They got the best car wash on the island the robot car wash fits all cars and trucks love the wax that they use from Japan it's great they also got a great car repair shop and auto body shop the guys there really take pride on what there doing thanks for the great service

Came here for the car wash. John Ohtani, our Audi salesperson, highly recommended Yajima Service Station for a car wash. We did the car wash, vacuum, tires, extra wax and the trunk vacuuming...in other words, we did the works. Fast and efficient. We will be back again. Toshi was terrific. Took extra time to make sure the Q3 looked awesome.

They are the best! Always do a good job with car washes. We also take our cars there for safety checks. They will fix any defeats (replace wipers, head lights, tail lights, etc.) on the spot. Very efficient!!

We've been coming here for years to wash our car... there are many other car washes in the area for cheaper but what keeps us coming back is their service. They really take care of your car like it was their own. They also have a great waiting area which is air conditioned with comfy chairs and complimentary beverages. Wait time can vary but it's worth it.

Great service. I'm very happy. Arrived at 10:30am for a safety check and a car wash. Second time here for car wash so I'm still figuring out how it works - enter on King St, someone will come up to your car, you tell them what kind of wash you want (check out what they offer beforehand so you know upon arrival). They'll take your keys and you wait in the air-conditioned room. When your car is done, the cashier announces the make and car color - at that time, you pay cashier. At the time I paid my bill, the cashier let me know that for next time, safety check isn't available till 12:30pm. It was nice that they took me early and politely informed me so I know better next time. Also, if you want trunk vacuum and tires dressed, you gotta ask for those extras (it's a couple bucks more for both). I didn't know that and I was wondering why everything but my trunk was vacuumed - then I looked back at one of the Yelp photos and noticed it's an extra on their menu. When I left, all the guys wiping other cars down said thank you!!

Call ahead to make sure car wash is still available: I arrived at 3:30p for wash on a Saturday, and told the service has already ended. When there is quite a few at the wash the attention to detail also suffers. Best to go when there isn't a line.

I come here to have my car cleaned. Although the car gets run through a wash machine, the touch-ups that they do before handing the car back to you are all done by hand. It's decently priced but it does get very crowded sometimes.

This place is BOMB!! Hands down the best car wash on the island. $30 and they clean in and out of ur car w wax and even take out and scrub down ur mats (if u no more the carpet kine). Wont go anywhere else. Makes McKinley car wash look like garbage..which..nevermind lol

This place would have earned 5⭐'s from me however, they lost my registration. Before they completed my safety check I had to go to Ala Moana city hall to get another copy and the line there was ridiculously long. Then had to go bbba to finish the safety check. What should have taken 15-20 minutes turned into 2 hours. Grateful that they comped the check.

did safety check past 3 years. Just pull up and was told 10 min wait. Yes only 10 min!! attendant drove off and he did come back in 10 min. and DONE! the SHORTEST wait in town and the BEST!!

I'd give them 5 stars if they would wipe down my truck better. You could still see the dirt around the fenders. Maybe it's because I dont have a luxury vehicle. I just have a Tac. But still, I paid the same amount as those with BMWs, Lexus and Benz. Jus sayin....

Don't think a lot of cars means they are too busy for you... these people are amazingly efficient! Came in for safety inspection without an appointment at lunchtime and got out in about 30mins!

I'm glad I went yajima just sit down in chill AC and look at/read mags and drink green tea and they did a great job they even did my safety, check my tire pressure my oil and my water, rims and paint on my shiny red BMW convertible look brand new*, vacuum wax, armorall wash mats, what more could I ask for I'm in heaven...lol

I stopped by from the airport to return the car with a full tank, and since I was renting a car from Star Rent-A-Car, I think this is the nearest hotel stand (Ala Moana Hotel) to return it at the hotel. The way to put in is to park at an empty place at any stand, go to the cashier, tell the number of the refueling place and go to put it in. The good thing about this place is that they can speak Japanese! At first, I didn't understand and was speaking in poor English, but the cashier's sister said, "Are you renting a car?" After saying "yep!" ? ? ? ? ? ? "Can you communicate in Japanese???" It was a very fun refueling experience, and I will stop by when I rent a car again. Sorry I don't have a picture because I was in a hurry.

I can speak Japanese. It's very helpful for me who can't speak English properly. During my stay, I visited twice to fill up with gasoline. Both times, there was a person who could speak Japanese at the cash register. When I checked in Japanese with the staff who was near the refueling machine, when paying with a Japanese credit card, I went to the cash register once, told the number of the refueling machine, and deposited the credit card. It's a matter. (At that time, we will tell you how much the tank is full and how many dollars it is.) It seems that only American credit cards are accepted for payment at the refueling machine, but if you go to the checkout counter as above, you can refuel with a Japanese credit card without any problems. It was possible. When refueling, if it is regular gasoline, pick up the pump marked 87 and raise the lever where the pump was placed before refueling. Everyone was kind, and it was very convenient because they could communicate in Japanese. I will use it when I go to Hawaii next time. Thank you very much.
