i had good experience with Hoffman Audi when i was purchasing my car. i moved few years ago, and recently my car was stolen and then found. i called the closer Audi dealers, Fairfield and Greenwich. Fairfield sounded arrogant on the phone and does not work with insurance; Greenwich was so unorganized and held me up the process for almost 2 weeks. Finally, i thought i should give Hoffman a call, even though they're 1.5 hr drive. they were very nice and professional. i felt good going with them again. because of this experience, in the future, i'd buy and service my cars even though they're far from me.

Choose Hoffman to get my 2015 Honda Accord fixed for body damage. I am actually suprised on the quality of service I got there. I’ve been to other repair shops before that did not put an emphasis on customer service like Hoffman does.The staff were professional and there was very little paperwork to go through. Which I appreciated because when it came down to getting a rental they had it ready for me, without having to sign tons of paperwork. The repair took less than a week and when I got my car back, I was surprised to see they had done an interior and exterior detailing on it. 5 stars!! Would definitely recommend!!

Excellent service! I recently had a flat tire due to a piece of highway debris. Hoffman took me right in to replace the tire, and the shuttled me home while they completed the service. A few hours later, they called to let me know a new tire was installed and there was no charge; it was covered under my tire protection plan, which I had forgotten. My car was returned cleaned and washed with spare tire and tools properly stored. Lou, Ethan and their team are great!

I had an amazing experience here. I went through my insurance and they called Hoffman an express one stop shop and they were correct. I brought my car early on Saturday and was greeted by someone in the lot waiting for me. The estimate of damage took less than 10 minutes and they had my rental ready to go in another 10. About two hours later I spoke to Yanni who was professional and courteous and he gave me a 5 day repair turnaround time. That was more than fair to me and yet they called me Monday mid day to say my car was ready! Now granted, they didn't have to replace the part I originally thought but still that was less than 3 full days. I picked my car up detailed and washed and 200% satisfied. I will absolutely recommend them. Hoffman is a well oiled machine - thanks guys!

Unfortunately in this day and age, it seems customer service and satisfaction often take a back seat. It seems, far too many people just don't take pride in the work performance. I am thrilled to say from my first call to my car pickup, I received impeccable service from absolutely everyone. A ride home was scheduled for me upon drop off. Regular updates on the status of my car repairs, both via prompt email and/or personal call. All questions and concerned were also addressed and done so promptly as well. Upon pick up, I was advised since it was clear I take great pride in the upkeep of my car, it was treated as though it was "my baby." Pick up from my home was scheduled for me to pick up my repaired car. During auto body repair, my car was transported over for service/maintenance and parts for a replacement key so I didn't have to make a separate appointment. The experience was overwhelmingly GREAT!!!!!

Although purchasing this truck was the absolute worst car buying experience of my life, (I reviewed the dealership separately) the quality of work that was turned out by the body shop was exceptional. The truck that I purchased needed body work and when it was complete, I couldn’t tell that there was ever damages. I left out one star only because it took quite a long time for the work to be completed but I’m not sure that it’s fair to attribute that to the body shop. I believe there may have been other factors effecting that. Quality of work is great.

When I brought my 2018 Audi S4 to the shop I did a walk around of the vehicle with the body shop advisor so that they could work with insurance on the required repairs. Unfortunately the advisor I met with did not share the details with George. When I returned to pick up my car a number of items had not been addressed. I was frustrated. I returned the vehicle to Hoffman a couple of weeks later to have the unrepaired items addressed. I just picked up my car and it looks great. Everything was addressed to my satisfaction. My relationship with the body shop started around a month ago after coming home from a vacation to find out my Audi S4 was vandalized. I dealt with the Assistant Body Shop Manager George, who was respectful, helpful and made me feel right at home when dealing with the body shop, They had my car for around 3 weeks (car was completely repainted), and I would receive probably 2 calls every week to let me know how the car was doing, if anything needed to be ordered, what stage they were at, and keep me updated with an estimated time of completion. I cant begin to explain how good my car came out. I was utterly speechless when they pulled my car around front when it came time to leave. I was told Bryan K. did all the body work on the vehicle and Roland Daigle did the paint work. My car probably looks better now than when it left the showroom in 2000. These men are amazing at what they do, and i would trust them to work on any car of mine. If i EVER need any body work and paint work done on any car, it will come to Hoffman Auto Body. quick fix... nothing major to complain about. Front bumper wasn't totally flush with the headlights. Seems that it should be some type of seal between the bumper and lights. License plate frame on bumper was put back on upside down. The color match was good but the paint smell lingers a week later. I say since there wasn't major damage to my car I gotta stick with the neutral 3 stars. (edit) After getting in contact and meeting with Bill Larson he kindly explained to be process and I'm totally satisfied with the work done by Hoffman Auto Body.

I've finally settled with Hoffman auto body. Although it took several attempts to correct the problem on my car, but I ended up happy due to the fact they made every effort, went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with the service. They fixed every problem mentioned in my previous review including replacing my headlight with a brand new one. The quality assurance gentleman called Jason was awesome to the extent where he even offered to come to pick my car up from my workplace. And every time he brought the car back, it was detailed, and asked me if I was happy and if there was anything else they could do to ensure my satisfaction. And I believe that's how business should operate. If you are getting your car fixed there, please make sure you see Jason, in fact you should speak with him at the service write up and ask him to inspect your vehicle before you go back to pick it up. The only reason why I rated it 4-star is because it took several attempts and somehow it was kinda inconvenient for me, but overall the service was great!

Hands down, one of the best body repair shops. After having a horrible experience twice, with another repair shop, I brought it over to Hoffman Collision, and I must say, they corrected the problem and it only took them 3 days! I have had a series of excellent interactions with Roberto Rodriguez and his colleagues at Hoffman Auto Body. They fixed the damaged front bumper of my Lexus and restored the Simonize finish promptly, professionally and for a fair price. They did a decent job , but the appraiser was not responsive from the beginning to the end. I had to call and email him multiple times to get connected. My car was fixed on Thu but I found it on the next Mon when I called them as it took so long. They said they emailed me twice, but I didn't get any except the one saying that it's almost completion. I brought my Audi here since it was Audi certified. The car was finished late because while removing the front bumper, the tech's broke a sensor. No big deal since they paid for it. While analyzing the vehicle, I noticed overspray. I also noticed other vehicles parked up with circles in various spots labeled overspray. I brought it back so they could take of the issue. I dealt with George and he seemed genuine. Unfortunately, it seems like their goal is to just pump out finished vehicles to make deadlines for insurance companies. Quality is sacrificed. Next time I will be going to a smaller shop.

Given the circumstances of having an accident and being confused, upset and nervous this group did an amazing job. It started with how easy it was to use the GEICO app and let them know that I was in an accident, then it allowed you to schedule the service right away for an immediate appointment and pick your car. I thought that was it now the real deal starts, rudeness, feeling like a bad person because you got into an accident, nothing ready and a wait so long you should work there- not at all!! I walked in they greeted me by name, had my rental ready and told me don't worry about a thing we will take care of you. Our concern right now is to make you feel safe and get your life back. Wow outstanding customer service... when I picked my car up it was vacuumed and they brought the vehicle to the door for me- fantastic service!! Work was timely and staff was professional. But, sloppy work with too many corners cut. Had a tailgate and bumper work done, there was paint misting on the tail lights and parts invoiced were clearly reused. Not their fault but the Geico agent I had to deal with was a gigantic douche.

Hats off to a George and his crew! New grill, new side view mirror covers, impeccable work, done earlier than estimated. But it's really all about the service. 7am rental car dropped off and ready to go on time, willing to accommodate arrangements to pick up my car after service hours, squeezed in an oil change on request... this kind of stuff distinguishes the pros from the wannabes. I'd also add that when you call Hoffman Audi, you almost always get a human, not a robot, and usually a pleasant, helpful one. I drive a half hour and a state line past a closer Audi dealer for a reason.
