Abra was amazing! I worked with Justin and Stacey mostly. They were professional, thorough, and explained the process very well. It’s a tough time with labor shortages and many parts being on back order, but in spite of that, they were able to bring my car back to almost new within a decent amount of time. Their location is also great because it’s close to a couple car rental companies if you need a rental. All around great experience!

I have gone to Abra since 2012. I have not been disappointed ever, except one time and it had more to do with parts are on back order, and not Abra or their employees or their work. Other than this COVID stuff for parts, Abra has always been quick, efficient, and professional. People have given me many recommendations to other places but when you get consistent positive costumer service and efficiency, you go with the best. Thank you to Justin and Stacey especially.

This body shop was in my preferred network with Progressive and I hadn’t been to ABRA before. When I called to make an appointment they had availability within a few days, which was amazing as they’re very busy. When I arrived to drop my vehicle off everyone was on top of what they were doing. The inspection of my vehicle was very thorough and they listened and notated all of the issues I was experiencing. Due to the state of the world and delays with supply chain I was expecting my car to be in to shop for a while, but they were able to order parts and complete the service in just one week! When coming to pick up my vehicle, it was right out front waiting for me. My adjuster was at the location and went though what they did as well as giving me a detailed packet to keep. The work that they did was phenomenal, can’t even tell I was hit in an accident. One thing that blew my mind was how clean my tires are rims were, and the inside of my car! My tires have never looked this good 😅They clean the vehicle before and after the repair and I was pleasantly surprised that the floor was vacuumed out. They also touched up a missing paint spot I showed them at no additional cost, very kind. Very satisfied with the work done at ABRA and Justin is very thorough. I will be coming back to this location and cannot recommend them enough! Thank you for your dedication!

Abra is my go to body shop! Unfortunately I’ve had my car hit on 3 different occasions, but lucky Abra was there to get my car back to looking like new. The staff is friendly and great at keeping me in the loop on repair timelines. They give great attention to detail and to top it off my car is always cleaner when I pick it up than it was when I dropped it off.

I have been to this business 2 times now. The professionalism, quality and customer service is on point! When I picked up my truck not only was I happy with the work done but I was very surprised by the interior. It was clean and my personal effects were stacked neatly (even the 2 towels I have in there for my dog were folded and put off to the side) I NEVER take the time to make a google review, But after a second time that ABRA has taken care of my truck I felt inclined to show my appreciation...In fact, I feel I should have left a review after the first time they worked on my vehicle. Don't waste time shopping around...this team is legit.

Not sure if this is updating my old review or leaving a new one. Google was vague on the details. Anyway, today was the return trip to have work done that was done incorrectly the first time. It took about 4 hours. Plus about 45 minutes of driving each way. I opted to try and get some work done on my laptop while I was there but the only place in the lobby with an outlet is the seats next to the window and I was COOKING. There also seemed to be some confusion about how long something was going to take because I was told there times that it would be about another 15-20 minutes. And that was every 30 minutes or so from the first time I was told that. Hopefully the repairs were done correctly this time

Cannot say enough wonderful things about Abra! I have a bit of an obsession with my 88 Bronco and decided it was time for a fresh coat of paint for it's 30th birthday. Drew was OUTSTANDING to work with, the communication was wonderful and the price was very reasonable for such a perfect job. I'll definitely be using them for any future bodywork needs.

(I badly needed it) But they cleaned it better then when I’ve taken it to places for an interior cleaning. Now my car looks new and it took them less than a day. A couple of weeks back, I had a customer back into my car, destroying the drive side door. After many phone calls, his insurance company was going to cover it. I brought my car in for a quote, where I then got to drive it around all beat up, with a door that doesn't completely close, before the insurance company got to approving the quote. Finally, my car went in on a Monday, and I had it back by Thursday. They did a great job. And I was surprised to see they even cleaned my car. And I mean a good thorough clean. It was vacuumed. The dashboard, steering wheel, center console, etc. My only hiccup wasn't really their fault. But they wouldn't release the car until they got payment. I never received the check from the customer's insurance company. Being that my car was ready, I had dropped off my rental and walked up there. This is just their policy, and no mark against them, so just make sure you have payment before you get stranded like I did. Thankfully, the insurance company called them, and told them they'd send a check direct to them, and I was on my way. I found the guys to be professional and courteous, and I hope I never need to see them again, but I would definitely recommend them.

I was visiting family over Easter weekend. While backing up, I snagged on a guide wire on a telephone pole that was in my blind spot and it ripped off the front bumper of my '14 GMC Yukon Denali. It was hanging on by a thread. We called Abra first thing Monday morning and they saw me right away to get an estimate. I felt so foolish but they were all so kind and professional the entire time. I was flying out for a week and could leave the car there to get fixed while I was gone. They took care of everything, fixed it good as new and even detailed the inside of the car. I cannot speak more highly of this business and all the people I encountered. Thank you so much for an excellent job.

Every time I talked to them on the phone they took the time to explain where the car was in the process and answer all my questions - they were very patient. I was referred to this shop through Allstate after my drivers door was wrecked. The guys at ABRA did a great job replacing and repainting, no one has been able to see where any damage was done. The only issue I had was with the loner car but they do offer loners. If you only have the one car the millage is very limited so if you work very far you have to pay extra per mile after you use 50 per day.

The customer service was 5star plus, outstanding. I was in an accident 2 years ago and had my car repaired at an Abra in Illinois. The paint on the bumper started to peel. Having since moved to MI I came to this location and they repainted my bumper free of charge as warranty work and even gave me a loaner car to use. They had trouble matching it at first, and noticed it themselves and informed me before I noticed (I'm not sure I would have ever noticed this because it was so subtle and had to be in the right light to see the difference). They corrected this no questions asked. superb experience here.
