Always so professional and friendly! The entire staff at Mancinelli's has always been a pleasure with which to do business. They are meticulous and very open with letting me know what issues they find that need to be fixed. I have never felt like they were trying to up sell me and their documentation is thorough. While they might be on the higher side of pricing compared to other mechanics I've used before, I feel confident that they have my best interest in mind and their communication and attention to detail makes me remain a loyal customer. We’ve used Mancinelli’s twice now and won’t go anywhere else again. They are exceptionally communicative and their pricing is reasonable and within industry standards. The location is also central and easy to access. I love their small business feel and their obvious fight to not get pushed out by high-rise corporate greed (which surrounds them on all sides!) They have clearly worked hard to stay relevant and change with the times but maintain a personal touch. Try them out. You won’t be disappointed.

Wow. To be a little dramatic, I wish I could give them 6 stars. I heard my brakes grinding last week and tried to get a spot at all the Jeep dealerships and they were booked out for over a month with no willingness to try to fit me in sooner. I was very scared to drive my Jeep and made that known. I reached out to Mancinelli's and told them exactly what I told the dealerships. Jenn let me know that she would reach out if anything opened up soon. In the very same day she told me they had an opening the next day. I got the most thorough inspection I've ever received with photos and explanations on every minor detail. Next, Alex called me and walked me through everything and at no point tried to upsell me or make me feel like my Jeep would fall apart without spending all my money like a lot of places do. My radiator and brakes needed to be replaced. That same day the parts were ordered and the next afternoon my Jeep was ready to be picked up. I called them Monday frantic, Tuesday morning I dropped it off, and by Wednesday around 4pm everything was taken care of and I could pick it up. Had I tried to get the same work done at the Jeep dealership it would have absolutely taken at least a week. The women at this company are outstanding. Forget the dealerships and go here!

Can’t say how great of an experience it is here. Truly. They sit down with you after drop-off to review all of the requested services and potential charges (they even priced out if parts needed to be replaced!). They even offered to give me a ride somewhere!! After they looked at everything, I was sent a PDF of their diagnosis and the overall preventative car check. Not only were they thorough, they were available to answer my questions via text and recommended another shop for some repairs they don’t specialize in. I felt safe and respected here, which you don’t get at every shop. I’ll be back to them for more preventative work to keep my 2008 Mazda in tip-top shape. These guys are the literal best.

Trustworthy. It's the one word I would use to describe Mancinelli's. My wife and I have been coming here since 2015 when we lived just a few bocks away. We're now 20+ mins away, but I wouldn't want to take our vehicles anywhere else. It can sometimes be a little tough to get on their schedule, but I think that's a testament to how good they are.

Wait time to have technician diagnose the Volt “Service High Voltage “ error message was unreasonably long ( more than a week). When finally seen, service was fast, friendly, and comprehensive. Issue was simply low battery coolant . Resolution per GM specs required “reprogramming two onboard computers” for $380, which for such a simple fix looks like a GM scam to me. Altogether pleased, though, with the local shop’s services, once they could take the car.

The first thing that I will say is that in terms of the quality of work, Mancinelli's is the best shop in town. Having said that, I will no longer be giving them my business. It has nothing to do with the maintenance or repairs. I simply cannot tolerate the front of the house staff in this shop. I go out of my way to choose Italian owned businesses because I trust the quality of work and natural friendliness and commitment to detail I've received all over America from Italian businesses, whether its car repairs, a haircut, or a decent meal. You won't experience that here. Their staff doesn't seem to want to be there, and I apologize if they are family, and I don't mean any disrespect, but I have been shown an inordinate amount of disrespect by the staff. They recommend repairs that have already been performed (you should be checking your own records and the vehicle service history) and upsell and price gouge at every opportunity. They try to charge shop fees for things the mechanics have already flagged and diagnosed. They lost the shop a major repair of my front suspension last year because of these shop fees that seem to appear out of nowhere. I ask for a quote for a battery and alternator replacement, they want $100 just to look at it and another $1000 for parts and installation. That's 2-3x the market rate and double what I paid them for the suspension work. At my last oil change, they quoted me over $1000 for new tires. This is for a 10 year old Civic. Then they proceed to send me rude and unprofessional text messages after I've called them out on upselling. Unacceptable and embarrassing. I've never seen a Lambo or Ferrari parked here, and I drive past every day because I am your neighbor. No humility or grace whatsoever.

I took my vehicle in for an oil change & routine inspection due to this light that kept flashing on my dash. After getting a quote for both of these I decided to just go with the oil change, as each of those items were extremely pricey so I went with oil change. With a new air filter, my oil change was $100 which is officially the most I’ve ever been charged for such a service! However, when I picked up my car, paid, I was handed a packet after one of the mechanics walked me threw what had been done, and im talking what looked to be a full on inspection! Every single thing you could think of was inspected and by each item would be a green circle (all good) as well as what (if any) issues had been found- (marked with a red circle) complete with very detailed explanations about the problem, what risk level the issue has & photographs showing exactly what issues were found instead of just taking their word for it. I’m still a bit confused because that to me seemed like a full on inspection, which I had declined due to the price and stuck with only the oil change. So basically, I was put off by how expensive my oil change was until I realized everything else that they did for me as well and how through.

I have an old hybrid vehicle that Is a mystery to me. When it showed a big red triangle and a hybrid trouble code, Mancinelli's fixed me up. They walked me through their diagnostics snd explained what what was broken and what it would cist to fix it. They treated me right.

Mancinelli’s has kept my 1999 Ford Ranger on the road and running like new since 2018. They have saved me from having to buy a new vehicle. I have been offered a price for my Ranger that would more than cover the total cost of work that Mancinelli’s and Steve have put into my truck. I’ve been going to Mancinelli’s for a couple years now after a referral. I used to visit the dealer directly and had so-so experiences (and repeat phone calls so sell or trade-in, ugh). They handle my regular maintenance for my 2013 VW Jetta (roughly every 10K miles). They’ve always been extremely professional, providing updates via text with links to documents of their maintenance checks, what they found, and pictures. They provide a shuttle if you drop off the car and provide after hours drop off. Their pricing is transparent and fair for the area. I don’t know much about cars but I’m glad I found them. I used to have a shop like this in Illinois with trusted and respectful folks. My favorite review being that car people bring their cars here.

Mancinelli’s auto was AMAZING! My car died and they helped me schedule a drop off with my roadside assistance, and walked me through the whole process. They were able to take a quick look despite all they already had scheduled. They took photos and described in detail what was wrong with it. Unfortunately, it needed an engine replacement so I had to part ways with it... but they offered to contact junk pick-up companies and leave my car there for 5 days while I arranged for the sale. Great customer service and communication! They did a full inspection and clearly let me know all their recommendations prior to performing the service. Texting communication option was very convenient and call-backs were fairly prompt for their busy season. They provided a shuttle service or alternate transportation after dropping off my vehicle and when it was time for pick-up. I appreciated the detailed report that was attached to the receipt for all the wear and tear findings and possible future recommendations. Thank you for the peace of mind and for taking such great care of my vehicle (Hermies). Only minor issue I had was the tire light came on while I was driving home after getting my tire rotation service. I checked all the tire pressures and they were all good, so I reset the tire light and it hasn't come back on since. I haven't had any other issues, so it may have just been a glitch in the system or how they cleared the faults in the system after completing the service.

Much to my dismay, I returned home from a road trip with a bird stuck in my front exhaust vent. I was able to dislodge the body but the head got stuck inside the vent. I took my car to Mancinellis to see if they could take off the front grate to remove the head and the mechanic informed me that the grate was connected to the front bumper - making it hard to remove (and probably expensive). So he simply pulled it out for me with pliers (for free)!! He was so sweet and assured me this wasn’t the worst he’s seen. I can’t speak to their car repairs but I can speak to their customer service! Thank you again kind sir!

After spending 3 1/2 hours at Grease Monkey I left extremely frustrated. On the off chance they would help me as a walk-in, I went to Mancinelli's. They listened to my problem and frustrations and immediately offered to help. I planned to make a future appt with them to fix my headlight. However, when they recognized how upset I was they offered to take a look immediately. Within 20 minutes they fixed my headlight right there on the spot. Mancinelli's took really good care of my car. They were very thorough in their evaluation of the car including the things I wanted them to look at. They were very clear and upfront about the repairs that were needed and the associated costs. The part of their service I appreciated the most was their honesty. I was unable to afford the cost of all the repairs recommended, so Mike went through the list of repairs that were not urgent and the ones that were more urgent for safety. They did a great job. Truck broke down in eagle Colorado! I was stranded. No Uber’s, taxis or buses around. There was a rental car place about 10 miles away but didn’t offer pick up service. I called a local “mobile” mechanic and he came about two hours late. He told me my rear end when out and it would cost several thousands of dollars and would take 3 days to fix. I obviously declined and wanted a second opinion. I called Mancinelli’s for a second opinion and after speaking to Alex, I had it towed 197 miles to Mancinelli’s. The mobile mechanic told me I owed him $500 for the inspection. Upon inspection at Mancinelli’s, Alex called me right away and told me it was not my rear end and that a caliper bold fell out and caused the brake housing to be dislodged and got jammed (which is why the truck wouldn’t move). Alex told me it would cost around $350 and sure enough, the truck is back to normal. They are the most reliable, honest and trustworthy shop in the state of Colorado in my opinion. They are reasonable and do fantastic work. Thank you Alex and Andrew for inspecting my truck and making sure that I didn’t have to spend thousands for no reason! I will always trust Mancinelli’s with my vehicles! Truly exceptional!

It was always “well we think it’s this so let’s spend another 500-1000 and see if that works “ - which would fix it for a while and then something else would happen. They were great about explaining what would happen, what the time frame should be etc. What I really appreciated was the detail they went into about what their diagnosis was and why they came to that conclusion. There have been many reviews written concerning Mancinelli’s, a fixture in the Capital Hill South area for many, many decades. There is a common theme amongst them, an almost quantitative reduction of the data generated over a long period of time. There are some folks who are not satisfied (and perhaps never would be satisfied) by the services that Mancinelli’s offers. There is some consensus that on average some services could be obtained at a lesser cost with other providers. Many returning customers appreciate the convenient location adjacent to downtown and the CBD. The forgoing sentiments could be relevant to many other businesses, not just Mancinelli’s. There are several Mancinelli’s-specific attributes I’d like to add. The business has mastered the art of customer service, from the complimentary vehicle inspection, the accurate description of vehicle issues identified, the real-time updates on the progress of recommended repair actions and the professional demeanor of the staff. In my experience, they have stood behind their work and made good on repairs that failed later in time, in one case, several years later. These failures were not due to workmanship but rather faulty parts. I know they will guarantee their workmanship similarly. How on earth could a business prosper and thrive for over half a century if they did anything less? One always has a choice of options for anything in life, and Mancinelli’s is but one of many choices. For me, Mancinelli’s is the only choice because time and time again, I have been satisfied with the analysis and outcome, and know that in the end, I’ll come out exactly where they predict. If they tell me they can’t get to my vehicles for days, I’ve learned to wait if at all possible. It is more than worth it. Recently started working in Cherry Creek and drive by Mancinelli’s every day and decided to give them a call to work on my vehicle. I made an appointment, dropped my vehicle off they gave me a quick ride to work, they had it diagnosed by the end of the day. I took it in the very next day in which they thought they would have the car for two days, they also gave me another ride to work and completed the work in the very same day and gave me a ride back to their shop to pick up my car. Very clean facility inside and out. Turns out I went back a couple days later for a small issue possibly related to the work, turns out there was a fuse blown and they quickly replaced it. Great customer service! Very hard to find these days. I live 20 miles away, but will continue to use them in the future.

Mancinelli's is a great place to have your car serviced. All of the mechanics are top notch. I had an intermittent starting problem with my Jeep Cherokee where it wouldn't start after I had driven it for awhile, then turned it off. It only happened once in awhile. They diagnosed the problem to a failing fuel pump, replaced it and I haven't had a problem since. They also follow up with you for regular maintenance and always provide a free check for potential problems when they service your car. This is a great place to take your car.

I had an awesome experience here and I’d recommend this place to anyone. My car broke down unexpectedly so it got towed to this shop with no notice, just based off of a friends recommendation. There’s a lot wrong with my vehicle but they ran a full diagnostic report letting me know exactly what was needed to get it running again. They ended up going above and beyond by fixing a belt at no charge that I couldn’t afford to replace at the time, due to the safety issue it imposed when they replaced my alternator. All this was done in 24 hours from when I had it towed there. Alternator replacement was still expensive, but that’d be true anywhere. Great place to take your car!

Had to have my car towed in on Tuesday morning had it back Wednesday at 5pm. Turned out battery was bad not turning over sufficiently. What I liked is that they went over the entire car and found a serpentine belt that was ready to go and a starter that is giving up. I had taken my vehicle to the dealership 5 times in past 6 months for the same check-engine light problem. I finally took it to Mancinelli's. The mechanic did a much more thorough diagnostic, and discovered the underlying problem. I went back to the dealership, and they not only completed the proper (very expensive) repairs, but they reimbursed me for the other unnecessary costs. I decided to take my 80 year-old mother's car to Mancinelli's. They changed out the gunky brake fluid, which another shop had charged her for but had never actually performed (she also got reimbursed). You need to be able to trust your mechanic. I will be taking my car and my mother's car to Mancinelli's from now on!

I had been a steady customer at mancinellis for years. My income declined a bit so I went with a “ friend “ doing repaid on my 2005 Subaru . Had a BIG issue a couple weeks back and had to get towed somewhere quickly. Decided to do mancinellis again because I had always trusted them, and they are near my house. Had the car dropped in their lot, left them a call and a note on a Friday night. Fast response, they worked in a diagnostic , waaaaayyyyyy through , and sent me a report that was impeccably detailed and solid estimates. Not really sure what to think here. Service was performed and staff was friendly, however the service was a bit overpriced. It $90 cheaper to get an oil change at the VW dealership, and they also do vehicle inspections with their oil changes. I was also told my vehicle was a safety hazard to test drive, and that my check engine light produced 4 codes but they didn't tell me what the codes were.

I provided exact measurement specs for the tire and the tires I’d like, but they were oddly, consistently hesitant to give a quote.
