Very smooth experience with my new 2021 Ford Bronco Sport, from order and deposit placed, to pick up! My car even arrived earlier than expected and they set up a quick pickup date with me. The dealer employees, Troy, Eric and Joe were all very helpful and knowledgeable. They made the buying processs as seamless and enjoyable as possible!

After some initial hiccups on the ordering process (my fault) they worked with me to eventually get me in the original vehicle that I ordered.
Sid, was my sales rep and he did a great job letting me know when the vehicle came in and did an even better job working with me through the buying process and all the paperwork. I worked with Kevin in finance, who made the process as easy as could be and got me hooked up with a Credit Union.
In total the buying process took about 4 hours, but I left a happy customer.

His name is Brandon Turner and he was my sailes person throughout the ordering and purchase of my new 2022 Ford F350 7.3L Gas Platinum Tremor. Ash was great to work with. No pressure felt during the whole process. I emailed in for a specific car and Ash got back to me immediately when I inquired about it. We worked through sms while I was at work, he physically walked out to the car and took a bunch of pictures of it since they were not on the site yet. I really appreciated him doing that so I knew I wasn't wasting my time. I showed up for a test drive and he gave me the keys and let me at it. I was out of time while viewing the car and had to head home due to bus schedule, he arranged transportation for me to get home in time. That was amazing and really helped me feel like I was at a good place. The financing department and Patrick were great as well. All around a good experience for anyone who may be weary of buying a used car. The car had a grinding noise when I test drove it and I expressed my concern. They fixed it and made it good before purchasing it. I am overall extremely happy with my experience. Thanks ash.

We ordered a Bronco almost two years ago from Ford. If it hadn't been for Phil Long Ford and its sales representative, Aaron, we might have cancelled that order. Throughout the long wait, Aaron stuck by us, giving us updates and being highly responsive to our calls. Early on Phil Long Ford committed to sell their ordered Broncos to customers at MSRP, even when other dealers were already charging their customers more. Aaron and Phil Long gave us a free enrollment to the Bronco Off-Rodeo while we were waiting, which served to keep us excited about our eventual purchase. Finally the Bronco arrived, and Aaron and Phil Long Ford celebrated the arrival with us. They charged us MSRP even though had we cancelled our order they could turn around and sell the our vehicle for $20,000 more. There was no pressure to add on features or services that would have increased the sales price. We were so pleased with the way that Aaron and Phil Long Ford handled our order and our sale. They were a real class act. We highly recommend this dealer based on our experience.

Phil Long Ford was very responsive to our needs and easy to work with on the purchase of our new 2021 Ford Edge ST. Liz Welker, Commercial Fleet Manager, handled the purchase and she made the transaction seamless and was very professional.
We also worked with Dwayne Callaway, Service Advisor, and he went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. I would definitely recommend Phil Long Ford and their professional sales and service staff.

I got my Bronco here in August (bought it used) and recently had it serviced for a brakes issue and an open warranty. Had good experiences on the purchasing end. Sales rep was great at keeping me up to date on available used Broncos. When there was one available in August that I loved, we agreed upon a final number before I drove down and that number did not magically change when I got there. It's a lot easier to get in touch with people at this dealership; communication from sales to service is pretty good. The service I had done recently really outdid my expectations. They not only finished the job much faster than anticipated but were very communicative the entire time. It's nice to have one service guy that is keeping you up to date on the progress of an appointment and will actually pick up and/or call you back if you have questions.

I asked for a quote on tires which was a little high but I wasn’t informed that Ford does a price match so I decided to get tires elsewhere. My favorite part was the shuttle to and from home. I bought a new 2023 Ford F150 Platinum FX4 from Phil Long Ford in Denver, Co. This is the first time I’ve bought a Ford since 1970. I have owned Chevy or GMC most of my life.
My daughter and son-in-law have both purchased vehicles from Phil Long in the past and they were both happy with the vehicles and service they were given.
I first talked to Robert McMann (General Manager) and along the way I talked to Walter Gunn (Sales/Inventory Manager), Paul McLeod (Parts Manager), Patrick Cronkhite (Finance Manager), Jason Basso (Sales & Leasing Consultant) and the ladies in the title department.
Before I picked up my truck I had the service department install a spray in bed liner, front end lift kit, a safe in the console and a retractable tonneau cover.
I’ve said all of this because I’m very happy with my new 2023 Ford F150 Truck and also the people that I have met along the way.
I forgot to mention the most important thing of all, and that is I live in Oklahoma but I came to buy my new Ford Truck from Phil Long Ford in Denver, Colorado.

Purchased a new vehicle and this was a little different than I was used to.
First the pros: The salesperson was patient and the finance person was very was good and direct. Due to the type of purchase, I spent no more than 10 minutes with finance.
Cons: Whomever detailed this vehicle prior to sale, did a number on the paint job! It has swirls on the hood, and I’ve scheduled an appointment to see if I can get them removed which is going to cost me.This is a brand new vehicle, but those swirls, on black paint, aren’t ideal.
I had the option of waiting around for my car to fully charge. I had been been there for 6 hours and couldn’t wait as the car was on a supposed fast charger and sat at 40%. The “I Promise” was for the car to be fully charged, but this could be on me because I couldn’t wait any longer, or the vehicle could’ve been taken to a public fast charger and charged up,
I think something was done incorrectly in the paperwork, as I kept getting communications about purchasing a 2023 Ford Bronco. I purchased a Mustang Mach-E of that same year, but every communication I received was for another vehicle.
This may or my not be commonplace, but once I purchased the car, I heard nothing else from the dealer. Not a “how’s the car?” Not a “is everything good?” Not anything. I’ve purchased no less than four (4) Fords and even the dealer I dealt with in another state still reaches out to me and sends me cards.

I scheduled an oil change and mentioned I thought there was a recall that needed addressing for a transmission cable bushing. They checked and transferred me to the dept. that handled that work. They made and appointment for me to immediately follow the oil change. All I had to do was drop off the car and they managed the rest. This was super easy to schedule and complete. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. I will stay with this Ford Service group. Well done!

My new vehicle developed a problem with the braking system. I was a little underwhelmed by the response when I went to the primary service department. I was told that appointments were 6-8 weeks out. They did send me to the Quick Lane, where I had to make an appointment but it was only a week away. When I arrived for the appointment and explained the problem the service representative was upset that I was pushed off to them. She went to work and got the vehicle in to the main shop and against her expectations called to ask for a loaner vehicle. I had a short wait but I got a brand new vehicle as a loaner. The work was done in a reasonable time and is working perfectly. In the end I am very happy with the service even though it didn’t start out that way. Better to finish strong!

Garry and his team treated me right! Worked with me to get F150 warranty work done just before it expired, and dealt with me with integrity. Gave them many opportunities to add on optional service (e.g. replace old battery before it died) but he said wait. Only caution is that loaners have a long lead time (but the shuttle service us convenient!), and when you drop off for maintenance, get clarity on when work will start. I'll be back!

A local car wash broke my brand new Bronco by trying to drive it without releasing the parking brake. My Bronco was brought to Phil Long and Wayne accepted the vehicle and quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue. This was impressive considering the long line of cars in for work. Wayne was honest and professional. Will definitely be bringing my out-of-state-bought Bronco here for servicing moving forward.

This is a review of the dealership itself and not about Ford as a manufacturer. The staff (Austin and Riley) at Phil Long Denver were great. They did everything they could to smooth over the buying process after Ford as a manufacturer tried to raise the price of the vehicle unbeknownst to me. The fact that Ford tried to raise the price of my ordered vehicle by thousands of dollars just by adding on a heated a steering wheel is a joke. Fortunately, Phil Long Denver was willing to right the wrong that Ford had created.
I have bought and owned Ford vehicles all my life, particularly Ford trucks, and this is the first time I have felt that Ford as a manufacturer was trying to screw me over. If not for Riley, I would be very unlikely to buy another Ford vehicle. Fortunately, he was able and willing to fix Ford's mistake of trying to manipulate pricing without customer knowledge.

I received a recall notice from Ford regarding replacing an airbag on an older Ranger. After two failed attempts to have it repaired at other dealerships I was able to schedule and have the repair done without any issue at Phil Long. Great experience. I think the service writer is Mark. Regardless, the process was simple, efficient and timely.

Even with an appointment, was told two hours for oil change and tire rotation. Reality was that the service was complete in about an hour. That seems reasonable for the services performed. Strongly recommend appointment as it can take hours without one. Staff was friendly and kept me up to date on progress. Always take my vehicle there for service.

Purchased a 2022 Tremor with Phil Long on 10/22/22. Excellent responsiveness, especially from our sales contact Brandon Greiner. He worked through countless hours of questions as I worked to build it and to share context on updates given Ford (and the broader worlds) supply challenges during production. An impressively patient and kind gentleman who was truly listening and advocating for me as a customer. I'm a very picky guy and likely spoke with 50+ sales contacts across Denver and Brandon is a diamond in the rough!
Overall terms, finance and service were very good and there was minimal unnecessary pressure for additional services when closing the final purchase. We bought our first new vehicle here in 2001 and were very impressed with it again in 2022. Also note the overall selection on the lot for those that can't wait, even in a tight market, was better than anywhere else in a 100 mile radius of Denver.

I’ve leased, purchased multiple vehicles from Phil Long Ford, so they were my first choice looking for a used SUV for my 16 year old. Nameer noticed I hadn’t been helped and asked if he could help? I explained we were looking for a used SUV. He said a vehicle had just come in.
The SUV was with the mechanic. He let me check it out. I overlooked the fact it hadn’t been detailed yet. They told me what they were planning on fixing. Nameer told me I could hold the SUV until it was ready with a deposit. He went above and beyond. Looking after the customer is rare. But that’s why we keep coming back. Service appointments are way into the future due to capacity. I had to book a simple door lock repair under warranty two months prior to get a booking. Once I had the appointment it went well and the team did a timely repair including overnighting an actuator however the vehicle had to stay overnight due to not having the part in stock.

I am located out of State and was shopping for a very specific vehicle. Through my nightly internet searches, I came across one located here at Phil Long. I completed the online forum, expressing interest and was almost immediately contact by Albert Rico, one of the sales associates. He reached out and provided his personal number to me and advised to contact him with any questions. Over the next day or so, we had several correspondence about the car and he was always available to answer my questions. He took the time to FaceTime me and do a “virtual” tour of the vehicle. I had concerns about purchasing out of State and having the vehicle shipped. We were able to work out a deal and Albert reassured me after he explained the process to me of how the vehicle would get here. Two days later, the vehicle was delivered to my front door and I couldn’t be happier. The entire process was almost easier than dealing with some of the local dealerships in my area. Unfortunately my 2011 F150 Lariat barely limped into the service department only to be pronounced cylinder #5 was dead upon arrival since Larry Miller Ford couldn't fit me in for 2-3 weeks. Not wanting to put that kind of money into a truck for a new motor that has been well loved, it was time to go looking for her replacement. Enter Brandon with Phil Long Ford.
I originally wanted a F350 dually, but that was not to be with the current back order time frame and a rental to bridge that gap. Next up was to look on the computer to see what is available in the F150 Lariat. I'm in construction, so all I usually see is white trucks and that's all we were seeing on the computer. White truck after white truck after white truck. Uggh. Oh well. Brandon suggested we just go outside and see what is on the lot. To my shock and glee, we turned the corner to see a 2021 Fiery Red F150 Lariat with all the bells and whistles! I asked where did this come from which caught both of us by surprise. The classic answer "Looks like it's yours" was his only response. We made the deal easy enough and financing was able to secure a very desirable rate which was better than my own bank.
After a recall issue was addressed, I have been a very happy owner of this highly spunky 2021 F150 Eco Boost Lariat with the sport package on top of the off road since delivery!

I would’ve just preferred to get on the road to my destination 425 miles away.

Wasn't very pleased. Even though I didn't have any work done. I was told to come over to get the work done and, if I got there before a certain time, that they could look at it and get it in. When I got there they stood around and then, after I pressured them they told me that they could get it in but it wouldn't be for another 3 hours. I was in a hurry and I felt that I had wasted my time and perhaps told to come over because if I was there I would be more likely to stay sense I was already there...that last part is only conjecture. I gave it 3 stars only because the one and, the only person who was doing anything and was in a hurry, stopped to talk to me...most everyone else seemed like a zombie to me and rather abrupt.

Nameer has done it again! He sold us a 2018 Fiesta a little over a year ago while we were in a tight spot and it has been such a great little car! My wife and I have started to outgrow it and it was getting difficult to fit our 2 year old in the seat. Stopped by today and ended up getting into a 2018 Focus SEL. Absolutely in love with it and I dont know why I even went to the dealership by my house to look at cars. Nameer is the man to see. I had a wiper arm and blade come off with all the snow on the roof when I stopped suddenly. Took it right off. Called they said come down. I go down they say you need to go over there. Drive there to be told they can't do this. I need to go back. PEOPLE it's a wiper blade and I simply wanted it fixed. It's like they were absolutely clueless of what to do lol but waste my time. Purchased with them also brand new. Only 10k miles. After all this non sense they indicate it would be 4 to 5 weeks to fix it. All of my other cars are with Auto nation. First of all. Riley and Nameer are incredible. Nameer stayed in contact with me the entire day until I was able to come and take the car for a test drive. My overall experience with Phil Long was very good. I bought a truck that is in high demand, so they did not work with the pricing at all, which was pretty much what I expected as a first time customer on that product. They did initially offer a $700 rebate that disappeared when I got to financing. I didnt realize that until I reviewed the paperwork a few days later. That is also my fault for not keeping a closer eye on what the financing guy was doing during the paper shuffle. My experience boils down to this- the sales people were great, the truck is great, watch the finance guys like a hawk.

My story is unusual in that I bought a used car from them, it developed engine problems few days later, they fixed the problem but it also developed a slow oil leak after the repair. They tried to find alternative vehicles for me and gave me first look at any new inventory. Unfortunately, they were not able to find the leak and I did not feel comfortable keeping the car. Utmost respect to them for running a car dealership with integrity. They returned all of my money which allowed me to widen my scope in search for another vehicle. With all the nightmare stories of bronco reservation holders getting their bronco marked up, Phil long never even considered it. The sales manager printed off and signed a finale sales sheet for me months before I got my bronco. There was nothing sneaky added in at all. They separate the sales guys from the financial guys so you get to sit and discuss away from your sales rep. I thought that was nice because it usually turns the sales rep into the messenger. The financial guy is able to find great rates, but go in with your own for them to match or beat. Would recommend for anyone looking for an honest sales experience.

Received an offer in the mail for top $$$ on a trade in at Phil Long Ford. We really needed a bigger truck with higher weight capacity so I started looking online. I was contacted then via phone by salesman Freddie Perez, and sometimes when your just started looking and salesmen start bothering you cause your not sure yet so it can sometimes be a deterrent... well with Freddie it wasn't at all from the start.
I explained to Freddie the letter offer for trade in and what I was looking for in terms of a new vehicle and immediately he had several options he was giving me that was available at that time. We set up an appointment for Wednesday morning for me to come to the dealership and see the trucks in person and test drive a few, but till I got there was able to talk to him thru text if I came across any that I wanted to also look at that day.
Thursday came and when I arrived at the dealership he had several trucks lined up and ready to go for me so there was minimal waiting. I wanted to be certain on my choice as the new truck would be a long term investment for personal and business use but had worked extremely hard to make it possible over the last year to be able to make this purchase.
Freddie was awesome though with all the questions I had, getting the extra trucks for me to see, and then getting together the financial numbers asap when I picked one to discuss with my husband. The trade in we did he also got us top top $$$ for it, even more than we thought would possibly be offered.
We settled on a New 2021 F250 Super Duty Diesel in the end that same day and honestly the biggest reason it happened as quickly as it did was because of the amazing customer service and care we got with Freddie and at Phil Long Ford.
I've had my far share of car salesmen experience and this one by far has been the best and I highly recommend going to Phil Long Ford and seeing Freddie Perez for your next vehicle purchase.

My heated steering wheel had quit working, I took the truck in and they diagnosed it the same day and found that the steering wheel need to be replaced. this had to be ordered , 2 day before Christmas. They gave me the truck back until the parts came in. The first week in January the part came in and I took the truck back to them. They replaced the steering wheel and found that it would not stay on due to a short somewhere. They spent several hours tracing the issue down and got it resolved. Don was great in keeping me up to date on the progress and what was goin on with the truck. Great service, Would highly recommend them for service on your vehicle.

But I didn’t enjoy the experience it wasn’t the best because there was no negotiation it just it had to be that price no room to work with and saw how quick everything to changed to her being rude. I am writing this review because I thought people of Colorado should know how amazing Phil Long Ford is. I moved to Colorado 7 years ago from Hawaii. I have been married 23 years to an abusive man who brought me here with 4 children. My first year in Colorado I did not have a car, so I walked or caught the bus to work. Waking up 2 am to walk to my first job and then after walk to my 2nd job in the rain and snow. My first car was 2013 Ford Fiesta which I bought with the help from my mom from Ford on Arapahoe after they sold us the car, they ignore us like most of the dealership. The Ford Fiesta did not come with a manual and they promised to send me one but i reached out numerous times and no one I mean NO ONE ever called back all they did was give me the run around and when I had issues with the car, they just ignored me so after a while I just gave up. At the time of purchase, they were so attentive and acted like they cared but it was all to sell me the car. Moving forward 2 years my car got totaled someone rear ended it. while working at the DMV I met a gentleman whom I was helping told me to go to PHIL LONG FORD and ask for Robert he is the GM so after much thought I did contact him, and I am grateful till this day that I had. PHIL LONG FORD IS A CAR DEALERSHIP WITH A HEART OF GOLD. Robert helped me buy a car I explained my situation that I am single mom with bad credit due to my ex-husband, even though my credit was bad he did everything and looked at every option to help me buy a car till this day which is 3 years later whenever I have an issue with the car anything from oil change to flat tire he always help me to get the car taken care of and fixed. I bought a certified used 2014 Jeep Wrangler from Phil Long Ford just about a year ago. Shortly after while on a vacation road trip we had a cooling issue come up. Took it to a local mechanic and he thought he fixed it.(thermostat) Drove home everything was fine until a few months later-another cooling issue. We had the radiator replaced. Few months after that-another cooling issue. This time it went back to Phil Long Ford under warranty work. (3rd party warranty) we had a little difficulty getting the warranty company to want to pay to fix anything and in the end had Phil Long do the work for out of pocket expenses.(thermostat again) A few weeks/months after that we had yet another cooling issue with the vehicle. At this point I was frustrated as hell and decided to email the sales agent who sold us the vehicle with a brief synopsis. He was able to get us a rental car courtesy of Phil Long and was also able to get our 3rd party warranty to cover the $800 charge to replace the water pump(the final culprit)
Troy Hines is his name and he is a GRADE A SALESMAN/Representative of Phil Long Ford. He genuinely cares about his clients and was willing to do whatever he could to make it right and make us a happy customer.
He was essentially able to get Phil Long to buy back the vehicle they sold us for what we owed on it and get us into a brand new 2021 Ford Escape. Manufacturers warranty and all!! It was a little more expensive but between him and the finance guy Chip they were able to make it work and keep us within our budget.
I will be going back to Troy (god willing he’s still working here) when we are ready for an upgrade!
I was skeptical of buying a used vehicle from stories I’ve heard from friends but Phil Long and specifically Troy stands behind their customers and will do what it takes to make them happy.
We are now in a NEW reliable vehicle at a fair price and I could not be happier with the customer service I have received from Troy(this man deserves a raise!!)

Overall, everything was good. I had a panel(skid????) underneath that had some pins broken when I got a bunch of slushy snow built up in the panel. A Ford dealer in Nebraska got the ice mixture cleaned out but didn't have the pins in stock to completely fix it. Phil Long had it for an hour and a half and got it taken care of with no charge.

Was surprised to see all the tech bells and whistles this SUV has. My sales agent is Kieu Kha. I call him Mr Q. Had to get 3 safety recalls done on my newly purchased 2017 Ford Explorer which was a little frustrating. I worked with Tom in the service department and he was great however, they had run out parts the weekend before my service appointment and didn't know or notify me until my car had been onsite for 4 hours. Could have been a bit more organized on that front but Tom was helpful and did what he could to make everything as efficient for me as possible.

I used to get my Expoler serviced here until I moved across town. Fast foward a few years, we bought a Van and went to another location becasue it was closer...big mistake, that other location (on Evans) has the worst service EVER. Came to buy a new car. Had an adequate trade. Test drive went great. Then they gave us the price they wanted.... they wanted $10,000 OVER MSRP. Nothing was done to this vehicle. It was gone stock. While they can sell a car for any price, its very stingy and almost insulting to me. Won't be going back.

(June of 2020) My service experience was far better than Larry Miller Jeep/Dodge from my last car buying experience, but still left a little to be desired. The service was completed before the time they quoted me, which was great, but they were unable to quote me a price on a replacement trim piece, and I'm still waiting for the call from their service department two weeks later to quote me on it. Additionally, they gave my car battery a clean bill of health, and less than a week later my car was dead. Found out they hadn't replaced the battery before I purchased the car, like they had said, same for the air filters they also said they had replaced. They were still extremely professional, and I'd bring my car there again, but due to time and distance, I likely won't.
(April 2022) Brought the vehicle back for a warranty issue with the climate system as well as two recalls. I believe they were waiting on parts for the recall, but I'm not sure ( they didn't communicate why), all I know is my car was there for longer than expected (eight total days). I was offered a loaner vehicle on day 5, but didn't end up taking them up on the kind offer as it wasn't worth the trip. The vehicle is in great working condition and the service was performed as requested. Unless it's a warranty issue, I likely won't take the vehicle back due to the distance to get to the dealership, and the time it took for the repairs.

This is an update to my previous review. I’ve decided to increase my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars after having to bring our new/used car in for service. After owning our escape for about 2.5 months I noticed a noise in the rear end. Took it in and after a few days was told there was a serious problem in the rear end and it would need several very expensive parts to fix. I asked if Phil Long would do anything for us based on that we had just bought it, knowing of course it had no warranty. They stepped right up and covered a majority of the cost. Thanks to Jamie in service for great communication and for getting us a loaner. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Phil Long service.

We used Phil Long Ford's service department years ago and it was top notch then. Seems however things have changed since then and in all fairness maybe it is because Covid messed them up and they aren't back to normal but my experience was not a happy one. I needed only a couple of services done. I was unable to get an appointment scheduled online even though they advertised that I could. I finally went in to see them in person and was told that it really worked better to call them for an appointment. A gentleman scheduled me for an appointment about two weeks out. Normal I thought. I dropped the car off after hours on a Monday. No call on the status by Tuesday at 4:30 so I called them. I couldn't even get a live person just a recording but on my third attempt I reached my rep who promptly told me the tech hadn't told him anything so he'd call me when he knew something. (not, let me check with the tech and get back to you?) This is the way the rest of the week went. One day my service rep left for the day and didn't call me about status after my calls. When I did reach someone, they were very nice and tried to be helpful but I felt that my service was at the bottom of their list every day. I knew they got the part they needed on friday, but after my car had sat all week, they didn't prioritize it for the Saturday list I guess. I called before they closed (because they didn't call me) and was told they didn't get to it so I'd probably be able to pick it up on Monday. On the plus side, their service department area is awesome. Nice clean seating area, snacks to eat etc and I think I even saw a small grilling area. Bathrooms close by and clean.

I've never bought a brand new car before, partially to avoid the dealerships. But the new Bronco made me change my mind. And when the sleazy service manager at Autonation tried to scam me, I switched to Phil Long.
James is not the stereotypical "car salesman". From when I first made my reservation (a year and a half ago), he has gone above and beyond to answer all my questions and address my concerns.
And when my Bronco showed up not exactly as ordered (factory misunderstanding), he fought to make things right.

It really hops to it when you want it to, and I can get out of the way of anybody. When I take it in for an oil change and its other needs, I get prompt service and a good place to wait inside till it's done.

Took my C Max in for my last oil change covered on my maintenance agreement. Phil Long Ford continues to give great service. I dropped my vehicle off at lunch and had it back home by 4 PM. I'm certainly satisfied taking my vehicle there and recommend them to anyone wanting great service.

Took my C Max in for another oil change. I dropped off the car on a Monday afternoon without an appointment. Little did I know that Phil Long Ford went to an appointment only system in July to give better service to all customers. If you drop off your vehicle without an appointment please be flexible. You'll get the same great service--it will just take a little longer. I'm still very happy with Phil Long Ford. The are accommodating and easy to work with.
