to have the alignment redone (somewhere else since I will not ever let them near my car again) because the car pulled right. If you do go here, I certainly hope you have better luck than I did. As far as how they handled my car, they were grossly incompetent.

I love this shop. The staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable. The options of what they offer here for your car/truck are endless! I just found out they are preferred installer for Tire Rack! I bring my 4Runner and my wife's Lexus here for anything we need. Recently I brought the Lexus in to get a couple of new tires mounted. During which they noticed that the alignment was off, brought it to my attention and explained exactly how they were going to fix it. There are screens in the waiting room that show the exact camber, caster and toe of your vehicle while it's on the rack which is super cool!! I love that an auto shop like this is in business in my home city of Katy and would recommend it to anyone.

Wow! I can't recall the last time I experienced the level of customer service as I received at Auto Check Elite. Even though it was late on a Friday afternoon when I brought my car in, Auto Check Elite performed diagnostics tests and informed me of repairs needed in order of priority. What's more, I was given a loaner car until all repairs were completed. Had I taken my car to a dealership or elsewhere, I possibly would have been given a ride home or had to rent a car for $100. Throughout the repair process, I was given regular updates and a timeframe for completion. Work was completed as promised. Staff is friendly, helpful, and unmistakably love what they do. I highly recommend this business for any repair work you need completed- large or small.

I went to Auto Check Elite after a bad experience with a new person at my regular mechanic shop this morning. I had only been to this location once before to get a state inspection done, so I thought I'd give them a shot. While I was told at the old shop they MIGHT be able to look at my car sometime before 12, when I arrived at five minutes after 8 when they open, when I called Auto Check Elite they said they could check it out right away. When I arrived, I started talking to Alex about my issue. I had spoken to James on the phone, and he heard me and came out to say that he was how I spoke with and just letting me know that he was there and that they would check it out immediately as he promised. There was also a female associate there who was very nice and helpful as well, but I didn't catch her name. They offered me water and coffee multiple times, the whole place was very clean, and everyone was so friendly. After they checked out my car, Alex sat down with me and explained everything that was going to need to be done to fix my problem and explained everything about the pricing on great detail. They knew it would be an all day deal, so they set me up in one off their loaner cars, a newer model Toyota Camry which drove very well and was very clean and comfortable. Alex called me two separate times just to check in and update me on how the process was coming along, which was amazing because I'm used to not hearing anything until they are done. He called me again to let me know it was ready to go. Whenever I came to pick my car up, Alex was busy, so James took care of my payment. Alex walked me out to my car and discussed the work they did on it and welcomed me to come back anytime I need anything. Additionally, they did a complimentary inspection on my vehicle and found only two things that need replaced. One of these were my tires. When Alex provided me with a quote he gave me the entry level tire pricing as well as his recommended mid grade level tire pricing. I appreciate that he didn't try to pressure me into buying the tires today, and also that he provided me two choices. I will definitely come back for any car care needs and will recommend this shop to everyone.

Wonderful experience as soon as you walk in! I've used Elite for the last few visits due to their proximity to my work, as everyone else says their communication and explanations are to notch, I know enough to be dangerous and they always explain themselves at my level. This last time I brought my van in as we just got back from a 2400 mile trip and I had thought I was smelling gas in my oil, so I went in and asked the rather odd question, "Could I smell your oil that you put in my car?" After a quick explanation they totally understood the situation and recommend a more proper course of action... Thankfully it was just me being a worry wart, (Synthetic Oil typically has this type of smell compared to conventional oil) but it's so refreshing and wonderful to have someone to go to that you know will treat you and your car the way you would want to be treated. Not to mention since there was no issue they waived the charge to have it looked at (full disclosure) as other reviews have stated, they will strive to make any situation right. Khrystina has absolutely earned her title as the "voice" of Elite, but also represents the rest of Elite very well and is just one of many examples of the kind of people working behind the scenes at Elite. You may pay close to dealer prices for service, but you get well beyond any dealer service. WELL worth the money knowing they will work to keep your car on the road and not just filling another warranty part. I see the word refreshing in reviews for Elite, it's a perfect descriptor for your experience. It's refreshing to deal with a business who's more concerned with retaining a customer over slapping on a part and flagging hours.

8/30/18 Update: 24 hours after leaving my review I was contacted by the owner of Auto Check Elite. He was a very kind and humble. He personally read my review and sincerely apologized for my experience. He also stated that he is happy that the review was left so he can make any necessary changes needed to improve the quality of costumer service. I typically do not leave reviews, but google had emailed me asking me to leave one and I had felt compelled to do so. I am thankful I did, and we had the opportunity to find resolution. Due to the fact that the owner made such a fantastic effort to resolve my grievance I have changed my review to a higher star rating. If I still lived in Katy, I would be happy to give Auto Check Elite another chance, because doing business with people of integrity is of high importance to my family. 8/29/18 I took my husbands truck here to have some work done. It's already hard to go to place like this alone as a female, but honestly I have never been treated so badly. Apparently my husbands truck needed more work then we knew and it needed to be done before the work we had came for could be done. Which is fine. What was not okay, is that when I was called to the back to be shown the problem, I was laughed/scoffed at by the mechanics because I was unaware of the issues the vehicle had! Then I was given a very expensive estimate. I have never been so embarrassed in my life and have NEVER been treated that way in a place of business. I left and went directly to another place where I was treated with respect. They explained everything to me, gave me a reasonable itemized estimate and even offered to call and speak to my husband out of state about the work that needed to be done. Needless to say I did not return or give my business to Elite. Their image may be cool, but the way you treat the customers is MORE important!

I am so grateful I was able to find this shop! The worse thing to happen in the middle of a pandemic is car trouble, and the second worse is your air compressor failing in Texas during the month of August. I took my vehicle into a local Firestone since I was new to the area. Firestone quoted it would be over $1400 for me to get the compressor replaced. This quote did not sit right with me since I bought my car in October of 2019. Here's where this shop became my blessing. Apparently, when Firestone completed my A/C test, they evacuated the freon out my A/C system but did not recharge it. Secondly, I was quoted for an incorrect compressor and lastly, misquoted for my condenser and evaporator. Auto Check Elite informed me of all inaccuracies. They checked my A/C multiple times and found no leaks or failed compressor. By recharging my A/C system, the issue of the A/C not blowing cool was solved. They were so helpful in explaining everything thoroughly for me, and I am so grateful they wanted to help me truly. Auto Check Elite will now be my new car shop! Thank you again for your service!

I had excellent service! I had my Sequoia aligned and the did a fabulous job. It is so difficult to find car repair places that only fix what’s needed - most of them try to repair things that don’t need it. Not this place. They did what I asked, checked a couple of other things at no charge (including cleaning up some spilled oil on my engine that the Toyota dealer left behind) and found nothing else wrong with the car. Service was very good and expedient, and staff were friendly and courteous. I requested for a loaner vehicle and it was ready immediately after I arrived at my scheduled appointment time at 8:00am and completed the formalities. I dropped off my vehicle and was out within 10 mins. I did an oil change and requested to check a groaning noise whenever I turned the steering wheel. Was provided a price to carry out diagnostics check. There was no charge for the diagnostics check as the cause was due to a manufacturer's defective part which was under warranty, and the part was replaced with no charge as well. My vehicle was ready before noon, and similarly, I was in and out within 10 mins.

This is the first auto shop I don't hate! Usually I get screwed over and don't realize it but honestly I don't know a lot about cars. I had an issue with my vehicle and decided to take it to this shop. I didn't know what was wrong and described the noise. To my surprise while I was with my mom in the waiting room trying to figure out how I was going to get my two kids home and to school the next day and work, the shop offered me one of their rentals. I was utterly shocked and confused. No one at a repair shop has ever done that for me. I am forever grateful. That I could go to work the next day. A single mom with two kids, I need my paycheck. I also got my vehicle fixed the next day another shocker on how quick it was! They knew what was exactly wrong with it and they were willing to work with my extended warranty company. One of the greatest parts of my experience with her is that I didn't have to call, she called me everyday with an update on my car, instead of me having to do so, not to mention that she dealt with my jerk of an adjuster, in which I won't go into detail because Mom always said "if you have nothing nice to say...." you get it. We pulled into a parking lot and could visible see that the drivers side rear tire was close to flat. We started down a side road to try and find a gas station to air up the tire to get us to somewhere to fix it. We just happened upon Auto Check, so pulled in at 4:45pm. Matthew and the Auto Check Elite team were a pleasure to deal with. Quick background - Unfortunately for me my Range Rover Sport engine was deemed unrepairable after being diagnosed with a worn piston rod ring and worn crank shaft bearings. Only fix was to get the engine replaced. After getting an outraging quote from the dealer I went on the search for a 2nd opinion and alternative options. Decided to try Auto Check Elite following numerous recommendations. Ultimately ended up having the engine replaced for an OEM, rebuilt one for 1/3 of the dealer's cost. In addition, the engine replacement came with a 3yr/36k mi warranty, which ended reiterating my decision to give the work to these guys. After all said and done, had the vehicle back within a reasonable turnaround time and is currently driving just a well as it did before the engine failed. The shop is very clean and I left impressed by the people, capability, professionalism and price. Happy to say that they have found a new, long term customer and I highly recommend them to others! After using a couple different auto shops in the area for my maintenance needs over the past few years, I've decided that Auto Check Elite is the best shop overall considering price and service. Both Matthew and Khrystina (I've worked with them more than other folks) really care about customer satisfaction. The final determining factor in my choosing to use Auto Check Elite for my future needs was their honesty in reporting that oil dripping from my transmission was actually just overflow from the front differential (AWD vehicle). They confirmed correct fluid level in the differential and cleaned up the overflow free of charge. Previously, another shop in area had given me an estimate of $3000 to rebuild the transmission. I would also like to mention that after my wife was involved in a collision on Christmas Eve, Matthew sent me a quote for the repairs before lunch time on the day after Christmas (first day shop was open after Christmas). Auto Check Elite performed the repairs including fender/paint work and returned the car to me two days after providing the quote. And, they gave my wife a loaner vehicle free of charge while they repaired her car (this was an out-of-pocket cash job - Insurance did NOT cover damages). I'm very pleased with the service I've received from Auto Check Elite.

Dropped my Jeep off for an alignment and also asked to troubleshot some vibrating noise that came from the engine. I have brought the noise to the attention of three other auto repair places and have asked each of these places to check my engine mounts but none of them where able to address what is causing the noise. Alex, at Auto Check Elite, really listened to me and put in the request for a diagnostic check-up in addition to the alignment I originally requested. Just as expected, both mounts needed to be replaced and the technicians did a fabulous job in performing the work. Although the repair took a few days longer than Alex suggested, it was due obtaining the mounts form the dealership as Alex was promised both mounts and then ended up only receiving one mount. Thus, Alex had to request the other OEM mount from a dealership in Dallas and had it sent overnight to the shop. I was offered a loaner car for the day Alex thought the work would be completed. When he realized that it will take longer to receive the engine mount as it had to be shipped from Dallas, he offered to upgrade to a nicer loaner car, which I declined since I did not plan on driving a lot anyways. I understand that it was not Auto Check Elite's fault that my vehicle repair took longer than expected and wanted to share that even with that, this has been the most pleasant and stress-free car repair I have ever experienced. Even though their fees are much higher than my current auto repair shop's fees, I will fire my previous guys and take my business to Auto Check Elite from here on out! Alex kept me in the loop about the status of my repair and I truly appreciated his communication efforts. Much to my pleasant surprise, the technicians even washed the interior and exterior of my Jeep!!! I would say the service and quality of the repair work is well worth the slightly higher cost. I will definitely be back and I want to thank Auto Check Elite for performing such a great job on my Jeep. The noise is gone and now I don't have to drive around with loud music to tune out the annoying noise anymore!!! Excellent work, guys! Oh, and I absolutely love the chairs in the waiting area!! My only suggestion for improvement would be is to offer the Nestle Coffee-Mate Original Liquid Coffee Creamer Individual Cups instead of the powder creamer or maybe even both. The liquid Coffee-mate creamers do not have to be refrigerated and in my opinion, make the coffee taste so much better. But that is just my personal choice. :) Also, thank you to Jonathan at Discount Tire on Cinco Ranch Blvd. whom recommended Auto Check Elite when I asked him for a wheel alignment shop recommendation after he took care of my tires. Great customer Service! This has been the smoothest and best experience in a auto service center I ever had. To quickly dissect the experience: To my surprise I was referred to Auto Check by a nearby Collision Center for a small replacement in the center console inside the cabin of my oldie 2009 Honda Pilot . Requested information on the online form of Autocheck and got my response back in a couple of hours (normally you do not even get response from other similar websites). Estimate was given on the spot despite a very busy day (Sat AM.. you get the idea) Replacement part arrived as expected and call to schedule appointment was completed. I showed up without confirming the appointment nor prior notice and I was even offered a ride back home while the service would be performed. Great WiFi allowed me to work while waiting I was offered a waiting time of 2~3 hours and car was ready in less than 90 minutes. Great coffee selection! I certainly recommend Autocheck for all your car needs both mechanical or cabin related Thank you guys!

Took my Mercedes in for an alignment check. Watched them on the screen in the lobby as they checked and adjusted my camber, casters, and toe. James called me to the counter and explained the before adjustment readout and what they suggested be done to correct. I told him to do it, make it right. They finished the adjustments in just no time, James called me to the counter to check out. The paper work included a printout from the HUNTER alignment machine showing the "before" and "after" adjustments settings. I hopped in and started down the highway and it was like driving a brand new car. I am very please with their work and will return back for all else my car needs! I brought in my 2015 Lexus RX350 for a seat repair, they were able to give me an estimate to replace the leather that was messed on the passenger side from a fragranced oil spill. They were able to fix the leather with OE material. My car looks great!! After they replaced the leather I asked about an oil change, they were able to advise me on the specific oil my luxury car called for and did a complimentary multi-point inspection. They advised me that my cabin air filter was getting a little dirty, I never knew how important that air filter was until one of the wonderful service advisors explained to me exactly what that filter does. My ML350 ‘brake lights fault’ alarm was coming on regularly and the Mercedes Benz dealer keep replaying the light bulbs but the alarm keep repeating. I talked to Matthew at Auto Check Elite and he told me that it was caused from a defective light module, a manufacturer defect in the model year and Mercedes Benz dealers knew about it. My Mercedes Benz dealer refused to replace the module for free but charged over a thousand dollars to replace it. Auto Check Elite replaced the module for about one half the dealership price and I have not experienced any more problem with the brake light since. I would have given them 5 stars but there’s always room for growth 😆 Great job, Auto Check Elite👍🏿 Kudos to Matthew 👌🏿

Pick you up, drop you off, wash your car, 3 year warranty on all repairs, and Mathew's personal promise to get it right if its the last thing his crew does. Get ready... they will find plenty of LEGITIMATE repairs for you to consider but the difference is that they wont pressure you to get them all done on the spot. This is not a scam and isn't this what you actually want in a mechanic...preventative maintenance that addresses problems BEFORE something goes wrong that leaves you stranded on the highway? Auto Check Elite is not inexpensive but they are less than a dealer and definitely stand behind their work.
