We have GLE couple and Metris in our household. When you buying Mercedes you should understand it’s not cheap to take care those cars. But with right maintenance in time we never had issues. Price for service A ( oil change etc) was around 550$. Guys did everything in time, got me some options for free. Good location ( like for me). No lines. Friendly ppl. I like be part of our Mercedes ohana. Hopefully they will be same good with electrical cars as well. We are all waiting electrical car in our garage)

Super grateful I purchased the extended warranty as I had a number of things that needed to be fixed, but most of them fell under the extended warranty. Gabby was great and helped me get everything fixed. I also was able to get a loaner, which helped out tremendously. Mercedes definitely providers first class service!

You get what you pay for with this dealership. Why would you go to some B service mechanic to save 10%? Excellent everything. From the first phone call to the receptionist being super nice. After hours drop off for the vehicle. A ride if you need it. Sean in the service department was on it. Dude knows his vehicles. I'm so happy with him, he is very personal and a hard worker, but more importantly, he has this integrity and work ethic that you don't see often. Actually I was recommended to him by someone at there when I had several bad experiences. Others I experienced there don’t return calls promptly and are either not knowledgeable of the way the cars work or rude. Maybe I got unlucky in the past and got assigned to new employees.
I believed I fired several before going to Craig! The only complaint I have is that he may get a nervous breakdown one day because he is such high demand!

Very fast service and convenient loaner vehicle. The only negative was they had to have parts sent over from Oahu so it took an extra day for the repair but hopefully they will build up a stock of parts over time. The staff was friendly and efficient and it’s great having a MB repair facility on the Big Island.

I’d like to give today’s visit to your dealership 5 stars cause it was great but had to minus “stars” for past horrendous experiences.
I bought my C350 brand new in 2009 but always felt the E class customers were treated better.
It started with a terrible salesman who never really cared for the customer but only saw the dollar signs. It compounded over the years with a woman putting on her false eyelashes in the dealership’s interior. She was the receptionist. I had to wait to talk to her after her lashes were adhered. Sounds like I am making this up, huh?
Followed by routine service with waiting for my service advisor. The next service visit I was placed behind an E class customer & therefore had to wait again. The E class customer took my appointment time.
I love my car. But I take my car to be serviced far away from the dealership.
Have I told my friends about my horrendous experiences? Sure. Wouldn’t you ?

First day of the month and I had way too many things going on but still chose to drop of my car for required maintenance and the annual safety check. Craig, my service advisor, could see I was a bit stressed over my tight schedule. His industry experience shined though - he took care of everything and had my car ready right after lunch. I was 3 blocks away when my tire warning light came on. Without an appointment, I pulled in and sure enough, I had a nail in my tire. In one and a half hours, my tire was repaired and they even washed my car! I’m astonished at the amazing service!

This is the first time in owning a Mercedes on the Big Island that I have been blown away with professional service. Not only did my recalled airbag get handled, I was expecting the usual poor service that I received at the Honda dealership in Kona. I own 3 Mercedes vehicles and have often been annoyed with the lack of service at the Honda dealership in Kona, Fletcher Jones.
I was shocked the very nice young lady, Paulette Gantala, even offered me a loaner car. I was expecting to Uber to the bank. She ran outside and pulled the car up. She gave me a rundown but I own the bigger SUV cousin to this car. We own 2 Sprinters and very much would like another brand new one to match the other new one. Paulette said they could facilitate an order, not something Honda (who handled Mercedes service forever on the Big Island) ever gave me confidence in ordering.
Thank you Paulette, hopefully your career with Mercedes continues and your tenacious follow up would make me feel at ease when we order another Sprinter.

Everything about the service was great - they take great care to make sure your visit is exceptional! My only regret is purchasing the paint repair package when we bought the car 4 years ago. None of our paint chips/dents/are covered due to their stringent guidelines as to what is allowed. I guess we should have read the rules a little better. Any dent cannot have paint that is cracked or missing even the tiniest amount. They simply refuse to do it. This is not Mercedes Benz, in fact, my service guy, Devin is making followup calls to try and get them to change their minds. but the vendor they use to make these repairs is unrelenting...
