Everything was good unfortunately I was not able to be up there with my daughter to do The maintenance of the car. When she send me the invoice I really got upset when the Toyota charged her $70 to look at her brakes while doing a tire rotation . I would’ve never excepted that charge and I’m still highly upset on that charge. They did a tire rotation and it doesn’t take but two seconds to look at the brake pads I mean I could’ve done that with the tire rotation at BJ’s for free. So by charging her an additional outrages $70 to look at her brakes it looks like I will no longer be using the Toyota dealer for any further maintenance or repair. It will be extremely nice and very Courtesy to give my daughter a $70 credit that way we can continue to do maintenance and service at this Toyota dealer Thank you Frank

I called you guys to get my first oil change @5k miles…. I made an appointment over the phone. The lady told me upon my arrival, “oh, we’re not doing an oil change for you, only at 10k miles we do it.” That sucks guys…. Come on… I made an appointment for the oil change, get there, and pretty much waited An hour for the tires to get rotated. I can’t rate you high because of this.

I want to personally thank Hugo and his team for a prompt and professional service. Typically I do all the work on my own vehicles but I’m utilizing the Toyota care oil changes for as long as I can. As a former service writer, I understand saturdays are usually extremely hectic, especially when you don’t have the full staff you normally have during the week. Hugo managed my oil change, tire rotation and even had his guys replace a burned out bulb on my Tacoma. I also want to thank them since as I am a tradesman my truck does get dirty, (although I know it’s likely a complimentary service) they washed my truck for me. Very quick service roughly about an hour and a half from arrival (about an hour when the truck entered the shop as I was early)

I own a 2005 Toyota Camry which I bought new from them with free lifetime oil change. They still honor it, good. However, they usually do a free vehicle inspection, which they did NOT do last time. And they REFUSED to reset the check engine light which is also the oil change indicator according to the manual. How much would it cost them, or me, for them to plug in the computer diagnostics and let me know if there is something wrong with the engine? They did not do it, or even offer it. Not happy with the service. I will continue to get my free oil change, but will service elsewhere.

Gave deposit online and took the train up from Manhattan at lunchtime the next day. I arrived at 4 PM, closed the deal on 2021 Sequoia Platinum as the car looked great and I was on the road back home at 5:30 PM.

Time promised was accurate and I received a free car wash upon completion of work.. if other things were found while inspecting the car, it was brought to my attention, and if I wanted to have those service done while there or I could make another appointment time to get it done.. my overall experience was great.

Great experience at Hartford Toyota! I was traveling solo and not at home when my maintenance warning light came on my "newly" purchased, first Toyota! My customer service rep was outstandingly professional, friendly, efficient, and put me at ease immediately! I tend to not trust dealership service departments due to past experience with Fords! I am so excited I have a recently purchased hybrid Toyota SUV which I had just camped in Canada for the past 3 weeks! I now trust Toyota dealership service departments due to this visit! She, my rep, quickly explained the warning was to rotate the tires and proceeded to explain what and when (mileage) to expect next. Then, I was impressed with the extremely thorough and detailed inspection of every aspect of my vehicle that she reviewed with me. This dealership also washed the camping dirt off, and she cleaned the floor mats which I really appreciated! Most of all, this all left me confident to continue traveling by myself and so excited that I have a Toyota! It's running great, so very comfortable, loving the fuel efficiency, and no more anxieties about dealership service departments!

Auto service here is always done well, however I feel the wait time for a routine oil change is excessive. I am always there close to 2 hours, this most recent time was just over 2 hours. That’s my only complaint.

I just bought a Tacoma here, after having problems with my old Tacoma that I bought elsewhere, (to be honest I regret not buying a Tacoma here in the first place). Omar Rivera is super friendly, very prepared, he knew how to clarify all my doubts, the staff in general is kind and friendly, from Omar to the woman who attends the service. If I could buy another Toyota car, I would definitely come back here.
