Amazing customer service! Completely transparent on what needs to be done, shows you image of what they will fix and why it needed to be fixed! It’s hard to trust people with your vehicle but Joe made me safe and secure to leave my car there. When I drove away today I could feel the difference in my car. Bill’s is a great company! I’ve been having my truck serviced there for years and they have always given honest pricing and will get work done quickly. The staff is friendly (especially the two golden retrievers Gus and Duke) and always able to concisely walk through what services need to be done. Very friendly! And great to have a conversation with. Brought my car in I thought I had an exhaust leak and they took the car in and sure enough it was. They went out of there way to explain what was wrong with it and how they will be able to fix or replace the damaged part at a very reasonable price. And to think I was about to go to the dealership to get this fixed there!$$$$$ I highly recommend bringing your vehicle there first before you take it anywhere else! I'm new to the area and needed my Acura truck repaired quickly. I called and was able to have it looked at the very next morning. By 8am I received a diagnosis by noon I received a message that it was ready. The cost was reasonable and the service was phenomenal! They sent me pictures of all the damaged parts as well as the new ones when they were installed and I appreciated that. Sorry some of the things my truck needs I asked was it worth doing and without hesitation I was told " it'd be nothing for me to tell you yes knowing that you'll still need to buy another car within 6 months so you may want to use that towards just burying". I've never encountered such honesty and integrity and they do prepurchase inspections so they've gained a lifelong customer. Thank you Bill's Automotive!

Normally automotive shops are not my favorite place to hang out however Bill’s Automotive was the exception. As I entered, I was greeted by Gus and Duke. Two beautiful Goldens who kept me company during my wait. My car was taken out for a quick test drive to get a feel for what I had a concern with and then watched as my car went up on the lift for a thorough inspection from headlight to tail light. My transmission was flushed because of my concern and an oil change done. And before it was returned to me, it was taken out again for another test drive. Because of the thorough service given to my 2005 ELANTRA, I now feel ready to head up to Bath, NH🙏

Joe and the fellas at Bills got my BMW in Wednesday when the clutch went and I had to have it towed to there facilities. They let me know as soon as it was there and safe in there hands. Joe walked me through each step of the process and got me the best value for my specific needs with my vehicle. Got my car back the next day and did not hold me up from missing work or any other important things we all have going on in our lives. For them to turn around a clutch job in a day when it showed up the afternoon before at a more than reasonable price. Couldn’t think of anything that was not brought to my attention so we could get the important stuff done to my car and preventative maintenance items that will save me money in the long run and also what we could hold off on as it is Christmas time and everyone knows money is tight around these times. This will be the first review I’ve posted online and for the right reasons. My car was having a lot of issues lately in terms of power and stability so I came here to see if they can help me out. I live relatively close but have never been here since I’ve had a family mechanic that’s helped out in the past. Let me be honest, from the level of service upon entering to the completion of my car repair, I couldn’t be happier. They were kind, attentive, and very informative over what I needed to be done or what could get put off for a while. They didn’t try to make me get anything I didn’t need, and for their honesty and transparency as well as the quality of service done I give them five stars. And they were priced more than reasonably as well. They were wonderful and it really felt like a great neighborhood spot that I could trust. They even had a nice dog in the entrance. I’ll be coming here and recommending this place from now on with the upmost confidence. Andy and the rest of the team were outstanding. I am completely satisfied with my service! Thank you!

Had such a great experience at Bill’s. I was on a long drive with my friends and unfortunately my car suddenly broke down outside of Hartford. Bill’s was able to take me first thing in the morning, diagnose my problem, and have it fixed with in a matter of a couple hours. Not to mention they were so kind and helpful. Recently my catalytic converter was stolen, along with other piping from my exhaust system. Bill turned an extremely stressful unfortunate situation into a quick resolution & I'm very thankful. My experience with Bills Automotive was wonderful. He's great at explaining exactly the issue of the vehicle and ensuring that you understand why/ how the issue occurs as well as how their going to resolve it for you. Not only did my vehicle require a substantial amount of work to be done he along with his team were able to execute the job within one business day!!! I've brought my Audi to Bill's Automotive twice now on the recommendation of a neighbor and I have had a great experience both times. They provide excellent customer service in addition to doing quality repairs with OEM parts. They are also much more reasonable in price than the dealer. While they no longer have a shuttle van, they do offer trips to your work through Uber, so it makes dropping off your car easy. Highly recommend!

Needed my brakes done on my 2015 Nissan Pathfinder as they were grinding very badly. Was greeted very professionally by staff and also by the sweetest golden retriever in the world that just wanted love. Got a call after I left that I was also due for an oil change in 100 miles and my battery was corroded and that they could add those services to the work. I really appreciated that because I could barely find the time to bring my vehicle in for brakes (hence, the grinding). Also, I work at CCMC and was made aware they give a discount which I had no idea! Car is running great now. Will return for my next big issue.

This place is excellent. I had a moment of panic driving to work after I realized I was having car trouble and was not sure if any place could fit me in or how I would get to work. I decided to try Bill's because it's walking distance to my work. I was able to drop my car off that morning, go to work, and pick it up good as new at the end of the day! I have lived in four states so far and Bill's Auto is by far the most pleasant car service experience I've had anywhere. When Town Fair Tire messed up my car during a wheel alignment, I brought it to Bill's. He assessed the problem right away and even helped me get a refund from Town Fair for the poor work that was done. Another time, when my coolant pipe broke and I needed it fixed right away so my engine wouldn't overheat, he got me in and everything was fixed within a day. I seriously don't have a single complaint about this shop, it's always provided me with delightful service. Plus, they have a beautiful golden retriever named Gus that hangs out in the lobby area -- what more could you ask for?

Once again, Bill's Automotive came through for me! In backing out of the garage two days ago, I knocked the cap off my passenger mirror. I tried to replace it myself with no luck, plus it seemed I'd damaged the turn signal light. When I called Bill's Automotive, Andy suggested I swing by to see whether this was a body shop problem or something they could fix. So, I stopped by this morning. Not only did Joe solve the entire problem in under two minutes, but he refused to charge for his work. This is not the first time these guys have responded this way to a short, simple problem, either. That's one of the reasons I trust them--I know from personal experience that if something is a real problem, they'll tell me, but if it's not, they won't try to make it look big and complicated (and expensive). I've been taking my car to Bill's Automotive since 2014, and I recommend these folks highly! (Plus, if you have to wait, you get to hang out with a sweetheart of a dog!)

My Range Rover was towed to Bill's when it failed to start. I was traveling from VT. The team at Bill's diagnosed a failed fuel pump. A replacement was ordered quickly and installed within two days. The charge was approx $1000.00. Back in Vermont the pump once again failed and was replaced again. I returned the newly installed (but failed) pump to Bill's and was reimbursed in full with no questions asked. I was impressed with their service and happily recommend them as a result. After a long day at work I walk over to my car 🚗 for my 1hr:15 min drive home 🏡 when I am confronted by a flat tire. I proceed to call the office and ask if there were any local places close by and was informed about a place nearby- I head over blinkers on in the middle of rush hour traffic which surely pissed a lot of people off and when I get there the clerk tells me they're about to "wrap things up" for the day. He asked me what the problem was and I told him. He asked if I had a spare and I confirmed I did. He then informed me that the best he could do was put on the spare. This man not only took the time to change the tire out, he did it in the soaking rain ☔️ and to top it off charged me zero- yes I said zero dollars. THANK YOU SO MUCH #billsautorepair for getting me back on the road and home safe and sound. That's what I call going beyond customer service!!!! I would recommend 💯 and will definitely be back!

Not a great location - but the excellent service and good prices are worth it. Provided emailed pdf’s of the diagnostic. Provided emailed pdf’s of the estimate. Getting a written estimate, as req’d by law, was very important to me. Price paid was the estimated price. Will definitely go back.
