I had been planning to get new tires for my F150, but kept putting it off. Then we had a family emergency , and I needed to drive to Minneapolis asap. On just a couple of hours notice, Tires Plus squeezed me in when they were already booked up. What great customer service. Good service goes a long ways, and I won't forget it. Next time I need tires, or other repair, I'm going to Tires Plus. They helped me out when I was in a pinch! Thanks

I have been going to this location for about 10 years and have always had a pleasant experience. They are one of the few shops in town that I trust to take my vehicles to because they will not screw you over. I've had a lot of experiences where a repair shop will try to get me to repair/buy something that doesn't need to be fixed/replaced. The people that work here are honest, friendly, and trustworthy. For example, I've had them tell me before "Hey Krista, so your tires or brakes are in really rough shape" in which I have asked how long they think I have left with said item before it becomes worse and will have an even bigger problem. They will usually give me a number or months or estimated mileage of how long I can go without making it worse. This has always been so helpful as it's given me a good amount of time to save up for said repair. Their work has never disappointed me.

Awesome people, they're excellent about telling you what needs to get done, what should get done, and what would be good to do. I've never felt pressured to do the work, and if ya don't know what they're talking about, they're very helpful in explaining it, and what the effects might be by not fixing, and if you can wait awhile.

Love coming here because the guys are very family and team-oriented. They're not pushy but they are firm when it comes to my their prices.. Their products and services are on the pricey side but they're quality. So it's worth the money. I come her every time for a tire inflation even my son's bike they inflated it which I thought was very nice of them to do. I used to get my oil change with Jiffy lube but because of their niceness and professionalism, I am going with their services. Definitely worth the switch.

I had a bad sound coming from my rear brakes and needed it to get checked out. I was under the assumption I would need new brakes and rotors. Tires Plus checked it out, it was only a rock stuck in the brake area. They could have just replaced the brakes and rotors without me knowing any different, but they were honest and resolved the actual issue. Which saved me a lot of money too!! I appreciate they did the right thing.

Chuck (Service Advisor) made my tire inquiry and purchase easy. I selected my tires and made my appointment online. Called the store and confirmed. When I did I was able to get in the same day instead of waiting for the scheduled appointment date. Chuck was great at explaining different types of services that they offer, and stayed in touch with the progress of the tire service. The people at this location were great to work with. I had a situation and they helped me out when they didn't have to. I got an oil change and it ended up having a small leak, they brought me back in... fixed it at no charge and gave me a free oil change card for my troubles of having to come back in. I went with my brother Gilbert and he took his truck 2007 Dodge Ram 🐏 1500 and they did a great job the pay was 1,600 but they took some money off of the price and we only pay 1,341 plus u can see if u qualify for a load to pay back the rear axle was bad the breaks was noisy and the tires don’t Wobble anymore am diffidently going back to them good job guys :) thank you Greg and Brandon
