I own an old Thunderbird from the 70’s. I had been taking my car to a mechanic in Cascade that either can’t find parts, keeps my car for weeks at a time, or simply does the job poorly. I recently got my car out of storage and found that the power steering fluid leaked out of which I had the hoses replaced last fall. I once again turned to Firestone for help. This was my third time taking it to them to fix/correct what the other mechanic couldn’t do. They quickly found the issue and I had the car back in a day and a half. I realize they may not be able to fix everything the car may need, but I greatly appreciate what they’ve done so far! Everyone there has been very nice, friendly and helpful which I appreciate! Prices for services done are very reasonable too!

We've been bringing our vehicles here for years. And the staff and the team here are always super helpful, very fair, and very easy to do business with. From tires and brakes to spark plugs and struts we've been trusted the team at this Firestone and can't say enough good things. Just picked up my son's car after two new tires and spark plugs. Knowing his car has been maintained well That's very important to this Mom!

This is the best tire shop I have ever visited. They were the only shop I could get in same day even though they were very busy they were able to squeeze me in. We had a few issues with our original plan but they went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied. The staff was friendly, helpful and pleasant to be around. I drove 55-60 miles from Lansing to Grand Rapids to visit this shop and will make the trip next time I need to service my vehicle.

I didn't give 5 stars because I ALWAYS have dirt, oil, grime, etc on my steering wheel, seat or floor. This doesn't reflect on Drew's service only the mechanics.

Super impressed with the customer service. When I walk into an automotive store, I usually feel intimidated, but not here. I had an appointment at 11:00am to get an alignment, it was done by 12. They also showed me what I need to worry about most & explained that everything was good to go & if I had any issues (like if I feel like my car is swaying on a flat surface) to stop in & they’ll fix whatever for no charge!

Not sure of other work or oil changes, but I got the lifetime alignment service ($190), the front brakes (rotors and pads) replaced as well as the back drums cleaned for $220 (free break inspection and $70 off coupon, either way was a good deal). Total cost was $475, which I think is pretty fair if you account for the alignment service. Set up appointment at 1pm the night before, waited for about 30 minutes before they got around to working on it. Went to the biggby across the street and went to the mall to kill some time. Come back at 3:30 and the service was pretty much done. Maybe not the fastest, but it certainly was quick enough for me. Same quote for breaks as the dealership so that's not a negative, and I won't need to pay for alignments for the rest of the time i own this vehicle. They did a good quality job. If you need a quick oil change, a full-service shop probably isn't worth the hassle, valvoline is literally right across the street if you need that service. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, not even tires, but I also service the car fairly regularly and don't drive it too harshly so I'd be wary if they did. Overall, friendly staff and accurate quote for times. Would rate higher if I had more extensive work done at the same quality (though I'll just leave that to my local mechanic).

I was nervous taking my import to them for service but they made me feel comfortable. For the work they did (timing belt replacement) w/ water pump and heat exchange for my 2010 Volvo S40, they explained why why these certain things need/should be done. They were able to give me a competitive price and it was only 7 dollars off the estimate. From what I can tell, the work was done correctly in a timely manner. Thank guys! I will most likely come back soon for new tires..

Everyone was incredibly nice and efficient! I came here for a tire rotation and fill up, etc. and the whole thing went surprisingly fast and painlessly. They even offered to make fresh coffee, and recommenedded coffee shops nearby to wait. 10/10 would recommend!

Been going here for years to get tires mounted and balanced. I race my car often in autocross and rallycross and they've never had any issues even when it came to aligning a car with aftermarket coilovers. I do sometimes wish their service was a bit faster but the mall is next door for killing time.
