I called first and was greeted, very kindly, by Russell, the manager; he answered my questions and listened to my concerns. Just arriving in Mississippi from Florida, I had no idea where to go. My car was making such an odd grinding noise on the passenger side. I took it to my dealership and 4 other auto-care places and they could not figure it out; quite frankly, they did not want to be bothered. Well, Russell and his crew, Cameron and Jacob, figured it out and fixed it! They were thorough, patient, professional and honest. Thank you so much...I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Without a doubt, this was the best experience I've had at any auto mechanic. My wife and I were heading home from an overnight stay in Gulfport, when my 2011 Explorer began to shake and partially shut down anytime I tried to get above 2000 rpms. After checking fuses and the hoses I could see, I idled over to Precision because of the great reviews. They were PACKED, so I entered with very low expectations about being serviced, since it was after 1pm, and they were closing at 4. I explained the issue, and the mechanic's first two thoughts were the same as my dad's and my father-in-law's (who my wife and I called when I first couldn't easily figure out the problem). He offered to run a diagnostic test to see if the computer's codes could give him any other information, but he said it was maybe about a 50% chance he'd be able to squeeze me in that day if it was something significant. A few minutes later, he walked back in asking if I wanted the good news or the bad news. The bad news was I needed new brakes (which I already knew was getting close), but the good news was that we were already good to go. The codes from my car's computer gave him an idea of a hose to check out, and sure enough, I had missed a hose that had come disconnected. He connected it right back, immediately fixing the issue, and showed me how to reconnect it if it falls off again while waiting for a replacement part (a clip that holds the hose in place had broken, which is why it came disconnected in the first place). He also only charged me HALF the price he quoted me for running the diagnostic test. You read that right. An actual, live mechanic in 2023 charged me LESS than he originally said he would. If we lived in the area, these guys would without a doubt be my new go-to service place. I can't say enough positive about the people and the experience. Hope to never need them again (having car trouble while on a weekend getaway), but if we do, we know exactly where we're going.

Awesome service. I came here once before and it wasnt so great. From what i understand, theres new management in place and theyve really changed the atmosphere here. If youre in gulfport and need some work done, check these guys out. Most shops wont touch hybrids, even though i just needed a brake job. Precision tune didnt have any issues knocking it out and pretty fast too

Engine light had been on for almost a week. I called Wednesday afternoon to see if I could bring my car in for a diagnosis the next day. Due to work, I couldn’t drop my car off until it was almost closing time. Not even 10 minutes after I left, they had already called me with a diagnosis and said they could order the parts and have it done the next morning. Sure enough, by 1:00 the next day my car was ready to be picked up! I appreciated the fast service!!

Unbelievable service quality. Found root causes for the issue very quickly even though the electrical issue was complex and something that other shops the car had been to could not diagnose properly. Staff was very professional and timely with their follow up as well as transparent in what was needed to repair the vehicle. I brought my H2 Hummer there today as I have just moved to Mississippi. I am one who really looks at reviews as to it's a sure way to see what previous experience customers have had. Well,given there 5 star rating,I decided to drive 45 minutes to let them access what the issues were with my H2. Well,to be perfectly honest, there are no words to describe how happy I am I brought it there. I would have driven 2 hours to do so knowing and experiencing what I have. They trouble shot my vehicle and when it was done and I heard my Hummer screaming like never before,well,I was in awe. The technician was on point and is VERY,VERY knowledgeable about his trade. The manager/owner....well,to say the least,absolutely no possible way he could have been better. I would highly recommend them to ANYONE for the simple fact that they take pride in their work and the experience was second to NONE! I will continue to bring my pride and joy H2 to them and nobody else! Don't waste your time ANYWHERE else.....just take your vehicle here if it needs ANYTHING and I can assure you that it will be in the BEST hands available on the entire coast!

I was passing through Mississippi on way to Florida for July 4th weekend. My car needed some last minute repairs. I walked in and event though the shop was fairly full. The manager Jay talked to me, explained the process and gave me an accurate time of when my vehicle was going to be ready. Not only did he fixed my car they left it better than it was before. I brought my Toyota tundra in to get my breaks looked at because I hade a really bad wobble when I was slowing down. James was the one that welcomed me in and got me started and was super helpful. Chad worked on it and found that I had other problems that also needed to be addressed. He was professional and even brought me back to show me what was wrong with my truck while I was in the waiting room. Unfortunately, the parts that needed to be fixed were under a warranty faith a specific company so he wasn't able to do the work or my warranty would be voided. My husband and I were on a trip from Atlanta when the shield plate on the front of our car fell partially off. We stopped at precision tune auto and they were so helpful. They helped us take the piece off, found a replacement part on the internet for cheap, sent us the link so we could order it ourselves, gave us advice about replacing the part before taking the car to the dealer - and didn’t charge us for any of it. I always get the same care. I'm super basic and I'm usually in and out.That's why I come back every 3 months. Today I heard the front desk manager tell a customer over the phone that yes we do close at 4pm; however, we will wait until the tow truck deliver your vehicle and STILL take care of you. I could literally hear the relief of the panicked customer. Everytime I go there, there is always some customer in crisis mode. They same thing happens each time. Their concerns are handled with professionalism. They keep cranking out the jobs regardless. To them, a problem is just a job that hasn't been completed yet. Complete job, problem solved. So no need to worry....they got you!

I had an older vehicle that I had driven 2.5 hrs straight the night before with no issue. Went to leave the next morning and the car wouldn't go anywhere because the brake system had seized up. Not only did precision take care of all the issues my car had, they also stayed over 2 hours past closing time on a Saturday to insure it was finished that day so I could continue with my travel plans uninhibited. this place was honestly amazing. i used to go to NTB all the time, and then they decided to screw me over and i needed to find a new place. this place already had good prices so i was sold, and just for an extra sweet cherry on top (since it was my first time here), the man up front cut my cost from probably 45-50 to only $38. it was great!!

I had a serious engine oil leak, having to add at least two quarts of oil in my vehicle each day for about three days. I was very concerned for fear that the engine would run out of oil and destroy it. I came to Precision Tune and Auto Care on my lunch break. The men were very courteous, explaining that I would need to leave my vehicle to be checked out. They called later that afternoon saying my vehicle was repaired. I am very satisfied with the manager, the technicians, the repairs. I highly recommend them.

Ok place. Took half hour for oil change. Price was reasonable, 60$ for a true synthetic. Friendly staff, just be prepared for wait. May also be first quick lube place that could reset service interval system . Would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for wait.

I was staying at Islandview for the weekend when the brakes started grinding Friday afternoon. I Googled brake repair and found Precision Tune Auto Care. I got there at 8am and they were hopping. Adrian took my info and said they would get me back on the road.
