Great experience here! Many months ago I got an oil change here and had a pretty bad experience- the workers forgot about my vehicle a couple times and I ended up being there for many hours. Was able to speak to the manager at the time who was very apologetic and offered a free oil change. When I went to redeem this offer- this manager was no longer working there so I was able to explain the situation to the current manager who was EXTREMELY kind, considerate, helpful, understanding, and just a wonderful woman overall! Another young lady working this day was very sweet and friendly!

Went in for an oil change, quick, easy, good experience. 3hrs later the battery was dead and car wouldn’t start. Seems like an electrical connection got knocked loose during the oil change and now battery isn’t charging. Major hassle to get a non-running car starting again. Called them to see if they’d fix it were I to jump the car and drive over: no answer. Edit: I got ahold of them and they asked me to come in to look at it. Upon inspection it was clear that the battery had failed. That could have been caused by the service, or it could be bad luck coincidence that it failed within hours of the service. My updated theory is that during the service somehow the positive terminal of the battery or something connected to it was connected to the body of the car, shorting the battery and causing it to fail. After some arguing the manager offered to replace the battery for free. That’s more than fair; I’m happy to compromise and pay for the replacement part here. The new replacement is better than the battery i came in with, and I don’t have any hard evidence that they are at fault for the old battery’s failure. Upgrading to five stars since I am satisfied with how they handled this issue.

Went in for oil change and inspection at 8 am. Oil change was super fast and smooth and out by 9am. Inspection failed due to needing registration and was told to come back after receiving registration I came back at 12 but the technician was gone for a few hours and was told to come back later after 2pm. Went back at 3pm and then had to wait an hour to get everything completed. Spent a few hours that day getting everything done and was glad my schedule flexible. Overall a good experience but I would recommend that you ask lots of questions and to make sure if you need to return that the technician will be there.

They didn’t have the filter my car needed, so I had to wait. Then when they received the filter. It was the wrong one, so I had to wait for another replacement. The employees handled it very professionally and were very friendly. Even though it took quite awhile, I was impressed on how they managed it! I would definitely revisit! 👍 …

I had my oil changed at Jiffy Lube on Beretania and Lana and her team. They were super polite and efficient. There was no selling me anything I did not need. No problem honoring a coupon I found on line which made it the least expensive oil change on Oahu by far! They will definitely be getting my business again!

I definitely got more than I bargained for in a surprisingly and comfortable delivery of service. Not only did they do a great job with each task… They delivered “trust” and I applaud the caring and effort they took to ensure the safety of my car. Moreover, the safety of the people who will be passengers in my car. If anyone needs a caring, friendly and trustworthy car shop, give Jiffy Lube at the **** S. Lana and her team greet you with a smile rain or shine and make sure you get everything taken care of. The rain had caused the system to shut down but they work swiftly to remedy the issue to get everyone on with their days. They make sure to keep tabs on your vehicle every time you visit to make sure you’re not overdoing or neglecting anything.

These people were great, especially the assistant manager Lana. When I pulled in, I almost left because they were busy. But the line moved pretty quick. There is a good reason they are busy: they were honest and fast. They did not try to sell me anything I took care of already. Their advice was spot on, no up-selling me something I did not need. I appreciate that. The place was pretty clean, too. I listen to them talk to the other customers and they were very professional and helpful, especially to veterans.

I can’t believe how amazing the manager Lana was to my wife and baby. My wife got there for an oil change the car sprung a major oil leak. They were stranded there but the people were so nice and helpful. The tow truck was taking forever and eventually cancelled and Lana helped us to get the car over to the mechanic’s before the end of the day. They didn’t even charge my wife. I can’t express how awesome they were. This is my favorite oil change spot of all time.

Jiffy lube here is packed and busy. And still they get ur stuff done. While it is a watered down mechanics shop it does good work and doesnt seem to constantly try and sell you a radiator flush(which i recommend you dont do if ur not fully aware of possible consequences). Same goes for anything that may not be absolutely critical for ur device. Including things beyond what the manufacturer suggests. I went for a safety and i honestly do my own oil so i dont even want them to touch that although im sure they do an excellect job. Aloha!

This place can get busy. Went here for a safety inspection, all lanes were full with cars being serviced and at least 2 cars per lane waiting to be serviced. I didn't have to wait long before an employee stepped up to help me. After getting the needed info and clearing up a discrepancy with the paperwork they completed the inspection fairly quick. The total time from when I pulled up to driving away was about an hour and a half. It was expected though. Through it all the employees there were helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I probably will come to this place from now on for inspections and general vehicle maintenance.

We went for an oil change last Sunday and on Thursday night all of the oil leaked out of the car during a short drive in our neighborhood. To their credit, when we called the next morning to notify them, they sent a technician to our home within an hour to diagnose and rectify the situation. However, the mess that was left behind on our carport floor was not addressed. Our landlady is quite upset with us and is demanding that Jiffy Lube cover the costs of any cleanup / damages. UPDATE: Jiffy Lube sent a tech out within a week to pressure was and clean the carport. Happy landlady = Happy life. Thank you Jiffy Lube.

Initially, I called to see if they had timr to do an oil change but no one answered, so I decided to drop by on my way home from work. There were several customers being helped, but I was outta there after 30-40 minutes, which is not bad in my opinion. 4/5 stars because I was sitting in my car for a couple minutes before someone helped me, and on previous visit I waited much, much longer for an oil change (pre-pandemic on the weekend, you can imagine).

This Jiffy Lube location has stellar customer service, reasonable prices and great efficiency. I was most impressed by their pandemic accommodations. Need an oil change? No need to wait in the lobby. Remain in the comfort of your car. During my most recent visit I did do a tire rotation, and in that instance you will need to wait in the lobby. I went during the early morning and had absolutely no wait. Will definitely choose this location for future car service needs.

I took my car in for an oil change and asked about my AC problem. Devin was very friendly and helpful. He explained what was wrong with the AC and they were able to fix it, and change the oil and the filters in about half an hour. I've been going to Jiffy Lube on King St. for years and highly recommend it.

We brought our car in at about 705a on a Tuesday morning. We were #3 in line for service. After only a few minutes, Sherran, the General Manager, came to our window and started gathering information about what we needed, and specifics about our vehicle (mileage, etc). She was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. After a relative short wait, we advanced our car into the bay, where it was worked on by Ryan, Anthony, and Sherran. Sherran ensured and anything they observed (dirty filter, etc) was brought to our attention and we were told how much it would cost to replace. All staff there were very professional and worked together in a highly efficient manner. We have been bringing our vehicle here for over 10 years and have been pleased with the service every time. We wound definitely recommend this business to anyone who needs their car maintained over the years. Thank you to all the staff!

WOW..... I have been using Jiffy Lube for more than 15 years in DC/MD/VA/GA/FL area and never experienced this level of service: friendly, personal, professional, at tentative, and excellent works. The staffs here work like a sports team, jumping to help each other to complete the job. They take times to recommend and explain what I need and don't need, and show me the evident to support their recommendation (few pictures), all with such a great attitude. In addition, it only take about 15 minutes to get the order delivered on something they don't have in stock. What an efficiency operation!! I myself is a business owner and really admire how this unit run and wish I have the similar managers/employees. I hope/wish I can experience the same level of service in the mainland US when I go back, but for now, I'll highly recommend this particular location in Honolulu at 2550 S Beretania St. Thanks guys! Good service. Walk ins only. Can't make an appointment. It was a little busy when we went. Drive way was a little small and narrow. Good customer service. The tech let me know that my air filter was overdue for changing and changed it for a fee. We were able to stay in the car while we got our oil changed. When we got our receipt it said we declined a cleaning of our window. Which we were not offered. Not a big deal, but if it was offered I would've got it.

It was my first time having car issues and it's such a stressful situation while you're on the road. I was so hesitant going to unfamiliar places due to this pandemic and I have a high risk family member at home. I only knew this place when my better half took me here over two years ago so I decided to take the chance and obviously no choice my car engine sounded like it was on the verge of conking out. Anyway when I got there at 7am everyone was wearing masks and not too busy at the time. I waited in the car about 2-5 minutes. They were welcoming and came over to ask what happened. Pretty much it was everything. My 2012 Nissan hasn't been serviced in over a year. My concern is having a functional and reliable work. I was thinking with all the problems it might not get fixed for a few days. They told me about 4 hours. I went to work and came back during lunch and it was done. Pricing was reasonable and fast service. I drove it around and it's working just fine. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Thank you Jiffy Lube!

The staff at this location are my favorite! Always respectful, kind, knowledgeable and friendly. Especially ‘Aunty’ whom at this moment, I cannot remember her name. (So sorry). But, she seems to be working everytime I’m there. They even give tips on what to look out for so I know when service is needed in the future.. and teach me little things while I’m there. They also ran a battery diagnostic as well.. which thankfully, they found mine was bad and needed replacing. I will always take my 2015 Toyota Tacoma here! I feel the love everytime I go.

My car was the 2nd one in line to get an oil change...went to Burger King to get a burger, came back and my car was still the 2nd car in line to get an oil change. Had to wait another 25 minutes before my car had the oil change. Never had that happen before.

This was the best service I have received in a while. The manager on the floor was really. Helpful and clarified all the questions I had about the service because I am not entirely familiar with this location. I would suggest making an appointment in advance. Other than that, I didn't mind waiting for a fantastic service.

Quick and friendly service. Good customer service and fair discounts. The only downfall was that I tried calling the number listed on Google prior to taking my car in to check how busy they were, but no one answered. I tried calling several times for a total of about 30 to 40 minutes, but no one answered. I had this same problem when I was serviced at the Kaneohe location. It might be a company issue with their phone?

I had to edit this review since I left it while getting a synthetic oil change and didn't have time to input comments. It was that quick!! These guys were working hard and efficiently in the 91 deg. heat, checking my fluids & filters and I was in and out in no time!! I went from Kaka'ako to the Waikiki P.O. to the S. Beretania Jiffy Lube and back to Kaka'ako in less than an hour. AND got a discount using a coupon!

Jiffy Lube University makes preventive maintenance fast & easy. Very fast and professional. The prices were average to lube the differential and transmission, flushed the coolant. The work was done quick. There is a restroom on site. The environment was safe and pleasant. Highly recommend this business to get your lube on

Yesterday, around 5:30p, I drove by this location and to my surprise, they were pretty empty. I figured it was close to closing, so I asked if it was too late to do an oil change. The technician, Casey, was extremely helpful and quickly took my vehicle info to get started. Casey was very thorough, asking me if there was anything else that I thought my truck might need. In fact, I had two light bulbs out and needed new windshield wipers. I’d been so busy that I hadn’t been able to get to a parts store. I was very grateful that Casey and her team were able to switch my blades and bulbs, new air and oil filters, put air in the tires, clean the windows, top off my vehicle fluids, etc. Overall, it was 30-minutes, in and out. Bill was $100 and change; a fair charge for efficiency. I was waaaay overdue for the oil change and I drive too many miles to have a light out. Appreciated the quick service here with a special shout out to Casey and the Beretania service team.

It's been broken the last THREE oil changes there, and I started taking my cars to another business because of that. This time, I was so excited that the line was short that I took my chances and lost. Having to use masking tape as a reminder is lame.

Today I went in for a simple brake check. As it turned out it was WAY more serious than that. The master cylinder was bad. The piece that was needed was at a different location. The mechanic, Philip, was so kind and helpful. He ordered the part from the dealership. The only one on the island. We waited for hours for the part to arrive. After several phone calls, Philip tried another avenue. The man is brilliant. He thinks out of the box. He fixed the master cylinder. He didn't even go to lunch until it was finished. The communication was excellent. He made sure I knew what was going on the whole time. I will always go back to him. He is amazing.

This Jiffy lube is probably the best one I've been too. Place was busy, but systematically, one by one, they were completing each car in a timely manner. There's a coffee shop, Burger king and grocery store if you wanted to kill the hour plus wait, while it's busy. They quickly go over list of extras but weren't pushy. I'd definitely come back. Had a solid experience with my interactions with Keoni and Nutter, felt like they took care of me.
