I just purchased a 2014 Jeep Rubicon. I am going trailing next week in Moab Utah and wanted to make sure everything was solid mechanically. It was not, I needed new brakes, sway bar, alignment and a transmission service. It had a death wobble when I hit a pothole or man cover. The owner Tom is great to deal with, his 2 Service Writers, John and Devon me treated wonderfully. It was an all day job and they offered to either Uber me or drive me anywhere I needed to go. So, I went golfing! :-) For the amount of work they had to complete, I considered the price extremely fair. Many companies talk good customer service, Quality Auto Care actually practices it. One last note; The drivability of my Jeep improved substantially, no more death wobble or sudden sways, left to right. I am a loyal customer now.

The best service I've ever received. Absolutely above and beyond. I was in Denver, more than 1000 miles from home, when my suspension started making a horrible racket. They got me in within a couple days, whereas every other shop I called was booked at least two weeks out. These awesome folks not only fit me in that day to get the repair done, but stayed more than an hour after close to make sure we got back on the road on time. I would absolutely come back here for anything. Very honest, even spoke with the owner. I trust this shop 1000% Thank you so much to these awesome folks

I was on a road trip when my car broke down right outside Denver. I had it taken to a different mechanic, and they took a week and a half to tell me there was an electrical problem. I couldn’t wait any longer so I called around and this place was the first to pick up and get me an appointment the next day. They were able to fix my car in less than 24 hours and get me back on the road. Would 100% come here again if I’m ever in Denver, they were very professional and understanding, and I am amazed by them! The price was also pretty reasonable.

Most of the crew is really considerate and friendly but I was told several different things by the same employee and so I’m not very trusting and would not consider going back. They were awesome in helping me get settled after my van was towed there from Frisco but I could not even get a straight answer on what was done. No documentation of the work for other employees. I chose not to go back and saved twice what I would have spent for the second repair. I’m disappointed because I wanted to like these guys. They did shuttle me too which was a plus They do accommodate in every way possible. But a straight answer for what you charge for the work would be appreciated. Thanks for what you did do!

Very professional, timely service, and quality repair just like their name. I have been going to this shop since the 90s. They have done many types of repair and I have never been disappointed. Their costs are also fair and they don't try to sell things that you don't need. They check the whole car and will warn you if something is going to have issues. Finally they vacuum your car and clean the windows free of charge.

Denver Quality Automotive is who my company now uses for all of our vehicles maintenance, all the front staff here are amazing (especially John he's the fleet guy he is so awesome very personable) they have the best customer service friendly, informative and very professional even give you a ride or pick up vehicle's from the yard and drop them back off when done. They very much look out for the best interest of their customers. The mechanics (they are amazing) they get my vehicles back on the road as quick and efficient as possible with full trust the problem is taken care of, I know that as soon as they recieve the P.O. gauranteed i will get my vehicles back today but no later than tomorrow unless parts are on back order (thanks Ford) I will never take my vehicles anywhere else. I had a great experience with Denver Quality Automotive. I reached out early in the week to see what could be done about a larger 4WD service issue, and two smaller issues with my AC and windshield wiper fluid. They got me in the next day and were attentive and communicative throughout the entire experience. They kept in touch as they dug deeper and updated me on price as they did. They were able to diagnose the problem, source the part, and get me back on the road within 3 days and within a very reasonable price. They even detailed my car, returning it much cleaner than it was given to them. Will absolutely be using them for all of my service needs in the future!

I have used Denver’s Quality Automotive several times for new brakes, oil and fluid changes, and other repair and maintenance issues. Each time they are quick, efficient, friendly, and professional. Yesterday I damaged my rear panel and came in this morning for advice. John dropped what he was doing, came out looked at my car without an appointment, clipped up the rear panel as a temporary fix because it was hanging down, and would not take any money for it. Of course, they do not do bodywork but he referred me somewhere else. I feel confident that my car will be well taken care of. I love this place!!! I highly recommend them.

After I hit a steel pipe on E I70 near Deer Trail, my sweetheart and very long-time customer Ann, hooked-me up with the pros at DQA. The pipe punched a golf ball sized hole into drivers side back tire sidewall, alongside the rim edge. The crew at DQA ordered a replacement tire in late afternoon on first Monday in December, along with ordering an 18 inch hard-to-locate rim. The tire arrived before mid-morning the next day. The experts at DQA were able to install the new tire on the bent-rim, and to this writing on Feb 4, the new tire is holding air better than the other three tires on my car. Ann rescued me, and the super-crew at DQA saved me! By noon the next day, I was back on the road and heading for OZ. The staff and all-star service techs at DQA are exceptionally good!

I have been taking my cars here for 3 years whenever they need work. The guys at Quality Auto Care are amazing. I recently had a lift kit done and it looks and drives great! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Mike really helped out on the Toyota 4runner lift I had done. They also made sure to tell me any ins and outs with the lift kit. These guys are amazing! I recently moved to Wheat Ridge from Colorado Springs. In the Springs I always went to the same car place that my father had gone to. We knew the people and were very comfortable. Unfortunately, I got a nail in my tire and found myself needing a good auto repair place in Denver. I was really worried and apprehensive to try a new place, but had heard really good things about Quality Auto Care and Tire Center. I decided to take my car here, and am glad I did. I couldn't have been happier with the service. The gentlemen inside were very nice and took me seriously even though I am younger. I really appreciated that a couple of them took a look at my tire to judge if I needed a new tire or a patch. I was pleasantly surprised that they explained to me why a patch wouldn't work and why I would need a replacement. They worked hard to find the best replacement tire for my budget and preferences. Specifically, I was helped by Dave, Mike, and Jammie. It is rare to have a great experience with one person, let alone three! Not only was the service my car received top notch, but so was their team! Thank you for an amazing experience that surpassed any I've had before!

This is such a great shop. David, Steve and Mike are so great to work with especially with some tough issues. My car was stolen at the end of December, recovered, and I took it to Quality based on all the great reviews I had read online. They helped me work with my insurance company. That car was totaled, unfortunately, so I got a new car. Fast forward a few months and I have a new car and get in a fender bender resulting in another insurance claim. David was quick to advise me on how to handle things and got my car into the body shop for an estimate immediately. They even gave me a ride home and drove my car back to me. I received EXCELLENT customer service! In all the years of having my car serviced, this is the first Auto/Tire service center where each person was genuinely friendly, knowledgeable and gave me excellent customer service. I had been to another auto center a few weeks before coming here and was told I needed to have several maintenance items completed on my car. At Quality Auto Care & Tire Center, they first checked my car to see if those items even needed to me done. Only 2 out of the 3 items were necessary to be completed! They found a small nail, fixed the hole and had me on my way much faster and cheaper than expected: I was in and out in less than 15 minutes, and the best part - no charge. My friend referred me to Quality Auto, and I recently had the opportunity to experience them for myself. I took my Toyota Rav4 in for an inspection, as the front wheel was making a lot of bad noises. They got me in quickly and found that I had a broken wheel hub. Mike called me with the update and gave me an estimate on price as well as time it would be fixed that same day! He explained everything to me very clearly (which is huge since I know absolutely nothing about cars), and kept me updated throughout the day with my car's progress. When I went to pick it up, they told me that they had discovered more damage than originally discussed -- but they had FIXED it with no extra charge. I have been going to Quality Automotive for about a year now. First, I just got oil changes, but I was sussing them out for more potential repairs. They mentioned on two separate occasions, that I had a minor oil leak and that my suspension needed maintenance. Well, I got a second opinion and they were not lying. Then I had an emergency repair come up with the coolant system. When I called them, they gave me an ordered list, "here is what can wait, here is what needs repaired immediately," and a quote. I got everything fixed, oil leak, suspension, and coolant. The quote was A) Less than other quotes I got, and B) entirely accurate. They didn't charge me one penny more. Excellent place.

The very name of Quality Care states it all however I would like to tell you of my last visit to this shop. On September 3, I took my Runner for its 90K maintenance which included - by industry standards - having the shocks and struts replaced. One hour after I dropped the SUV off I received a call explaining that if they changed out my shocks and struts I would be down grading a system that is one of the best made, in other words they recommended I NOT spend the $1300.00 I was prepared to spend that day! Amazing in this day and age to find any company with this type of ethical behavior! Well for starters...Tom the owner always has a standard reply for unhappy customers. So i took my lexus to get the steering whine checked. They said it was the steering pump so, it was replaced. Got it back and a week later the same noise was happening...took it back and they replaced the pump however they called and said that pump also was bad so they put a new pump in the same day.So,now the same exact noise was happening again. By this time i was really upset and they told me to bring it in again 3rd pump! So, Tom the owner handled it from this point forward. Mind you they kept my car for 3 more days!!!! They got me a rental car at tis point. Tom called and said he found the problem, air was getting in the hose so they replaced it.Got it back the 4th time with all new steering parts except one (rack and pinon ) and that he said, I declined because of expense. He didnt say the rack needed to be replaced or if it was even bad or my safety was at risk..He said"I dont know whats wrong and who knows you could drive it for years or months!!Btw i have his text messages stating that. So here i am 750$ later and the same darn problem! Seniors beware because you too could also lose out on money. Oh yes, i got my lexus back with grease finger prints on the doors and grease all on the floor mat. So, now i have to take them to small claims court. Shame on them.

I had to call multiple times to find out when my car would be ready. They're on AAA site as 10% off but only give 5%. They are so incredibly wonderful! I had a leak in the front of my car. They looked at it and the oil cap wasn't on very tight, so they tightened it up. They also noticed a nail in one of my tires, so they patched it up - all for $10.) I am a single girl and WAY too often, I go into a car place and some how, hundreds of dollars later, everything is fixed. With Quality Auto, they are trustworthy and tell me if something really needs to get fixed, or if it's just a small thing (tighten the oil cap.) I was recommended to them from my roommate who had an excellent experience with them. Luckily, I had an excellent experience too! When you need car-work done, DEFINITELY go to Quality Auto Care & Tire! (And there's a wireless cafe a few blocks down, so I went there and got some work done while I waited.)

I got lucky and found this place on Google maps after Jiffy Lube did a terrible radiator flush on my Lumina. Quality Auto fixed the issues, found my alternator belt was fraying and the pulley which held it was almost broken too. They fixed it all for more than a reasonable price, and even stayed open late on a Saturday for me to get it finished. You can't find service like this anywhere anymore, especially in the chain and franchise shops. This is the best shop I have been to in a very long time. Small business at it's best!

I had what I believed to be another, additional, but related issue the day after I had may car there for major service. I brought it up - most service shops would have argued with me, or insisted that I pay for the extra work. Not these guys - without skipping a beat, they did the extra work without charging me, because they are more interested in keeping their customers happy, and coming back. Tried the dealerships, Midas, Jiffy-Lube, etc. They provide average service. Quality is comparable/less on price, and their customer service is beyond reproach. Seems like a thing of the past for may service shops, but not these guys.

A reputable shop that will work to make things right. I had several engine mounts replaced on a Honda Odyssey in the summer of 2014. My family moved to Missouri in July 2015 and within a few months I could tell the engine mounts were failing again. In January 2016, the failed engine mounts were confirmed by an auto repair shop in Missouri and I was furious about it. I searched forums all over the internet about engine mounts failing prematurely and I couldn't find anyone who had engine mounts that failed in 12,000 miles. I contacted Quality Auto and at first they weren't sure they could do anything. I went ahead and had the mounts replaced again for $605. I sent photos of the failed mounts and a copy of this invoice to Quality Auto. They agreed to reimburse me the cost of the engine mounts they installed in 2014. Technically they did not have to do anything, but Jamie found a good compromise that satisfies both parties involved. If you have problems with Quality Auto, then just make sure they know the full story and they will work with you to make it right. Thank you Jamie!

These guys have done a huge amount of work on my Jeep(s) over the past several years and the big thing that makes them stand out is their honesty and the quality of their warranty. Some repairs seem about market price and some have been way under other quotes I received. They replaced my radiator for about half of what another shop quoted, and when something was wrong with my AC system they kept tracing down each new issue and fixing it for only the cost of parts because it was covered by the warranty of the first repair, which saved me a ton. The owner is a cool dude who was a big c-suite exec downtown and used his golden parachute from a merger to build a local auto company that was focused on integrity. He drove me home once cuz he's all about customer service. Definitely give this place a try!
