Excellent Fast service , very professional and accommodating. Transfer case blew apart 13 miles out and I barley got a few calls out to cancel appointments and John had my truck loaded.got to the shop they have the Best waiting area to relax in leather recliners and sofa . Suggested places for part when everyone else was 30 days out . 7 th auto salvage was a great help to find a used transfer case . A Big Thank you to Both Companies As a mechanic myself I highly recommend All Pro Towing .

I will definitely call All Pro Towing again if needed. They answered my call right away and Ethan was able to get our vehicle out of the ditch on an busy and icy I-29 this morning and home again within 1 1/2 hours of my call which included picking me up at my home and 30 miles of just getting to the vehicle. I'm glad I was able to meet Ethan as he was super nice and helpful. He offered to get my vehicle turned around and pointing in the right direction after he sensed my apprehension and then followed me till I made it to my exit. I appreciated that very much!

I got stuck in a ditch in a local park during a busy period and John came out pretty darn quick and got me out even quicker and was very gentle with my vehicle since it was stuck on some snow ice piles. WOW doesn't even begin to cover my experience with All Pro Towing! I had a bit of a issue with a new vehicle I purchased from a local dealership.I tried to get help from said dealership & the same said & I quotes here's a 1800# to call,they were ZERO help so I called my local ins.agent ever hopeful that they would be more help, I was sorrly mistaken there too, I was told to call another 1800#, by this time I was not only irritated with my situation but also with the total lack help from anyone but also the utter lack of any info.I could've gotten from them.I took matters into my own hands& called a LOCAL towing company. I chose these folks based off reviews & I have to say that the guy who was dispatched to my location to help me out was beyond helpful and accommodating! Ethan is a top notch tow truck operator! I called All Pro towing & Ethan was to my location & had me hooked up & ready within 15 min.of calling! Given the time of yr.that it is I was beyond impressed with their punctuality & their empathy towards me. They're now a trusted # as well as an emergency contact should I ever need to utilize their services again. If I could give 100 stars I would!!!! I called and needed a tow 3 miles to the dealership. (After waiting 3 hours for insurance to get ahold of towing) these guys were right on it, got to the pickup truck within 5 minutes and had it dropped at the dealership within 15 minutes. Garrett and Merrick were unbelievable! I was stranded in my vehicle overnight and I 29 due to the blizzard that came through and I could not make it back to FARGO. Period. They came up and I got out and talk to them, and he said he could help me, and literally less than five minutes later I was back on the highway! If you're looking for a great mechanic ask for Rob! My freightliner Cascadia had three lights on and derated to 5 miles per hour. Rob identified the problem and fixed it asap. They were wayyyyyyyy cheaper than freightliner or Interstate power systems. Infact, if you don't have a Detroit motor DO NOT go to Interstate they will price gauge you. Nevertheless, Allprotowing is awesome and they do awesome work 👏

After having to find a place to park at a family members residence to wait out a storm late in the evening, I was towed as result of missing a posted sign for permit parking only. Bill the owner did my road call, he was very knowledgeable he kept me informed while he was working on my vehicle and had me back on the road in no time. His prices weren't cheap but they were reasonable. My truck had another issue later down the road an he gave me advice over the phone plus spoke with the next tech that worked on my vehicle. This was by far the best towing experience of my life. The customer service was outstanding, so far above and beyond. I had clear communication with my service professional. When there was a risk of them not being on time, by a mere margin, another employee was able to get there quickly to insure that we weren't waiting. Again, clear communication. Our vehicle was safely towed, dropped exactly where and how we needed, and that part was tricky and so well done. Such courteous and pleasant folk to work with. 100% recommend again and again.

I would like to say that all pro towing has restored my faith in the customer service industry. After losing a tire on the highway on Halloween night,60 miles from Fargo and calling a half dozen roadside service companies ( the ones who advertise 24/7) All pro towing were the only company willing to help! Folks these guys came out that night and went above and beyond, they assisted me in hotel accommodations and helping fix my truck. They even came back to pick me up!! This company is awesome they came to pick up our 24ft Straight Box Truck that wouldn't crank due to truck freezing up from temperature below -10 degrees. We had two loads on the truck an only a mile from drop off they came towed it to the drop location an then to there shop where they used heat to warm it up after we tried everything we could before hand to crank it they was able to get it warm enough to crank an get us on our way to last drop off location in less time than usual. We are grateful.You guys are the best company for this service in Fargo North Dakota you rock!

While trying to rock my car to get out, the rude snow plow driver came around and piled another foot and a half of snow right in front of my car. Had my car impounded, which was my fault. Went in at opening time to get my car. The guy, whose name I never got, was really friendly even with the little bit of attitude I had over having to get my car from impound. All the staff I talked to were nice and professional and I had my car back within 10 minutes after walking through the front door. Outstanding service! I put in a call expecting the worst, and was startled to hear they could make it out within the hour. They came out to the middle of nowhere South of Comstock, and got me out easily. Great, positive, professional communication the entire time, and zero hesitation about taking on several miles of low visibility on what is usually a gravel road (today, completely covered in snow). They were considerate beyond belief, carving out a path to help me back to the freeway after pulling me out. Going forward, I'd always call All Pro first for any tow I need near town.

These guys are the best! About three weeks ago, my daughter was trying to bring me a couch in her van. She was taking route 10, and missed a turn. She ended up stuck in the mud on some dirt road near 161st Ave, and was becoming desperate. Having 14 bucks in her wallet, and no money till payday, she called about 5 towing places begging for help. Everyone turned her down. Then she called Allpro. Two guys came out in a Suburban, chained her up, and got her out of the mud. They then drove backwards to make sure she made it safely to route 10. When they got to route 10, my daughter offered them the 14 bucks and her ID and phone number to pay them when she received her paycheck. They declined, wished her a great day, and said to pass it on! It was freezing cold that day, and if they hadn't come all that way to help her, I shudder to think what would have happened. This is Christian love at work here and I am forever grateful to the guys that came to her rescue. Believe me, if anyone asks where to get service for their vehicle, Allpro will be who I send them to!

So helpful and didn't charge me! My car was starting but didn't stay running, thought it could be a problem with the alternator. My check engine light came on and my gas gauge was bobbing up and down. The tow guy (Nathan) suggested I could just be out of gas. Turns out he was right lol! But he picked me up, brought me to my car, and brought me to a gas station and didn't charge me! Still brought my car to a service station to get checked out but they saved me some cash in in the process! So nice and helpful!

We broke down on a Sunday. these guys worked on it all afternoon that day, then helped find an unusual part on Monday. They worked after hours to finish on tuesday after the part came in, so we could get going the following morning and keep on our vacation. They didn't charge for every hour because of it being a job they' d not done before Highly recommend!

If possible, I would give them 10 stars! My battery died in my car today and, not being from Fargo, I Googled to find a company. This company popped up and I called them. The gentleman answering the phone was very friendly, saying they'd be able to help me and someone would be there in a short while. It wasn't long before a young man named Chris called me back saying he'd be at my car in 5 minutes. He arrived and was extremely friendly and helpful. He had my can running in a matter of seconds and was very professional. He told me they had been in the Fargo area for just over a year, and I feel they are a definite asset to the Fargo area. I will be highly recommending them to any friends and family from the Fargo area.

My Family and I were making some changes in our life & we decided to move to Fargo a few months ago. While moving our thing's with the U-Haul, I underestimated our gas being low, (our gas gage didn't work) We (my fiance and our 3 sons) eventually got stranded along the road between kindred an west Fargo for 4 hours. In the cold an not 1 person stopped to help us. My sons, fiancée an myself began to pray more an more, after calling plenty of tow companies, this company was the only one that understood our situation. On 3/15/17, All Pro Towing was not called to assist but just happened to be in the neighborhood at the "right" time. A vehicle got hung up on a piece of rebar sticking up from a parking bumper while attempting to back up and leave a parking lot in south Fargo. After many failed attempts to break the vehicle free without doing damage (and a towing company witnessing our struggle), All Pro pulled into the lot and willingly assisted by jacking up the car, which allowed us to slide the parking bumper out from underneath and send the young lady on her way. Thank you, All Pro Towing! It was a Good Samaritan deed witnessed by many and we are very appreciative of your timely assistance.
