This Jiffy Lube was one of the best, not only were they friendly and professional, they didn’t try to push upgrades like a majority of places. I was in and out within 20 minutes. First of all I haven't been to a JL in 2 years because of the bad experience I had with them before however, I took a chance today after work and to my delight these guys were absolutely AWESOME!...They were right on top of everything and on point!!!...and the lead guys even apologized to me for my past experience!...They offered to change the things that looked like needed to be done and they communicated with each other as one team and got me on my way in just a few minutes!!!...Thanks so much for your service and for restoring my feelings about Jiffy Lube!...GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

I was in a rush the day I went in to get an oil change and these guys took great care of my car. Normally during Covid-19 clients stay in the car but I had work to get done and they were incredibly accommodating and professional to let me take professional calls in my car being patient when getting back to me with more information. I called to ask about an oil change they told me it was first come first serve and due to the pandemic I would stay in my car. The staff was professional from the start. They did a great and quick job. I ended up getting my oil changed and replacing a front bulb that was out. I will come back here again.

Very happy with the customer service. They only recommend what you really need for your vehicle. I went there because my oil level was low. Instead of recommending an oil change, like any other place would, they say that I just needed to top it off and come back when I really need the oil change after the mileage mark. I will come back when time is due. Also with Covid, all service is like a drive thru so you don't even leave the vehicle.

Came here this morning to get an oil change on my 2016 Chevy Silverado was greeted immediately before even jumping out of the vehicle by a nice gentleman named Anthony. He asked me if I’d been here before walked me inside the facility is very clean very nice well-maintained. He asked me to take a seat and he would be with me in a couple moments they weren’t overall busy only two other customers here but he was running around like he wanted to get everybody out as soon as possible because they value your time. He went over the cost breakdown for my oil change which my truck required a quarts of oil so there was an additional charge for that which was no big deal it’s a huge truck so I kind of expected that but they also vacuumed my truck which is always a mess! Very professional very nice very clean facility would totally come here again.

I have been to this place multiple times and every time it’s amazingly fast, they’re super professional, not pushy with additional services, and they go above and beyond. When ice slid down off of the roof after they pulled the car out of the service area, two technicians came out and removed all the ice from the top of my car and the windshield and re-cleaned the windshield. I was so impressed! I highly recommend this place.

All the staff was nice . Everyone appeared to be working well together as a team . Anthony the General Manager was polite and kind . Though there was a small mixup he remained calm and was able to solve the issue in a timely fashion. When I asked him to explain things he was able to do so to help me understand while still being humorous in between . I’m not sure about everyone else but As a woman there have been many times when I have felt intimidated walking into a dealership , a car shop or any place that is male dominant really ... I didn’t at all feel uncomfortable or pressured into doing anything that I wasn’t comfortable doing. Which for me is very important. This is only my second time coming to the shop being a new driver and the respect and kindness that was shown to me is consistent with my first visit . Thanks guys helping a Sistah out😁
