I went to the dealership to have some issues taken care of with my 2016 Chevy traverse it needed the rear main seal replaced and oil pan gasket replaced the dealership wanted to charge me over $4000. Seemed very over priced so I was calling around to places and chucks was recommended to me. Called them on a Monday dropped my car off Tuesday and they had it done before my trip out of town on Friday. And they were half the pric and the service was great. They kept me informed of everything. I won't take my car anywhere else

We got stranded in Mississippi traveling between Florida to Texas after hitting some road debris. Looking under the car I knew by the pool of oil that we had punctured the oil pan. Without any help in sight and no dealer service available for at least 3 days I was sure our vacation was ruined. Insurance recommended Chuck and the team. They moved heaven and earth to get us back on the road the very next day after finding us some parts. I felt very comfortable with them. Chuck did everything in his power to make us feel comfortable and made everything straightforward. I could not thank them enough. 110% recommended if you're in the area. Made it to Dallas shortly after our incident with no issues. Whether it's an oil change or major repair I'd take my car to Chuck and team. Thanks for your excellent service!

Excellent service! My wife's car was acting up and the check engine light was on. Took it to Chuck Coats, and they had it diagnosed and called me within an hour with a quote for the price of the repair. It was very reasonable and I approved the work. A couple of hours later they call and the car was ready. Outstanding business, Highly recommend!

Joey went out of his busy schedule to provide me an over the phone accurate estimate and get my SUV worked in on an extremely short notice. They saved our family vacation, because my SUV was wrecked 3 days before we were scheduled to leave. They not only got it done, but it got it done a day earlier than expected at a VERY resonable price. They did an excellent job and were spot on with his estimate without even seeing the vechile. They were recommended to me from several close friends and family and I see why. They are not out to rip you off, over charge or add on charges. I would recommend them to anyone and can't come up with enough good things to say about them. If you need a GREAT mechanic shop this is the shop for you. My Subaru WRX's clutch was going bad and I was worried it didn't have much more time before it would damage something else so I went to Chucks for the first time and within 3 days they had my clutch replaced and flywheel machined, despite having to go to mobile for a part. They were very professional and new exactly what they were doing. As well, I was worried that it was gunna cost me both arms, but the price was very agreeable for the phenomenal service provided. Really appreciate them getting to me so quickly and will definitely take any of my vehicles there in the future.

We received great service here. We had an extended warranty and they took care of contacting them. While they were working on one part they observed another part needed fixing. Without bothering us they called the warranty company and fixed that problem as well. Our car was in and out. Great work!!!! I highly recommend this shop!!!

I drove in from Texas. I called around to see if anyone could check my car out before going back home. Joe answered the phone told me to come in. They checked it out and gave me and estimate. Within a couple of hours, my car was running smooth again. Duke replaced my coils and did an oil change. Thank you all for the great conversations!! I recommend you check them out if need be. I brought in two vehicles with engine issues. I called over the holiday and was assured I could have my cars towed to the shop. I sent both my vehicles up. The lady I spoke with said 5 mechanics would be on duty Monday morning and I had a call very quickly after they opened. Both vehicles were up and running. My Honda civic was repaired same day. The Nissan Quest was repaired and ready by noon next day. Not only do they run better than before they broke down but the price for both was very affordable. We are a 5 car family. We will be back!

I had. the maxcare warranty and when I called Carmax they couldn't see me for 8 weeks!! I tried to set up an appointment and they wouldn't let me. Then my luck changed when I set up my appointment with Chuck Coats. I was able to get in the very next week. They looked over my truck found the issue and apologized it would take 1 day to fix. Imagine that, only 1 day and they felt like they were letting me down. Great customer service! Finished my truck in less than 24 hours (they had to wait for the parts) called me and said, when ever your ready to come by it's finished. Explained what they had seen while changing out the broken components and sent me down the road a very happy camper

Chuck Coats Automotive was honestly a God sent. Everyone was so welcoming, professional and down to earth. I got both of my headlights replaced, oil change and AC repaired for a great deal and amazing work. I genuinely have ZERO complaints. They were consistent from the first time I spoke to Mr. Chuck on the phone to the time I drove my vehicle off their property. If you see any negative reviews (which I had trouble finding), disregard them and check it our for yourself. You will NOT be disappointed! Recently moved to the area and was looking for a new mechanic. Found Chuck Coats and could not be more pleased. Had a pretty major service due for my wife's Jeep Wrangler. They quoted me a great price and completed all work quickly. This service would have cost me considerably more at the dealer. I find them to be very honest, fair and friendly. I will absolutely use them again they are just what I was looking for after moving here.

I moved here about a year ago and wasn’t sure who to trust in terms of a car mechanic. I’m very thankful I did my research and found Chuck Coats Automotive. They were honest and reliable. I went in thinking I needed my rotors replaced, but they found out the cause of the shaking and rattling was bad engine mounts. I feel as if I got a fair price based off what they quoted me and what is listed online to repair engine mounts. I will be back in the future for business when my car needs work.

Great Service. Fast. They called me with the estimate. I have to take it back for more work, but then I knew that...they gave me estimated for all the work and what order I need to do it in. 4/3/19 i went back for the next set of work (due to my finances, nothing to do with them!), And it was just as great as the first time. Great conversation with Chuck while waiting for the repairs. My truck drives like new. Only two more times for the mechanical stuff, then perhaps once for the general cosmetic repairs. If you need your vehicle fixed call Chuck Coates Automotive, they will treat you right.

Like most, I was reluctant to put more $'s into my 2001 S-10. However, after a few days and some brilliant "diagnostics" work by Phillip. Last week I took my car to a shop twice (NOT CHUCK'S), poured over $300 into it attempting to get it fixed, and had no luck. Not sure why I waited so long to leave this review. I've done business with Chuck's Automotive for years with multiple vehicles. The diagnostics are accurate and the work is reliable. And they don't try and sell unnecessary repairs. If you are in a bind and need your vehicle repaired or maintenance done, you can trust that the service you receive here will get you back on the road without breaking the bank. Couldn't recommend enough!
