Keep it up!! About a decade ago, I realized Firestone had an option for a "Lifetime Alignment" I would recommend purchasing that for every vehicle you own. Not only do you need an alignment everytime you get new tires, but when you change suspension components. I have saved thousands of dollars by using this option. The Firestone store in West Fargo has been wonderful at every turn. I did have an issue with a brand of tire having dry rot cracking appear on the sidewall near the tread and within the tread. The manufacturer helped direct me through the warranty department back to this location. (This is why you always get the warranty) But this store was more than happy to assist me. Time and time again I have had a great experience here and needed to leave a review finally. I cannot thank the West Fargo Firestone location enough for all they have done to keep me and my car in working order.

Visiting Fargo from Alabama. Low tire pressure warning on the morning I was set to drive 1200 miles home. Showed up with no appointment to have tires checked and possibly replaced. Staff was courteous, understood my situation and happily checked my tires for roadworthiness in a timely manner.

Reason for the 3 is that I was charged $130 when I came to pick up my car they said it is $152 which did not go down well with me. Secondly they forgot to replace the little little bulb. Good thing is I have a new bulb

I've never had a bad experience here. Recently rook a tire in to get it patched butchered was a crack that made it impossible to repair. They gave recommendations without charging me for anything.

They always try to work me into the schedule for flat repair and I bought a set of tires 2 summers ago that I was certain I had bought road hazard with because at $9/tire you are just never going to go wrong. For some odd reason it wasn't showing that I had bought the package but they hooked me up anyway so I got that flat repaired and insured the rest of my set of tires for life at around the same price as the repair. Thank you guys! I appreciate you!!

Extremely busy auto service shop in the area with way more operating hours than most auto shops in town. I've come here multiple times and they do a good job as long as you have some flexibility to leave your car a day or two if need be. I also like it because I can walk to my house from there :)

It was very busy. I had to wait a while. No big deal , that’s how it goes. At any rate. Despite it being very busy I watched two employees go out into the parking lot to help someone fix a minor car problem. I think it was even raining at the time. I've had such mixed experiences with this Firestone over the last couple years. The people are very nice, and have corrected most issues that have come up (comping an oil change when the shop was so backed up & my appt was in the AM and they had it all day and it was just getting started at 3 PM; fixing a valve stem for free after tires were installed just a few months prior; putting a note in my account that they should lock my vehicle when it's in the parking lot...seems like common sense to me but it wasn't being done). However, I purchased my first set of tires through them and was supposedly receiving all the "firestone" perks of rotations every time, balancing, extra inspections, etc. In under 2 years I have now had to replace 2 of the 4 tires because they did not rotate or balance them during any of my oil change visits...nor the 4-6 times I've had to bring it in for issues with the tires. One or two was due to a nail from the sand/salt trucks this winter, but I've had faulty valve stems on these tires, and "excess wear beyond repair" on these 2 I just had to replace now because they weren't doing what was to be included with my package.

I was in the middle of a road trip when the temperatures in ND dropped to the negatives and my tire pressure dropped (a lot). I wasn't really sure of what to do so I headed to Firestone to see if they could help me out and Paul filled up my tires and explained that that's normal when the temperature drops so much! I felt safer as I continued on my journey and now I know just a littttle but more about basic car maintenance.

I came to this firestone around 2:02 PM today and asked the person at the desk (probably in his late 50s early 60s)how long an alignment would take. He said it would probably take around 45 minutes. Which is what I needed because I had to travel an hour to go to work in another city. What ended up happening is my car was never looked out for the next 40 minutes…It’s possible that my mistake was mentioning that I had a lifetime warranty for the alignment… because at that point they knew they weren’t making any money off me. But I will try to give them the benefit of the doubt in regards to that and not assume that was what was happening. Next time I will drop off my car there and it’ll be on them if my car makes prospective customers think that they’re too busy to take care how many cars because of their packed parking lot.

We were heading to Fargo for a quick visit with family on our way home to Texas. A few miles outside of town, our check engine light started flashing. Made it to our hotel and looked for a place to take the truck the next morning. Firestone was the only repair shop open (it was Sunday). We called and explained our predicament and Adam was amazing - got us in and out and on the road by 4:00 pm even though they were super busy. Very impressed with the level of professionalism and service!

Good Team, Friendly & Fast, Trademark Firestone Service. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, with a coolant leak, on my drive to Alaska. They didn't have one of the parts needed in stock (Water Pump), but they took care of my leaking Heater Control Valve, and got me back on the road quickly. Good location, with a great burger and beer joint just across the parking lot, so I was able to grab a tasty bite while I waited on my repairs!

Truck runs great after getting my tired balanced. I slid into a ditch and it was bouncing very bad at around 55-65 mph. The store made sure I had tried to clean all the ice and snow out of the tires before doing the service. In the short time I was in the store I watch the Tech assist two other people with simple items and in one case there was no charge for a group of old ladies. The tech actually told them its not worth our time to charge you for something so small and simple and to have a good day.

Im a Transporter for CP and BNSF Railroad picking up Crew and taking them to their destinations But do t think they will get Transported today or this weekend!! My boss told me today go here and get snow tires and oil change and and heater block I got them all EXCEPT heater block, It wasn't compatible and they had problems getting a plug back in or something then said it was ready to go but when I drove off a mile away, my water gauge went to hot and I didn't have NO heat whatsoever. I called them back but they closed immediately at 700. Now hopefully I can make it back there without anything bad happening to my van so they can fix it . I spent from 1130 am to closing time at 7pm for 3 things. My boss is NOT happy with the money he spent there I have to call them in the morning now... Went there this morning and they fixed the problem immediately and I'm impressed Good Job Highly recommend Firestone in West Fargo THANKS

I took in my car to check Why my car wouldn't start. But when I let it sit for awhile it will start. So I had them check to see if I needed to replace my starter. Yes I did but I didn't have $345.00 to have it done. He offered me a credit plan through the business. Told him I had bad credit but he was sure I would get approved. Waited for an hour. Came back and said I wasn't approved. What a waste of time. Then I had to pay them $35.00 just for looking at it.

Wow just wow! Not used to this kind of great service these days. I bought my wheels and tires from tire rack and had them ship it here as I have worked with them before. I bought my tpms sensors from Firestone. For some reason they didn’t pair and since I had to leave town asap, they said that if I am able to pair it anywhere they would pay for the charges!! So I took it to BMW for my regular oil change and had them try to pair the sensors ($150 to pair), they were unsuccessful :(. Not only did the firestone guys in west Fargo refund that amount that BMW charged me, they ordered a new set of sensors and swapped them out for free. I work in retail/customer service and they went above and beyond!! I am very pleased to have worked with Zack, Matt and James ! Dudes are professional and helpful.

Service isn't fast, communication about the status of my repair was non-existent ands my car smells like it's burning oil now. Granted, I'm sure oil was spilled somewhere but the smell Ida stronger than I've ever experienced after an oil change.

I recently purchased new rims for a car I purchased that came with hubcaps. I called around to get quotes from about 5 tire shops in town, and they came in about 20 to 30 dollars cheaper. Having heard mixed reviews, I made an appointment for the next day. I dropped off the car about 15 mins before my appointment, and was planning to wait for it. They managed to fit it in about ten mins early. I had a seat in the waiting room, which wasn't bad for a tire shop. Comfy enough chairs, tv on, water and coffee. They offered free wifi, but my company laptop was restricted form being redirected to the login page to accept the terms. The only thing that caught me by surprise was the complimentary check over of the car. You never expect to see the hood come up when getting tires swapped. They did the basic fluid checks, and tested the battery and a full light check. The part that I liked was they didn't try to sell me on anything they found. They just informed me a license plate light was out, but never tried to sell me a bulb or anything like other places in town do. They kept me informed along the way, such as when the rims I purchased were too big around the half shaft crown nut. They had me come look, and asked if the place I purchased from offered or suggested centering rings. About that time, they opened the last rim box, and there was the set of rings! The tech made sure the clearances were correct on the new rims before dismounting the tires on the old wheels. One thing I noticed about him was how organized he was. He dismounted all of the tires, and set the old rims in one area, the tires neatly stacked by the machine, and attached a hubcap to each rim for safekeeping. He even wrapped them each in a bag and the old lug nuts in a bag as well and neatly loaded them into the car. Payment was a breeze, nearly exactly what they quoted (tax applied), and done in shorter time than I thought. For being very busy, they had one person assigned to my car the entire time. Afterwards, the tech who installed them had others come verify he torqued the lugnuts correctly (I always watch this since Sears once forgot to even finger tighten them on one of our vehicles.) He walked around the car with a computer tool to set each tire pressure monitor and tell it where it was located on the car. This is very important but not all places do that.... He took it around the lot to make sure they were seated well, and pulled it around front for me. What really impressed me was how they treated an older lady next to me. She was in for an oil change, and mentioned an issue that sometimes happens. They checked it out, quite extensively it appeared, and told her exactly what they found, which was just a fluke error and nothing to be concerned about. I have seen too many places willing to throw parts at something that isn't even wrong. I may just be coming back here for all of my tire needs.

Over the past 20 years, I have frequently done business with the Firestone offices in downtown Fargo (now closed) and the West Fargo store. No business is perfect and small issues have occurred from time to time, but the staff has always tried to make it right. I have come to trust Mark, Paul, and the rest of the staff at Firestone. It has always been my practice that if I find a business (mechanic, dentist, etc.) has been untruthful or unethical, I will give them one chance to make it right and if they don't I move on. I guess the fact that I have done business with them so long is the best endorsement I can give.
