My wife & I have been bringing our Toyota 4Runner & Honda Prelude to Jay for over a year now and we will NEVER go anywhere else! These guys are hands down the best in the business and here's why... My '97 Honda Prelude had a leak that 2 other mechanic shops could not pin point. A good friend of ours told us to try his guys at Toy-Auto Masters. He raved about their level of service, how transparent they are when working on your vehicle & how great their warranty was so we decided to give them a try. They not only found the leak & fixed it, but they have my car running like it's a brand new car! It's so quiet & smooth. I honestly could not be happier. But here is why we'll never go anywhere else...After getting my car back from them initially we all thought the leak was completely fixed but as it turned out it wasn't. Jay didn't hesitate to stand behind their warranty, putting in an additional week's time of man hours to take every single part out from under the hood to find that the leak was actually behind the engine block! They made the necessary repairs & didn't charge me a penny more because it was covered under the warranty they had given me initially. I know that when Jay says, "I got you...I'll take care of it", it's a true statement. We always feel well taken care of with them & will be customers for life!

The #1 mechanic shop in Denver hands down. Dave and Jay did a great job at explaining what was going on with my highlander, what needs to be done, and they went the extra mile to make sure they knew exactly what needed to be fixed so I didn't have to spend money on extra repair costs. I love their honesty, transparency, and mastery with cars. I got my Toyota Highlander towed in because of what seemed to be a transmission issue. Dreading the cost of a new transmission, I got a follow up from the owner Dave who was very informative on the phone. He explained to me that after more testing, they were able to see that it was merely an electrical issue with the speed sensors. Once they knew what the problem was, they were able to get it fixed in 24hrs and I was back on the road. I literally got my car towed all the way across town to these guys because I knew they would do the best job and they did! I only go to Toy Auto Masters for my car repairs.

I brought in my rav4 to get a new clutch assembly installed and they caught some things that needed to be done! She is back on the road with no leaks and running strong! My clutch went out on 10/20 and the shop I was going to use was booked until 10/24. Jay said he could get my truck back by Thursday afternoon. I was skeptical because that’s a pretty quick turnaround and most reputable shops are backlogged with work from loyal repeat customers. Jay held true to his word and had my truck fixed by Thursday evening. Rachel was also really friendly and accommodating as well. Price wasn’t cheap, but it was fair, plus they did the rear main seal in addition to the clutch at the negotiated price. Good work isn’t cheap, nor should it be. Only piece of constructive criticism is the the paperwork is a little light. The invoice doesn’t specify whether the clutch was OEM or not and didn’t list the 3 year 36K warranty that Jay offered verbally. That’s mostly on me though because I forgot to ask (I was flustered being stranded in a parking lot when I called) and I picked the truck up after hours so nobody was there. Mechanics like Jay have kept my truck on the road for 320K miles and I hope he gets to work on it again during my quest to a million. Overall an extremely positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.

Definitely recommend for vehicle maintenance! They were slammed when I arrived for my appointment and not only were able to get the work done in a timely manner, but also helped me out with an impromptu fix with my vehicle that had been bothering me for years - on the house! I even received a follow up text several days later inquiring about my satisfaction with the work that was done. The customer service was fantastic and really showed a pride of ownership in the work that they do. I will absolutely be using them for future work and maintenance on my vehicle.

Beautiful experience, friendly staff and honestly had solid vibes from everyone the second I came in the door. I came in to have new bearings pressed onto my rear axles (which is a job no one wants) and they did it for an actual fair price, literally got them done the next day. The Toy Auto team was great to work with and I can't recommend them enough. I'm traveling across the country from Atlanta. Three days before the trip began my 2005 Toyota Sequoia started overheating. I took it to a shop in Atlanta and they checked the entire cooling system. It was fine for about ten days and then started overheating again. I took it in and they said there was air in the system and sent me on my way. It was good for another 7 days and then when I took it in they told me to not use the a/c while standing still. It was good for another 7 days at which point I found myself in Denver. I stopped by the big Toyota dealership and found some nice people but people who just scratched their heads and said that maybe they needed to replace the radiator. Luckily, they couldn't get me in for another week. I headed to Toy Auto and found a great team with a master mechanic who spent the time to really understand what was happening with my truck. We walked through what had been happening and what repairs had been attempted. From there they proposed a few courses of action, all of which tied up into a full gameplan to get me back on the road. We ended up replacing the thermostat and radiator cap. I picked her up and headed out. To climb Pikes Peak, of course! What better way to test your truck to see if it'll overheat?!?! Avie the Adventure Vehicle made it up with no overheating and no concerns. As I type this I'm in Moab, UT in a hot desert. I've been running the a/c and driving all over the place. While the engine cooling system may still have an issue down the road, it's working solidly right now. Big thanks to the entire Toy Auto team for getting me back on the road, spending the time to understand my vehicle and generally being great to work with! Joe

Having the team at Toy-Auto Masters looking after my 2002 Sienna and 2008 Prius has been life-changing. I love my older model vehicles, and it would be financially difficult to replace them, so I want them to run forever. I have finally found the guys that can make that happen! Dave and Jay have gone out of their way (aka to the salvage yard on a weekend to find an obscure part) to take care of me and my vehicles. They fixed two non-functional doors on my Sienna that other mechanics couldn't even get open, which was nothing short of a miracle for me. They don't try to sell you things you don't need, and they have repeatedly told me where I can hold off on certain repairs without sacrificing safety... and they do it promptly, with a smile, and at very reasonable prices. I now have something I never thought I would about my older cars, "peace of mind"! Because while I can't diagnose and fix the issues that come up with my vehicles myself, I trust that Dave and Jay are giving me honest recommendations and if it can be fixed, it will be... and it will be done right. I'm new to the Toyota family and my recently aquired FJ needed an alternator. I spoke to the fantastic Rachel who scheduled me to bring it in next Tuesday. The cold front that rolled in yesterday left me without a working vehicle and when I called that afternoon to see if I could drop it off sooner than my appointment Jay had me bring it in right away and promised to get to it the next day. I recieved a call within a few hours of them opening today to let me know my car was ready! Not only were they less expensive than other repair facilities, they understood my situation and worked with me to get the repairs done. Great people but more importantly they know how to work on Toyotas. My 1986 LandCruiser isn't easy to work on and they were capable of diagnosing the issue and doing the work! I took this to a dealership and went to other shops before I found them and they were not capable of helping me or wanted to but really did not have experienced techs that could diagnose the problems. I strongly recommend Toy-Auto!!!.

My old Betty white put up a good fight but thankfully they were able to fix what was wrong and get my dashboard filled with lights all off. They were honest when they made a mistake. Which I think is pretty awesome to come across a mechanic shop that is actually honest. They were super flexible with me on times that I brought my car in and very understanding that I have two young children and getting anywhere in time seems to be impossible most days. They were super kind one day I brought my car in and was having a really rough day from the start. They helped me out a bunch. My '95 T100 lost the bolts holding the drive shaft in place and I had no idea what was happening to my truck - I needed to drive home to the Western slope the next day, and I was scared to drive it at all! I called Toy Auto Masters in the morning and they told me to bring the truck by as soon as I could - they would make space for me! (Every other shop I checked with told me they were 2 weeks out). They discovered the missing pieces, tracked down some of these specialized bolts in Commerce City, sent a mechanic to pick them up, and then installed them - all before I needed to leave town! These guys were amazing. They even walked me back to show me my truck up on a lift in order to show me the damage so I could see what happened and get documentation. They were fast, kind, and honest - I couldn't recommend this shop enough!

A friend of mine with an early '00s 4Runner once told me he had a shop he loved that refused to advise him to do some service that the Toyota dealer had recommended; said it wasn't necessary and took the time to explain the context and why it was okay to wait, but also why the dealer had said what they had. That kind of communication and honesty brought me in the door and I've brought my little Scion here ever since. One of my best experiences was needing new tires and Dave taking the time to explain the tradeoffs of all the different tire type and advising me to get the cheapest based on my needs - love that honesty! I'm a big communicator and it's important to me to understand what's happening. If that's you, this is definitely the place. I'm leaving Denver soon and it's going to be tough to find this kind of service elsewhere - it's the kind of auto shop that inspires faith in people doing good work (😮).

Took my truck in this morning due to what I thought was a leaky exhaust manifold. Jay jumped under my truck and quickly diagnosed it as a failed attempt by a perp to steal my catalytic converter. Thankfully, my cat was intact, with a small hole left from a sawzaw. Jay was honest enough to send me down the street to another reputable muffler shop, who welded the hole for $85. I will definitely be back if I have any other issues with my truck!

Once I find a good mechanic I stick with them! A good friend recommended these folks and she was right. You can expect friendly service and super fair pricing. You can also expect to kinda have to call them to find out if your car is done because they’re super duper busy, but the quality of their work and the price cannot be beat. I was looking at buying 2 older 1st gen Tacoma’s and had them inspected by Jay and his team first. They have an awesome pre purchase inspection program at a great price. I had taken my rig to Dave and Jay before, but typically for more routine work (fluid flushes, replacing struts etc). However, I recently came to Dave and Jay with a bit of a curveball - I was looking to install larger calipers and brakes on my vehicle which required some modifications to make them work. I had called a few different shops (including specialty off-road shops) and none wanted to tackle the challenge. I had some apprehension with the nature of the work being out of the norm, but Jay took ownership from the get go. As some of the modifications included some specialty drilling they engaged a machine shop on their own to make sure all parts of the work were done correctly. This was a big one for me, that it wasn't just them trying to do the work, but they recognized when they needed other help/tooling and got the right people engaged. Overall very satisfied with the work and will keep looking to Dave and Jay for my other needs.

If I could I would give Toy-Auto Masters 10 stars! That's how professional, nice, and understanding they really are! This is how a businesses should be ran and a garage at that! Compared to a dealership, they saved me thousands. Yes thousands. Thank you Jay, Dave, and your awesome crew of master technicians! I have been going to Toy Auto Masters now for a few years to service my 3rd generation 4Runner. They have performed regularly scheduled maintenance as well as repaired those things that just wear out after you put over 200,000 miles on a vehicle. I have had my 4Runner for over 18 years and while I am not very mechanically knowledgeable myself I am very familiar with my own vehicle’s quirks and repair history. When I get my vehicle serviced communication is really important to me. I have gone to lot of different mechanics over the span of those 18 years and Toy Auto Masters is the best. Dave the owner is very receptive to my concerns and while I am not always familiar with the intricacies of specific repair work Dave is always available to listen to my concerns and painstakingly explain the work to be performed before proceeding. I really appreciate that because for me I want to know why things wear out and how to diagnose those odd sounds and quirks to tell the difference between something serious and something that is a minor issue that may not need immediate attention. I greatly appreciate that they share that knowledge with me. In the past I have been to shops where mechanics were not always forthcoming with that knowledge and it left me feeling uncertain about their recommendations. I have never doubted Dave’s expertise. I trust Toy Auto Masters to listen to my concerns, to be honest with me, to prioritize the maintenance as it is needed, and to guarantee their work and follow up with me to make sure everything is to my satisfaction even if it’s a year later. I have had a few instances where mechanical problems were not easily diagnosed and Toy Auto Masters exhaustively and meticulously triangulated the issue and repaired it which is a level of expertise other shops aren’t always able to achieve which is how I came to find Toy Auto Masters in the first place. I trust them with my aging 4Runner which still runs great after all these years much to their credit and at a cost that I have found is less than other shops I have dealt with in the past. It is never a good feeling when your check engine light comes on, but knowing that Dave has my back when it does, goes a lot to reducing my anxiety. I highly recommend Toy Auto Masters.

My buddy and I were on a trip passing through town when my Toyota Tacoma went into limp mode. Called the shop and Jay picked up. He was incredibly kind over the phone and told us to bring it in and he'd get it checked out ASAP. Arrived and Jay was incredibly friendly, got my truck right in and diagnosed quickly. I've been a customer of Toy Auto Masters since around 2000. They do good work, and they REALLY stand by the work, no hassle, if anything at all goes wrong. Good communication, low pressure. Their main interest is in keeping cars running well, rather than getting you to spend money. Really honest. Recently (2022) I had to have my GX470 towed in because of what seemed to me like possibly major engine failure. They figured out that the problem was less than that, and told me, and fixed it the way it should be fixed.

I bought a used vehicle that needed an alignment and an overall mechanic to check it out as I had 5 days to change my mind about buying it. When I walked in I was greeted and felt welcomed. They told me what to expect for pricing up front, which was completely reasonable. When the job was completed they called me to pick it up. When I arrived, one of the mechanics was cleaning the windshield because the dealer I bought the vehicle from neglected to clean the sticker remnants. Above and beyond! Definitely my new shop!

I have been bringing my vehicle to Toy-Auto for many years now (for my old and current Honda Pilot) and have always been very happy with the work they have done on my car! I recently just met Jay when my current 2010 Honda Pilot needed some emergency work done on it. He was so warm and friendly not to mention he was very determined to find the true root issue with my car even when it seemed like finding the problem would never happen. The communication was excellent from the time I called saying I needed to bring it in (last Thursday) to when it was fixed (Friday). I have been using Toyauto Masters for about 8 years now. I first started using them after leaving the mechanic industry. I was searching for a shop that I could trust. Phil was great for the years that he was there. Just recently I was at a crossroad with what to do about my aging 97 4runner. Jay, the new service advisor did great. At first, I was nervous having only worked with Phil for the last 8 years. Jay took the time to review all the major work that needed to be done. Then, gave me the time to decide what I wanted to do which I appreciated a ton. My budget did not allow me to spend as much as the quote, so Jay and Dave were willing to work with me on price which meant a ton. After the work was done, there were a few issues that arose that required me to take the vehicle back through their warranty. I think this is where they excelled. This is one of those great locally owned, Colorado shops. Everyone is friendly and great to work with. The work estimates are accurate and the work is solid. These guys are great! The team diagnosed the issue on my Honda Pilot (it needed 2 new wheel bearings) in about 10 minutes and they had it fully repaired within about 3 hours. I was dealing with a rear differential leak on my 2014 RAV4 with only 77k miles on it and I brought it here to have it inspected and serviced. They were quick to solve my issue and luckily saved me from dealing with some major issues down the road after discovering both the drain and fill bolt were loose after the dealership previously serviced it. There was very little fluid left in the differential and I’m really lucky this was caught and corrected. They cleaned up the rear differential nicely and refilled it to spec and verified it no longer leaked. I will be having my vehicles serviced here from now on after this experience and I highly recommend anyone looking for a honest reputable shop to come here. Great service and overall experience.

You know how you're never quite sure you're getting the best price or the best service....not a single worry here. I made the unfortunate mistake of first taking my car to the dealership only to realize they were sticking it to me. BAD!!! So I checked around for 2nd quotes and could not have been happier to have found Jay and his awesome attitude toward helping me get my car fixed. A top notch experience getting my car serviced at this auto shop. My appointment started with the owner and one of the head mechanic's introducing themselves to me. They were incredibly professional and accommodating making sure I was comfortable. They talked over what kind of repairs I wanted to do and gave me a step-by-step idea of when my service would be done and the cost beforehand. When the service was finished they comprehensively went over the mechanics report and made sure I understood all that was done to my car. On top of that they gave me the idea of the cost that my next service would be I have never seen a shop do this before. Long story short, it needed some major work done and I needed it fixed before I had a baby in the summer. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and went way above and beyond to make sure my car was fixed and running well before I left. I have taken my car to Toy-Auto Masters for a range of problems with my car or just to get fluids replaced and have had a great experience every time. The prices are very reasonable and they never try and push anything on you that is not required. If there is a problem that I was not aware of, I have trusted their opinions and did not feel like they were trying to raise my bill. Always very friendly on the phone and in person and they always take the time to explain everything that they are doing and are always calling with updates with my car. I have had my radiator and water pump replaced one time and a timing belt replaced another and each time was driving my car the same day. I live in Denver and the drive is long, but worth it. Despite the distance, they still have friendly staff drive me to where I need to be if I don't have a ride. I could go on, but I'm just going to finish and say these guys are worth a try. I am glad they are my go to shop for my car.

Jay and his crew at TAM impressed me with their professionalism this week. I'd previously had them inspect my Lexus, and received a lengthy list of repairs - some of which were [necessarily] pricey and extensive. I agreed to their assessment and dropped my vehicle off with them. A few days later, I received a call from Jay, who was very up front and forthcoming about mentioning that one of the more expensive repairs they'd originally recommended wouldn't actually be needed, after all. It was an honest misdiagnosis, which Jay apologized for but hey, these things happen! The thing that struck me most was that he could have charged me for that repair anyway, and I'd have never known. Instead, he showcased his integrity by telling me the bill would be MUCH less than the original estimate I'd already signed off on. Overall, these guys certainly seem to know their stuff - and this experience has proven them to be an honest, trustworthy destination for my vehicle. If you want a shop you can trust - give TAM a call.

I just had my 4runner fixed here, the problem was it would not come out of 4 wheel drive. I should start off with the first shop I went told me that my front ADD 4wheel drive actuator is bad, it will cost $680 to fix. Something about that shop didnt feel right. I asked for recommend shops on a few of my 4x4 forums/groups and this shop came up so I did my research and gave them a call, Im so glad I did. When I called, Phil told me what it could be, but to bring it in and they can find out for sure, they wont just replace parts, they will find the real issue, had a good feeling talking to him. When he called me when it was done, he said it was not, the actuator just a bent wire on the dash switch from when the stereo was installed, the tech was able to straighten the connector and everything works the way it should, saving me HUNDREDS of dollars. It very hard to find a good shop that is Honest and does great work at a fair price, Toy-Auto Masters is true blessing.

I absolutely love Toy Auto Masters. They have treated my family and me so incredibly well. They are honest, respectful and professional. At one point I thought my Lexus needed a new censor that I knew would be around $500 for it. They took it in and it turned out to be something completely different that only cost $80. I gladly paid the $80 after worrying all day that it was going to be around $500. Most places would have taking advantage of my fear and charged the $500 and replaced a perfectly good cencor and let my drive off with the original problem just to come back and charge me more. I highly recommend this place. I will forever be a loyal customer.

Great customer service. Brought my Lexus for a repair that the Lexus dealership suggested. Lexus dealerships estimated repair was $2000. Spoke with Toy-Auto quoted me for $1000 to repair my vehicle. I dropped off the vehicle and a few short hours later, customer service representative stated I didn't need the initial repair, fix the problem for a little over $200. One of the most honest company to do business with in the Denver area!

I unfortunately had a cylinder 6 head gasket leak in my 04 4runner, apparently an issue Toyota fixed in later models but didn't recall for older models. Toy Auto not only fixed the problem in enough time to get be back on the road and working they were extremely helpful and knowledgable. Toy Auto Masters truly provides superior customer service at a competitive price. I had a wonderful experience here with a rear brake and transmission service. Additionally the owner of the shop helped me determine the name of an additional small part that I wanted to obtain because it was missing from my vehicle so I could get it and put it on myself. Turned out he was heading to the dealership so he offered to pick up the part and install it for the cost of the part. It really was a simple 1 minute instal probably but the point is how he made the effort to assist me and save me the time and effort. THIS PLACE RESTORES MY FAITH IN HONEST AND OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!! I spoke with the service manager Phil on the phone. He gave me a VERY reasonable estimate over the phone. I towed my 94 Toyota truck in to have them perform the work. We went over the issues when I dropped it off and agreed there could be multiple issues going on so we worked out a set time to diagnose the problem. Not only did they figure out what was going on and get it to run again but also fixed another unrelated issue with the clutch so they could drive it and did that at no extra charge!!!!! I just moved to Denver at the end of 2015 and I was incredibly lucky to locate this auto repair shop recently (Feb 2016). When I took my 2002 Corolla to the Groove Toyota dealership in Englewood they found a dead battery, leaky valve cover gasket, leaky rack-and-pinion and timing chain tensioner o-ring. They told me that they would be happy to change out the battery for $150 + labor! Of course, I declined because I knew that I could replace the battery myself for a lot less, which I did. Anyways, I decided to not even ask how much the other two jobs would be, as I assume they would have wanted $400-600 for changing out the gasket and o-ring (Quite a bit of labor to change these parts, but the parts are cheap). Next, based on google reviews of Toyota specialty shops I gave auto masters a call. Phil answered the phone and gave me a quote of $200. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my questions regarding the service and leaky rack-and-pinion. When I arrived for service, Phil was quick to check me in and answer some additional questions that I had about my vehicle. Their waiting room is nice for a small business and was stocked with a complementary Keurig and bottled water (awesome!). By all means, don't expect a waiting room that you would encounter at a luxury car dealership, but it was very nice for a small specialty shop. I used their shuttle service and in the process, I met Dave Watson, who is the owner of the business. I really enjoyed speaking with this gentleman, mainly about his business model and company history. Dave really knows Toyotas and I doubt many Toyota dealerships have the technical and experienced based expertise of the staff at Toy-Auto masters. The only issue I had with the shuttle service was completely my fault, as when he returned to pick me up I had a mobile phone reception issue and he had to wait 40 minutes for me! Anyways, he was very patient with me and picked me up after waiting for nearly 40 minutes. I felt terrible about it, but Dave brushed it off and reassured me that it was of no concern. So, this was a case-in-point example to me of how they are willing to go the extra mile for their customers. When I returned to the Toy-Auto Masters service center, Phil explained the work that had been done and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the final price was cheaper that what I was originally quoted over the phone! (Fantastic!) Phil also told me that the rack-and-pinion steering had a tiny leak that did not warrant repair (Relief given that it would have been a $850 repair job, probably $2k at the dealership), but they will monitor the status of the leak at each subsequent service. I also checked the quality of the work performed and everything had been cleaned of oil and all bolts/cables were properly secured. Considering that I paid less than half of what I would have paid at a dealership, the quality of service, convenient shuttle service, honest and knowledgeable staff I plan to return for all of my service needs. I honestly cannot complain about anything with regard to my experience with Toy-Auto, as this was the best service experience that I have ever had; accordingly, I highly recommend Toy-Auto Masters! I really wish I could give Toy-Auto more stars. I was told by another shop that I needed a new throw out bearing for $1800 on my Tacoma. So I started shopping around and Toy-Auto said they could do it for a reasonable $1200. I brought the vehicle in and they quickly figured out that the release fork pivot simply needed to be greased. They also adjusted the clutch somehow and the truck is shifting like a dream and the chirping noise is gone. This ended up costing me $143.98. Wow. How many other shops would have said whatever and started ripping your transmission apart? This business even drove me to a coffee shop while they worked on my Taco.

I asked them whether I should have some maintenance done and instead of just saying yes and taking my money they let me know that service wasn't needed for 10s of thousands more miles. (UPDATE: the above review is from 8 months ago. Today - March 18, 2021, I called at 7:15 am, before they are even open. They put me right through to Jay. I told them I thought I needed a new water pump for my 90,000 mile 2009 Venza. He told me they had an opening and to bring it right over. Got there around 8ish maybe? He asked when I needed it, and I said this is so last minute, I was happy I just go the car there - by this time the coolant was leaking onto the ground - and whenever they could do it was fine, figuring I might have to rent a car for something. Jay said they could probably do it today and when would I like it. I said "well, 1:00 pm would be nice." Jay said he thought they could do it. He called me around 12:30 pm to say it was done. Same day, no appointment, new water pump, belt, and radiator/cooling system flush and fill, about 4ish is hours from the time I dropped it off! THESE. GUYS. ARE. THE. BEST!!!!!).

Great service and price. I was expecting a large expense for my 100k check up but after they did a thorough check they let me know I didn’t need everything replaced, saving me $300+ dollars compared to Acura service prices. I later (months later) had some battery terminal connection issues. I was headed to their shop and my car died 100 feet away. I called and they came over and got my car safely off the street. They tightened everything down, put air in my tires, and looked everything over for no cost. I can’t thank them enough for always taking care of me and my Acura (Acura RDX). I would recommend them to everyone. My husband (Acura MDX) is now a happy customer as well.

We have a low milage 2006 Odyssey and it broke down outside of Casper WY. I had it towed to the Honda dealer there and was told that my engine was pretty much blown and could be fixed for $11.5K! Car is worth much less than that! I couldn't/wouldn't do that so I towed the van myself to Toy Auto Masters and Dave and Phil took over. We discussed the ideal of an engine swap based on what I learned from the dealer and we looked at options that cost between $4K - $7K. Not great but much better than $11.5K. Before moving forward with any of that Dave and his friendly crew took a look at my van and couldn't find the issue the dealer pointed out and came back to me with a proposal that nearly dropped me to the floor! A simple cylinder head repair for less than $800! Can you believe that! The car was buttoned up in under 24hrs and I couldn't be happier. If you have a Honda/Toyota/Lexus/Acura that is out of warranty STOP taking it to the dealer and START using Toy Auto Masters!

I recently noticed a large wet spot on my driveway that I initially thought was just condensation from the exhaust of my 2001 Toyota Tundra. When the spot didn't go away, I touched the liquid and it was slippery like gear oil and I was afraid that a rear seal had gone out. I took the truck in and asked Phil to check it out. Your mechanics went over the truck thoroughly and indicated that everything looked good, no leaks anywhere. I stopped by the next day to pick up the truck and fully expected to pay for the time spent checking for the mystery "leak." Phil indicated there was no charge and to bring the vehicle in whenever I had questions or concerns. My wife has a horse and a few days later, I noticed a bottle of equine shampoo had spilled in the bed of the truck. When I traced the path of the spilled shampoo, I realize it had dripped out of the bed of the truck onto my driveway and was the source of the mystery leak! I just wanted to say "Thanks" for the excellent customer service and to let you know as long as I own Toyota vehicles, I will be bringing them to Toy Auto Masters for their maintenance and service! 6 days ago

02/19/17 Just an update to my earlier post on TAM. Dave, Phil and their crew of techs continue to knock it out of the park. My car was down for a week and they pulled out all of the stops to get me back on the road. How many other shops have an owner who personally drives to you to your destination? Not many and these guys are the real deal. I've been a customer of Dave Watson for 15+ years. Over that time, I've had varied issues with different cars and in each and every circumstance, those issues were addressed with the highest levels of urgency, competency and efficiency. Dave's latest location is a real welcoming venue; he's got a very comfortable waiting area with coffee and Wi-Fi which demonstrates his dedication to excellent customer service. BTW, it's a big improvement over his old place that was further south on Broadway, which was a small garage behind a used car lot which offered none of those amenities. However, the committment was there to service customers' vehicles in the best possible manner, which continues today at the current location.

Won't take our 2004 Highlander anywhere else. With our last visit, the persistence of one technician solved an incredibly obscure partially-failed ground connection - "failed enough" to cause the car computer to refuse to run the engine, but "connected enough" that electrical tests didn't indicate any electrical issue at all.
