I was screwed, ABC saved me. I was a week away from moving out of state, towing a U-Haul on my car. Engine died and I needed a new one. Car-X said they could do it in a month, ABC said they could do it in a week. While they were at it, they did a wheel alignment, replaced my busted thermostat, and checked my brakes. The guy who worked on my car drove it a ton to make sure it was good for my long distance needs. Every staff member was courteous and professional. The prices were fair. The service was TOP NOTCH.

This is my go-to for auto maintenance, tire, oil and car-issues. Great staff, Friendly. Always willing to provide that extra call so that you get for what you pay for. I prefer to take my car to these guys than any where else in the whole metro of Des Moines.

This is my go to shop for all of my vehicles maintenance needs: VW's, Audi's, Jeep, Nissan. All of the maintenance done at one place, mechanics are very knowledgeable and helpful, customer service very honest and polite. All of the work they do is priced very reasonably. Highly recommend to anyone. It's a very busy shop, always packed with cars, so my advice is just to call ahead and schedule your appt.

My blend door went out on my 2008 Cadillac srx. I took to several shops and because I was a women all the shops quoted me over 1300.00 and said it would take 9 to 11 hours. I was referred to ABC Towing went in there got a estimate and the shop fixed my blend door in less then I was quoted from them and charged me 396.00. So if your looking for a honest shop that would ABC Towing . THANK YOU

Wonderful Customer Service by ameer and dalija brother! Went in for my toyota they were tremendously helpful and insightful about my Toyota corolla. Ameer even helped me slightly with a battery thing and helped to know what actually i need to replace and they help you to save lot of money and give best service in desmoines no one like them . My driver has over 20 years experience of towing and was very efficient in getting my vehicle ready to tow then towing it to the destination. I highly recommend them for your next tow.

I called for a tow when my car started making a hideous metal scraping noise. The tow truck arrived promptly, despite my providing the wrong address at first. Turned out I merely had a rock stuck in my wheel. The driver removed it and double checked it and sent me on my way. All my intersections with the employees here, were five star. They were very kind to me about the address mistake when they had reason to be irritated. I really appreciated their courtesy and assistance!

Best within the Des Moines Area. Reasonable in fees but outstanding service. Prompt with delivery once you have been approved for towing. I called ABC Towing after I called three different towing services and they charged almost $300.00 for a $65.00 distance. I then called ABC Towing... and guess what, they only charged $65.00. Unless you have no means, always call ABC Towing.

Very professional, got my truck in the next day of calling checked out and diagnosed the problem within an1/2 hour and it was fixed a little after noon. I will definitely be using them if there is ever a problem with my vehicle again. Highly recommend them.

Owner Dahlia (sp?) is very friendly. He provided me with a quote for parts and labor and a quote for labor only allowing me to bring parts that I purchased, which doesn't happen at every repair shop. He even offered to look up my vin and the parts prior to me ordering to ensure they were correct. Nice facility, lots of customer traffic and friendly service. I would highly recommend.

Had an issue with my vehicle this morning and get my vehicle towed the driver/part owner of the company was awesome. Now mind you I tend to jabber when im going through anxiety ( which i was) he was so kind to just listen and calmly talk to me . Didnt know they only took cash or card . I had neither so he drove me to the bank and back home( which he didnt have to I mean he could of left me at the bank) I appreciate your help sir and will definitely call if I need your services again !!
