Am a repeat customer, they are close and do a lot of incidentals with no charge. Last visit, tho, a bit disappointed. Had been standing in 2 different lines waiting for help, behind earlier customers. Phone rings and those of us waiting are left hanging while phone answered and long conversation insues. My 1st job was in retail and it was hammered into our teen brains that people that have taken the time and effort to come into the store, especially wait in line ARE WAITED ON FIRST. YOU ATTEND TO THE PEOPLE WAITING TO GIVE YOU MONEY. Answer phone and put on hold. Period. You have no idea if that person is ever going to give you money. We were trained how rude it was to leave an instore customer waiting so you can answer phone. Granted, this happens on a daily basis in every store. Doesn't make it right.

A part in my car busted when I finished grocery shopping and I was really upset. My husband and I ended up going to autozone on fuller and the one part I needed wasn’t there. We asked Maxx about it, and they looked it up but they didn’t have it in stock. They called another store for us and while on hold, they were super pleasant and friendly. They even offered to call a second store because they didn’t want us to wait super long on hold. In the end they found us the part, let us pay for it ahead of time so nobody else got it, and gave us a discount. I hate auto parts stores but I would (and will) go back to this one because of Maxx :)

Today I had a experience I have to share !!!! I had a head light that went out and I had no idea how to replace it . Thank God for Haley and Conner because they worked so hard to put it together correctly. ❤ I'm guessing it was against policy because another employee 🤔 told them they were not spose to be fixing head lights. It was a challenge because Crysler makes it allmost impossible to change the head light . They truly were a power team who focused and work together. Huge shout out for going above and beyond your job 👏. Your awesome !!!

Emily was very knowledgeable about cars.took a look at my car to see if they could replace the headlight.but all it needed was a bulb. ended up getting both light bulbs on both sides replaced.i also asked what would help the car from sputtering at stop lights.suggested fuel injector cleaner.will try and see how it works.i will definitely come back and to have Emily help me again.this was at the fuller location..

One of the Only AutoZones I actually trust to get my parts right the first time! Helpful and willing to make some calls for information at another store for me that I had problems with. Very professional!! Went to this store on Mothers Day between noon and 2pm and the people where very understanding of my situation. Carter helped me today and went the extra mile. She made sure all my car needs were addressed. She taught me how and what to look for when I have problems with the oil and wipers. She taught me how to replace wipers and was very understanding with me since I honestly don’t have any experience in managing car issues. I even offered her a tip for the awesome experience I had with her and she smiled and actually said “that’s what we are here for!” And kindly declined it. I wish there were more people like Carter! This review is very late coming, but I wanted to say thank you to the staff at this Auto Zone. I had a dead battery in my car the day before Thanksgiving 2019 and every place was closed. After receiving a jump, I was able to drive to this location. Rome went above and beyond to determine if my issue was a battery or alternator issue. I am very grateful for him and his diligence.

Not very helpful when I came in with battery/charging system issues. Advance Auto Parts did a much more thorough diagnostic test and with the online purchasing, Auto zone gets priced out in my opinion. Convenient location and the staff was nice, just not as helpful as I was expecting from an auto store.

They replaced my old battery and installed a new one for free after my brother jumped my car for me. The week before this they replaced my wipers in the pouring rain bc I couldn't see while driving without new ones. They wouldn't accept tips so hopefully my good review will give them more business. I love the fact that you can borrow tools here for free - deposit required. They will pull OBD codes for you. They'll test your charging system and battery for free as well. They honor their lifetime warranties, so brake pads and alternators can be quite a bargain if you're planning g to keep your cars for a long time.
